For sale in our Scottsdale showroom is this outstanding 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe. Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to present this all-American Pony Car beautifully finished in artic white with blue ralley stripes and a nicely done blue and white Pony Interior. This classic Mustang received an extensive restoration about 1000 miles ago including an overhaul of the “A code” 289 CID 4V engine and T-10 four speed transmission. Unlike many classic Mustangs out there that have had engine and transmission swaps this is an original “A” code 289 4 and four speed car from the factory, it even still sports the hard to find “Autolite” four barrel carburetor. The sheet metal is very straight and paint is excellent in a high-quality finish. The 15-inch period correct Rallye wheels are a perfect complement to this classic Mustang and are fitted with 20560R15 tires. The chrome and bright work are excellent and the windshield and seal has also been replaced, the rest of the glass is in great condition as well. This Pony Car has new shocks and suspension parts, new clutch and a rebuilt steering gear. The drum brakes are power assisted and the steering is power as well. Engine cooling is handled by an upgraded aluminum radiator to keep things cool in hot weather. Inside this fantastic Mustang you will find a very nice interior that has had many renovations. There is a Ford period correct under-dash air conditioner that has been upgraded with a modern lightweight “Sanden” style compressor using R134 Freon and it blows ice cold. The following items have been replaced during the restoration: seat upholstery, door panels, carpet, dash pad, headliner, Dynamat insulation and more, the interior of this Mustang is in outstanding condition. All the chrome, trim and bright work inside are in great shape. Tunes are provided by a modern digital “Retrosounds” stereo that sounds great, it even has a built-in slide cover to make it look like an old school AM radio! This car starts right up and the dual, full length exhaust has a nice muscle car rumble but is not overly loud. The 289 CID engine has plenty of power and it drives and shifts great. This classic Mustang would be a fine addition to any car collection or a great way to begin your classic car passion. So imagine this, an open road with a clear blue sky, you behind the wheel of this beautiful Mustang with your favorite music playing and that small block its own music in the background. This one is done right, you will not be disappointed. To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe visit GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer one gorgeous American classic: a 1960 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. Cadillac has always been the pinnacle of American luxury, but 1960 may have been Cadillacs pinnacle of American design. This massive two door sedan features a chrome grill dressed with jewel-like teeth spanning the front between dual headlamps on each side. The chrome trim is liberally applied from front to back including trim along the hood, each side, and topping each fin. Perhaps the most recognizable American design feature: the fin, made its debut in 1948 by Cadillac. The fins stuck around and hit their peak of style in 1960. Projecting from each rear tailfin is a set of two bullet shaped tail lights. These lights have been used by hot rodders and custom motorcycle builders for their unique yet recognizable look. This particular 60 Coupe DeVille is dressed in PPG Deep Red with all the chrome trim in great condition. It sits on the proper wide white wall tires which scream the Americana. In the era of suburban sprawl and expansion in America, everyone wanted a large sedan with a comfortable ride and plenty of room to pile the family into the bench seat interior. With gasoline selling for $0.30/gallon in 1960, its no surprise this luxury sedan comes with a 390 CID V8 under the hood which outputs a reasonable 325 HP. This was backed by Cadillacs 4 speed automatic transmission which made for a smooth and effortless ride. You can pilot this land yacht with one finger on the wheel and cruise all day at 65 mph without a care in the world. The interior is large and comfortable featuring black and red two tone upholstery which is like sitting on your living room sofa. The car is equipped with Factory AC, power steering, power brakes, AM radio, and power front seat. This Caddy would make a great boulevard cruiser to go check out the town on a Friday night. Can you imagine loading up 6 of your closest friends and setting out on a weekend road trip in this gem? Head to the beach, go to a car show, head to your favorite teams sporting event, heck drive this bad boy to Vegas if you want. To see this stunning 1960 Cadillac Coupe DeVille in greater detail, stop by our St. Louis showroom, or visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas welcomes this 1941 Ford Super Deluxe Convertible! The Ford car was thoroughly updated in 1941, in preparation for a time of unpredictability surrounding World War II. The 1941 design would continue in an aborted 1942 model year and would be restarted in 1946 and produced until 1948 when the more modern 1949 Fords were ready. During the initial year of this car, it evolved considerably. The front fenders came in three pieces, the theory being that small damages could be replaced easily. During the year, it evolved into two pieces with the lower front and back sections being joined. The hood risers changed, the early ones being the same as 1940 Fords, changing during the year to the better later version. The 1941 Convertible had no rear side windows, the only side windows being in the doors; This is thought to be the first Ford to offer an oil filter. It had an excellent radio, which could consume the battery in about two hours. Electric windshield wipers were available in addition to the vacuum-powered wipers. It had excellent brakes and among the best handling of ordinary cars of the time. It served a transitional role in Fords lineup The ignition key for these cars was actually used to operate a bolt lock which, on one end, unlocked the steering column (a feature destined to return, mandated, decades later), and on the other end unblocked the ignition switch, allowing it to be operated. Starting the car was then accomplished by pressing a pushbutton on the dashboard. the Flathead 85HP V8 with 3 Speed Manual on the column is a delight to drive, as she will cruise at 60 without issue. Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to offer this 1970 Chevrolet Camaro. Introduced in February 1970, the second-generation Camaro was produced through the 1981 model year, with cosmetic changes made in its second model year, Road & Track picked the Camaro as one of the 10 best cars in the world in August 1971. The new car was longer, lower, and wider than the first-generation Camaro. It was considered a gorgeous design inspired by European sports cars, and delayed production proved to be no match for its sales and production numbers. This 70 Camaro for sale is a real piece of modern muscle, both performing, appearing, and sounding. Powering this beastly bowtie is a 1970 350 with aluminum intake, serpentine belt system, and headers. With a hearty rumble through dual exhaust, you can tell that this 2nd gen Camaro for sale is no joke. Backing the V8 is a TH350 automatic transmission that shifts smoothly through all the gears, making for a sporty drive. This modern muscle combo suits this Camaro nicely and is equally matched by its exterior. The exterior is the original Blue with black stripes, and the interior is also blue which is shown as 26 26 on the trim tag. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is featuring this characterful 1956 GMC 3100 NAPCO 4X4 Pickup Truck for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Believe it or not, there was a time when every light duty truck built did not offer four-wheel-drive. In the post-war era until around 1960, General Motors RWD trucks could be ordered with the NAPCO (Northwestern Auto Parts Company) “Power-Pak conversion that would have been installed by an authorized dealer or NAPCO franchise to the tune of $1,200-$1,500 (big bucks considering the truck itself had an MSRP of around $2,500!). This half-ton, short bed GMC comes painted in bright “Corvette Yellow and has a gray/black cloth interior. Custom aluminum/alloy wheels with locking hubs really set this big GMC off and the chrome is nicely finished too. The current owner believes to be the third keeper of this half-ton 4X4 and also claims it has always been in the dry southwestern state of Arizona- one of the best places in the country to find vehicles without rust! Youll find an upgraded powertrain under the hood- a small-block Chevrolet 350 CID V8 tied to a 4-speed manual transmission. This is a heavy truck, but it moves quickly with the late model, powerful motor. This straight, clean GMC has an AM/FM radio with cassette player installed for you to blast your favorite tunes while cruising the country roads. The condition of this 1956 GM truck is a testament to how sturdy these old pickups can be and their value is rising due to the limited number of clean examples on the market. Get one step closer to picking yours up today by giving our helpful and knowledgeable Sales team a call at (623) 900-4884 and well put our eyes and ears on this 1956 GMC 3100 NAPCO 4X4 for you. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1965 Pontiac LeMans Convertible! This beauty is built to impress and more importantly, built to be DRIVEN. This drop top cruiser was not built to satisfy the originality die hards, this car was built for smiles per gallon. Both the 400 cubic inch V8 and the 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission were rebuilt roughly 16,000 miles ago and all sounds healthy. There is great performing Edelbrock aluminum heads on top of the block, and an aluminum radiator with electric fan keeps things cool. Power steering and brakes add confidence and drivability to this classic. The silver paint while not perfect shows VERY well, and would certainly most standards. The black convertible top looks to be in great condition and not showing major wear. All in all this is a fantastic example of a drivers classic car. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1970 Ford Torino GT Convertible. This Torino GT is Red with a Black interior and shows just little over 77K miles. It is equipped with a small block Ford V8 engine and automatic transmission. For 1970, the Torino became a primary model with Ford. A completely new body was introduced that was influenced by Coke bottle styling. Just as tailfins were influenced by jet aircraft of the 1950s, stylists such as Ford stylist Bill Shenk who designed the 1970 Ford Torino were inspired by supersonic aircraft with narrow waists and bulging forward and rear fuselages needed to reach supersonic speeds. The 1970 Torino had more prominent long hood short deck styling, and was longer, lower and wider than the 1969 models. All models had a lower and less formal roofline compared to previous years. The windshield rake was increased, and the Sports Roof models had an even flatter fastback roofline. The Torino had a pointed front end and overall styling appeared much more aerodynamic than years previous. The new styling was a showroom hit and did well at the racetrack also. This 1970 Ford Torino GT Convertible is for sale in our Orlando Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
