Description:

For sale in our Scottsdale showroom is this outstanding 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe. Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to present this all-American Pony Car beautifully finished in artic white with blue ralley stripes and a nicely done blue and white Pony Interior. This classic Mustang received an extensive restoration about 1000 miles ago including an overhaul of the “A code” 289 CID 4V engine and T-10 four speed transmission. Unlike many classic Mustangs out there that have had engine and transmission swaps this is an original “A” code 289 4 and four speed car from the factory, it even still sports the hard to find “Autolite” four barrel carburetor. The sheet metal is very straight and paint is excellent in a high-quality finish. The 15-inch period correct Rallye wheels are a perfect complement to this classic Mustang and are fitted with 20560R15 tires. The chrome and bright work are excellent and the windshield and seal has also been replaced, the rest of the glass is in great condition as well. This Pony Car has new shocks and suspension parts, new clutch and a rebuilt steering gear. The drum brakes are power assisted and the steering is power as well. Engine cooling is handled by an upgraded aluminum radiator to keep things cool in hot weather. Inside this fantastic Mustang you will find a very nice interior that has had many renovations. There is a Ford period correct under-dash air conditioner that has been upgraded with a modern lightweight “Sanden” style compressor using R134 Freon and it blows ice cold. The following items have been replaced during the restoration: seat upholstery, door panels, carpet, dash pad, headliner, Dynamat insulation and more, the interior of this Mustang is in outstanding condition. All the chrome, trim and bright work inside are in great shape. Tunes are provided by a modern digital “Retrosounds” stereo that sounds great, it even has a built-in slide cover to make it look like an old school AM radio! This car starts right up and the dual, full length exhaust has a nice muscle car rumble but is not overly loud. The 289 CID engine has plenty of power and it drives and shifts great. This classic Mustang would be a fine addition to any car collection or a great way to begin your classic car passion. So imagine this, an open road with a clear blue sky, you behind the wheel of this beautiful Mustang with your favorite music playing and that small block its own music in the background. This one is done right, you will not be disappointed. To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe visit GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this 1971 Dodge Demon. Ah yes, the story of the Demon is one that has been discussed in many automotive circles as it transformed the image of the revered Dodge Dart. Advertised as a performance car, the Demon appealed to the youth market and joined forces with its Chrysler cousin, the Plymouth Duster, in going up against the similar rival manufacturer vehicles. Dodge continued to produce these potent A-bodies up until 1973, after religious groups protested the Demon name and brand resulting in the renaming of the car as the Dodge Dart Sport. This Dodge Dart Demon was sold new in South America (documentation provided). This A-Body Mopar is bold in appearance, wearing bright Red paint. Under the hood is a 318 cubic inch V8. Power is sent through a three-speed manual transmission. The low production numbers of a Dodge Dart Demon makes the cars quite popular, and you are sure to be the center of attention on the road, shows and cruises. If you are looking for a unique Mopar, this is the one you want to own! Options include Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior, and Factory Wheels. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne Super C-20 pickup. In 2018 Chevrolet celebrated 100 years of truck manufacturing. The first truck came off the assembly line in 1918 to compete with the Model T. Americans early on realized the automobile had a greater use as a workhorse than a mode of transportation. Initially custom built on a car chassis to fit ones specific needs. In 1929 Chevrolet made history by introducing the first overhead-valve six -cylinder engine. Changing forever how even the smallest tasks were made easier with a truck. Our 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne Super C-20 pickup is a beautiful example of how the pickup has evolved up to this point. Trucks were now becoming more stylish and upscale, leaving the utilitarian look behind. This 1972 Cheyenne Super is great example. Upgraded two-tone paint, chrome galore and an upgraded homier interior took the pickup to a new level. This truck is painted in an eyepopping orange/ white two-tone paint scheme. The interior is black and highlighted with a two-tone black and white vinyl bench seat. Embossed door panels and padded headliner add a warm touch to what used to be a cold stark interior of the past. The exterior is stunning with additions including American Racing chrome/ black alloy wheels mounted on raised white letter tires. A black tonneau bed cover adds a nice finishing touch to this gorgeous truck. Under the hood is a 396 V-8 attached to a 400-automatic transmission. Other options include an AM/Fm radio, power steering, power brakes, and exterior cab lights. This 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne Super C-20 will not disappoint. One can only describe this pickup “eye candy on steroids.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this rare 1978 Land Rover Defender Safari 109 for sale. The Land Rover was conceived by the Rover Company in 1947 during the aftermath of World War II. Before the war, Rover had produced luxury cars which were not in demand in the immediate post-war period and raw materials were strictly rationed to those companies building construction or industrial equipment, or products that could be widely exported to earn crucial foreign exchange for the country. Because of the tight financial position in this period of British Leyland (which owned Land Rover), Santanas were often better placed than Land Rover was to deal with these failings. This meant that Santana began to engineer its own solutions to common problems into the models it produced and thus arose a degree of originality in Santanas models compared to Land Rovers original products - a trend that led to the companys position today. Land Rover is known the world over for its capabilities off road. Whether it is the Sahara, the Amazon, the Mojave, or the Alaskan Outback, Land Rover is no stranger. Powering this Land Rover is the original smooth 2.25 Liter Inline 4 Diesel backed by a 4-Speed Manual Transmission. The character of this Landy is unmistakable utilitarian and ready for its next adventure! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is thrilled to feature this legendary 1991 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 for sale on consignment in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. The ZR-1 was part of a limited production project between General Motors and its recently acquired British manufacturer Lotus Engineering. The result was the “LT5 V8- a dual-overhead-cam motor with 4-valves per cylinder and a variable runner intake system designed by Lotus generating 375hp, 370lb ft of torque and 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds. Gears are selected through a 6-speed ZF manual transmission linked to a Dana 44 limited-slip rear end geared 3:45 for optimal off-the-line and top speed performance. Of course, the ZR-1 received mechanical and visible appearance enhancements beyond its powerplant including a wider body and rear wheels, heavy duty brakes and a handling package. This Corvette for sale, painted in Black, comes with an additional body/ ground effects kit and a small wing on the rear deck that help it stand out from other ZR-1s. The one-piece removable roof panel with ZR-1 package solar glass gives this sleek sports car some open top flavor when you want it too. Inside the ZR-1 there are supportive black leather adjustable 6-way driver and passenger power seats, climate control and a driver information system. Enthusiasts will love the “Ride Control selector that can be adjusted between tour, sport and performance mode depending on your mood. Similarly, the “Power Key located on the dash adjusts engine output between ‘normal (210hp- suitable for everyday driving) and ‘full (optimal tuning to 375hp). A professionally installed Pioneer stereo system with CD player, Bluetooth connectivity and a touch screen provides modern tech in this already advanced-for-the-90s Corvette. We should probably point out that this example of a ZR-1 has just 11,238 actual miles on the odometer, a Carfax showing California and Arizona ownership and all the original advertising manuals/window sticker. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is presenting this 1971 Chevrolet C10 in the Milwaukee Showroom. Chevrolet has built a legacy at making tough American trucks that have become among the more popular choice in terms of quality and longevity and this two-toned blue and white beauty shows as a prime example of how that came to be. The C10 features a 350 cubic inch “Invader small block V8 which was a popular choice among the GMC variants of pickup trucks due to their great torque curve and reliability. The V8 is bolted to a 3-speed manual transmission which is mounted on the column offering seamless operation while giving off a truly nostalgic feel on driving this truck. This Chevy has been fully restored, so it gives onlookers and spectators at a show the genuine feeling that this truck is amazing. The C10 is equipped with power brakes, power steering, AM/FM radio, and a newer aluminized dual exhaust system to make this fairly stock truck sound a little meaner. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to produce this 1998 Harley Davidson FXSTS at the Milwaukee Showroom. Nothing makes a bold statement like sitting on the saddle of a Harley and revving up a choppy loud bike riddled with chrome. This bike takes the simple and proud concept further with limitless amounts of customization. This bike is built off of a FXSTS platform but when is all and said and done it is anything but that. The Harley grabs you with a massive amount of chrome that spans from the diamond cut spokes, to the drag pipes, to the 1340 CC polished V Twin engine which has the heads milled .060, bumping the compression up to 9:1. Larger valves were also added to the engine internals as well as Screaming Eagle adjustable push rods and valve springs as well as an Andrew EV 27 camshaft. All this rolled together makes for a snarling mean sound paired with a dyno proven performance of 105 horsepower. The snarling power plant is paired to a polished 6-speed transmission making for concise shifts under a hefty amount of power. The customizations do not end there as this bike dons a custom paint job featuring flames in shades of green, purple, and blue which contrasts beautifully against the overwhelming amount of chrome this bike features. The Harley also has the rear bagged on air, which makes for an impressive stance when parked and wanting to show this beauty off. Whether youre looking to ride on a gorgeous day on the weekend or youre just headed to a show looking to nap a trophy or two, this bike easily serves both purposes and should not be passed on. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1970 Ford Torino GT Convertible. This Torino GT is Red with a Black interior and shows just little over 77K miles. It is equipped with a small block Ford V8 engine and automatic transmission. For 1970, the Torino became a primary model with Ford. A completely new body was introduced that was influenced by Coke bottle styling. Just as tailfins were influenced by jet aircraft of the 1950s, stylists such as Ford stylist Bill Shenk who designed the 1970 Ford Torino were inspired by supersonic aircraft with narrow waists and bulging forward and rear fuselages needed to reach supersonic speeds. The 1970 Torino had more prominent long hood short deck styling, and was longer, lower and wider than the 1969 models. All models had a lower and less formal roofline compared to previous years. The windshield rake was increased, and the Sports Roof models had an even flatter fastback roofline. The Torino had a pointed front end and overall styling appeared much more aerodynamic than years previous. The new styling was a showroom hit and did well at the racetrack also. This 1970 Ford Torino GT Convertible is for sale in our Orlando Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1985 AM General Humvee for sale in our Indianapolis showroom. The HMMWV was proposed by the Military in 1979 as a way to replace all of the lighter duty vehicles previously present in the United States Military. After nearly 40 years in service, the United States government realized that the trusty Jeep could simply not withstand the abuse needed for a versatile combat vehicle. This “Humvee was originally used by the United States Marine Corps, and was later owned by a movie production company. The vehicle was restored in 2010 and then sold to the public, where the current owner eventually came to purchase the vehicle. This vehicle maintains many aspects of the military Humvee, including the CARC green paint and green captains seats. This Humvee has also had locking doors and a keyed ignition added, which are not standard with military Humvees. The mock machine gun and turret on top of the Humvee would be a great place to ride in parades! The 6.5L naturally aspirated diesel V8 mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission supply enough torque to take this beast anywhere your heart desires. Other options for this vehicle include power brakes, manual sunroof, and seatbelts. This vehicle also has options such as the VIC3 communications system, 37 inch Goodyear MTR tires with a run-flat system, deep water kit, and infrared cameras.
