Description:

This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is now for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom here at Gateway Classic Cars. While the Mustang was looked at as the most popular model sports car among Fords lineup, there were many iterations of it that set some of the sub models apart as being truly special in terms of performance and value. The Mach 1 while being its own sub model Mustang, offered a few engine options of its own as well as transmissions to combine. This Mustang features a 428 cubic inch Cobra Jet V8 providing plenty more power over the 351 cubic inch option that was offered in the Mach 1 of this time. The V8 is topped by the iconic looking shaker hood that dons the “Cobra Jet lettering on the side in shiny chrome letters. The V8 is bolted to a 4-speed manual transmission. Going around this beauty it will become more than evident to any onlookers that there are next to no examples of a Mustang at this age is this great of shape. The dark red paint, which is tastefully contrasted with black color in the interior, constantly shows that this car is ready for a show at almost any time and is about as close to “trailer queen condition as you can get a car. The factory blue paint on the engine block still shows having a glossy finish showing that this car was meticulously looked after. Basically, if you were to build a model of a car, and blow it up to being life size, you get this car. You will not find much to any Mustang Mach 1 comparable to this car out in the world, so the opportunity to own this beautifully maintained example should not be squandered. This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to offer this stunning 1962 Ford Thunderbird Sports Roadster at our Scottsdale, AZ showroom. This beautiful bird from a long-ago era known as the Jet Age definitely makes a statement, whether its sitting still or in motion. A recent recipient of a full frame-off restoration that took nearly three years, nothing on this Black Beauty has been overlooked. Starting with the body, a true Sports Roadster was purchased to start the project that had no rust. It was professionally disassembled, media blasted and straightened, primed, painted, and color-sanded with high-quality PPG products. All of the exterior trim, bumpers, grille, taillight housings, etc. have been sent out for refurbishment to like-new condition. The entire drivetrain was sent out to the most qualified professionals to get everything done right. The engine has been up-graded with Edelbrock aluminum heads, intake, and carburetor. It now produces in excess of 400 HP! Many of the under hood components have taken a trip through the chrome shop and really make the engine pop. Underneath the car, where really nobody looks (but critical) to the functionality, comfort, and safety of driving this Ford classic wherever you may want to go. All major systems, including, front suspension, rear suspension, U-joints, braking system, and exhaust system are fully rebuilt. The interior has new seat covers, new seat foam, new carpet, a new black convertible top, and everything else has been perfectly restored. The car has manual windows, an AM radio thats been converted to AM/FM/Bluetooth, tilt-a-way steering column, power brakes, a fully functional clock, and provisions for air conditioning, although at this time is inoperable. It appears the majority of the components are on the car; it just needs to be completed. The convertible top and all associated components work flawlessly and turn this two-seater roadster into an all-weather car in a few minutes with the flip of a switch, all thanks to nearly every part in the system being replaced with new. A three-owner car that has received an amazing restoration and that has traveled less than one hundred miles since completion, along with full documentation confirming that there is well over $150K in this no-expense-spared restoration that had the goal in mind of being one of the top Sports Roadsters in the country. Dont miss this rare opportunity to purchase one of the rarest Thunderbirds ever to leave a Ford assembly plant. You wont have to spend three years to get another car to this level of near perfection. Buy this impressive bird now and enjoy it immediately. To see 100-plus pictures and a video of this 1962 Ford Thunderbird Sports Roadster, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information or to schedule an appointment to view this vehicle in person, please call the Scottsdale showroom at 623-900-4884 or email us directly at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this LS swapped 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. The architecture of the LS series makes for an extremely strong engine block with the aluminum engines being nearly as strong as the iron generation I and II engines. Putting the power to the wheels is a 4L60E backed by an 8.5 Inch 10 bolt Posi-Traction rear end with 3.42 gears. Owner claims a full rotisserie restoration was done on this 69 Chevrolet Camaro. The owner has added mini tubs, ridetech four link suspension, coil overs, Lingenfelter performance heads, tubular A arms, sub frame connectors and drilled and slotted front brakes. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1961 Chevrolet Impala Bubbletop. 1961 saw the first year of the third generation for the successful Impala. The new design was trimmer and boxier than its predecessor. While there were a few different trims for 1961 what we have here is the sport coupe which offered a thin rear roof pillar and an oversized rear window. In time this is what enthusiasts would come to call the bubbletop. Highly sought after by collectors for their design and value, these specific Impalas are easily identified and turn heads everywhere! This fine example upon approach you are dazzled with light glinting off the chrome and fresh silver paint. The stance of this car! The rims with the red line tires really set the car off. No matter the angle, front to back you can easily see the time and care that went into the build. Under the hood 2 -4-barrel carbs sit atop a 409ci V8 X-block from 1963. Mated to that is a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. Only 8 miles on it since it was finished! That is not a typo. The build is extensive, here are some highlights: Solid Lifter Cam, Ride Tech Suspension, Vintage Air, MSD Distributor, Hooker Headers, Custom Exhaust, Aluminum Radiator, and Wilwood 6 piston 4-wheel disc brakes. And there is a lot more. All receipts included, easily 100 of them in a case. This car was one of the few that was roped off at the 2020 Street Rod Nationals! Solidifies the caliber of car you are considering here. Options on this car include: Air Conditioning, CD Player, Power Steering, Seat Belts, and Aluminum Wheels. Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our Houston showroom is this all metal Über-custom 1937 Ford 78 Coupe. This multiple-award winning custom is an amazing example of the combined talents of a number of the top names in the custom street rod world. It has its own name, even; having been dubbed Grand Larsony as a tribute to its owner, who found it in a barn in Colorado back in 1984. He found it in fully operational condition, and with only 9965 miles on the clock, he could tell that it had great potential to be restored to its original glory. However, its new owner had a vision that went far beyond a mere restoration. He began with reaching out to Darrell Mayabb, who was contracted to come up with a design that would incorporate what a 37 Ford would look like with a 39 Deluxe front end, a 40 hood, a 48 rear window, and a lethal dose of chop, channel, section, and shave, all rounded and smoothed into one cohesive bad-axe rod. From Darrell’s concept design, it then went to Donn Lowe, of Lowes Customs, where it was all brought together into a one-piece body, all steel and leaded, and wrapped in the paint scheme that Darrell Mayabb cooked up. It hit the streets in Oct 1988 at the Lake Havasu City “Run to the Sun”, where it was a top ten award winner in its first event; and it has never looked back, grabbing attention and awards at outings around the country. In due time, “Grand Larsony” spent time with Boyd Coddington’s American Hot Rods for a paint update, new interior, and drivetrain. The new paint was masterfully laid down by Charley Hutton, and the interior was given a completely new full custom leather interior by Gabe’s. This work of art now represents the best of these creative masters. Since its refresh, Grand Larsony has rubbed shoulders with the best: it was featured at the Hot Rod Homecoming event in Pomona, California in 2013, honoring its 1990 Hot Rod magazine feature. It later appeared on Wayne Carinis show, “Chasing Cars” in the Tribute to Boyd Coddington episode. Additional Body details: chopped 2”, Sectioned 2”, frenched headlights and taillights, 48 Ford rear window, door corners rounded, rolled rear pan, 39 Ford front fenders, 40 hood grafted to 37 humpback body, all seams filled and leaded, hidden door hinges, and steel running boards molded to body. Additional Interior details: English leather by Gabe with black inserts, leather-covered dash with aluminum insert, VDO vintage gauges, custom center console stack with hidden switches and stereo, Alpine receiver/cd with 10 speakers and amp rack, power windows, aluminum tilt/telescope steering column, leather-wrapped wheel, and custom-built aluminum sill plates. Additional powertrain details: fresh ZZ 383 CID V8 roller motor with polished intake and Holley carb, Zex nitrous kit with purge kit, chrome plated aluminum accessories, custom valve covers and air cleaner with matching accents, 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission with Art Carr valvebody, and Borla stainless exhaust with custom oval rear exit. Additional chassis details: completely reworked frame, filled and molded, Heidts super ride, painted and chrome plated, chrome plated Heidts IRS rear, and Wilwood disc brakes. With only 384 miles since a restoration update, maintaining and paying respect to its heritage builders, it is reliable, fast, and beautiful. For more information on this 1937 Ford 78 Coupe for sale, please call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220; or email us at Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Aston Martin did not stray far from its winning combination with this Vantage S, continuing the striking good looks both inside and out, and providing an even more powerful V-12 engine. This Aston Martin Vantage S certainly looks the part, ready to pounce with its wide stance and pronounced rear wheel arches. New for this model Vantage S is a carbon-fiber grille inset. Arrayed across the hood are extensive vents for the V-12, accented in carbon fiber. Inside are a driver-oriented cockpit and a tall center stack with two important buttons: one for adjusting steering response and setting the adaptive damping to Normal, Sport, or Track mode; and a second that toggles a Sport mode for quicker throttle responses and shifts and a throatier growl out back. That growl is generated by the V-12, a carry-over from the days when Ford owned Aston, now shucked of all its FoMoCo roots save the rods and the pistons. Aston rates its AM28 V-12 at 565 horsepower and 457 lb.-ft. of torque, 376 of the latter ready at 1000 rpm. 0-60mph comes up in an estimated 3.8 seconds, with a top speed of 205mph. Additional Modifications includes upgraded X-OST Maranello exhaust, Upgraded intake filters, K12 Laser Jammer, Ceramic window tint, and Paint the has been ceramic coated. The opportunity to purchase this car is a once in a lifetime event, so act fast before this Aston Martin Vantage S gets away!! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this sleek 2003 Z06 CRC Corvette. Between the modern powertrain and classic styling, this car is most certainly an eye catcher. Classic Reflection Coachworks (CRC) Has been around since 1994 when they started work on the first prototype using a C4 Vette as the base. The concept sparked the interest of many people and several inquiries came in on how to purchase the car. Later, CRC Began using C5 vettes as the base and designed a new body to reflect the 1962 Corvette. Using cutting edge computer modeling software, the company shaped the new bodies and began production. Under the carbon fiber hood of this beast is supercharged LS6 V8 engine. The engine in this car is very tame and driver friendly when you want it to be, but also an absolute monster when called upon. Sending an intoxicating note into the atmosphere is a custom exhaust system featuring long tube headers, SLP catalytic converters, 3 SLP midpipe, and corsa extreme mufflers. Sending all of that boosted power to the rear end is a six speed manual transmission that shifts firmly through the gears while still maintaining a somewhat long throw for comortable, easy shifting. Moving outward, the exterior of this car is what makes it such a unique and valuable automobile. The CRC Carbon fiber conversion package alone costs more than a brand new Corvette. And that price doesnt even include the cost of the car used in the conversion, or extra options. Covering the exterior of this beauty is bright red paint with black accenting. Supporting each corner of this beauty are chrome alloy wheels wrapped in high-performance Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires (265 in the front, 295 in rear). This being a modern sportscar, of course it has disc brakes all around for safetey and performance. Upon entering this modern classic, the driver will be greeted by classy tan leather seats that are in very good condition and feature an embroidered CRC logo in the head rests. The door sills also feature a CRC logo, this time in the form of a chrome trim piece. The door panels and dash have also been redone to match the seats. Overall, the leather in this car is much nicer than that of stock C5 Vettes. Ensuring that the road noise and brutal Texas heat stay out of the cabin is Dynamat installed throughout car. When it comes time to listen to some driving music, the driver will appreciate the very nice AM/FM radio/CD player. Navigation is also embeded in the head unit to aid on those loger drives. Ths car being converted from a C5 Z06, one can expect all of the amenities found in one. These features include items like cruise control, power seats, tilt/teloscoping wheel, anti theft system, and power brakes/steering. Overall, the interior of this car is a much nicer place to be than an original C5. For more information on this 2003 Z06 CRC Corvette located in our Houston showroom, come by and see us or call the showroom at (832)243-6220, or email the showroom at Houston@gatewayclassiccars.com

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Ft Lauderdale is pleased to offer this beautiful 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator. Mercury introduced the Cougar in 1967 as the Pony Car wars were in full swing. Mercury was reluctant to bulk up the Cougar and take on the muscle market, a place where rivals like the SS396 Camaro and Ram Air 400 Firebird had already begun staking territory. By 1969, the Mustang was knuckling against these two with its 428 Cobra Jet Mach 1, and Mercury could no longer sit on the sidelines. By mid-year, the division had jumped into the fray with the Eliminator. The name was taken from a Cougar show car and from the 1968 Cougar Eliminator funny car driven by “Dyno Don Nicholson. Management fathomed that racing exposure could heighten Mercurys profile with young performance buyers. Decked in bright colors, blacked out grilles, body stripes, spoilers and decals, the Eliminator was based on the standard Cougar and came with a choice of engines from mild to wild. This awesome bright green 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator is powered by a 351 Cleveland V8 mated to a 3 speed FMX Merc-O-Matic automatic transmission. With a beautiful black interior, this is one far-out looking machine! Options on this 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator include Am/FM Radio, Spare Tire, Tilt Wheel, Power Front Disc Brakes, Power Steering, and Competition suspension. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is proud to present this 1957 Ford Thunderbird. The Ford Thunderbird (colloquially called the T-Bird) is a personal luxury car produced by Ford from model years 1955 until 1997 and 2002 until 2005 throughout 11 distinct generations. Introduced as a two-seat convertible, the Thunderbird was produced in a variety of body configurations. These included a four-seat hardtop coupe, four-seat convertible, five-seat convertible and hardtop, four-door pillared hardtop sedan, six-passenger hardtop coupe, and five-passenger pillared coupe, with the final generation designed again as a two-seat convertible. The Thunderbird entered production for the 1955 model year as a sporty two-seat convertible. Unlike the Chevrolet Corvette, it was not marketed as a sports car. Ford positioned the Thunderbird as an upscale model and it is credited in developing a new market segment, the personal luxury car. Powering this 1957 Ford Thunderbird is a 312 Cubic Inch V8 backed by a Ford-O-Matic Three-Speed Automatic Transmission. Putting the Power to the ground is a Ford 9 Inch rear end with a 3.73 Gear. The Auto-Meter Gauges are a nice touch and help to ensure you are getting accurate readings from the sensors. The 4-wheel power disc brakes really aide in the drivability of this thunderbird. The Wire Wheels by Coker really adds to the look of this bird. The Black Leather Interior compliments the Silver Exterior well. Options on this 1957 Ford Thunderbird include: AM/FM Radio, Black Leather Interior, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, and Tilt Steering Wheel.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Nashville Tennessee is proud to present this stunning 1955 Chevrolet 210/Belair. Built as a 210 from the factory this machine has had part of it gone through, from rubber hitting the road to the roof reflecting the sun this car has had attention to it. Powering this 1955 210’ for sale is a GM 350CID V8 and with the twist of a key this beast wakes right up and with a great sounding exhaust you are going to have to hold yourself back as this car just wants to go! Backing this Power-Plant is one of my favorite upgrades to a classic, the famous T5-Tremic-5-sped manual. That’s right, you now have that tight 1st gear to launch you off the starting line and then 5th for when you are at cruising speeds you can drop her down to the top gear and only be turning 1300-1700 RPM at interstate speeds. This is great for long trip as you will not have to stop at every gas station on the way as your smooth cruising down the road. The exterior of this Machine I glazed in a deep and rich gloss paint that is a two-tone package, White on the top as that will help with the heat soak from the sun and a rich black on the lower half and this will give it that sinister look that all gearheads want! Climb in the Cabin and you can rest on plush black leather seating with a split bench seat that is not only comfortable but classy, take your friends with you and you all can enjoy the road! Options on this 1955 Chevrolet 210 include: Air Conditioning, am/fm radio, power brakes, power steering, horsepower, Disc Brakes, and performance radial tires that are wrapped around aluminum allow wheels. Call us and make your own dream come true, finding another one to match this Chevrolet will be hard to find. Tons of time an energy were put into this build.
