Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this beautiful 1955 Ford Thunderbird. This Ford T-Bird for sale was Henry Fords response to the Chevrolet Corvette, and was revealed at the Detroit Auto Show on February 20, 1954. No one could have predicted the success the Thunderbird would have. The Thunderbirds first year of production literally outsold the Corvette more than 23 to 1. Though it was sleek and sporty, the Thunderbird was not considered a sports car to Ford, but a personal luxury vehicle. This Goldenrod Yellow beauty is a fine example of that first year, a great representation of the epic Thunderbird line. With a short and stout body, lovely curves, and a removable hard top, it is a real looker. With a hard top ready to hook-up, it is ready for whatever weather you throw at it. This Thunderbird for sale is powered by a legendary 292 cubic inch Y-Block V8, which churns out an impressive 198 horsepower. These motors were known for reliability, impressive torque, and unique sound. It is backed by a 3-speed Ford-o-matic automatic transmission, which makes it an easy driver and a nice cruiser for anyone and everyone. With chrome wire wheels wrapped in wide whitewall radial tires, this T-Bird has just as much class as it does sass. You can truly understand why Ford motor company tried to emphasize the luxury aspect of the 1955 T-Bird, by peeking in the car, then taking a seat. This 1955 Ford Thunderbird for sale has a list of options, which include: hard removable top, seat belts, classy vinyl interior, and luxurious wide whitewall Bias Ply tires. This fun driving 1955 Thunderbird convertible for sale is ready to head on down to the local cruise-in, drive-in movie, and show. This 1955 Ford Thunderbird is offered for sale by our Orlando Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Nashville Tennessee is proud to present a first generation 1996 Dodge Viper RT-10 Targa. This is the car that set the late model Mopar nuts on fire, with 8.0L of displacement pushing 10 cylinders all the way to 450hp to the wheels this car was the meanest machine on the block for American muscle in the 90s. Beating Ford and GM to the punch with technically there first supercar that broke records all across the board for years! Backing this beast of a power-plant is a 6-speed manual transmission as 5 gears would just be silly on a car like this. This machine is so mean that Dodge had to engineer the hood to open as one piece rolling forward so the techs could get in there and tune on the fly at the track. Think of yourself with the top off, windows down, tunes up and hammering through all 6-gears on your favorite curvy road. Heck, who even needs a radio when you have dual rear exit exhaust pipes singing that sweet song of horsepower and shame to the car in the lane next to you. Sounds great right? The exterior of this beast is a deep white that is accented by dual mid-size blue racing stripes because nothing is really a racecar in the 90s with out racing stripes hence the name “Racing Stripes. Lets take a trip into the cabin, how about dual driver and passenger black leather sport bucket seats that once in the car wrap around you like you are about to be launched into space. With a quick grip steering wheel and shiftier handle you will have no problems keeping this monster in its theoretical cage. Options on this 1996 Dodge Viper RT-10 Targa include: Air Conditioning “Ice Cold, Heat for the late fall or early spring drives, AM/FM/CD Player, Manual Targa top, Power brakes, Power steering, Horse Power, ABS, Keyless entry, Tilt steering, Sport leather racing seats with seatbelts and performance low profile radial tires that are wrapped around white aluminum alloy wheels. This is a car that set the tone for late model mopars, be the one on the block to own such craftsmanship. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Denver welcomes this 1968 VOLVO P1800 S! The Volvo P1800 is a 2+2, front-engine, rear-drive sports car manufactured and marketed by Volvo Cars between 1961 and 1973. Originally a coupe (1961-1972), it was altered into a shooting-brake for the duration of its production (1972-1973).[4][5][6] Styling was by Pelle Petterson under the tutelage of Pietro Frua when Fruas studio was a subsidiary of the prestigious Italian carrozzeria Ghia,[7] and mechanicals derived from Volvos dependable Amazon/122 series. Marketed as a stylish touring car rather than a sports car,[8] the P1800 became widely known when driven by future James Bond actor Roger Moore in the hit television series The Saint which aired from 1962-1969. In 1998, an 1800S owned by Irv Gordon (1940-2018) was certified as the highest mileage private vehicle driven by the original owner in non-commercial service — having exceeded three million miles (over 4.8 million km) as of 2013.[9] In 1966 the four-cylinder engine was updated to 115 bhp (86 kW). Top speed was 175 km/h (109 mph). The Volvo P1800 received prominence in the early 60s when a white 1962 Volvo P1800 with number plate ST1 was driven by the character Simon Templar (Roger Moore) in the hit TV series The Saint (1962-69). When asked to name his favorite movie car many years later, Moore said it was the Volvo P1800, commenting: I have a great affection for the Volvo P1800, as, of course, I owned one, as well as used one in the series. Its a beautiful car and I still drive a Volvo to this day (Source WIKIPEDIA) Dont miss your opportunity to own a piece of history in our Denver Showroom. Description:

For sale in our Indianapolis showroom is a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am. This 79 Trans Am for sale is covered in a beautiful Gold paint scheme that screams as loud as the Eagle on this hood. This 1979 Trans Am is the epitome of sport and luxury giving the driver the power of a 6.6 liter V8 while bathing him in Air conditioning. With room for 4 adults, (just put the 3rd and 4th favorite in the back) inside this rocket, this was a party machine in the 1980s. If you listen hard you will hear Duran Duran still coming through the rear speakers. When I was young it seems like every mad dash to the local convenience store for the last beer run of the night was done in a car just like this. So yeah, I have a couple of memories about this car, in fact, if you find a twenty dollar bill stuck between the seats, its mine! To say that tis car has style, power and comfort all rolled into one in an understatement. Powering this party on wheels is a 6.6 Liter V8 backed by a 4-speed manual transmission that makes this Trans Am for sale a joy to drive. Options for this 1979 Pontiac T.A. For sale include AM/FM Stereo, T- Tops, power brakes, Power steering, Cloth interior, Radial tires and Aluminum rims. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this sharp 1969 Pontiac GTO. This green machine is claimed by its owner to be powered by its numbers matching original 400 CID V8 engine and mated to the original 3 speed automatic transmission with only 96,681 undocumented miles driven. The rear end and gears are factory as well in this GOAT. This car can to be taken to shows or even used as a daily driver. Painted in the factory Green (paint code available with owner), this car is stunning and has had minor paintwork competed throughout the years with about 80% of the cars paint being original. The current owner had also added the wing that was matched by the OEM paint. Besides the rear spoiler, the owner has also had the whole suspension gone through, an electric ignition added, the distributor points redone, and even disc brakes added to the front. The owner has also done an amazing job keeping documentation and even has PHS letters. The sport vinyl bucket seats are also original and are green that flows well with the exterior. Driving this car is like butter with its factory A/C, power steering, power brakes, AM radio, shoulder and lap seat belts, and his and hers shifter! This car even has the classic redline radials on it which in my opinion is a must when rolling in a GOAT. If you are looking for a survivor GTO that has not been molested or overly customized, look no further. This one will not be available for long! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is excited to proud to present this 1970 Dodge Challenger for sale. Introduced in fall 1969 for the 1970 model year, the Challenger was one of two Chrysler E-body cars, the other being the slightly smaller Plymouth Barracuda. Positioned to compete against the Mercury Cougar and Pontiac Firebird in the upper end of the pony car market segment, it was a rather late response to the Ford Mustang, which debuted in April 1964. Even so, Chrysler intended the new Challenger as the most potent pony car ever, and like the less expensive Barracuda, it was available in a staggering number of trim and option levels, and with virtually every engine in Chryslers inventory. For its introductory model year the Challenger was available in two series, Challenger and Challenger R/T, and three models, two-door hardtop, Special Edition two-door hardtop, or convertible. The base model was the Challenger with either an inline-6 or V8 engine. The Special Edition hardtop, available on either the base Challenger or on the R/T, added several appearances, convenience, and comfort features. Produced for the 1970 model year only, this more luxurious SE specification included as standard a vinyl roof with a SE medallions on the pillars, a smaller formal rear window, leather and vinyl bucket seats, and an overhead interior console that contained three warning lights (door ajar, low fuel, and seatbelts). The standard engine on the base model was a 225 cu in (3.7 L) Straight-6. The standard engine on the higher trim models was a 318 cu in (5.2 L) V8 with a 2-barrel carburetor. For 1970, the optional engines included the 340 and 383 cu in (5.6 and 6.3 L), as well as the 440 and 426 cu in (7.2 and 7.0 L) V8s, all with a standard 3-speed manual transmission, except for the 290 hp (216.3 kW) 383 cu in. engine, which was available only with the TorqueFlite automatic transmission. A 4-speed manual was optional on all engines except the 225 cu in (3.7 L) Inline-6 and the 2-barrel 383 cu in (6.3 L) V8. Powering this 1970 Dodge Challenger is a 360 CID V8 Crate engine, paired with a 727 TorqueFite 3-Speed transmission. The exterior in an eye grabbing & iconic plumb crazy purple. The interior looks sleek in white vinyl. There are tons of upgrades and options to be seen on this beauty; Aftermarket Air Conditioning; 6 Blade Cooling Fan, Aluminum High-Rise Intake, Edelbrock 4 BBL Carburetor, Headers, Mopar Magnum Valve Covers, Newer Carpeting, Black Dash, Column Shift, Factory Seatbelts, Front High Back Bucket Seats, Shaker Hood, Dual Exhaust w/Chrome Tips, Chrome Front & Rear Bumpers, Power Brakes (Front Disc, Rear Drum) and Power Steering. The list goes on. But we can always go over more details when you call into the showroom directly!
