Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to present this funky 1955 Chevrolet 3100 Stepside pickup truck for sale on consignment with our showroom in Phoenix, Arizona. In this modern era, a time where more and more people drive a pickup as their primary vehicle, buyers are starting to look at classic trucks as a weekend option. This 3100 is a great example of the “Advance Design series of pickups that Chevrolet introduced after World War II and sold until the end of the 1955 model year. This truck sits on a solid axle with 2-inch drop spindles and comes painted in Teal (Blue/Green) color. A chrome grille, Rally wheels/BF Goodrich and the authentic “stepside add some further flair. The wood lined bed features a tailgate with hidden latches installed for lowering. Things get interesting when you open the hood and gaze upon the 383 CID V8 “Stroker engine that pumps out some healthy power compared to what would have come in this 3100 from the factory. Better yet, its hooked up to a 6-speed automatic transmission with gear vendors overdrive turning the rear wheels through a 9 Ford rear end. This small block Chevy roars through exhaust headers feeding Flowmaster mufflers and dual exiting pipes while the aluminum radiator with dual electric cooling fans keeps it running cool. Inside this 1955 Chevrolet regular cab pickup theres two cloth seats for driver and passenger that were sourced from a modern Toyota product. Dakota digital gauges were installed professionally and the car features power windows, JVC aftermarket stereo and an Ididit wheel with tilt steering column also. The LoKar floor shifter is a nice finishing touch to the cab and theres even center console storage space for your belongings. Most of the work on this 3100 was done at Hot Rods By Dean in Phoenix, Arizona (copies of receipts available with purchase). This 1955 Chevrolet 3100 is a quality example of a classic pickup truck that is ready to drive and enjoy or add your own finishing touches to. we are excited to share more information on this build with you when you call our helpful and professional Sales staff at (623) 900-4884. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Dallas is showcasing a 1955 Imperial Newport! The Chrysler Imperial, introduced in 1926, was Chryslers top-of-the-line vehicle for much of its history. Models were produced with the Chrysler name until 1954, and again from 1990 to 1993. The company positioned the cars as a prestige marque to rival Cadillac, Continental, Lincoln, Duesenberg, Pierce-Arrow, Cord, and Packard. The adjective Imperial according to Websters Dictionary means sovereign, supreme, superior or of unusual size or excellence. The word Imperial thus justly befits Chryslers highest-priced model. Exterior With the exterior bathed in green and white, and overall still holds its shine. Chrome and trim are very good with little to no corroding or dimpling, and overall shiny. This holds true for the bumpers bezels, and rear high mounted taillights. Badging is slightly worn in the color areas, and bumper on the rear shows some corrosion and staining at the point where the exhaust comes through it. Big steel panels, and a wide trim spear with a rear quarter swoop is noted on both sides in good condition. 15-inch chrome wire wheels with faux spinners in the centers are mounted within wide whites all around. Interior A swing of the massive doors and we are swimming in a sea of tuck and roll, piping, and smooth white leather. The front split-bench is mounted in a large metal base that provides power back and forth for the driver. If the rear bench was not in this car it would be in my living room serving as my coach, it is that plush, and it has a pullout area rest. I also need to mention the door panels with their white uppers in wide vertical embossed stripes, and the lowers are a deep green with a metal thread pattern that drips 1955. Seen also are power window toggles within the door pull. Keeping in tune with the motif, the dash is a two-tone green and white, drivers side in green with an instrument cluster of 2 circles. The bezels show slight corrosion but are indeed original. The dash is beautifully sculpted in a curved form and has a large radio speaker, a clock and Imperial in your grandmothers handwriting badge. A white headliner above nice and tight and deep green carpet below, and we are in 1955 luxury. Drivetrain A raise of the hood and we are greeted with the original 331ci Hemi engine topped with a 4-barrel carburetor. On the back is a 2-speed automatic Powerflite transmission which throws power back to 3.54 rear gears. Drive-Ability Just sitting inside this car we are in the lap of luxury and comfort. It started right up, idled smoothly, and took off with lots of Hemi 4-barrel power. Its a cruiser and provides a smooth ride. Cornering is good, and all appears to be working on the mechanical front. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Nashville is proud to digitally present this sweet little sleeper 1987 Chevrolet C10/R1500. 1987 was the first year that they started with the “R“ , powering this wild truck is built General Motors 4-Bolt main 454CID Big Block V8! If that doesnt seem like that much engine to you just wait, theres more. Topping this Big Block is a Weiland 117 Blower with a Holley 850 Double pumper resting on top of that, what a beast! All of this power plant is tossing that power to the ground via a TCI Turbo400 3-speed automatic transmission, yes its built to handle this power and pass that along to a “Strange built 9 rear end. Posi traction is a must on a truck like this to keep it sticking so that was added to it. The interior of this wild machine has had some goodies added. Try a full auto-meter gauge cluster with added tach and a rachet shifter so you can bang through the gears if wanted to, also a very comfortable Red/Black bench seat. You will want to bang gears in this truck making anyone that can see you snap their neck to see what is making that sweet V8 sound. The exterior of this truck is a driver quality paint that has been cleared over so the areas that has paint missing is still cleared and that is the theme that he went with. This truck has had a few different lives in its past, born as a 6cylinder/manual truck it was used to pull a little horse trailer 5th wheel. Yes, I said 5th wheel on a 6cylinder truck! Then it was turned into a race truck having a turboed LS under the hood and passenger fender exhaust hole added with a fuel cell. That brings us to current time, factory fuel tank added back and the massive, big block was installed, rear end redone, rear disc brakes added. Shifter assembly added along with gauge cluster. This truck is a beast! Options on this 1987 Chevrolet C10/R1500 include : Am/FM/CD player, Power Steering, Vinyl bench seat, Seat Belts, Horsepower and performance Radial tires wrapped around steel wheels. For more information on this 1987 Chevrolet C10/R1500 please feel free to call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or visit us on the web at Nashville@gatewayclassiccars.comSale held pursuant to permit No. 19289 of department of licenses granted the 14th day of August 2015.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1958 Ford Fairlane 500. Debuting in 1955, the Fairlane, named after Henry Fords estate, represented this to the premium automobile market. Just one look at this vehicle and it takes you back to a special age where the cars werent just cars, but works of art. This vintage Fairlane 500 is wrapped in a two-tone combination of Red over White, accented with gold inserts in its chrome side trim. Under the hood lurks its original 332 CID V8, which provides the power through the 3-speed automatic transmission. The odometer shows only 72,600 miles and they very well could be original but there is really no way to prove it. The current owner is only the third and this car still looks like it has a lot of years left in it on the road. The Black, Gray and White Vinyl interior looks amazing and in superb condition for a car this old. The exterior paint is driver quality but good enough to take to any cruise-in or car show you see fit. The wide white wall tires give it that vintage look that only an old school big bod like this can pull off. Options on this 1958 Ford Fairlane 500 include: Spare Tire, Hub Caps, Jack, Wide White wall tires and the numbers are matching. This 1958 Ford Fairlane 500 is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. This would certainly be something not everyone has, which would make you stand out from the rest of the crowd at your local car meet. Backed by a 401 CID V8 powerplant horsepower is not an issue for this classic car. The motor is out of a 72 Chevy and features a competition 292 cam, Edlebrock carburetor, and HEI distributor with crossfire cap. Keep the big motor cool is a Walker cobra Z-series 4-core radiator and electric fan. The transmission is a 700R4 out of a 1988 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. The owner has even provided us with a complete breakdown of the car and how it was built given to him by the previous owner. This comes in handy when adding this car to your collection as it allows you to have a good guideline as to how things were done and which parts to use. Painted in a PPG Hondgras Blue mixed with some white and gray, this car certainly stands out when driving down the road. Bringing that gray color into the car, 8 leather hides were used to upholster this car giving it a more modern looks on the inside.
