Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this beautifully customized 1979 Ford F100 pickup. Fords F series pickups were always a great seller in its class, but this sixth generation of pickups was a milestone in that it became the best-selling truck in America and has yet to give up that title to this day. Using a generous amount of galvanized steel these trucks are very resistant to corrosion. This 1979 example has been passionately restored and customized to give it just the right amount of personality. The first thing you notice on this F100 is the custom 2 tone blue and silver metallic paint job. It really pops out at you almost as much as the chrome wheels do! Before you pop the hood make sure you put your sunglasses on first because its all chrome under here! With a 351 Windsor V8, this truck can really move. On the inside sits a color-coordinated bench seat. The dash has been thoroughly gone over as well and with a modern radio, this truck is ready to cruise! Options on this 1979 F100 include AC, AM/FM/CD/USB radio, power brakes, power steering, tilt wheel, seat belts, vinyl interior, and chrome rims wrapped in low profile tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1960 Ford Thunderbird! The 1960 Thunderbird was the last year for what is now known as the Square birds. A rather distinctly different car than original baby birds as the second-generation cars are much bigger and can seat 4 adults comfortably. This beautiful red example has gone through a pain staking restoration with the finished Bird being one the better ones I have seen. Lugged out of a junk yard 15 years ago this was a solid bird to begin with. The red paint was laid down nice and smooth with the result looking like glass. The trim and chrome on the car are very clean and remind you why these birds are classic late 50s. Those classic wire knock offs are a great fit on this 60 Bird. Under the hood you will find a very clean engine bay that is as clean as they come. The period corrects 352 with its true to form yellow valve covers really putting their exclamation point under the hood. The Cruise-O-Matic 3 speed is a smooth shifting transmission that handles all the power of the 352 with ease. Inside this plush 4-seater a fresh interior has been done in red and white vinyl making for a great contrast. The middle console that flows into the back separating the buckets is one of the coolest features to come in a factory car. If you have been wanting to get yourself into a square bird that is flashy and luxurious this one must be on your list. Options on this 1960 Bird include, AM Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior and Knock Off Wheels wrapped in Bias PLY White Wall Tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to offer 1997 Plymouth Prowler in our Atlanta showroom. Prowlers are becoming very collectible, especially this kind. Only 2 owners called this Prowler their own, and you will immediately see that it has always been babied. The Purple paint is in very good condition, as she had her chin scraped at some point, and what makes this Plymouth example stand out - is she only has 12,140-miles on the clock! The consignor states shes never seen rain, and was mainly a car show driver on nice days since he bought her in 2002. A super clean charcoal grey interior invites you to take a seat and that is where the real fun begins. The Prowler is powered by an all aluminum V6 engine that will get you to 62 mph in just 5.9 seconds. Everything works on this car as it should, and there are no reported accidents. You can say shes still a new car in many senses, and will give many more years of enjoyment for the next care taker. Options on this 94 Prowler include: Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Mirrors, Power Windows, A/C, Cruise, Keyless Entry, Anti-Lock Brakes, Tilt, Leather Interior, Factory Aluminum Wheels. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to offer this modernized 1984 GMC C1500 for sale on consignment with our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Classic “Square Body GM trucks are in red-hot demand on the collector market and a quick internet search will tell you that there arent too many gems like this out there to choose from either. This pickup has been refreshed with White PPG paint and looks fresh thanks to chrome bumpers, cab/windshield trim and American Racing wheels. The sleek, rounded lines of this pickup truck have aged well and make this a desirable classic. The Chevrolet badge on the grille gives the first clue as to whats lurking under the hood of this mid-80s pickup- a 5.7l V8 “LS1 crate motor (Corvette engine) has been installed and provides not only plenty of power but the reliable fuel injection also takes away the headaches that traditional carbureted engines have such as difficulty starting in cold weather and seasonal carb adjustments. The LS1 is backed up by an overdrive transmission too- a GM 4L60E 4-speed automatic- and is geared 3.42 for good performance and mileage on the open road. This is definitely a muscle truck when you hear the soundtrack from the dual exhaust too! Hop inside the cab and youll see that theres been some modifications done including swapping the factory dash gauges for an aftermarket cluster with digital readouts for mileage, which sits at just under 4,000 on this restored C1500. R-134 air conditioning is a must have and is built into the stock controls for heat and ventilation. Furthermore, a Pioneer aftermarket stereo with AM/FM/CD capability will keep you and your passengers entertained. In the pickup bed itself, youll notice a nice Black bed liner that should come in handy in a pinch if you need some supplies transported. After all, thats what a pickup is for! We are big fans of this LS-swapped GMC pickup and believe you will be too; start the steps towards your ownership experience of this 1984 GMC C1500 by calling our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff at (623) 900-4884 for more information on this vehicle or any of our other inventory for sale. Description:

Gateway Classic Cras of Detroit is proud to offer this 1999 Plymouth Prowler for sale. The Plymouth Prowler, later the Chrysler Prowler, is a retro-styled production car manufactured and marketed from 1997 to 2002 by DaimlerChrysler, based on the 1993 concept car of the same name. The Prowler was offered in a single generation in a front-engine, rear-drive, rear-transmission configuration — with an overall production of 11,702. 1999 had the highest production numbers of 3,921. Chrysler engineers were given free rein to design whatever they wanted in a hot rod or sportster type vehicle. Chryslers design and international director Thomas C. Gale said his love for 1930s-era hot rods inspired Chryslers latest design triumph, the retro-styled Plymouth Prowler. Gale, who has a hotted up 1932 Ford in his garage approved the hotrod-inspired Plymouth Prowler as the companys follow-up show-stopper to the Dodge Viper. An early influence is credited to a Chrysler-sponsored project at the Art Center College of Design. This resulted in a thesis by Douglas Chip Foose, which included drawings of a retro-roadster. Foose designed it as a coupe for Chrysler to begin with but modified it to a roadster version. One of the most striking design features of the Prowler is the open, Indy racer-style front wheels. The Prowler featured a powertrain from Chryslers LH-cars, a 24-valve, 3.5 L Chrysler SOHC V6 engine producing 214 hp (160 kW; 217 PS) at 5850 rpm. For the 1999 model year, the engine was replaced with a more powerful, aluminum-block, 253 hp (189 kW; 257 PS) at 6400 rpm version of the engine. Both engines were coupled to a four-speed Autostick automatic transmission. The transmission was located at the rear of the vehicle and joined to the engine by a torque tube that rotated at engine speed, an arrangement similar to that used by the C5 Corvette, Porsche 944, and Alfa Romeo 75, and helped to facilitate a desirable 50-50 front-rear weight distribution. The Prowler was the first rear-wheel drive Plymouth since the 1989 Plymouth Gran Fury and would stand as the last Plymouth model with that layout. While criticized for having only a V6 engine, Chryslers High Output 3.5 had a horsepower rating similar to (or higher than) the companys Magnum V8s of that era. While not making nearly as much torque as a V8, Prowlers lightweight helped to achieve rapid off-the-line acceleration. The car prominently featured aluminum construction, in many cases adhesively bonded, chiefly in the chassis. The body was produced in Shadyside, Ohio, and the car was assembled by hand at the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant (CAAP) in Detroit, Michigan. This beautiful 2-owner example comes with great standard equipment like A/C, AM/FM/CD stereo, Manual Convertible top, Power Brakes, Power steering, Power door locks, Power windows, Anti-Lock brakes, Tilt wheel, Leather interior and radial tires. This 1999 Plymouth Prowler is in our Detroit Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is excited to offer for sale this snazzy Grabber Blue 1972 Ford Mustang Convertible. Compared to 1971 production, in 1972 Mustang production dropped by over 25,000 cars. There were 57,350 coupes built, 27,675 were the Fastback Mach 1, 18,045 of the coupe Grande were produced, followed by 16,622 of the standard Fastback. The convertible production was lowest by far at only 6,121 units. This 1972 Mustang convertible appears very original, with the primary exception being the fact that the door data tag indicates it was originally Wimbledon White (code 9A). However, the Grabber Blue paint has been done so skillfully that one would be very hard pressed to tell that this Mustang may have had a color change. The addition of the Mach 1 style stripes further enhances the visual appeal of this Mustang. With what appears to be its original 2BBL-carburetor-equipped 302 CID V8 and C4 3-speed automatic transmission and 3.00:1 rear axle (code 6), this 72 is definitely a time capsule. The ComfortWeave white knitted vinyl seats (code CW) are a match for what is listed on the data plate, and they look super for being 48 years old. The black portions of the interior (dash, console, and carpeted surfaces) all have either been updated or have had very caring owners who did their best to keep this car in such good shape (we surmise the latter). The white automatic convertible top is the correct color and has also been very well looked after. This Grabber Blue Pony is riding on a set of Magnum 500 style chromed wheels which are also in great condition, and the BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires in sizes P235/60R15 up front and P245/60/R15 at the rear provide a good look and stable ride. A true dual exhaust adds a bit of muscular rumble, and the big chrome tips look just right. Occupants will appreciate the factory air conditioning (if the top is ever put up in warmer weather, that is), and the owner will be glad to know that the A/C has already been converted to use the now-required R134a refrigerant. Additional features and options on this 1972 Ford Mustang Convertible for sale include AM/FM Radio, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, Seat Belts, Spare Tire and Jack, and Vinyl Interior. For more information on this gorgeous 1972 Ford Mustang Convertible for sale, to see all the HD pictures and videos of it, copy the URL below, and see it at this direct link: https://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/show/HOU/1895 . Alternatively, if you want to see it in person, come to our Houston Showroom, located at 1910 Cypress Station Dr, Bldg 200, Houston, TX 77090. You may also call the showroom at (832) 243-6220 or email us at Houston@gatewayclassiccars.com.
