Description:

Our Nashville showroom digitally showcases this stunning 1971 Ford Mustang MACH 1. Now if you where shopping at a Ford dealership in 1971 the choices in engine sizes for the Mustang ranged from the classic 302 CID to insane 429 CID. Now if 429 Cubic inches were not enough, this engine came in two choices, Cobra Jet or Super Cobra jet. The latter would only come with the “Drag pak that also had a very unfriendly rear ring and pinion even with gas running about .22 cents for 9/10th of a gallon. With Three dog night, Led Zeppelin and Tom Jones on the air waves pouring through the single speaker in the middle of the dash and the war in south east Asia on everybodys mind, someone laid down the cash and drove this stunning car off the lot. I could (and will) tell you about how nice the paint is but lets face it, what is under the hood of this car is what is on your mind. 429 cubic inches is a lot of engine to stuff between the shock perches of a 1971 MACH 1 for sale, but they did it and it fills the engine bay to the brim. This numbers matching (as stated by the owner) 71 MACH 1 comes complete with the factory big block and C6 3 speed automatic transmission. Kevin Marti reports that only 177 of these beauties were ever made like this making this a very special car. This car was factory painted white but in 1985 someone laid down a slick red paint job that includes black stripes. A matching interior was added, and a star is born. This car deserves a special place in a special collection. Options for this 1971 Mustang MACH 1 include: Air condition, AM/FM Radio, Cruise control, Power steering and brakes, Seat belts, Posi traction and Radial tires on Rally rims. This 1971 Ford Mustang MACH 1 for sale can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com for more information please call the showroom at 615-213-1800 or email us at nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com Sale held pursuant to permit No. 19289 of department of licenses granted the 14th day of August 2015.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Milwaukee is offering this 1967 Chevrolet Nova. The Nova story started with very humble begins for the 1962 model year. In the beginning all Novas were called the Chevy II. The Nova name was designated as the top trim package in the early years. A tried-and-true compact car build to compete with the Ford Falcon and designed to be more contemporary than the rear engine Chevy Corvair thats concept proved to be a little too wild for the average American car buyer at the time. Sporting a more traditional set up the Nova was a car Chevy promoted a reliable and efficient compact car that was only available with a 4- or 6-cylinder engine the first 2 model years, but by 1965 a V8 could be ordered scooting Chevys little grocery getter down the road quit quickly. For the first 2 generations of the Chevy II the car was offered in coupe, sedan, station wagon and convertible body styles. As the Chevy II progressed its image changed along the way and the car could be ordered with Chevys prestigious Super Sport Package making 327 and 396 engines available and specialty Novas were even available from places like Yenko Chevrolet, NicKey Chevrolet and the internal GM C.O.P.O program suiting some of these Novas with the mighty 427ci rat motor! Our featured Nova falls into the second generation that ran for just two short model years, 1966 and 1967. The second-generation Nova showcased a more formal and boxy design that proved to be very popular with car buyers. This generation completely stands out from the Novas and proceeded it and the ones that came after, making the second generation of the Chevy II a very unique body style. Our featured Nova is finished in radiant pearl white paint accompanied by a black vinyl interior with white stripes and matching tinted window. This Nova will move down the highways and byways rapidly with the GM Performance Crate 350ci engine thats paired up with a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission thats linked to a B&M floor shifter. The car is also equipped with 3.73 posi rear end and MSD ignition. The Nova also sports a 15-inch Prime star shaped 5 spoke rims, Sunpro gauges, AM/FM stereo with 6-disc CD changer, power steering, a leather wrapped steering wheel, front seat belts and radial tired with less than 100 miles since installation. This Nova was originally titled in Colorado and is still a very solid vehicle today! Come take a ride into the past in this wonder 67 Chevy Nova!

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is delighted to present this beautiful American Classic, a 1930 Ford Model A Cabriolet. What a beauty she is at 91 years old, with the high-quality brown and yellow exterior finishes, stunning chrome, contrasting top and interior! A beautiful restoration here folks, beautiful in, and out. It is a proud automobile with a ton of personality. A joy to drive, reminiscent of a time long ago when life was simple, and cars were works of art. Think about it. The Wizard of Oz had not even been made yet. America was in the second year of the great depression. Gas was 20 cents a gallon. Fords long-haul and success with the Model T gave them everything they needed to graduate to the more refined A Model as you see here. More substantial, advanced, and enjoyable to operate. The interior is soft and comfortable, with beautiful textured fabrics, door pockets, wood dash header, and the simplicity of it all is one of the reasons these are well loved. The iron 4 cylinder starts easy and purrs like a kitty, with that low idle Ford fans adore. It provides ample power to move her down the road, with spirited performance. This gorgeous 1930 Model A is offered through our Fort Lauderdale location and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com for more information please call the showroom at 954-227-4202 or email us at ftlauderdale@gatewayclassiccars.com

The power moves through a Muncie M22 heavy duty 4-speed manual transmission. This is a 61,000 mile time capsule. As my co-worker would say “this is a car that takes you back to a simpler time when there was little more to do on a Saturday afternoon than to jump behind the wheel of your automobile and cruise the strip waiting for a destination to present itself. The 1971 cars were virtually identical in appearance to the previous model inside and out. This was the final year for the fiber optics light monitoring system, the headlight washer system, and the M22 heavy duty 4-speed manual gearbox. For the first time, air conditioning was installed on most of the cars, with nearly 53 percent so ordered. . Once you climb into the driver’s seat of this Corvette youll notice all the features that come along with this wonderful car. The air conditioning at your fingertips to keep you and your one passenger comfortable on hot days allowing you to fully enjoy your experience. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars welcomes this incredible (Believed to be actual miles) 1958 Fleetwood 4 Door Hard Top Cadillac into our Denver Showroom! Lawrence P. Fisher was the Fisher brother most closely involved with Cadillac in its early years. In 1916, he joined the Fisher Body Company, which had been formed by two of his brothers in 1908. Larry (as people knew him) was one of four of the seven Fisher brothers who brought Fisher Body Corporation under the General Motors umbrella in 1919. In May 1925, Alfred P. Sloan, then the head of General Motors, appointed Fisher as Cadillac General Manager, an office he retained through 1934. Fisher immediately went to work adding exclusive, custom bodies to the Cadillac range. Thus he oversaw the purchase of the Fleetwood Metal Body Company by the Fisher Body Corporation in September 1925.[1] The Fleetwood Body Company of Fleetwood, Pennsylvania, was founded by Harry Urich in the nineteenth century. It began as a small community of craftsmen founded by Henry Fleetwood, Esq. of Penwortham, near Lancaster, England (the Fleetwood family flourished in England in the 17th and 18th centuries). The rich traditions of 300 years of coach-building that the Fleetwood Body Company applied to its work on cars secured for it a high reputation in automobile circles worldwide by the 1920s. Coachwork was built by Fleetwood for a variety of luxury makes through 1924. However, after the Fisher Body Corporation purchased the Fleetwood Body Company in 1925, Fleetwood bodies were reserved exclusively for Cadillac. By 1929 GM had purchased the remaining stock holdings of the Fisher Body Corporation and thus became sole owner of both the Fisher and Fleetwood companies Cadillac used the Fleetwood name as a prefix between 1934 and 1976 on several of its most expensive models, always designating an elevated level of luxury. Between 1958 and 1961, Cadillac used the Brougham sub-designation for its exclusive four-door Eldorado models. The Fleetwood script and crest would not appear on the exterior of any Cadillac until the 1947 model year when it appeared on the rear deck lid of the Sixty Special. By 1952 it also appeared on the rear deck lid of the Series 75. In 1957 the Cadillac Series 70 Eldorado Brougham joined the Sixty Special and the Series 75 as the only Cadillac models with Fleetwood bodies although Fleetwood script or crests did not appear anywhere on the exterior of the car.[4] This marked the first time in 20 years that a Fleetwood bodied car was paired with the Brougham name.[2][3][5] When production of the Eldorado Brougham was shifted in 1959 from the Cadillac Fleetwood plant in Detroit to Pininfarina in Turin, Italy, only then did it acquire Fleetwood wheel discs[6] and door sill moldings,[7] presumably because the design work[7] and final touches[8] were still being done by Fleetwood. This beautiful Dakota Red Fleetwood features a gorgeous custom Silver/Black interior. It features the original 365CI V8 Engine and 4-Speed Auto Transmission, with only 94,335 miles on the clock. This timeless American Classic will fit right into any car collection! Restoration completed within 1,000 miles ago.
