Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston Showroom is excited to offer for sale this fine 1957 Cadillac Series 62. Painted in a classy white over green color scheme, this car shows very well. The white top has pearl in the paint, and really pops in the sun. A muted ghost flame treatment on the hood and front fenders adds to the package. Inside, the two-tone color scheme continues, with white vinyl trim on the green cloth bench seating. This classic 1957 Series 62 Cadillac is riding on a set of Coker Wide White Sidewall Radial tires (P275/75R15) that look like they have plenty of life left in them. Lots of gorgeous chrome adds to the look - that giant front bumper lets people know youre driving the king of the road! According to a history page that came with this car when it arrived to us: This 1957 Cadillac Series 62 4 door hardtop was first sold by the Cadillac Dealer in Auburn New York. It is rumored that it was a gift from Elvis to the first owner. The car was used sparingly through the late 50s and 60s accumulating just over 42,000 miles. It was then stored in a garage for about 30 years before the second owner acquired it. With this acquisition a thorough restoration was completed. The entire mechanics of the car were rebuilt. Every part was repainted in the original colors, but the paint was in much better quality and workmanship than the original, and certainly Cadillac never painted a car with “Ghost Flames at the factory. The interior showed little wear and it was cleaned up. Only the carpet, dash pad and package shelf pad were replaced. The rest is installed by Cadillac in 1957. When the restoration was completed, the odometer read 42,800 miles. When the third owner acquired the car, its mileage was about 44,000. In early 2007 it the odometer turned 50,000, which is just 1,000 miles for each year of its life. Note: Gateway Classic Cars are unable to verify that these are actual miles, because there is no historical record of mileage available. Further information from the history page supplied with the car: Highway milage is about 16.5 per gallon of high test, although speeds over 65 will decrease this some. It has the standard 300 horsepower 365 cubic inch Cadillac V8 (which has been) completely rebuilt. Although not equipped with air conditioning (deemed not necessary in upper New York State), it did have power windows, (power) steering, (power) brakes and seat (belts). It also had the “Autronic Eye which automatically dimmed the headlights when an oncoming car was detected (thats the little device on the dash to the left of the steering wheel). This car was at the TDOT 50th anniversary celebration of the creation of our Interstate Highway System at the Bi-Centennial Mall in June 2006, and later in the Fall at the Celebration of Tennessee History at the same Mall. It is said to have also been one of the two cars that appeared on the Williamson County TV Channel to publicize the 2006 Kris Kringle Car Show and Arts and Crafts Fair. Dont miss your chance to get a real piece of history! Additional features and options on this 1957 Cadillac Series 62 include AM/FM/Cassette head unit, CD shuttle changer, Cloth/Vinyl Interior, Power Steering, Power Windows, Spare Tire and Jack, Seat Belts, and Wide White Sidewall Radial Tires. Meaning that this style Transmission was used in many applications ranging from cars and trucks. The exterior of this wild 1962 VW Double cab is an attention getting two-tone light blue on the exterior and a sinister black on the top. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this cool 1940 Ford Coupe for sale. Between the attention-grabbing paint job and the relatively modern powertrain, this car is sure to be a fun toy for the new owner. Under the hood of this beauty is a Chevrolet 350 CID V8 engine that has been rebuilt roughly 1,900 miles ago. When driving the car, one can tell that this engine is fresh thanks to the abundance of power and a strong, smooth pull all throughout the rev range. The engine is kept cool thanks to a Walker radiator. Also, the car is equipped with Sanderson headers to provide a mean sound. Sending the power to the rear end is a GM TH350 three-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoothly through the gears. The rear end in this sweet ride is a Currie 9 that is geared just right to provide the car with a good balance of acceleration and top end. The handling of this beauty is greatly enhanced by the front end sourced from a Mustang II. Helping bring the car to a brisk stop are power disc brakes at all four corners. This car drives like a relatively modern car and is very fun. Upon entering the cabin of the vehicle, the driver will notice the completely redone tan leather interior. The seats are very comfortable and provide much more support than the original style seats would have. This car also is equipped with comfort features such as power windows, heat, air conditioning, heated seats, and a custom radio and sound system. The trunk of the car has also been done in the tan leather theme of the interior and looks great. Adding to the cool features of this car is the fact that the trunk lid is power and comes up with the push of a button! Overall, the interior of this beauty was very well thought out and is comfortable. Moving outward, the exterior features a bright yellow base coat with flames painted running from front to rear. The paint is in pretty good shape and would really come alive with a proper detailing and waxing. supporting each corner of the vehicle are american racing rally wheels wrapped in almost new BFG radial tires. Overall, this car is in good shape and runs well. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to offer this rare 1917 Oldsmobile Model 45A for sale in our Arizona showroom. This blue with black fenders roadster is an early example of the innovative cars Oldsmobile was building after General Motors purchased the company from R.E. Olds in 1908. This well-preserved motorcar is a nice example of a rarely seen V8 model. The flathead V8 was certainly way ahead of its time. Ford wouldnt successfully produce a mass-production V8 until 1932, although some Lincoln models were so equipped in the 1920s. This car runs and drives like it did over a century ago. Settle into the black interior (and put your mother-in-law in the rear passenger compartment!) and motor around wherever you want to go. We will guarantee you will not see another one at your local car show or cruise night. I have been told there is only a handful of these left, one person went as far to claim there are only two left in the country. This rolling automotive history is sure to gather a crowd wherever you take it. All it needs is an enthusiastic new owner. Is that you? Let us put this car in your home. Description:

Now for sale in Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is this awesome Agate Gray 2014 Porsche Panamera 4S Executive. One of the most subtly styled rocket ships youll find, this all-wheel drive 177MPH luxo-cruiser stops as well as is goes and eats up the twisties with aplomb. The 2014 model year saw a few changes from prior years, notably the use of a twin-turbo 3.0L V6 for the S models, rather than the 4.8L V8 from before. This potent turbo 6 puts out 420HP and 384 Lb/Ft torque, which is a gain of 20HP and 25 Lb/Ft torque vs. the old V8. Additionally, the addition of two models (the S version E-Hybrid and the Executive, available in both S and Turbo versions). The Executive version of the Panamera was stretched by almost 6 inches over the regular Panamera, for the sole purpose of improving rear passenger space. Both rear buckets are individually heated and cooled, recline, and offer adjustable lumbar support, but the right side is the place to be since the front passenger seat can be controlled from the rear, and moved out of the way. Rear seat passengers will also appreciate the power privacy screens that can be raised or lowered with the touch of a button; as well as the vanity mirrors tucked away in the Alcantara headliner at each position. As mentioned, this 2014 Porsche Panamera 4S Executive is powered by a very stout twin-turbo 3.0L V6, backed by a 7-speed Porsche PDK Automatic Transmission with Manual Shift Mode, which also includes Sport Plus mode with Launch Control (for the limo driver who cant resist the occasional drag race). If you do get carried away with your pursuit of speed, youll appreciate the braking prowess of the Panamera, which sports slotted rotors at each corner, and 6-piston calipers front and 4-piston calipers out back, ensuring deceleration thats as rapid as the acceleration. Big 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels are wrapped by high-performance Continental SportContact radials (255/40ZR20 up front, 295/35/ZR20 at the rear), which provide tons of grip for whatever your pavement pursuits bring you. This Panamera also sports a carbon fiber hood, and rear wing, for reduced weight and increased downforce, respectively. Inside, all occupants get the sport/luxury treatment. Real carbon fiber trim abounds, and leather and Alcantara are everywhere. The Bose audio/Navigation system provide plenty of aural enjoyment, with AM/FM/CD/MP3/Aux Input, Bluetooth phone pairing, and enhanced navigation. Passenger comfort isnt the only aim; however. All 4 occupant positions get airbags: front, side, and head airbags for each seat. Quad Zone HVAC provides each occupant the ability to tailor their environments air temperature to their liking, and the fact that all 4 seats are individually heated and cooled further enhances individual control over ones total comfort preference. This 2014 Porsche Panamera 4S Executive has a lengthy options list: • All-Wheel Drive, Twin Turbo 3.0L V6, with 420HP and 384 Lb/Ft Torque • 7-Speed PDK Automatic with Manual Mode • Active Air Suspension, with Double Wishbone front, Multi-Link rear • Cruise Control • Vehicle Anti-Theft System • Auto-Off HID Headlights • Rear Parking Aid • Power Liftgate • Adjustable Leather Wrapped Heated Steering Wheel with Steering Wheel Controls • Trip Computer • Remote Trunk Release • Universal Garage Door Opener • Variable Speed Intermittent Rain Sensing Wipers • Keyless Entry • Power Door Locks • Electrochromic rearview mirror • Power Folding Heated Mirrors with Mirror Memory • Driver and Front and Rear Passenger Vanity Mirrors • Power Steering • Bose AM/FM/CD/MP3 Stereo Radio w/Aux input, Navigation System, and Bluetooth • Quad-zone Climate Control (Dual Zone Front and Rear HVAC) • Power Heated and Cooled Leather Bucket Seats with Lumbar Support and Memory (front and rear) • Airbags: Driver and Passengers w/Front and Rear Head and Side Airbags • 4-Wheel Power Anti-Lock Disc Brakes, w/6-Piston front calipers, 4-Piston rear calipers, and slotted rotors • Additional Safety Features, including Brake Assist, Electronic Stability Control, Daytime Running Lights, Child Safety Locks, Traction Control and Auto-Leveling Headlights So, what are you waiting for? You can snag this 2014 Porsche Panamera 4S Executive for a fraction of what it cost new, so dont let someone else get it before you do. Description:

Ready to be driven and enjoyed, this mid-year Corvette is an excellent option! The second generation C2 Corvette, which introduced Sting Ray to the model, continued with fiberglass body panels, and overall, was smaller than the first generation. The C2 was later referred to as mid-years. The car was designed by Larry Shinoda with major inspiration from a previous concept design called the Q Corvette, which was created by Peter Brock and Chuck Pohlmann under the styling direction of Bill Mitchell. Earlier, Mitchell had sponsored a car known as the Mitchell Sting Ray in 1959 because Chevrolet no longer participated in factory racing. This vehicle had the largest impact on the styling of this generation, although it had no top and did not give away what the final version of the C2 would look like. The third inspiration was a Mako Shark, Mitchell had caught while deep-sea fishing. For 1966, Chevrolet introduced an even larger 427 CID Big Block version. Other options available on the C2 included the Wonderbar auto-tuning AM radio, AM-FM radio (mid-1963), air conditioning (late-1963), a telescopic steering wheel (1965), and headrests (1966). The Sting Rays independent rear suspension was successfully adapted for the new-for-1965 Chevrolet Corvair, which solved the quirky handling problems of that unique rear-engine compact. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is pleased to offer super nice 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible. The second-generation Barracuda, now a 108 in wheelbase A-body, still shared many components with the Valiant but was stylishly redesigned with model-specific sheet metal, and a convertible and hardtop coupe joining the original fastback offering. In 1967, while the 225 cu in slant-6 was still the base engine, the V8 options ranged from the two- and four-barrel versions of the 273 cu in to a seldom-ordered 383 cu in B big-block, rated at 280 bhp which was only available only with the Formula S package. Now just imagine if a 440 V-8 were available in 1967? Why it would have ran circles around the other pony cars. With a little thought and work the 440 V-8 fit right in there. It even looks like its from the factory. Backing the rebuilt 440 is a new automatic transmission that only has about 500 miles on it. To bring this healthy big cubic inch 440 back down to a halt, disc brakes have been added to the front. All the work to this car has been done in the last 2-3 years by Snake Pit Customs of Indianapolis, Indiana. If you’re looking for a fun summer time cruiser, that can burn tires at the push of the pedal, then look no further. This Cuda will be sure to impress your friends! Options for this 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible include; AM/FM radio with CD player, power steering, power convertible top, seat belts and Aluminum wheels wrapped in radial tires. Nows your chance to own a fun 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible for sale! Description:

This 1955 Ford Thunderbird is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. Although many will compare the early T birds or baby birds to the Corvette that is not what Ford was shooting for. The Bird was supposed to be an upscale 2 seater convertible and created a whole new segment known as the personal luxury car. It would be loved by car people but practicality was not one of its strong suites which would kill the original design in just 3 years. Though it would go on for quite some time and grow in both popularity and size these baby birds are the ones that still have the collector’s heart. This 55 is a splendid example of what the collector market is searching for. The red paint is silky smooth and is probably better than you would get from the factory back then. Of course, the white hard top is a great contrast and yet still the best part of it all is the car is exactly the way it left the factory. Yes, this is an original red/white car which in many opinions is the most desirable combo. With all the chrome accents, there is no way you will go unnoticed in this red beauty. The interior is finished back to the way it was as well with the powered bench seat covered in matching red and white vinyl. Take the hardtop off and you’re good to go on that relaxing Sunday cruise but you always take the chance of running into some rain. With this baby bird having a soft top stored behind the seat the problem is solved. Tilt the hood forward and the classic Y block is right at home and looks as if the car was made around it. Maintaining the original 6 Volt/Generator setup this Red bird is ready to fly. The automatic transmission or Ford-o-Matic shifts out nicely especially under hard acceleration. If you have wanted a great car to add to your collection or just a T bird fanatic either way this little drop top is ideal. Options on this 1955 Ford Thunderbird include; Vinyl Interior, Power Seats, Manual Convertible Top, Hub Caps, and Wide White Wall Radial Tires. To view this car in full detail with HD pictures and video on this 1955 Ford Thunderbird call our Louisville showroom at (812)-294-1555, or email us at Louisville@Gatewayclassiccars.com

If you would like to own one of the original Pony cars, then you should check out this fully restored 1968 Pontiac Firebird Convertible at our Gateway Dallas-Fort Worth Showroom. It only has 49,640 actual miles. Under the hood of this beast is a numbers matching 400 CID V8 330 HP engine, being driven by a smooth shifting four-speed manual transmission. The easy driving features of this classic is only enhanced by its power steering and power brakes. Painted in a bold red with a black power convertible top and red vinyl leather seats. There are no signs of wear in the interior; it still has the look of the recent restoration. The rally wheels and polished chrome trimmers really give this Firebird a muscle car look. The Firebird is the sister car to the Chevrolet Camaro and as Camaros continue to climb in value, people are discovering these Firebirds are a bargain in comparison! Just as with the Camaro, 1967 was the first year for the Firebird. It would be two years before the fire breathing Trans Am would be made on this same platform. With 4 headlights, a chrome nose piece, pointed hood, inset taillights, quarter panel grills, and the infamous Firebird emblems really make these cars scream “muscle!” To view this 1968 Pontiac Firebird Convertible in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video of the car running and driving, just visit us online at http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Up for sale in our Tampa showroom is this stunning 1958 BMW Isetta – a car made famous by Steve Urkel. This fine example is a numbers-matching car with just 12,457 miles on the odometer! Defined by its small size, front-entry passenger compartment and narrow rear track, this 1958 BMW Isetta 300 will definitely turn heads wherever you take it. The styling is amplified by the bullet-shaped headlights and chrome bumperettes, and the whole looked is finished off with a matching suitcase to store on the rear luggage rack. Getting in the BMW Isetta is half the fun as you watch the front hatch swing out of the way with the steering wheel attached. The two-passenger interior is as basic as the car itself with controls for the heater and choke mounted in front of the gear selector, and the sliding side windows and retractable soft all operated manually. The BMW Isetta was produced from 1955 to 1962 with three variations, this being the Isetta 300. The 1958 BMW Isetta 300 is powered by a 298cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine rated at 13 hp, which is more than enough for a microcar weighing less than 800 pounds. This engine allowed the Isetta to return fuel economy of around 63 mpg and drive at speeds up to 53 mph. On such a basic car, there isnt much to the Isetta in terms of options, which are limited to just a manual sunroof, radial tires, hub caps, vinyl interior and a tilt steering wheel (well, kinda). To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1958 BMW Isetta 300, please visit GatewayClassicCars.com.
