Description:

For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a 40th Anniversary Edition 1993 Chevrolet Corvette. This C4 Corvette is finished in the beautiful Ruby Red on Ruby Red color combination. This is a 40th Anniversary Edition only combination. Powering this 93 Corvette is a 350 CID LT1 V8 engine with an SLP 3 Cone air intake system. An automatic transmission transfers the 300 horsepower to the rear wheels with ease. The odometer reads 77,463, which represents the actual mileage on the car. Options for this 1993 Chevrolet Corvette include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with CD Player, Cruise Control, Tilt Wheel, Targa Top, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, Power Seats, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Locks, Driver Airbag, and Anti-Lock Brakes. The fourth generation or C4 Corvette debuted in 1984. It was slated for 1983, but part delays and quality issues resulted in only 43 prototype Corvettes being produced in 1983, which were never sold. The C4 was the first complete redesign for the Corvette since the C2 Corvette in 1963. New for the C4 were an all-aluminum suspension and aluminum brake calipers which provided rigidity and ample weight savings. The classic T-Top style roof was replaced with a Targa roof, a one piece removable roof panel that did not require the center bar in the middle, which provided a more open air feel and look. As the years went by for the C4, design and styling cues got better and better. By 1993 the exterior and interior designs were set for the remainder of the C4 run, and the LT1 V8 engine was slated as the base engine as well. Only the ZR-1 and Grand Sport in 1996 options boasted a better performing engine choice going forward. C4 Corvettes are a value and a half for the price you pay and the car you get. They are a blast to drive, and tend to be pretty easy on the pocket book. Description:

For sale in our Detroit Showroom is a very unique 1978 Buick Regal Turbo Coupe. Buicks V6 story dates back to the early sixties when it debuted the engine in 1962. In the time of cheap gas and big V8s, the V6 wasnt very popular, so in 1966, Buick sold the tooling to Kaiser Jeep (later part of American Motors Corp.) where it found its way into many Jeep vehicles. But by 1974, small displacement and fuel economy were the direction of the future and Buick bought back the little V6 from AMC. With the success of the 76 Pace Car, Buick began work to adapt the Turbo V6 to production vehicles. The idea was performance and economy. Buick wasnt trying to make a musclecar, but rather a compromise between the V-8 power and V-6 fuel economy. In 1978, Buick added the Turbo 3.8 231 cid V6 to newly designed Regal and LeSabre. Both cars were given the model designation Sport Coupe. Each subsequent year, engineers refined the little Turbo V6. It found its way into several models, including the FWD Riviera and Chevrolets Monte Carlo, but the most popular model, by far, was the Regal. This 1978 Regal is dressed in Brown with a Light Tan interior that looks amazing. The sound that this turbo generates makes driving this beautiful Buick intoxicating. With under 40,000 original miles, you can guarantee that this Buick has plenty of life left for its next owner. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is proud to present this super cool 1965 Plymouth Valiant Station Wagon. That’s right a station wagon! The precursor to the vaunted SUV is the station wagon, and the mid 60’s has suddenly regained some popularity. You will see them as support vehicles at your local dragstrip or showing up and being showed off at the local car cruise scene. Designed to haul the family around town and make the “family vacation” easier as only one vehicle was required, which is what our modern-day SUV’s and mini-vans do. This Plymouth Valiant SW looks to be in excellent shape. The interior is in very good shape, with the only noticeable wear being the rubber mat in the tail gate area. Under the hood is possibly the most reliable engine Mopar ever built, the 225 CID Slant 6 engine. While it not as impressive as a Hemi V8, these little engines almost never left one stranded. The engine is mated to an automatic transmission for ease of operation. The tan exterior paint is nicely augmented with the rear glass being tinted. Finishing off the exterior with a no nonsense look is a set of black steel wheels with dog dish style hub caps. This Plymouth would make a great shop vehicle for a small hot rod shop or maybe even a grass roots drag racing team. Heck maybe even a big racer like John Force may want to reminiscence. Options for this 1965 Plymouth Valiant Station Wagon include; Seat Belts, Vinyl interior, Steel Wheels with Hub Caps wrapped in radial tires. Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 3 owner 1987 Mercedes-Benz 560SL. Power comes from a smooth running German V8 measuring 5.6 liters and producing 227 horsepower with a healthy 287 lbs./ft. of torque. Plenty of power for this 2 door convertible. Theres something about driving a German car. Everything fits very well, a nice thud when you close the door and a significant lack of rattles when cruising down the highway. This was a classic the day it rolled off the assembly line. Mercedes began production for this model in 1971 and was an instant hit. Production went all the way through 1989 with a production total over 300,000 units! 1986 saw the introduction of the 560 that would end up becoming the most desirable of this model series. Power was up significantly, and sales went up with it. This beautiful example has covered 166,447 miles since it was purchased new in 1987 out in California. Now on its third owner and with receipts for a top end engine rebuild adding new life to the smooth running V8. The car spent all its life in California until 2010. The red paint has a great shine, all the doors open and close very well thanks to a clean history report. The black leather interior doesnt come close to looking old or worn out. If youre ready to cruise in style without breaking the bank, look no further and call our St. Louis showroom at 618-271-3000 or swing by for a closer look. Description:

For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a beautifully restored 1967 Corvette Coupe. This Corvette is powered by a numbers matching L71 427 big block with 435 horsepower! The L71 gave you 11.1 compression, a high lift solid lifter camshaft and three two barrel carburetors. This engine had the highest horsepower rating you could order in 1967 and remained the highest available until the Z06 debuted in 2006. There were other engines options that were more powerful like the infamous L-88, but that was for the most part a store bought race car and was rated at 430 horsepower to try and deter the unaware as they were nasty machines that needed a lot of careful attention behind the wheel. With the L-71 rated at 435 and less expensive than the L-88, that was the box to check. This is a must have that is optioned very well! This will make for one proud owner! This fine example is equipped with side exhaust, bolt on cast aluminum wheels, Posi rear end, AM/FM radio and Redline tires. During the restoration 15 years ago the car was repainted Red with a Black Stinger to go with the black vinyl interior. Originally the car was Marina Blue. What could be better than a high compression, solid lifter Big Block with a 4-speed and side pipes! This is an owner-dcoumented numbers matching vehicle. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this all original 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302. The Camaro/Mustang rivalry had begun in 1967 with the introduction of the Chevrolet Camaro by General Motors. The Camaro was the largest threat to the lead Ford had in the pony car field, a market segment largely created by Ford with the introduction of the Mustang in mid-year 1964. The performance of the Mustang with 289 and 390 engines was not up to the Camaro, with its small block and big block V8. To improve the Mustangs image Ford made a 428 Cobra Jet V8 and a Ford Boss 302 engine optional for the 1968 mid-year and 1969 models, respectively. This 1970 Boss 302 is a numbers’ matching 302 CID V8 mated to a four-speed manual transmission with Hurst Shifter and POSI rear with 3:91 gears. With just under 25,000 miles documented with no known wrecks or panel replacement, Options include: Boss 302 Engine, 4 Speed with factory Hurst Shifter, shaker assembly, front and rear spoilers, rear window slats, high back seats, AM radio, console, 15 Magnum wheels, Interior: Original seat covers, carpet, dash pad, door panels, original paint still in door jambs and trunk. Exterior: Excellent condition, repainted once (around 1974), all original sheet metal, straight nice body, paint still looks great, original floor panels which had rust-preventing under-coat that has recently been removed to show original primer with drips and factory seam sealer, Engine Compartment: Original engine rebuilt (around 1987). Engine sounds and runs strong like a Boss should! Correct: radiator, carburetor, distributor, shaker, intake, no missing or made-up non-original parts that need to be sourced. New exhaust installed (3/2018). Dyno Tuned (8/2008), ALL ORIGINAL PARTS including Smog Pump - Rebuilt, Water Pump - Rebuilt, Brake Booster - Rebuilt, Fan Shroud, Distributor, Rev-Limiter ( Not in Use), Radiator - Rebuilt, Timing Cover, Master Cylinder - Rebuilt, Starter - Rebuilt, Exhaust Manifolds, Distributor Vacuum, Rear Leaf Springs, History: (4) Owners to present, car has been shown locally, featured in Mustang monthly (August 1991), This is a rare opportunity to buy a well optioned Boss 302 with documented low miles, no wrecks, no rust, ready to show or drive that look as if it came right off the showroom floor. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to offer this stunning 1962 Ford Thunderbird Sport Roadster marketed on consignment with our Phoenix, Arizona showroom. This beautiful bird from a long-ago era known as the Jet Age definitely makes a statement, whether its sitting still or in motion. A recent recipient of a full frame-off restoration that took nearly three years, next to nothing on this Black Beauty has been overlooked. The body of this Thunderbird was professionally disassembled, media blasted, primed, painted, and color-sanded with high-quality PPG products. All of the exterior trim, bumpers, grille, taillight housings, etc. have been sent out for refurbishment to like-new condition. The entire drivetrain was sent out to the most qualified professionals to get everything done right. The 390 CID V8 engine has been upgraded with Edelbrock aluminum heads, intake, and 4bbl carburetor. Many of the under-hood components have taken a dip in chrome and really finish the area nicely. The transmission is a 3-speed automatic. Everything underneath has also been gone through including front suspension, rear suspension, U-joints, braking system, and exhaust. The interior has new Black vinyl, new seat foam and new carpet. One of the highlights has to be the power Black convertible roof that folds away in the trunk area, similar to what youd find on a Lincoln Continental. The top turns this two-seater Roadster into an all-weather car in a few minutes with the flip of a switch, all thanks to nearly every part in the system being replaced with new or rebuilt components. The AM radio has been swapped with an AM/FM/Bluetooth system, theres a tilt steering column and a clock. This special T-Bird has been the recipient of an amazing restoration and has traveled less than 500 miles since completion, along with full documentation confirming that there is well over $150K in this no-expense-spared build. Dont miss this opportunity to purchase one of the rarest Thunderbirds ever to leave a Ford assembly plant. You wont have to spend three years to get another car to this level- buy this impressive bird now and enjoy it immediately. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is fired up to be offering this completely custom 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback GT-350 Tribute for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. This Mustang may be titled as a 67 but in reality was completely built from the ground up in 2015. This Fastback looks the business in its ‘King of the Road Blue exterior paintjob with signature white stripes. A thumping 347 CID V8 Stroker motor that was built by Smeding Performance in San Antonio, Texas is just waiting to be put through its paces. This motor is capable of over 400hp and comes with fan favorites such as an Edelbrock Performer intake and a Holley 4-barrel carburetor with auto-electric choke. The motor is tied to a custom-built 4-speed transmission with overdrive, so this thing cruises on the highway comfortably. That being said, the Dana 60 rear end on this ‘Stang is geared to 3:73 so it will snap off the line too. 17 real Shelby 10-spoke wheels in the front and 18s in the back get this Fastback sitting just right and Wilwood power disc brakes all the way around has it stopping on a dime too. One of my favorite features of this car is the custom hood that is underpinned by metal and has fiberglass on top- this will help it age well considering fiberglass hoods tend to buckle or get misaligned over time. You are going to be just as impressed with the interior on this car as you are with the outside: black leather greets the driver as well as a custom center console with a stereo/DVD/GPS system backed up by a 12 inch sub woofer in the back. Vintage air conditioning will keep you cool even on the hottest of days smoking the tires. There is just 3,000 miles on this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback for sale and it is killing me to look at it sitting in our showroom unused. Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call on this Pony for sale right now at (623) 900-4884 for more information. Alternatively we can be reached at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com with any email inquiries. See more at: http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/SCT/469/1967-Ford-Mustang-Fastback-GT350-Tribute
