Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston Showroom is excited to offer this custom 1941 Packard Street Rod Coupe. Packard is a name not seen all that often running down the road today. This would certainly be something not everyone has, which would make you stand out from the rest of the crowd at your local car meet. Backed by a 401 CID V8 powerplant horsepower is not an issue for this classic car. The motor is out of a 72 Chevy and features a competition 292 cam, Edlebrock carburetor, and HEI distributor with crossfire cap. Keep the big motor cool is a Walker cobra Z-series 4-core radiator and electric fan. The transmission is a 700R4 out of a 1988 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. The owner has even provided us with a complete breakdown of the car and how it was built given to him by the previous owner. This comes in handy when adding this car to your collection as it allows you to have a good guideline as to how things were done and which parts to use. Painted in a PPG Hondgras Blue mixed with some white and gray, this car certainly stands out when driving down the road. Bringing that gray color into the car, 8 leather hides were used to upholster this car giving it a more modern looks on the inside. If you are looking for a car to jump in and go for a nice cruise, this is the way to go. For more information on this 1941 Packard Street Rod for sale, to see all the HD pictures and videos of it, copy the URL below, and see it at this direct link: http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/show/HOU/1616. Description:

Chicago showroom presents this stunning restomod 1940 Chevrolet Master Deluxe. Powering this Burnt Orange beauty is a much newer Gen3 5.3l small block Chevrolet V8 paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. The goodies dont end there, however, as it was also equipped with air-conditioning, a Mustang II style front suspension, and a high custom interior. The restoration finished about 5 years ago but has taken a number of years, and a few owners, to complete. The fenders and running boards are fiberglass, but the bulk of the body is original Chevy steel. Though the paint was done some years ago, it still looks wet enough to swim in. The windows have a slight tint and look sharp on this modernized antique. The V8 has a Spectre short-ram intake and tubular exhaust manifolds installed to give a bit more grunt from factory. A 4-speed automatic gives a great balance of performance for hot-rodding around and overdrive gearing for long hauls. A 10-bolt rear axle is strong enough to handle anything this torquey engine can throw at it with ease. With gorgeous curves, thunderous growls, and a comfy cabin, this 40 Chevy has it all. Options include: Air-Conditioning, AM/FM/CD player, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Steering Wheel, Vinyl Interior, Kill Switch, and Alloy Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. For more information on this slick 1940 Chevrolet Master Deluxe, contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488 or Chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this beautiful 1970 Pontiac Le Mans Convertible. Back in the muscle car era, if you wanted speed as well as stunning good looks, the Pontiac store was where you shopped, and while the GTO got all the press, smart buyers opted for the Lemans, which could be fitted with many of the same performance parts for a bit less cash. Given how well this beautiful 1970 Lemans Sport runs, it represents one heck of a deal on a great piece of muscle. Honestly, I am guessing a Lemans convertible today is considerably rarer than a GTO, and it is a real treat to see one that has not been faked up to be something its not. The burgundy red paint looks right on the crisply rendered Pontiac sheet metal, and if it is a high-visibility piece of muscle you want, you can scarcely do better than this. Forget stripes, scoops, and spoilers and other add-ons, this car simply delivers the power without all the fanfare but looks awesome doing it. The Lemans had a slightly different front end that includes a chrome bumper that neatly blends in with the grille surround, but out back the big differentiator are the big block letters spelling out LEMANS on the deck lid. Pontiac did not skimp on the Lemans interior, which gets buckets, a console, and plenty of excitement from the division that invented it. Reproduction seat covers look great and are in wonderful shape, and the carpets look so good they must be recent, too. The door panels are likely original, which again speaks to the care this car has received over the years, because they are still quite presentable. Basic instruments are set into the same deep round pods used by rest of the Pontiac lineup. You will hit the road with the top down and your favorite sounds on the stereo. A nice-fitting black power convertible top and matching boot enhance the driving experience. The engine is a mighty 400 cubic inch big block that was recently rebuilt and delivers extremely impressive performance. A restored GTO would be obligated to run an emasculated 1970 tune, but this freshly installed hammer is full of the good stuff and delivers that big block torque you have always dreamed of. It looks right and is set up with a stock air cleaner and fresh engine enamel that looks bright against the satin black engine bay. The condition of this Pontiac is rare thanks to a life in a dry climate. Proudly carrying the Pontiac shield, this Lemans convertible delivers on the promises made by its stunning good looks at a very reasonable price. Call today! This 1968 Ford Mustang is in our Atlanta showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway classic cars is proud to show this awesome Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia. The iconic camper style meets with a ton more modern convenience in this 1986 Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia. So, while you will like the distinction and usefulness, you will love that its all offered for an affordable price. The versatile forward-control style and squared-off bread van style make this instantly reminiscent of the classic VW Bus. That is because the Vanagon is the more powerful, larger, and nimbler successor. The Gold with black trim has a crisp and classic look. As you investigate the details, you will discover that kind of investments that keep this classic a practical choice. In fact, the important Westfalia roof even has newer seals. Inside, the driver gets all the right comforts with high-back bucket seat upholstered in a plush tan cloth. It has good bolstering and armrests to make sure it is long-haul comfortable. Plus, there is a large steering wheel, a gearshift within easy reach, and a nice, upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo for entertainment (and the USB will even charge a modern phone.) But the true luxuries are all behind this. Built-in cabinets, a fold-up table, and a fold-flat bed all mean you can take home with you in a compact and well-organized package. Also, as a true Westfalia, it has the iconic pop-up roof for comfortable camping, and it is in great condition. Besides being larger than a VW Bus, the Vanagon is also desirable for its drivetrain package. The motor is a more powerful 2.1-liter flat-four. This fuel-injected powerplant will still not win any drag races, but the Vanagon has much more going for it. The motor is mounted low in the body for a low center of gravity, and the weight near the rear driving wheels delivers a similar power/traction advantages of the original Beetle. There is also a fully independent suspension and the control of a four-speed manual transmission. So, if you have never driven one before, you are going to be surprised at how lively this VW feels on the road. Add in power steering and power brakes w/discs up front, and this is quite a nice total driving package for the long haul. This is the VW camper that delivers the classic look you love but with extra space, convenience, and usefulness. Better adventures await you, but only if you call today! This 1986 Volkswagen is located in our Atlanta showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Ladies and Gentlemen, Gateway Classic Cars of Kansas City is Honored to present a striking, Firethorn Red, 1968 Pontiac GTO! When GM redesigned its intermediates for 1968 with more curvaceous, semi-fastback styling, no division had a tougher muscle car act to follow than Pontiac. A unique feature was the body-color Endura front bumper. It was designed to absorb impact without permanent deformation at low speeds. Pontiac touted this feature heavily in advertising, showing hammering at the bumper to no discernible effect. A GTO could be ordered with Endura delete, in which case the Endura bumper would be replaced by a chrome front bumper and grille from the Pontiac LeMans. The 1968 Pontiac GTO emerged as a brilliant blend of beauty and brawn. It sustained the styling leadership of the 1966-67 series, and its performance remained competitive against ever-tougher rivals. Our brilliant red exterior beauty has an equally stunning interior with white bucket seats, white door panels, and white headliner. Black carpeting and black dash complete the interior. If you entered this GTO in the next car show, you might take home the prize for best looking muscle car! Plus, looks aside, if you also entered a 0 - 60 m.p.h. contest in the same car show, you might win that competition, as well! This GTO will GET UP and GO! Lets just say, … good thing that she has power brakes! GTOs have been known to have a habit of making tracks and disappearing fast! Our hunch is that this one will be leaving soon, as well! Why not put a GTO in your garage? Call your friends in the classic car business in Kansas City at Gateway Classic Cars. Our number is (913) 815-1340. You can reach us Monday thru Saturday, 9 a.m. thru 5 p.m. cst. Gateway Classic Cars of Kansas City, 1202 South lone Elm Road, Olathe, KS 66061.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1940 Chevrolet Coupe! This pro street machine appears to be rocking a Merlin built engine and has the sound to back up the looks! The exterior looks fantastic and is a bit more of a modern take on the typical street rod on the market. Step into the luxurious interior and you are welcomed by a modern style interior with creme and tan colored pieces with some aluminum thrown in for style. The seats are high backs with adjustable headrest to really modernize the feel of the interior. On the business end of this sweet ride is a purple Merlin motor in the engine bay. The exhaust note of the rebuilt big block is MEAN and the engine bay certainly creates a nice impression. The vintage AC system works and was blowing cold upon consignment. For anyone into the street rods but worn out with the typical builds everyone else has running around this is the perfect option. If you want a performance vehicle this will put a hurting on most rides running the streets! 1940 Chevrolet Coupe is for sale in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is proud to offer this one of a kind 1929 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan. This ALL STEEL 1929 Model A Tudor Sedan is painted a gleaming black and sports some cool magenta flames. According to the seller, this beast is powered by a 360 CID small block Chevy V8, which is backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. This 29 Model A is a real blast to drive, and its definitely more fun than all those automatic transmission-equipped restomodded Model As out there. The V8 is topped by a set of high-performance aluminum heads, and a Holley carb on an aluminum intake, and has ceramic-coated headers and dual exhaust. Ignition enhancement is courtesy of an MSD6A, MSD Blaster 2 coil, and fat MSD plug wires. This black beauty is riding on a set of American Racing aluminum mag wheels, which are wrapped by BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires, sized P155/80R15 up front, and P265/60R16 out back. The fat 265s out back provide both a proper hot rod stance, and plenty of traction, but you can break them loose quickly if you want. Should you find yourself a bit above the legal limit, the 4-wheel disc brakes provide plenty of stopping power. A Corvette IRS rear end with 4.11:1 gears provides much better handling than youd expect from a car of this vintage. There is lots of good-looking chrome on this car, and it really pops against the dark paint. If you find yourself needing some room for your friends extra carry ons, theres a slick fold up chrome luggage rack at the rear. Inside, youll find a plush velour fabric interior with seating for you and at least 3 guests. Drivers will appreciate the tilt steering wheel on its shiny chrome column, and the thick leather-wrapped billet aluminum steering wheel. Behind that wheel is a genuine custom Wabbits Wood dash, which looks great and will last a long time. There are gauges for fuel, oil pressure, coolant temp, and amps. The large tach and speedo are easy to read as well. The tall Hurst shift lever falls easily to hand, making this a joy to row through the gears. Custom glass etching adorns the rear windows and back glass and add a cool vintage touch. A Kenwood Excelon head unit provides AM/FM/XM Satellite radio and CD capabilities, and a 3-outlet USB connector for your other connectivity is just below the dash. Additional features and options on this 1929 Ford Model A include Aluminum Wheels, AM/FM/CD/XM Radio, Cloth Interior, Kill Switch, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, and Tilt Steering Wheel. Gateway Classic Cars of Indianapolis is proud to present this stunning Torch Red 2004 Ford SVT Cobra Convertible. Built by the “Special Vehicle Team at Ford, this muscle car was the performance version of the base Mustang. Higher performance than even the GT or the Mach 1. The Cobra was built from 1993 to 2004 with this being the last model year. This car was eventually succeeded by the 2007 GT500. This car though, is no slouch at all. Whether in the looks and comfort department, or performance! Under the hood is the 4.6L V8 engine making around 390hp stock, but this car has some bolt on goodies which help produce 450hp to the wheels! Shifting through a 6-speed manual gearbox makes for an exciting drive. Automatic top that quickly goes up or down depending on the weather. And basically every modern amenity one could ask for in a sporty convertible. A/C, power brakes, steering, seats, windows, AM/FM radio, CD player, leather interior, and more! As mentioned before, this car has some aftermarket parts added on. Going along with the car is the original shifter, exhaust, and air cleaner to put car back to stock if you so choose. Ford only made 167 Torch Red Convertibles in 2004 so if you love this color, on this car, then here is your chance to get behind the wheel of some good old American Muscle! Description:

Available in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is this very original Guards red with black leather interior and black top 1984 Porsche 911 Cabriolet. This outstanding Eurospec Carrera features: 3.2 liter horizontally opposed 6-cylinder, 5-speed manual transmission, 16-inch wheels, clean history, and just under 35k original miles. This 1984 Porsche 911 represents the highest evolution of the classic 911 body style with its fully galvanized body, much improved AC system, and unquestionable reliability. Not only does the 3.2 engine make more horsepower than its SC predecessor, but it also does not have any timing chain issues-one of the only notable problems found in the bullet proof SC. Speaking of Horsepower, the car makes 231 HP compared to its US counterpart which came in at 207 HP. This car was federalized when it first arrived in the US and received smog equipment, and a MPH speedometer, but it still retains many of its unique European details including, smaller rear bumperettes, the more powerful Euro motor, the small lower brake light, and Euro Hella H4 headlights. This 911 is in wonderful original condition. There is some very minor wear to the leather seats, and the door panels, dash and carpets look great for their age. The German canvas top is in very good condition as well. The paint is excellent with some small touched up stone chips on the front hood and a great luster and shine. The Porsche 911 is and has remained the most significant and fundamentally unchanged of the great sports cars of the last half-century. A true enthusiasts car, famous for its race-bred handling, durability, profound beauty, and unique and steadfastly simple design, this compelling Guards Red cabriolet is a fine example of the earliest and most fully realized of the real world 911s. A car as comfortable for local commutes, as it is competent at performance extremes; this is undoubtedly the most iconic of the air-cooled 911s.
