Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this awesome Pro-Street 1970 Oldsmobile 442 is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 4-4-2 name derives from the original set up of the first car that debuted in 1964. The set up was just that a 4 barrel carb, 4 speed transmission and dual exhaust. Pretty much everything desired on your first generation muscle cars. Some people, even to this day, think that 442 is the cubic displacement of the motor but in all reality Oldsmobile never made a 442 CID motor. They did however make a 400 cubic inch big block and in 1965 it was the motor of choice for the Cutlass 442 cars. Now , being that you could get an automatic, the 4-4-2 stood for 400 CID, 4 barrell, dual exhaust. Sales would steadily rise through the first generations 4 year span topping out at a tad over 25000 units. The 1968 model year would see the 4-4-2 become its own model and not just an option any longer. This 70 is a great example of these timeless machines. With 25267 actual miles you can tell this silver beauty looks to be in great condition. This 442 comes with loads of paperwork including the original build sheet, window sticker, and protecto-plate. The silver with black stripes looks just like it did when it left the factory over 46 years ago. Pop the hood and the 400+ HP 455 cid motor looks right at home, especially with the Chrome Valve covers and air cleaner. Mated up to a turbo 400 this is one of the easiest driving big block muscle cars to drive. WIth the huge amount of torque being produced, these 442s were known for laying down some of the nastiest blackest burnouts that you have ever seen. Hence the reason this car was tubbed, so that a huge set of steam roller tires could be tucked up under the fenders. Options on this Pro Street 1970 Oldsmobile 442 include; AC, AM/FM radio with Cassette player, power steering, power brakes, black cloth interior, seat belts, polished aluminum alloy Wheels. This 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812)294-1555 or email us at Louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited in presenting this 1955 Chevrolet Pick Up for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom. Chevy has for the most part, had one of the more popular followings on their line of pick-up trucks since they ever came out with them. Over the years it has become popular to modify the 2-wheel drive versions of their trucks into hotrods, but this one has gone above and beyond the call to stand out from the crowd. The truck is finished in a satin black patina-like finish on the outside with a blacked-out billet grille setting a mean looking tone. The truck sits on a set of solid styled 20 Mob wheels wrapped in white walled radials which sets a one of a kind looks when paired with the slammed stance of this murdered-out machine. The trucks outside look is capped off with a set of led composite headlights that feature LED amber marker rings and a xenon HID kit to give maximum visibility at night. Underneath the hood lights a healthy built 350 cubic inch Chevrolet small block V8 which features an aluminum intake, longtube headers, March Engineering dress brackets, and a self-tuning fuel injection conversion courtesy of FiTech making for a hotrod power plant with a nice touch of modern day in it. The V8 is bolted to a 700R4 4-speed automatic with overdrive. The truck also come equipped with a retrofitted air conditioning system that arguable works better than the A/C found on todays cars. Going inside on the interior of the truck its all too easy to say that there is way too much custom work to list, from the upholstery on the seats, to the gauges, to the custom Harley Davidson saddle bags serving as the door pockets, you will see plenty of gorgeous touches on this truck to make it one of the most recognizable vehicles on the road. The Chevy is also equipped with power brakes, power steering, power locks, and seat belts bringing this retro 50s ride into compliance with the modern day for drivability. Far too easy to say that you will not find another truck like this one, and the greatest regret you will have is not pulling the trigger on buying this unique and beautiful truck. This 1955 Chevrolet Pick Up is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Denver welcomes this 1985 Jeep CJ8 Scrambler! The Jeep CJ models are both a series and a range of small, open-bodied off-road vehicles and compact pickup trucks, built and sold by several successive incarnations of the Jeep automobile marque from 1945 to 1986. the Jeep CJ line was officially ended in 1986. More than 1.5 million CJ Jeeps were built, having continued the same basic body style for 45 years since the Jeep first appeared.[1] Widely regarded as Americas workhorse, the CJs have been described as probably the most successful utility vehicle ever made.[3] American Motors VP Joseph Cappy said the end of CJ production will signal an end of a very important era in Jeep history.[4] The Jeep CJ-7 was replaced in 1986 by the similar-looking Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep CJ-8 and CJ-10s were succeeded by the Jeep Comanche pickup. The Jeep Scrambler CJ-8 (rebuilt trans. T-176 4 speed Manual, about 1500 miles ago.)(rebuilt engine ALSO about 1,500 miles ago) was a long-wheelbase version of the CJ-7, introduced in 1981 and manufactured through 1986. It featured a 103.5 in (2,629 mm) wheelbase[70] and a removable half cab, creating a small pick-up style box instead of using a separate pickup bed. CJ-8s used the traditional transfer case with manual front locking hubs to engage the four-wheel drive. Most had either a four- or five-speed manual transmission, but a three-speed automatic transmission was an option. The term Scrambler comes from an appearance package with which many CJ-8s were equipped, which included tape graphics and special wheels. Former President Ronald Reagan owned a Scrambler CJ-8 and used it on his California ranch.[74] A full-length steel hardtop CJ-8 was made for the Alaskan Postal Service, using right-hand drive and automatic transmissions. Instead of the rear tailgate, the steel hardtop used a hinged barn-door opening to the back. Only 230 were produced and sold in the U.S. It was also widely sold in Venezuela and Australia as the CJ8 Overlander, with small differences, including full-length rear windows on the Overlander.[75] Steel hardtops used on these postal Scramblers and Overlanders were known as World Cab tops.[76] Dont miss your opportunity to own a piece of American built history in our Denver Showroom. It can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

For sale in our Chicago showroom is this beastly 2011 Ford Mustang GT. The standard GT is no slouch with a strong 5.0l V8 backed to a 6-speed manual making north of 400 horsepower, but this GT has been brought to the next level of performance with an estimated 725 horsepower! Topping this potent 5.0L is a Kenne Bell 2.8L Mammoth supercharger being fed by a 168mm throttle body! Though only 93 is required, the vehicle is capable of taking advantage of 104 octane gas. With roughly 47,000 miles, this red Mustang has barely been broken in. Take a seat in the sporty black bucket seat and press the start button and hear this monster roar to life. A loud raspy gurgle spews from the aftermarket oversized exhaust and slowly settles to a loud burble of an idle. Step on the gas and the exhaust shrieks violently. This is no ordinary Mustang! The inside is surprisingly quiet with all the windows rolled up and make for a very enjoyable cruising experience. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to present in our Ft Lauderdale Showroom this jaw dropping 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Tribute. By 1970 the Chevelle had made its mark on the American people by being named the best-selling mid-size car in America. Though most were powered by a lesser V8 or even an inline 6, the SS nameplate bumped this vehicle up to a much more potent V8, but not as mean as this powerhouse. Some people crave more power and want to take things to another level entirely. That said, the factory motor in this car was replaced with a 400 CID Engine Dynoed at 596 Horse Power and includes a Callies Stealth 54 cpp Crank, Ross HC Pistons, Weldtech Heads 3036, Solid Lift Cam, 4150 Holly Carb, FB Performance Transmission w/3000 stall converter # 4STB Transmission with Trans Brake and Over Drive. Furthermore, this beauty was a Frame-Off Restoration and includes but is not limited to: 4 wheel disc brakes, complete SPC suspension, Vari Shocks front and rear, 4 link rear suspension, Hydratech braking system, dual fan aluminum radiator with separate trans cooler and fan, dual rear batteries, stainless steel fuel tank, stainless headers with auto exhaust dumps, caron fiber drive shaft, MSD digital 6 ignition with Pro Billet distributor, performance steering gear box, custom built carburetor by Dyno Shop and Billet Specialties Wheels. This gorgeous 1970 Chevelle is for sale in our Ft Lauderdale Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is happy to present this Pristine 2000 Plymouth Prowler for purchase at our showroom in West Deptford, NJ. This Prowler is finished in Yellow with Black interior and only 20,000 original miles. In the early 90’s Chrysler engineers were given free rein to design whatever they wanted in a Hot Rod type vehicle. The rod-inspired Plymouth Prowler was approved as the companys follow-up show-stopper to the Viper. It was introduced in 1997. One of the most striking design features of the Prowler are the open, race style front wheels. The Prowler features a 24-valve, 3.5 L aluminum-block, 253 hp (189 kW; 257 PS) at 6400 rpm engine. Coupled to a four-speed Autostick semi-automatic transmission. The transmission was located at the rear of the vehicle and joined to the engine by a torque tube that rotated at engine speed, an arrangement similar to that used by Corvette and Porsche. While criticized for having only a V6 engine, Chryslers High Output 3.5 had a horsepower rating similar to (or higher than) the companys Magnum V8s of that era. While not making nearly as much torque as a V8, Prowlers light weight helped to achieve rapid off-the-line acceleration. The car prominently featured aluminum construction and the car was assembled by hand at the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant (CAAP) in Detroit. To view this 2000 Prowler in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. The staggered stance and rear oversized wheels give the car a rake that is unmistakable. The interior is plush, with sporty black leather bucket seats. The dash is simple, yet sporty, with individual molded gauges pods. Whether the top is up or down, you feel complete comfort and youll find it hard to leave, simply because you dont want to. Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a one of a kind 1955 Ford Thunderbird. This is not your grandfathers T-Bird. Power comes from a Chevy 396 Big Block and a 6-71 Blower! Yes thats right, a blown big block Chevy in a T Bird. Certainly enough power for this lightweight. The body is fiberglass and it has a narrowed rear end plus a Mustang II front end. Power is sent to the rear wheels via TH-350 automatic, Ford 9 and 3.55 gears. Front disc brakes will slow you down in a hurry. In addition to this wild build, it is also equipped with Power windows, radio and a Power trunk lid. The looks of this Thunderbird will draw a crowd from anywhere. Bright red, convertible, blower sticking out of the hood and fat Mickey Thompson tires out back. Of course if you dont see this car coming, youll hear it! Its not too loud but will certainly let you know that it means business. The rumble from the Big block and the whine from the blower, yes that will do it. Inside is a stock Thunderbird bench seat, modified gauges, switches for the electric fuel pump, electric cooling fan, ignition and a power cutoff in the glove box. The trunk is finished nicely and features a fuel cell in between he rear tubs for the giant rear wheels. Top up or top down, this is a fun car. For those of you that like the look of the old Thunderbirds but need double the power, look no further, as this one belongs in your garage. Call our St. Louis showroom for more information on this Blown T-Bird or stop by for a closer look. To view HD photos and video, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com
