Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is pleased to offer for sale this gorgeous deep sapphire blue 1968 Chevrolet Camaro. This car gleams like a jewel in the sun, with the sapphire blue sparkling, and the contrasting white Z28 style stripes jumping out at you. The 1968 Camaro retains the body styling and clean look of the 1967, sans the vent wing windows, as a result of Chevrolets introduction of Astro Ventilation for 1968. Under the cowl hood of this Camaro lurks a potent 350 CID V8, topped by a 4BBL carb and aluminum intake. Headers improve exhaust scavenging, and the dual exhaust sounds great. HEI ignition has been added to improve spark delivery and enhance combustion. The chrome air filter element housing and valve cover gaskets add some dress-up, and the addition of air conditioning makes this a true year round driver candidate. Out behind the throaty 350 is a 3-speed TH350 automatic transmission, which sends the power to the 10-bolt rear end. The addition of front disc brakes, with their cross-drilled and slotted front rotors, helps improve the stopping capability considerably vs. the all drum Camaros. Wheel hop during hard launches is nearly eliminated by the addition of slapper bars out back, and a beefy stabilizer bar has been added to reduce axle swing during cornering. This car rides on a set of BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires (P225/60R15 up front, P255/60R15 out back), which are mounted on traditional rallye wheels, with their chrome beauty rings; which combine to add to the vintage look of this 1968 Camaro. Inside, youll note that the optional gauge package provides another level of vintage authenticity, with the staggered sawtooth gauges in the console, plus the tick-tock-tach configuration of tach and clock in the same nacelle to the right of the speedometer. The staple shifter (sometimes also referred to as his and hers) lever finishes off the traditional look. The black carpet is in good condition, and the black synthetic leather seating and trim are all in good condition, with nary a serious blemish. The vintage large diameter/thin rim steering wheel looks just right. One addition that you may not have expected, but will certainly appreciate, is the addition of a 3-point seat belt system for the front seat occupants. A Kenwood AM/FM/Cassette head unit provides the tunes. Additional features and options on this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro include Air Conditioning, AM/FM/Cassette Radio, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, Rally Wheels, Seat Belts, and Vinyl Interior. Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to offer this first year, 2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 with only a little over 14K miles. The Black with White stripes combo looks like it is ready to race down the street or the strip. This was surely the start of something very special, and with Carol Shelby gone now, these cars are likely to only appreciate in value. Introduced at the 2005 New York International Auto Show, the GT500 uses a supercharged 5.4 L; 330.0 cu in (5,408 cc) V8 engine rated at 500 hp (507 PS; 373 kW) @ 6000 rpm, and 480 ft. lbs (651 Nm) torque @ 4500 rpm. Features include the Tremec TR-6060 6-speed manual transmission, suspension tuning, a body kit, and 18-inch wheels. Shelby did a great job with this car, and it is so much fun to drive it. The performance is better than most cars from the muscle car era. Shift through the gears and your adrenaline level climbs like the RPMs. Between the distinct blower whine, gear sound, stunning looks- and the fact that it was king back then all make it an unforgettable experience. Motor Trend rang its neck in 2007 and achieved 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds and 100 mph in 9.8 seconds, the quarter mile in 12.7 seconds at 116 mph, and the standing mile in 33.2 seconds at 150.2 mph. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is pumped to offer this 1969 Plymouth GTX. The GTX came into the Mopar world being on a similar platform as the Belvedere being a larger bodied car which offered an array of options to fit many needs. The GTX came more as a performance package and this car shows as a shining example as the outer appearance is a hot shade of red which is two toned with a large black hood and black on the bottom of the car which shows a more aggressive look and letting the guy lining up in the lane next to this car that it means business. Under the hood of this Mopar beauty is a 440 cubic inch HP block V8 which has been a touch healthier than the 60s would have had it as evident by the choppy sound made by the aggressive grind of the camshaft. It also has longtube headers, MSD Pro Billet Distributor, Edelbrock Torker Intake, and Holley Sniper EFI. The 440 is bolted to a 3-speed automatic transmission that shifts nice and smooth every time. The black interior looks great and just like it should when it was new. The time and market has never been better to pull the trigger on a solid Mopar so make sure youre the one driving this beauty off into the sunset. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is excited to present this gorgeous blue 1948 Lincoln Continental Series 876H Convertible for sale. This beautiful vintage Series 876H convertible came pretty loaded from the factory and has aged extremely well for a car thats over 70 years old and is still ready to drive! Powered by what is believed to be its original 292 CID V12 and 3-speed manual transmission, it still floats down the road like the executives car that it was designed to be - powerful, smooth, and stately. This car was lovingly restored by World Wide Classics, who did all of the paint, chrome and the interior. Speaking of chrome, its adorned with plenty of the gleaming stuff...its sure to bring back fond memories for anyone who was around when this car was still fairly new. Inside, you will find the red leather upholstery is abundant, and the red carpet looks great. This big Lincoln also sports some very cool door releases: both the exterior and interior units are push-button operated. The power windows are operated by a couple similarly styled toggle-action buttons on the drivers and passengers doors. The big clock in the dash looks awesome, and it can certainly be refurbished to operate like it did when it was new. Youll be sure to appreciate the nostalgic feeling that sitting in the pilots seat will provide. So, what are you waiting for - get in, start it up, drop the automatic convertible top, and slip it into gear. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this rugged 1988 AM General M998. More commonly referred to as a HMMWV, aka Humvee. Before we go any further, PLEASE NOTE: this truck was procured through Iron Planet and is to be sold ONLY to buyers who are U.S. Citizens, and it is NOT for export. This vehicle was built to take a beating and withstand some of the toughest environments. This all-terrain beast is powered by a 6.5L diesel thats backed by a 3L80 3-speed automatic transmission, with about 4000 miles on the drive-train since the engine and transmission were rebuilt during its restoration in 2006 by the Maine Military Authority. During the 2006 restoration, the estimated cost of all of the work was around $40K: the engine and transmission were completely rebuilt, all seals were replaced as well as the driveshafts, and Tan CARC paint was applied. In 2018 it was stripped to bare metal, and then the body was covered in Cement Gray (color code 1H5). This truck comes with tons of extra bells and whistles, starting with OE military air conditioning (blows cold), OE military spare tire (drop-down style with ratchets), LED light bar in the cabin, OE military airlift rear bumper (so your buddy can pick you up in his military surplus CH-47 Chinook helicopter if you get out where you cant figure out how to drive back), OE (military) 60-inch deep fording kit, OE military winch, LED headlights and fog lights up front, LED side marker lights, OE military radio shelf, 2 OE military whip antennas with matching spring bases, OE military hard doors with soft armor upgrade (and they also have locks), new OEM soft top, new half-shafts, and all differential fluids have been recently replaced. It also has some non-OE options that most dont see on these trucks: 4 new vinyl seats, Sony AM/FM/Bluetooth radio, waterproof tower speakers, Cerwin-Vega subwoofer, 4 aviation headsets with mic and intercom system (youll find it makes it much easier to speak with each other in the cab - those big tires help add to the noise these trucks make; plus, you can listen to the sound systems music with them). It also has a CB Radio with an engine bay-mounted PA speaker, keyed ignition (not just pushbutton start), rear backup camera (youll be glad you have it), LED overhead exterior light bar, and a lockable rear center console. This truck can take you wherever you need to go with its prodigious territory-conquering ability. The almost brand-new NITTO 37X13.50R18LT Ridge Grappler radial tires have only about 1500 miles on them, and theyre wrapped around a giant set of aluminum Fuel wheels, which really provides a nice aggressive look. When you buy this HMMWV, youll be the owner of one of the nicest HMMWVs outside of Schwarzeneggers garage. M998s in this condition, with the kind of upgrades this one is equipped with, are extremely few and far between; so dont let it slip away! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this beautiful 1955 Ford Thunderbird. This Ford T-Bird for sale was Henry Fords response to the Chevrolet Corvette, and was revealed at the Detroit Auto Show on February 20, 1954. No one could have predicted the success the Thunderbird would have. The Thunderbirds first year of production literally outsold the Corvette more than 23 to 1. Though it was sleek and sporty, the Thunderbird was not considered a sports car to Ford, but a personal luxury vehicle. This Goldenrod Yellow beauty is a fine example of that first year, a great representation of the epic Thunderbird line. With a short and stout body, lovely curves, and a removable hard top, it is a real looker. With a hard top ready to hook-up, it is ready for whatever weather you throw at it. This Thunderbird for sale is powered by a legendary 292 cubic inch Y-Block V8, which churns out an impressive 198 horsepower. These motors were known for reliability, impressive torque, and unique sound. It is backed by a 3-speed Ford-o-matic automatic transmission, which makes it an easy driver and a nice cruiser for anyone and everyone. With chrome wire wheels wrapped in wide whitewall radial tires, this T-Bird has just as much class as it does sass. You can truly understand why Ford motor company tried to emphasize the luxury aspect of the 1955 T-Bird, by peeking in the car, then taking a seat. This 1955 Ford Thunderbird for sale has a list of options, which include: hard removable top, seat belts, classy vinyl interior, and luxurious wide whitewall Bias Ply tires. This fun driving 1955 Thunderbird convertible for sale is ready to head on down to the local cruise-in, drive-in movie, and show. The Bandit himself would be honored to take this baby for a spin and maybe a Jump or two. The crisp black interior is featuring the historic Trans Am Gauge cluster featured in the movies. This muscle car brings back the 1970s by her historic looks, then once fired up she demands respect with her deep ROAR. The Trans AMs engine and compartment were treated with respect. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to offer this very nice 1964 Ford Falcon Ranchero for sale on consignment with our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. The concept of a utility coupe had been around for a while but didnt show up in the United States until the late 50s and Fords Falcon Ranchero was the top seller behind Chevrolets El Camino. This example was just fully restored by Phoenix Rod and Custom in Albuquerque, New Mexico and youll be hard pressed to find any component of this 1964 Ford that isnt done right; wed put it up against any other Falcon Ranchero in the country! Painted in a glossy coat of Pearl White and sitting on 14 American Racing wheels, this Ranchero looks better the closer you get to it. The 6-foot truck bed has had a full bed-liner sprayed in and the Black vinyl tonneau cover has gas springs to hold it in place when raised. One thing youll notice upon inspection of the vehicle is that the doors and hood shut solid- not always a given on classic cars! Powering this fun Ford pickup is a 302 CID V8 engine that has just been rebuilt and reinstalled. The engine compartment itself is very presentable and the “Ford Racing blue painted valve covers and air cleaner are a nice touch. Exhaust headers feeding dual pipes, an aluminum intake, Holley 4bbl carburetor and aftermarket radiator with dual electric cooling fans should keep this Ford V8 running strong. The 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive helps this truck find the right gear both around town and on the highway. The interior of this Falcon Ranchero represents just like the rest of the vehicle- very clean! Black leather interior and a custom center console with cupholders fit right in. The Jensen stereo system with touch screen operation is a high-end installation on its own and will be enjoyable to use while driving this Ranchero to your destination. The tilt steering wheel is custom but the stock style gauge cluster behind retains some Ranchero heritage. Last but not least, this vehicle comes with Vintage air conditioning. The whole point of a utility coupe like the Falcon Ranchero is to combine style with functionality and it appears that the restoration on this classic truck does just that and more. Youre ready to hit the streets or the show circuit in this one. Give us a call at (623) 900-4884 and well help you get one step closer to making this 1964 Ford Falcon Ranchero yours!
