Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1958 Ford Fairlane 500. Debuting in 1955, the Fairlane, named after Henry Fords estate, represented this to the premium automobile market. Just one look at this vehicle and it takes you back to a special age where the cars werent just cars, but works of art. This vintage Fairlane 500 is wrapped in a two-tone combination of Red over White, accented with gold inserts in its chrome side trim. Under the hood lurks its original 332 CID V8, which provides the power through the 3-speed automatic transmission. The odometer shows only 72,600 miles and they very well could be original but there is really no way to prove it. The current owner is only the third and this car still looks like it has a lot of years left in it on the road. The Black, Gray and White Vinyl interior looks amazing and in superb condition for a car this old. The exterior paint is driver quality but good enough to take to any cruise-in or car show you see fit. The wide white wall tires give it that vintage look that only an old school big bod like this can pull off. Options on this 1958 Ford Fairlane 500 include: Spare Tire, Hub Caps, Jack, Wide White wall tires and the numbers are matching. This 1958 Ford Fairlane 500 is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Ladies and Gentlemen, Gateway Classic Cars of Kansas City is Honored to present a striking, Firethorn Red, 1968 Pontiac GTO! When GM redesigned its intermediates for 1968 with more curvaceous, semi-fastback styling, no division had a tougher muscle car act to follow than Pontiac. A unique feature was the body-color Endura front bumper. It was designed to absorb impact without permanent deformation at low speeds. Pontiac touted this feature heavily in advertising, showing hammering at the bumper to no discernible effect. A GTO could be ordered with Endura delete, in which case the Endura bumper would be replaced by a chrome front bumper and grille from the Pontiac LeMans. The 1968 Pontiac GTO emerged as a brilliant blend of beauty and brawn. It sustained the styling leadership of the 1966-67 series, and its performance remained competitive against ever-tougher rivals. Our brilliant red exterior beauty has an equally stunning interior with white bucket seats, white door panels, and white headliner. Black carpeting and black dash complete the interior. If you entered this GTO in the next car show, you might take home top prize for first place! Plus, looks aside, if you also entered a 0 - 60 m.p.h. contest in the same car show, you might win that competition, as well! This GTO will GET UP and GO! Lets just say, … good thing that she has power brakes! GTOs have been known to have a habit of making tracks and disappearing fast! Our hunch is that this one will be leaving soon, as well! Why not put a GTO in your garage? Call your friends in the classic car business in Kansas City at Gateway Classic Cars. Our number is (913) 815-1340. You can reach us Monday thru Saturday, 9 a.m. thru 5 p.m. cst. Gateway Classic Cars of Kansas City, 1202 South lone Elm Road, Olathe, KS 66061.

Description:

For sale in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom is a 1967 AC Cobra Replica. The Shelby Cobra was first made in 1961 when Carroll Shelby wrote to AC Cars, a British automotive company, and asked if they could build him a car with a V8 instead of their V6. Ford supplied the engine, at Carroll Shelbys request, so they could compete with Chevrolet’s Corvette. The car was built starting with a Shell Valley body and frame kit in 2012. Since then, only 435 miles have been put on the clock. Powering the Cobra is Ford’s venerable 351 Cleveland, mated to a Tremec 5 speed manual transmission. This engine/trans combo makes for a truly enjoyable driving experience at any speed. Behind the excellent powertrain is a Jaguar independent rear suspension, which puts down the power very smoothly. The desirability of the car isn’t limited to what is under the body, however. This Cobra is painted in PPG Top Brand 1994 Viper Blue, a truly striking color when matched to the silver racing stripes. The interior is a done very cleanly, with black carpet and black leather. The radio and CD player is pumped through a sound system that is actually audible while driving this amazing machine. To view this 1967 AC Cobra replica in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is proud to offer this one of a kind 1929 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan. This ALL STEEL 1929 Model A Tudor Sedan is painted a gleaming black and sports some cool magenta flames. According to the seller, this beast is powered by a 360 CID small block Chevy V8, which is backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. This 29 Model A is a real blast to drive, and its definitely more fun than all those automatic transmission-equipped restomodded Model As out there. The V8 is topped by a set of high-performance aluminum heads, and a Holley carb on an aluminum intake, and has ceramic-coated headers and dual exhaust. Ignition enhancement is courtesy of an MSD6A, MSD Blaster 2 coil, and fat MSD plug wires. This black beauty is riding on a set of American Racing aluminum mag wheels, which are wrapped by BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires, sized P155/80R15 up front, and P265/60R16 out back. The fat 265s out back provide both a proper hot rod stance, and plenty of traction, but you can break them loose quickly if you want. Should you find yourself a bit above the legal limit, the 4-wheel disc brakes provide plenty of stopping power. A Corvette IRS rear end with 4.11:1 gears provides much better handling than youd expect from a car of this vintage. There is lots of good-looking chrome on this car, and it really pops against the dark paint. If you find yourself needing some room for your friends extra carry ons, theres a slick fold up chrome luggage rack at the rear. Inside, youll find a plush velour fabric interior with seating for you and at least 3 guests. Drivers will appreciate the tilt steering wheel on its shiny chrome column, and the thick leather-wrapped billet aluminum steering wheel. Behind that wheel is a genuine custom Wabbits Wood dash, which looks great and will last a long time. There are gauges for fuel, oil pressure, coolant temp, and amps. The large tach and speedo are easy to read as well. The tall Hurst shift lever falls easily to hand, making this a joy to row through the gears. Custom glass etching adorns the rear windows and back glass and add a cool vintage touch. A Kenwood Excelon head unit provides AM/FM/XM Satellite radio and CD capabilities, and a 3-outlet USB connector for your other connectivity is just below the dash. Additional features and options on this 1929 Ford Model A include Aluminum Wheels, AM/FM/CD/XM Radio, Cloth Interior, Kill Switch, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, and Tilt Steering Wheel. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to present this powerful 1966 Chevrolet El Camino. Under the hood is a GM crate 383 stroker with a 700R4 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission. The 383 has seen some mild upgrades after leaving Chevrolet, including Comp Cams rocker arms, pushrods, and guide plates, an Edelbrock air gap intake manifold and carburetor, Allen Grove pulley system, HEI distributor, & Hooker 1 7/8” Super Comp headers. Exhaust is routed through a 3” system to Flowmaster mufflers, and finally out 2 ½” tail pipes making an incredible sound. The transmission has a 2600 rpm stall converter, which helps get the engine right into peak torque when you hit it off the line. A B&M lockup controller was installed to give the ability to fine tune the lockup to your driving style, be it power cruiser or stop-light dragster. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Indianapolis is proud to present this stunning Torch Red 2004 Ford SVT Cobra Convertible. Built by the “Special Vehicle Team at Ford, this muscle car was the performance version of the base Mustang. Higher performance than even the GT or the Mach 1. The Cobra was built from 1993 to 2004 with this being the last model year. This car was eventually succeeded by the 2007 GT500. This car though, is no slouch at all. Whether in the looks and comfort department, or performance! Under the hood is the 4.6L V8 engine making around 390hp stock, but this car has some bolt on goodies which help produce 450hp to the wheels! Shifting through a 6-speed manual gearbox makes for an exciting drive. Automatic top that quickly goes up or down depending on the weather. And basically every modern amenity one could ask for in a sporty convertible. A/C, power brakes, steering, seats, windows, AM/FM radio, CD player, leather interior, and more! As mentioned before, this car has some aftermarket parts added on. Going along with the car is the original shifter, exhaust, and air cleaner to put car back to stock if you so choose. Ford only made 167 Torch Red Convertibles in 2004 so if you love this color, on this car, then here is your chance to get behind the wheel of some good old American Muscle! This 2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra is for sale in our Indianapolis showroom and can be seen in fantastic detail including 100+ HD photos and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer a 500HP Plum Crazy 1948 Ford F1 Restomod! Ford stayed a step ahead of the pack when it introduced its “Bonus Built trucks in 1948. Unlike its prewar light-duty models that were based on car chassis, the all-new F-1 featured a unique frame, telescopic shock absorbers and a one-piece windshield, the latter a big distinction from the competition. Popular with collectors and hot rodders, the early postwar F-1 pickups seem like they were built for personalization. This 1948 Ford F-1 one has undergone an extensive restoration before the application of mile-deep Plum Crazy paint, including a 383-cubic-inch small-block Chevy V-8 dynoed at over 500 horsepower, a full TCI suspension, interior customization and more. This is a sure-fire attention-getter. ENGINE According to the seller, within the last 850 miles, this truck received a power makeover with the installation of a 383-cubic-inch stroker crate engine. The seller has dyno sheets showing better than 500 horsepower and torque, thanks in part to the modified crank from a 400 small block that allows for a 3.75-inch stroke. Fuel is drawn through a Quick Fuel Technologies HR Series carburetor, atop an Edelbrock Super Victor single-plane aluminum intake. Spent gases are carried out by a set of Hedman headers and a dual exhaust that exit at the back end of the truck. The engine was assembled by White Performance and Machine in Kingsport, Tennessee. TRANSMISSION The engine is bolted to a GM Turbo Hydra-Matic 700R4 trans, good for three gears and an overdrive. The transmission includes a new FTI Street Racer 9.5-inch lockup torque converter, and a B&M QuicSilver shifter inside the cab. The transmission shifts with no vibration or unexpected noise, according to the seller. CHASSIS While the original suspension might have been adequate for a flathead V-8, an engine with this kind of power needs a suspension to match. This 48 Ford F-1 features a suspension overhaul from Total Cost Involved in Ontario, California. The front suspension is fully independent with coil springs and Ride Tech shocks. The rear suspension is TCIs parabolic leaf spring setup, which not only lowers the back end, but provides a much more comfortable ride compared to the original spring pack. The suspension setup also allows for power steering and disc brakes up front. Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires are mounted to five-spoke aluminum Rader-style wheels. EXTERIOR The truck is finished in Plum Crazy purple paint applied in 2019 that the seller describes as “show quality and rates as 9.4 out of 10, with no swirls or blemishes. The running boards are finished in a textured material tinted to match the trucks overall paint scheme, and protected by cast aluminum step plates. The lumber in the bed is varnished and set off with black steel ribs. All of the glass appears to be in good shape. INTERIOR A lot of work went into providing the driver and passenger with more interior comfort than this F-1 was originally built with. The flat bench seat was replaced with a sculpted, split back TMI Pro Series seat with much more lateral support than the original. The card-style headliner matches the material used to cover the back of the cab, and the floor is carpeted in black. The instrument panel was updated with a Dakota Digital gauge panel, with a speedometer, tachometer, fuel, water temp, oil pressure and volt meters. A dual-DIN Pyle PLDNANDVR695 head unit provides not only sound but video capabilities through a 6.5-inch touchscreen. DOCUMENTATION receipts for much of the customization work and the engine dyno results. Updated with modern power, suspension and steering systems, and digital comfort and convenience features, this 1948 Ford F-1 blends classic styling with contemporary usability. Come get it before someone else claims it! **AC needs a charge**

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston Showroom is proud to offer this gorgeous Manila Brown 1931 Ford Model A. This Model A is the Deluxe Rumble Seat Roadster and features a classic Manila Brown exterior with contrasting black fenders and body accents, along with yellow wire wheels and a subtle pinstripe. This beauty has a fully functional rumble seat, making it a great car for parades or just hauling friends and family around the neighborhood. The engine is a Model B engine, which produces an extra 10 horsepower (50 vs. the Model A engines 40HP output), so it can certainly handle it! This car was professionally restored by a team of Model A Club members in Ft. Lauderdale, and it was thoroughly gone through in the process. The body and frame were fully disassembled and stripped down prior to a proper paint application, and then it was reassembled with new wood braces. The engine was upgraded to a 1932 Model B 50HP unit, which was completely rebuilt by engine specialist Hap Christiansen. It received a complete valve job, all new bearings, pistons, gaskets, and carburetor; plus, the water pump and distributor were completely rebuilt, and the charging system was upgraded to an alternator-equipped system (in place of a generator). The brakes were completely redone, as was the entire suspension and steering system, with new grease fittings and bushings throughout. Additional options include the aforementioned 50 horse Model B engine, 3-speed transmission, dual side-mounted spare tires (with covers), etched wind wings, working vacuum wiper, grill guard, Quail Motometer with thermometer, rear-mounted luggage rack with a handmade walnut trunk, running board step plates, dual cowl lights and taillights, inner door sill trim plates, rear fender steps on both sides (for entry to the rumble seat), and Firestone whitewall tires. Inside, youll find fresh carpet and synthetic leather seating from Cartouche, both of which are in great shape. The Stayfast Canvas Top is also new, and theres a convertible boot cover to go with it, giving it a cleaner look when the top is down. With only about 1500 miles on it since the restoration was completed, this 1931 Model A has plenty of life left in it! This is a very drivable car, and its ready for those summer parades and jaunts around the neighborhood, so dont let it slip through your grasp!
