Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to offer this 1941 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible. The Fisher-bodied Series 62 replaced the Cadillac Series 61 as an entry level product for the 1940 model line. The Series 62 featured a low sleek torpedo style C-body with chrome window reveals, more slant in the windshield, and a curved rear window. The new C-body that the 1940 Cadillac Series 62 shared with the Buick Roadmaster and Super, the Oldsmobile Series 90 and the Pontiac Custom Torpedo featured shoulder and hip room that was over 5 wider, the elimination of running boards and exterior styling that was streamlined and 2-3 lower. When combined with a column mounted shift lever the cars offered true six passenger comfort. The Series 62 was available as a club coupe or a sedan, with 2-door and 4-door convertibles introduced mid-year. In 1941, the one-piece hood came down lower in the front, included the side panels and extended sideways to the fenders. A single rectangular panel of louver trim was used on each side of the hood. The rectangular grille was wide, vertical, and bulged forward in the middle. Rectangular parking lights were built into the top outer corners of the grille. Headlights were now built into the nose of the fenders, and provision for built in accessory fog lights was provided under the headlights. Three chrome spears appeared on the rear section of all four fenders. Rear fender skirts were standard. The Series 62 offered the only 4-door convertible built by Cadillac in 1941 and it would be the last time this body style was ever made by the marque. All Cadillacs shared the same 346 cu in (5.7 L) 135 hp L-head V8 that year, with power rising to 150 hp. Options on this 1941 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible include a manual convertible top, a spare tire, and a jack. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1968 Dodge Dart Super Stock Hemi Clone at our Milwaukee location. Only 80 of the Original Super Stocks were built. The main objective when building the Super Stock Hemi was a small car with a big engine for the sole purpose of creating a dragster built only for the track. The biggest motor at the time was the 426 HEMI. A very powerful engine even in todays standard with 12.5:1 compression, 4.250 in. bore and 3.750 stroke. Including a pair of Holley carburetors placed atop a lightweight cross ram aluminum intake manifold, which finished the package resulting in a dragster reaching 130mph under 11 seconds producing 575hp. Unique for 1968 were weight reduction modifications including fiberglass fenders and hood, lightweight bumpers and stripping the car of anything that was not necessary to make the Dodge Dart as light as possible. Our 1968 Dodge Dart Super Stock Clone looks exactly like the real deal. Correct paint scheme of the gray primer with a black hood makes this one Mean looking machine. Under the hood is the rebuilt 426 power-house attached to a rebuilt A-833 4-Speed transmission. mA 488 Dana(60) rear end with posi traction finishes the drivetrain package. Almost nothing was missed in making our Super Stock Clone and look and perform like the real deal. An extra set of racing slicks are included. Any Mopar enthusiast will have to have this 1968 Dodge Dart Super Stock Hemi Clone in their collection. Whether you take it to the track or display it at a car show this dragster will definitely be the star of the show.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this mean Sassy Grass Green 1971 Plymouth Barracuda presented in our St. Louis showroom. The Plymouth Barracuda is a two-door car that was manufactured by Plymouth from the 1964 1/2 to 1974 model years. The first-generation Barracuda, a fastback A-body coupe based on the Plymouth Valiant, had distinctive wraparound back glass and was available from 1964 1/2 to 1966. The second-generation 1967 to 1969 Barracuda, though still Valiant-based, was heavily redesigned. Second-generation A-body cars were available in fastback, notchback, and convertible versions. This car you see today was originally a 318 car but was long gone before the restoration took place to this gorgeous machine. This second generation 1971 Barracuda is not a numbers matching car, but it is one bad ass looking and running machine. The engine is a built 440 with Aluminum Edelbrock Heads and a set of Hooker Headers bolted to them. It is backed by a Tremec Magnum 6 speed transmission with a pistol grip on top to make it a blast to bang through the gears. The Barracuda was changed slightly for 1971, with a new grille and taillights, seat, and trim differences. This would be the only year that the Barracuda would have four headlights, also the only year of the fender gills on the Cuda model. The most popular items from the remodel on the 71 model Barracudas was the cheese grader grill and the gills on the fenders. The exterior color is Sassy Grass Green which is one of the most popular colors from the choice of high impact colors available at this time. The Sassy Grass Green is complimented very nicely by the black interior and black body stripes denoting the 440 engine that sits under the hood. This 1971 Cuda is true example of classic Mopar muscle and is ready for a new home and can be yours! This 1971 Plymouth Barracuda is presented in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD Pictures and an HD video at gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is excited to offer this 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. This Fine Corvette is consignor stated, numbers matching, body-on restored, with rebuilt drive train, showing just over 6,250-miles since completed in 2015. She is powered by the legendary 427-Tri Power rated @ 435-hp, mated to a 4-speed manual, and posi-traction rear end. WE question the hp rating here, as she has a set of Winters Snow Flake aluminum heads, that surely bumped that just a tad! Not only does she possess the correct drive train, but is also painted in Marina Blue 2-stage paint, with White top, and Black vinyl interior. To say shes an eye-catcher, is an understatement! Of course the Big Block came with a stinger hood, but having been optioned with side pipes, takes it to another level! This Corvette has not been taken “over the top, but rather has been treated to a very well done update!! Her engine bay is detailed with an aluminum radiator, and powder coated exhaust manifolds, and the under carriage shows like it did in her day, clean and under coated. The Black interior is like new, and shows minimal wear. Options for this 1967 Corvette include: vinyl interior, updated AM/FM/Cass radio, side pipes, Rally Wheels, red line radial tires. This 1967 Corvette Convertible is for sale in our Atlanta Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (678) 894-4833 or email us at Atlanta@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Our Nashville showroom digitally showcases this 1955 Chevrolet BelAir, or as I call it, my latest car crush. Now I have a pretty good job and while I am sure there are others out there that make more money than I do, I get to work with classic cars. I spend time talking to the owners and buyers of cars that most only dream about and when it comes time for the cars to be driving for the videos, I always volunteer because I dont mind taking one for the team. I tell you this, so you understand, I have become a little jaded. It takes something extra special to catch my attention and this car has it! While the exterior of the car is obviously well done in satin black with chrome that has been painted a gun metal grey, you can tell the work that went into the car before the sinister black was laid down. I have looked this car over top to bottom and I can tell you it is as pretty underneath as it is on top. With Power coated frame, freshly painted floor pan and even the suspension components are tidy and painted black. Powering this classic Chevy shoebox is a Small block Chevy that has been bored and stroked to 383 cubic inches. This stroker was purchased from Smeding ® performance and is thier Extreme and pushes out 450 Horsepower. Bolted to the top of the block is a set of their performance heads, Edelbrock(R) intake and Quickfuel(R) four-barrel carburetor. This power is controlled by a 4-speed manual transmission that is paired right for this set up. Just the slightest twist of the key brings this mighty mouse to life and the noise it makes will put a smile on your face. I just came back from driving the car for the video (Its a tough job, but someone has to do it) and I can tell you I have a permasmile on my face. Now there is a long list of custom touches on this car, too many to list like drilled and slotted rotor and Wilwood(R) disc brakes on each corner, suffice it to say that not a trick was missed nor a penny pinched on this build! Options for this 55 Chevy include: AM/FM CD player, Power steering, Tilt steering wheel, Leather interior, Seat belts, Radial tire wrapped around American Racing(R) 5 spoke rims. This 1955 BelAir for sale can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com for more information please call the showroom at 615-213-1800 or email us at nashville@gatewayclassiccars.comSale held pursuant to permit No. 19289 of department of licenses granted the 14th day of August 2015.

Description:

Our Nashville showroom digitally showcases this 1933 Chevrolet 5 window coupe. Where to start, with most cars it is easy to pick a point to highlight but this car is a joy to look at no matter which angle. I got comfortable on the concrete floor of our showroom just gazing in amazement as the frame, exhaust and suspension is not only beautiful but also done with an eye towards performance. So, I guess I will start at the bottom and work up. The 15 inch front and 17 inch rear wire rims have been power coated orange with polished stainless center caps and trim rings and you know if this kind of attention went into the rims you can only imagine the thought, money and work that went into the rest of the car! The front tires are connected to the car with polished stainless A arms and sway bar. Coil over adjustable springs handle the independent front suspension and power disc brake up front for stopping. Polished stainless 4 link bars that tie the 10 bolt rear axle in place. It is easy to see why this car finished in the top ten at the “shades of the past hot rod round up in Pigeon forge TN! The first thing most people notice is the deep black paint job and I can tell you, there are days of sanding and buffing to get the all steel body to shine to this degree. The paint still looks wet! The next thing you notice is the chrome and there is a lot of it, is just as deep as the paint. Tan leather interior with a bench seat or pull down the center arm rest for the bucket seat look. Leather on the door cards and even the headliner looks to be the same material with a suede insert. Power windows, air conditioning and even a 6 disc Compact disc player keep you comfortable as you cruise past the bystanders with their eyes wide in wonder. Powering this classic hot rod is a Chevrolet small block with 350 cubic inches featuring an Edelbrock® intake and Carburetor, H.E.I. distributor and block hugger headers. Bolted to the back of this classic set up is a 4 speed automatic transmission a 700R4. Not one trick was missed, or penny pinched anywhere on this car. Even the trunk is fully detailed and lighted and has a secret compartment housing the CD player and battery. I could go on and on but time and space do not allow. Options for this 1933 Chevrolet 5 window coupe include: Air conditioning, AM/FM c/d player. Cruise control, Heated leather seats, Power windows, steering and brakes, Tilt steering wheel and wire rims with radial tires. In 1958 Chevrolet built the Apache Pickup, in 2012 the design was re-imagined with styling cues from the Cameo pickups and this truck was born. For sale in our Nashville, TN show room is this show stopping custom that has graced the floor of car shows from coast to coast. There isnt a piece of sheet metal on this truck that hasnt been tweaked, massaged, or cut to make it more aesthetically pleasing. Based off of ideas from the notes of and conversations with GMs Chuck Jordan. To say that this truck is one of a kind is an understatement, this truck is more accurately described as irreplaceable. The subtle touches like custom interior and consoles are to be appreciated, but its the major touches that grabbed your attention and dont let go. Custom wood work completed with exotic African hardwoods, shaved nosed, and decked, completely fabricated and redesigned bed sides, and a beautiful candy burgundy paint job. This truck is beautiful, well thought out, and expertly executed. Under the hood is a crate 383 stroker, with all the chrome youd expect for a truck of this caliber. Behind that is a stout turbo 350 and a this is connected to a locking ford 9 inch rear end. Inside the truck you have a full digital dash, fully adjustable power seats wrapped in leather, and a brand new stereo system. With over 3000 man hours into this build, it is truly a work of art and craftsmanship with a final fit and finish that would make Bill Hines proud.
