Gateway Classic Cars of Indianapolis is proud to present this 1955 Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria for sale! The American Ford line of cars gained a new body for 1955 to keep up with surging Chevrolet, although it remained similar to the older models underneath. Apart from the engine changes, customers were sure to notice the new Fairlane, which replaced the Crestline as the top trim level, while a new Crown Victoria -style featured a basket handle across the Victoria hardtop roof. This Fairlane is painted in red and white on the outside and matching red and white vinyl interior. Under the hood is the 272ci. V8 mated to an automatic transmission. The Fords introduced for 1955 also featured the panoramic windshields found on Oldsmobiles, Buicks and Cadillacs the previous year. With this panoramic windshield the A-pillars have a vertical angle. this gives the driver more panoramic visibility. For the first time, Ford offered seat belts as a dealer option (not factory installed, with instructions provided by a Service Bulletin). The 1955 Fords were marketed under separate names for each of the three trim levels: Ford Mainline, Ford Customline and Ford Fairlane. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale has the solution for those of you who tend to run late- this very cool, 1927 Fort T-Bucket, complete with a 331 Chrysler HEMI. This bad boy is all business, and looks good doing it. The iron Chrysler HEMI is a very durable mill and is complete with a nice polished intake and dual AFB (Edelbrock Performer) setup. Close your eyes and just imagine what that sounds like winding up through the gears! And for extra fun, there are cutouts on the long tub headers, just in case you want an extra dose of noise with all that whoop-ass. This thing looks like the hot rod models we built as kids- and dreamed about driving. Well here you go. I mean, you just gotta grin when you look at this thing, with that dropped Pete & Jakes front axle, chrome plating, hot yellow paint, Jag rear with inner disc brakes, fat rear treads, and low profile windshield. Its a machine built for shrinking time and distance, as Pontiac famously said in 1964 when they launched the GTO. Well I dont know about you, but theres a very good chance this will dust any GTO they ever built. The owner indicates the motor was rebuilt, along with the addition of a high performance 727 3 speed automatic. A Locker shifter was added to the neat & tidy interior. This car is not exactly practical. But life is short. What it IS is a machine that will make you smile, get smiles, make your heart race, and perhaps spank a youngin or two on the street. Description:

Our Las Vegas showroom presents this gorgeous 1967 Pontiac Grand Prix. This Grand Prix is a prime example of an extremely well made American classic. This Pontiac Grand Prix is a stylish choice of 1960s cars that carries with it much of the eyeball of its GTO counterpart. With a larger and more luxurious ride than GTOs, this Grand Prix paired with one of the more powerful engines, still sparks the thrill of an American made V8. The 400-cid Pontiac V8 that bowed in 1967 Pontiacs, was a bored-out version of the 389. The extra cubes were added to mask the fact that Tri-Power options were no longer offered. While Pontiac was busy trying to revamp their engines, Pontiac also slightly updated the 1967 GP aesthetics with a full-width front bumper framing the lower half of the grill, power concealed headlights and rear fender skirts; adding to her already intimidating presence. This factory ordered “Montreux Blue Metallic paint on this GP looks only a few years old, nowhere close to looking like the 54-year YOUNG soul she has. The headliner shows no signs of tearing or drooping, in addition to the fabulous un-ripped leather on both front and rear seats. The rear area of the car even still has the chrome flip up ash tray on both sides for all your passengers vices. The vinyl wood grain surrounding the middle console has no lifts, scratches or folds to showcase, and none of the glass windows have cracks or chips to show. The chrome trim around all windows has no dents, even the chrome surrounding the wiper blades and cowl is in good condition. The Blue exterior, blue upholstery, blue headliner, blue dash, blue custom pinstriping, and roaring dual exhaust really accentuate this 60s style and feel. This particular Grand Prix has been attending automotive shows since the Summer of 69 car show on Fremont Street. In fact, this Grand Prix has won several awards throughout her lifetime and continues to wow on lookers as she moves by effortlessly. Many can dream of having this low mileage, 18,320 undocumented miles, 1967 Grand Prix, but she is waiting for the right person to take control. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer one very cool 1965 Pontiac GTO. You won’t be able to help yourself from humming “Little GTO” when you fire up this bright red beauty. As Ronnie and the Daytonas sung in their 60’s classic, “Turn it on, wind it up, blow it out, GTO”. This ’65 has the iconic 3 deuces and a 4 speed that any Pontiac fan can appreciate. It sports a Pontiac 400 from a 1968, but still has the look and feel you’d expect from a ’65. The snappy red exterior is set off with a set of polished Cragar SSs wrapped in white wall tires. This one sports a unique white vinyl top which matches the white vinyl interior. Front buckets and a floor shifter leave no questioning what type of car this is: a true muscle car. This is however, the gentleman’s muscle car, so a wood rimming steering wheel and wood grain dash dress up the cabin. Power steering and power brakes are a must in a full sized car with the power that this one has. When you hit wide open throttle, you can hear all 3 carbs gulping fresh air to feed the beast. Needless to say, they just don’t make them like they used to. This little slice of muscle car history is available in our Dallas showroom. Swing by for a closer look, or check out www.GatewayClassicCars.com for 100+ photos and a video. Contact 817-310-9400 or dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquiries.

Description:

In late 1987, rumors of an all-new, high performance Corvette built upon the fourth generation platform began circulating among the automotive press. Dubbed the “King of the Hill, the secretive supercar was said to be a world-beater, and in March of 1989, GM debuted its impressive Corvette ZR-1 at the Geneva Motor Show. Even though this GM rocket ship has been around for 30 years, the ZR-1 remains a memorable piece of Corvette history, as well as a bridge from performance Corvettes past to the present. Chevrolet offered an RPO ZR1 option for the Corvette that included a 350-cu.in., 370-horsepower V-8 mated to a close-ratio four-speed transmission; heavy-duty brakes; a transistorized ignition; an aluminum radiator; and a heavy-duty suspension. Wisely, the configuration was not recommended for street driving, but those opting to exercise their Stingrays in a closed-course environment surely saw the benefits of this package. Its not often that you see these rare visions of motorsport royalty, but we have one here at Gateway Classic Cars in Kansas City, and this beauty could be yours…if you call us today! Stop by today, have a cup of coffee and the nice folks from Gateway Classic Cars in Kansas City will be glad to show you this amazing auto or any others from our ever changing inventory! Our beautiful showroom is located at 1202 South Lone Elm Road, Olathe, KS 66061 To view this fantastic Corvette ZR-1 in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures @ gatewayclassiccars.com, or contact one of our professional sales staff at (913) 815-1340.

Description:

The Tampa Showroom is honored to be listing this 1963 Ford Thunderbird for sale. A bullet bird, how cool is this ride! This Thunderbird has a 390ci V-8 with an automatic transmission. The T-bird has a newer top and the interior has been lifted from the old to the new with carpet an, seats, and door panels. The newer paint looks very good and this bullet is ready for the road. During the build, new brakes, gas tank & lines, transmission serviced, a new Holly carburetor, driveshaft balanced, trunk mat kit, master cylinders, power booster, and multiple trim pieces. Heads have been hardened to accept regular gasoline. This bird comes with a cover, extra rear bumpers, original heads, carburetor, and fuel pump. All this work was completed 2012 and with only 535 miles put on the odometer since the build. The third generation of the Ford Thunderbird is a personal luxury car produced by Ford for the 1961 to 1963 model years. It featured new and much sleeker styling than the second generation models. Sales were strong, if not quite up to record-breaking 1960, at 73,051 including 10,516 convertibles. A new, larger 390 cu in 6.4 L FE-series V8 was the only engine available in 1961. The Thunderbird was 1961s Indianapolis 500 pace car, and featured prominently in US President John F. Kennedys inaugural parade, probably aided by the appointment of Ford executive Robert McNamara as Secretary of Defense. It shared some styling cues with the much smaller European Ford Corsair. Changes for 1963 were relatively mild. Some additions to the option list included vacuum assisted door locks and an AM/FM radio; an AM radio and a remote drivers side mirror became standard. Options include: Power Brakes, AM radio, Hub Caps, Power steering, power top, vinyl interior, tilt wheel, radial tires, power windows, . Description:

Now featured in our Atlanta showroom is this custom built1964 Ford F100 pickup that is sure to turn heads and burn tires! This monster motor pickup is powered by a crate 502 cu.in. aluminum head 460 big block, w/ Edelbrock Performer 460 aluminum intake, mated to a rebuilt C-6 automatic transmission, with a Ford 9 posi-traction rear end w/ 3:73 gears - all with 2,000-miles since being assembled! This puppy is pushing ~ 700-hp, and she doesnt try to hide it - as the 3 Dynamic exhaust w/ electronic gate valve, and side pipes - oh does she sound strong! The engine bay is detailed, w/ just the right amount of billet aluminum, chrome goodies, and a 4-core aluminum radiator. This 64 F-100 was taken down to bare metal, and the time was taken to correct any issues, along with getting her lines nice and even! Thats what it takes to make a show quality paint job look the way it should - and they hit the mark! She is painted in Glasurit AMG Metal Gray, that was carried into the cab, along with sprayed-in liner in the cargo area, and to say she shines- is an understatement! We need to mention the stance - she just sits right - and the wheel / tire combo - just solidifies it! The front suspension set up was pulled out of a 2000 Crown Victoria, and provides a much sportier feel - having power rack & pinion steering. You can bet she goes…you know you can steer, and what about stopping - well take a look at the 4-wheel disc brakes - thats covered! If they could just do something to stop the speeding tickets - Id buy it! The interior was updated by the addition of a carbon fiber insert/backdrop for the guage cluster, housing AutoMeter guages, ergonomic black bucket seats, B&M Pro shifter, billet tilt steering column, and custom door panel inserts. This truck turns a lot of heads and is a blast to drive! Options on this 1964 F-100 include; power brakes, power steering, spray-in liner, aluminum fuel tank, iPod w/ BlueTooth, aluminum wheels wrapped in P205/70R15, Mickey Thomson 28X12.WR15LT tires. To view this 1964 F-100, please visit our site at www.gatewayclassiccars.com, or call 678-894-4833, or email us at atlanta@gatewayclassiccars.com. To see this 1964 F-100 in person, stop by our showroom located at 1870 McFarland Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30005.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is honored to offer this stunning 1950 Oldsmobile 88 Sedanette for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. In post-World War II America, which was perhaps the most prosperous time in the history of our country, luxury sedans like this defined the automotive trends which favored comfort and power. This car was completely restored to mostly original specifications by the previous owner, who was a judge for ACAA (Antique Automobile Club of America) so you can be confident he knew what he was doing. This Oldsmobile for sale comes in a crest blue exterior color with gray cloth interior. The chrome on this car has been triple-coated and although I wasnt alive when this car was on GM showroom floors I believe it looks better than new! Under the hood of this 1950 Oldsmobile for sale is a 303 CID V8 with a compression ratio of 7.25:1. The 4-speed Hydramatic automatic transmission is the perfect compliment for this engine, which produces almost twice the amount of torque as it does horsepower. The only non-period correct item on this car is the battery, which is an 8-volt system, although the battery cover itself is stock in appearance. Having traveled just 1,000 miles since the rebuild (according to the seller) this Olds is ready to go for its new owner. Give us a call today on this fantastic looking 1950 Oldsmobile 88 Sedanette for sale right now at (623) 900-4884. You can also email us directly at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com with questions regarding this vehicle or any of our other inventory for sale.
