Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale has a very unusual 1969 Ford Mustang Grande for sale in our Arizona showroom. Unusual in the regard that out of a total model year production of 299,824, only 22,182 were Grandes. Thats about 7%; who knows how many survive. This single tone gold-colored car is basically solid, with good floors, rockers, trunk pan, and shock towers all looking good. Both lower quarters have only a few surface bubbles at the lower rear, with no rust evident on the inside of the quarter. The black interior is also very nice with only a few cosmetic issues. This Grande has recently been detailed and looks very presentable. It seems to run and drive extremely well, and definitely gets noticed when its out. The 302-2V engine and C-4 automatic is a very reliable combination and is easy to get parts for, should the need arise. While this attractive Grande is certainly not perfect, the new owner can still be proud to drive it, be seen in it, and work on it to make the many minor improvements while still enjoying it. This is a nice car for a great price! Dont miss this 1969 Ford Mustang Grande for sale right now in our Scottsdale facility. For more information or to schedule an appointment to view this vehicle in person, please call the Scottsdale showroom at 623-900-4884 or email us directly at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1988 Cadillac Brougham. This beautiful 1988 Cadillac Brougham for sale is coated in a beautiful light grey that is sure to grab on lookers attention. Powering this Caddy for sale is a 5.0L V8, this will give you plenty of pep to your step. Backing this powerplant is a smooth shifting automatic transmission, giving you that floating on a cloud feeling. This 1988 Cadillac for sale has been well cared for and driven very sparely in fact with just a little over 46,202 miles on the odometer and the car being 30 years old, the math says this car has been driven just 1,540.06 miles a year. Looking at this the other way, an average for any standard vehicle is about 12,000 miles a year, so 12,000 X 27 = 360,000 this equals the number of miles an average 1988 Cadillac has on it. This 1988 Cadillac Brougham for sale looks like it has even less mileage on it. This Cadillac for sale has been in the same family since its original purchase, that is a very rare quality that we do not see that often. The interior looks like it was sat on, once! As far as the way it rides and drive, well, it is a Cadillac. Plenty of power and weight to smooth out any potholes you might encounter. In fact, we all know that driving a car like this is a lot like driving your living room complete with the sofa. Luxury was the name of the game for Cadillac in the early 80s, style and class have always been a part of the Cadillac name. Now while it does not have road mapping sensors that lock your latte down if it sees rough road ahead it does have the power equipment that we have come to expect with the Cadillac name. Options for this 1988 Cadillac Brougham for sale include: Air conditioning, AM/FM Cassette, Power steering, Power brakes, Power windows, Power locks, Power seats, Power locks, Anti- lock brakes, Tilt steering, Plush Leather interior and Radial white wall tires wrapped around classic steel wheels adorned with chrome wire caps. A $237.37 document fee will be added to the sales price. All purchases may be subject to any applicable tax, title, & licensing fees. For more information call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or email us at nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/NSH/703/1988-Cadillac-Brougham

Description:

This beautiful two owner 1965 Ford Thunderbird is for sale currently in our Denver showroom. The original light blue paint has been meticulously cared for throughout the years and it definitely shows! Thanks partly to this car never having been driven in inclement weather. Both owners of this 4th Generation Thunderbird treated it much like it was a part of their family. It was stored indoors at all times and put away during winter months only driven for enjoyment in most cases. The original 390 cubic inch V8 starts with the greatest of ease and purrs like a kitten. With just over 12,000 miles on a complete rebuild and never having missed a scheduled maintenance this thing runs down the road better than when it was new. Helping transmit the power to the road is the 3 speed automatic transmission that has also been professionally rebuilt around the same time as the engine. Sitting behind the swing-a-way steering wheel takes you back in time to when aviation and vehicles shared each others styling ques. Everything from the heater controls to the gauge cluster make you feel as though you are preparing for takeoff! The bucket seats feel as though they have never been sat in and if you are lucky enough to be the driver you are treated to an adjustable seat that is power. Wraping around the original wheels is a set of radial tires that have just over 400 miles on thme. Rounding out the claissc looks of this piece of American history are the sequential taillights that look just as good when they are off as when they are lighting up. You can view this 1965 Ford Thunderbird in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

This beautiful 1972 Ford Thunderbird is now available for sale in our Milwaukee showroom. Youll love the 460 cubic inch big block engine coupled to the 3-speed automatic transmission, the white exterior and black leather interior. This T-Bird comes with cruise control, power brakes, power steering, and radial tires. Aside from the redesign itself, the 1972 Thunderbird represented a simplification of body styles. Instead of the three body styles (landau, two-door and four-door hardtops) offered for the 1971 model year, Thunderbird was pared down to a single two-door hardtop model line. Externally, many components were common with the Continental Mark IV, the primary differences being the front and rear body panels. The prominent beak of 1971 was toned down while the sequential turn signals seen since 1965 were deleted for cost reasons. Aside from the dashboard, the interior was also shared with the Mark IV. Instead of the square gauges used by the Mark IV, Thunderbirds used round dials for the speedometer, fuel gauge, and clock. To the drivers left were the climate control controls and the light controls; to the right were the radio controls, wiper controls, and information center. This dash layout would remain through the 1979 model year. This 1972 Ford Thunderbird is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com; call (262) 891-4253 or email us at milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com for additional information. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to have this excellent 1993 Cadillac Allanté listed. This beautiful Cadillac reports only just over 43,487 actual miles, and she runs and drives like… well, a Cadillac! Originally designed to compete with the Mercedes-Benz SL and Jaguar XJS, the Allanté originally featured a slightly modified variant of the 4.1 L V8 used across Cadillacs model line. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this 1980 Mercedes-Benz 450 SL. Two reasons people collect art is to preserve history and make a sound investment. The price of the artwork is often based on the talent of the artist and what they have accomplished. This 1980 Mercedes falls into that category. This was the last car owned by the ICONIC HALL of FAME professional baseball LEGEND Roger Maris. Roger Maris was known for breaking the single-season home run record held by another legend, Babe Ruth. Maris blasted sixty-one home runs in a single-season. How often do you get to own a car from a super star? Added to the mix is the fact that this is a 1980 Mercedes-Benz 450 SL. Some regard the 1980 Mercedes 450 SL as a legend in its own right. Obviously, Maris seen the prominence in it since he purchased it. This ‘80 is a great example of an original well preserved 450SL. The exterior is finished in the classic Mercedes Silver with black leather interior. With the front engine rear wheel drive design, handling characteristics are not quite what you would expect. The ride is plush yet stiff with just the right amount of road feel making it an absolute pleasure to drive. Powering this exotic roadster is a torque filled 4.5 liter V8 that is paired to a smooth shifting 4 speed automatic allowing this roadster to barrel down the road in a way that only a Mercedes can. The interior is exactly what you would expect from a Benz. There is enough high quality leather to cover three sofas with the bucket seats being as comfortable as they look. The interior door panels are in great condition and definitely remind you that you are in a high end luxury car. With the late 70s and early 80s German cars being one of the hottest commodities in the collector car market, this beauty is sure to find a new home quickly. Options include AM/FM CD Radio, Convertible Top, Spare Tire, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Locks, Power Windows, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, Radial Tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. Also included in the sale of this fine Mercedes is some nostalgic memorabilia from Roger Maris including a signed baseball card! Description:

This very cool 1957 Nash Metropolitan is now available for sale in our Milwaukee showroom. You will grab everyones attention driving down the road in this beauty. This green and white beauty has a 1,498 cc 4-cylinder engine with three-on-the-tree transmission. While most U.S. automobile makers were following a bigger-is-better philosophy, Nash Motor Company executives were examining the market to offer American buyers an economical transportation alternative. The Metropolitan was designed in the U.S. and it was patterned from a concept car, the NXI (Nash Experimental International), that was built by Detroit-based independent designer William J. Flajole for Nash-Kelvinator. It was designed as the second car in a two-car family, for Mom taking the kids to school or shopping or for Dad to drive to the railroad station to ride to work: the commuter/shopping car with resemblance to the big Nash, but the scale was tiny as the Mets wheelbase was shorter than the Volkswagen Beetles. This 1957 Nash Metro is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com; call (262) 891-4253 or email us at milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com for additional information.

Description:

Now available in our Dallas-Showroom is this 1977 Chevrolet El Camino. A favorite amongst car enthusiast and definitely an iconic ride, El Caminos are highly sought after by various car collectors. For 1976, El Camino Classic models now featured the new rectangular headlights that other high-end GM cars were sporting. These were quad units in stacked arrangement. The base model retained the previously used dual round headlights. Engines included the base 250 I6 engine, a new 140 hp, 305-cubic-inch V8, two- and four-barrel 350s (with availability still depending on California delivery), and the 400-cubic-inch V8, still good for 175 hp. All engines except the 250 I6 came with the Turbo Hydra-matic automatic transmission as the only transmission available. The 250 I6 came with a 3-speed manual or an optional Turbo Hydra-matic. The 1977 models were little changed, except the 400 V8 was gone. The El Camino Classic was again the top model and the SS option continued. This El Camino is powered by a rebuilt 350 V-8 motor, which provides plenty of horsepower to those large 24 inch DUBS! The 350 is great for cruising, but also responsive and providing plenty of oomph when pressing down on the gas. Throw whatever you wish into the back of this vehicle with little to no worries, having a sprayed in bed-liner, its durable and capable of hauling around plenty. The interior is fresh and has a comfortable leather bench seat for you to plop down in and cozy into as you get ready for a cruise. Whats a good cruise without good tunes? Well put on your favorite ones and you should have no trouble hearing them with Kenwood speakers, a 1500-watt Planet Audio amp, & two 10inch kicker subs bringing a little extra thump to your music. If youre looking for a classic to cruise around and draw some attention with, you found it! Give us a call to discuss. Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1981 Chevrolet Corvette. Check out this nice Red on Red Corvette equipped with a 350-small block and automatic transmission. The air conditioning, power windows, power locks, cruise control and a tilt wheel give this sports car a taste of luxury. Power steering and power brakes make it a pleasure to drive as well. The 1981 model year was the first for production at the Bowling Green, Kentucky plant. There were no engine options for the Corvette that year. The exterior styling was a carryover from the previous year with only minor changes to a couple emblems. Chevrolets computer command control previously used in California became standard equipment. This was the first year a power drivers seat was available in Corvette and this one has it. The factory anti-theft system was upgraded in 1981 to include an ignition interrupt to prevent engine start. The Corvette carries the torch as Americas only true sports car and the 1981 keeps the torch lit with driving excitement around every curve. Description:

This awesome 1989 Jeep Wrangler with a small block Chevy is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The wrangler is arguably the progression from the original Jeep or CJ line which was manufactured by AMC until Chrysler bought them in 87. With there popularity skyrocketing in recent years the Jeep is undoubtedly one of the funnest vehicles you can drive. This one with its V8 powerplant shoved under the hood is guaranteed to make it that much more fun. The red is sure to grab anyone’s attention but ofcourse with the growl of that V8 you will be heard long before you are seen. The black fender flares give it a rugged look while keeping any debris from flying up due to those massive 35” tires. The TH350 was built specifically for this application and handles the power extremely well. The stock rear end was left alone since they are known for the durability right out of the box. With a vinyl top and doors this beach buggy can be transformed into a fully enclosed ride in a couple minutes. Ofcourse the top down doors off is the only way to ride in this ultra-cool Jeep. Lock in the 4WD and hit the mud as that’s what these are really made for and with that extra power you are going do one of 2 things. Mash the gas and get traction so you can pull out of that hole or dig down to the black abyss and get stuck. Either way you are going to look and sound awesome doing it. With these jeeps becoming more and more popular by the second this powerhouse is sure to not stick around long. Options on this 1989 Jeep Wrangler 4X4 include; AM/FM/CD, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior and Radial Tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1965 Dodge Dart GT. The Dart was released in 1960 as a replacement to the Plymouth in the standard, low priced car segment which was growing rapidly at this time. They were an instant success and represented 87% of all Dodge sales for that year. 1962 was a short-lived run of the second-generation Dart with many saying that they were more of an intermediate car than the entry level bang for your buck first generations. 1963 to 1966 would see the 3rd generation which was closer to the highly successful first gens. This 1965 is a great example of why so many bought these cars. Their smaller stature allowed for a slant 6 to give the car plenty of power and intrigued many buyers. The 225 slant 6 was the best of the bunch and has become one of the most popular six-cylinder engines to ever leave Detroit. This numbers matching example was gone through about 10 years ago but has only seen about 1200 miles since the work was done. The 3-speed automatic transmission shifts out nicely while being controlled through a console mounted gear selector giving the car a very sporty look. The optional 14-inch wheels had to be used on these disc brake cars for caliper clearance but look a lot better as well. The paint on the car is in good condition and shows nicely with the chrome accents helping to give the car a higher end look. The black interior with bucket seats is in very good condition and rather comfortable for a 65. If you have been thinking about getting into a mid-60s MOPAR but dont want to the break bank while doing it this 65 Dart GT is a great way to achieve just that. Options on this 1965 Doidge Dart GT include, AM Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior, and Radial Tires.
