Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer one gorgeous American classic: a 1960 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. Cadillac has always been the pinnacle of American luxury, but 1960 may have been Cadillacs pinnacle of American design. This massive two door sedan features a chrome grill dressed with jewel-like teeth spanning the front between dual headlamps on each side. The chrome trim is liberally applied from front to back including trim along the hood, each side, and topping each fin. Perhaps the most recognizable American design feature: the fin, made its debut in 1948 by Cadillac. The fins stuck around and hit their peak of style in 1960. Projecting from each rear tailfin is a set of two bullet shaped tail lights. These lights have been used by hot rodders and custom motorcycle builders for their unique yet recognizable look. This particular 60 Coupe DeVille is dressed in PPG Deep Red with all the chrome trim in great condition. It sits on the proper wide white wall tires which scream the Americana. In the era of suburban sprawl and expansion in America, everyone wanted a large sedan with a comfortable ride and plenty of room to pile the family into the bench seat interior. With gasoline selling for $0.30/gallon in 1960, its no surprise this luxury sedan comes with a 390 CID V8 under the hood which outputs a reasonable 325 HP. This was backed by Cadillacs 4 speed automatic transmission which made for a smooth and effortless ride. You can pilot this land yacht with one finger on the wheel and cruise all day at 65 mph without a care in the world. The interior is large and comfortable featuring black and red two tone upholstery which is like sitting on your living room sofa. The car is equipped with Factory AC, power steering, power brakes, AM radio, and power front seat. This Caddy would make a great boulevard cruiser to go check out the town on a Friday night. Can you imagine loading up 6 of your closest friends and setting out on a weekend road trip in this gem? Head to the beach, go to a car show, head to your favorite teams sporting event, heck drive this bad boy to Vegas if you want. To see this stunning 1960 Cadillac Coupe DeVille in greater detail, stop by our St. Louis showroom, or visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please call 817-310-9400 or email Dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com with any questions.

Description:

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is motoring manliness personified: the 1966 Shelby Cobra. This is a West Coast Inc. kit, formerly West Coast Cobras. This kit had one main focus: safety. Unlike most kit cars that use a ladder style frame, this kit utilizes a full road racing type frame. The benefits of this are twofold. First, this Cobra will keep you well protected from side impacts with a 4 side beam system giving strength to the side of the vehicle. Secondly, this strengthened chassis will give the vehicle much greater torsional rigidity. By reducing flex in the frame, the West Coast Cobra kit can use softer springs than most kits, improving ride quality greatly. The West Coast kit is also longer and wider than most kits. In addition to providing a larger wheelbase for better handling and large wheel and tire packages, this also allows for a more spacious cockpit. Riders over 6 feet tall still fit comfortably in this roadster. The wider size also extends the rear wheel wells giving this Cobra some very curvy hips. The spacious interior also features vintage racing style leather seats, an Alpine radio with AM/FM/USB/AUX inputs and Polk Audio speakers, and a heater. Adding to driving comfort and safety is power steering and power brakes. Bringing the power is a 514 CID V8, with 11:1 compression, 2 Holley 9776 carburetors, MSD ignition, and a 9 quart rear sump pan with a Mellings rear pickup pump. An aluminum radiator with 2 fans and a shroud keeps everything cool. A Richmond 5-Speed manual transfers power to a Ford 9 rear end with 3.70 gears. Originally built in 1991 in Wisconsin, the vehicle was partially rebuilt in 2010, including the new motor, and has accompanying receipts. This is a fantastic Cobra kit that was made to drive. To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information on this 1966 Shelby Cobra kit car, email us at dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com or call 817-310-9400.

Description:

In a world full of pristine, numbers-matching Super Sports and very well-done tributes, it is always nice to see a Chevelle thats a bit different than everyone elses! This beautiful 1967 Chevrolet Malibu has been owned by the same person for the past 31 years and completely restored, in a correct combination of a great looking Universal Orange and black interior! As a correct small block cruiser it isnt just another rare showpiece thats a trailer queen. This coupe is a reliable, road-ready rocket thatll officially stage your debut as a boulevard super star. Under this mighty Malibus flat hood youll find a 327 CI v8 that has been bored over .40 over and topped off with a set of Brodix 2.02 aluminum heads that have been ported and polished. Aesthetically, this sweet Chevelles engine bay is paint shop fresh. Behind that stout small block, is a tough Tremec TKO-600 5-Speed manual transmission. All of that torque is sent to a rebuilt GM 12-bolt rear end housing a Yukon posi and Richmond 3.73 gears with Moser axles. Braking is handled by a full set of Right Stuff 4-wheel power disc brakes. Exhaust gases start their escape through a set of Hooker large tube headers that are ceramic coated, and exit out a brand new set of Pypes 2-1/2 stainless steel pipes. The stance on this street machine is achieved by a set of 1 lowering performance springs that are complimented with a set of Global West tubular upper and lower control arms. UMI tubular rear control arms and UMI front and rear sway bars help improve the ride and handling. And at the corners of that suspension, 17 Hurst wheels spin 225/50R17 Firestone radials up front and 245/45R17 out back. All lines, hoses, brackets and fasteners, which were completely replaced at the time of restoration, show little to no weathering. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to produce this 1998 Harley Davidson FXSTS for sale at the Milwaukee Showroom. Nothing makes a bold statement like sitting on the saddle of a Harley and revving up a choppy loud bike riddled with chrome. This bike takes the simple and proud concept further with limitless amounts of customization. This bike is built off of a FXSTS platform but when is all and said and done it is anything but that. The Harley grabs you with a massive amount of chrome that spans from the diamond cut spokes, to the drag pipes, to the 1340 CC polished V Twin engine which has the heads milled .060, bumping the compression up to 9:1. Larger valves were also added to the engine internals as well as Screaming Eagle adjustable push rods and valve springs as well as an Andrew EV 27 camshaft. All this rolled together makes for a snarling mean sound paired with a dyno proven performance of 105 horsepower. The snarling power plant is paired to a polished 6-speed transmission making for concise shifts under a hefty amount of power. The customizations do not end there as this bike dons a custom paint job featuring flames in shades of green, purple, and blue which contrasts beautifully against the overwhelming amount of chrome this bike features. The Harley also has the rear bagged on air, which makes for an impressive stance when parked and wanting to show this beauty off. Whether youre looking to ride on a gorgeous day on the weekend or youre just headed to a show looking to nap a trophy or two, this bike easily serves both purposes and should not be passed on. This 1998 Harley Davidson FXSTS is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. Description:

For sale at our Ft. Lauderdale showroom is this gorgeous, completely restored 1985 Toyota FJ45. Toyota started production of the Land Cruiser FJ45 in 1960 and began importing them to the US in 1963. The last US-bound FJ-45 rolled off the line in 1986, but they made a brief comeback as a modern SUV in the US called the FJ Cruiser from 2006 to 2014. From 1963 to 1983 the FJ45 saw little change aesthetically, the only real changes were improvements in technology mechanically. The classic FJs are as comfortable on a trail as they are on the highway because they were designed to do anything you could ever ask it to do and do it well. This FJ45 has a beefy 2F inline 6-cylinder engine and has only 71000 miles on it mated to a 4x4 4 speed Manual Transmission. The BROWN body, paint and vinyl grey interior are all immaculate and look brand spanking new! Adding to the fresh look of the paint are the newer alloy wheels with All Terrain Tires. Inside youll find folding bench seats behind the passenger and driver seats. These folding seats made carrying additional passengers easy, but also allowed for maximum cargo space, as opposed to the folding rear seat in the Jeep CJ series. If you are looking for an FJ45 that is ready to immediately enjoy on or off-road and that is priced to sell, youve found it. This FJ would make a great weekend warrior or a daily driver and will put most new 4x4s to shame off the pavement. Vintage 4x4s are in high demand, and most have rusted away to nothing. This 1985 Toyota Land Cruiser has been well preserved and is ready for many more years of duty. To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
