Description:

Development of the Jaguar F-Type dates as far back as 1982, when Jaguar realized that the XJ-S had grown too large in both size and weight to be classified as a proper successor to the venerable E-Type. The project was cancelled when Ford took over the company in 1989. Finally, in 2011, the C-X16 concept car was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Production of the F-Type Coupe began in 2013 for the 2014 model year. Two V-6 and three V-8 engine options were offered. This beautiful 2015 F-Type V-8 S Convertible features a heart stopping 495hp 5.0L Supercharged V8 that screams for attention. The gearbox is an eight-speed automatic with paddle a shifter offering manual override with an electronic limited-slip differential. The F-Type has a double-wishbone front and rear suspension with adaptive dampers and adjustable suspension settings to allow the driver to adjust ride and handling. Non-standard options on this vehicle include heated seats & wheel, HD radio, 20” Tornado alloy wheels, and limited edition British Racing Green Metallic paint. In addition, a factory performance group for the V8-S features special seats, flat-bottomed steering wheel, special brake calipers and selectable active exhaust. This stunning Super Car is located at our Milwaukee showroom. You can view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS convertible. Now some may argue that the Chevelle and Malibu are two different cars, between the years of 1964 to 1973 Chevrolet made the Chevelle with a Malibu package and the results still cause grow men to drool. This drop top Chevelle Malibu for sale is one of the best restorations that I have seen for some time. Attention to every little detail was the game plan with this little ’65 Chevelle Malibu SS for sale was striped down to be restored. Looking sharp in Artesian Turquoise, which looks like it is still dripping wet, with white convertible top and interior, this is one classy car! This numbers matching Chevelle Malibu for sale as stated by the owner has a peppy 327 cubic inch small block under the hood that is backed by a 2-speed power glide transmission making this cruiser a joy to drive. Personally, I thought it would look great if I drove it to Miami beach for the photo shoot, but my manager just didn’t understand the vision I was trying to convince him of. Think about it, this beautiful car on the white sand with the surf in the back ground and the smell of coppertone ( for those under 50, sunscreen) in the air and a slight trade wind to keep the suns warmth from getting to intense and the best part, the keys to this beauty are in your pocket. Options for this 1965 Chevelle for sale include: AM/FM radio, Power convertible top, Power steering, Power brakes, Vinyl interior, Seat belts, White wall radial tires with Classic hub caps. For more information call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or send us an email at nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/NSH/738/1965-Chevrolet-Chevelle-Malibu-SS

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback S-Code. The 1967 Mustang Fastback has gone down as one of the must iconic cars of its era. The sweeping lines and big block engines available only make these cars more desirable and the reason they still bring premium money today. This example left the factory, as verified by the Mart report, with a 390 under the hood also known as an s-code. Taken done and built form the ground up the car is now packing a bored and stroked 390 with a total displacement of 445 cubic inches now giving this car a whole new level of power. Taken from a 69 T-Bird the motor now only has 500 miles on it since it was installed. The built c6 transmission handles all that power nicely shifting through all 3 gears without hesitation. The Ford 9-inch rear end has a 3.25 gear set making the car a pleasure to drive on the back roads and good enough to cruise down the highway. With the posi traction allowing for both rear wheels to lay down rubber at will. With the Grab-a-trac suspension gone through and rebuilt the car handles as if it was racing down the road in 1967. The upgraded Wilwood disc brakes bring this Pony to screeching holt just in case you right foot becomes a little too heavy. The paint on the car is slick and been taken back its original red with the base coat clear coat giving it an even deeper look. The ram air hood lets everyone know that this isn’t your average pony especially with the rumbling from that stroked out big block under the hood. A look inside shows that the original style parchment interior has been used giving the car that factory look. The magnum 500 wheels finish the car off nicely and were one the best wheels to leave the factory. If you have been wanting a great S-Code but a with a little more oomph this red rocket should do the trick. Options on this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback S code include, AC, AM/FM Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior and Magnum 500 Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. Description:

For sale in our Denver showroom is a numbers matching 1966 Corvette 327 - 300 HP V8 original motor and 4-speed transmission, convertible. This description really doesnt need much more! Coated in Milano Maroon, paired with saddle leather seats, this Corvette is sure to turn heads. The car was restored in 2004, the interior and all the glass is original to the car. A new soft top was just installed as well. For 1966, Chevrolet introduced an even larger 427 cu in Big Block version. Other options available on the C2 included the Wonderbar auto-tuning AM radio, AM-FM radio (mid-1963), air conditioning (late-1963), a telescopic steering wheel (1965), and headrests (1966). The Sting Rays independent rear suspension was successfully adapted for the new-for-1965 Chevrolet Corvair, which solved the quirky handling problems of that unique rear-engine compact. The classic offers a M-20 4-spd manual transmission, also numbers matching. The rear-end is a posi-traction 3.55:1 gear. Options include: AM/FM radio, manual convertible top, hub caps, power brakes, seat belts, and leather interior. While each classic car offers its own piece of history, this Corvette comes with documentation showing June of 1966 the car was purchased in New Jersey. Needless to say, this car is very well put together. If you are looking for a great investment that you can also enjoy on the weekends, this is a great find. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Las Vegas is proud to present this stunning 1967 Ford Thunderbird for sale in our Las Vegas showroom. The Thunderbirds fifth generation brought the second major change in the cars design direction since its debut in 1955. From 1958 to 1966, the Thunderbird had remained fundamentally the same in concept as a sporty two-door coupe/convertible with two rows of seating. However, the introduction of the Ford Mustang in early 1964 had created a challenge to the Thunderbirds market positioning for it, like the Thunderbird. The result, introduced for 1967, was a larger Thunderbird with luxury appointments more in line with a Lincoln. The new Thunderbird abandoned unibody construction in favor of a body-on-frame construction with sophisticated rubber mountings between the body and frame to reduce noise and vibration. A pair of significant departures from the previous generation Thunderbird was the elimination of a convertible model and the addition a four-door model, which used suicide doors for rear seat access. The available four-door design would remain a unique feature to this generation. One of the most noticeable design elements of the fifth generation Thunderbird was the gaping, fighter jet-inspired grille opening that incorporated hidden headlights. Options for the 1967 Ford Thunderbird include: AM/FM Radio, Power Steering, Power Windows, Vinyl Interior, Spare Tire and Jack, and Radial Tires. This beautiful fully restored inside and out navy blue angel was given some extra attention to detail by adding a Holley Sniper EFI, Custom audio sound system and more. This Beautiful 1967 Thunderbird is for sale in our Las Vegas showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this 2-owner, 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera 2S/4S. Porsche has always been known for its awesome and one-off rear wheel rear engine configurations. The 2009 Porsche Carrera line up was available in a number of configurations. The black paint on this Carrera is in very good condition for a car that is 10 years old showing very minimal signs of wear. Under the trunk is that amazing 3.8 liter horizontally opposed 6-cylinder engine that produces an amazing 385-HP. Hop into the driver’s seat and the impression goes from great to unbelievable. The 6-speed manual transmssion feels tight going through the gears like a European car should. With the engine producing a ton of torque, the car pulls hard as it was intended to do. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1967 Ford Mustang GTA Fastback S-Code. The 1967 Mustang Fastback has gone down as one of the must iconic cars of its era. The sweeping lines and big block engines available only make these cars more desirable and the reason they still bring premium money today. This example left the factory, as verified by the Marti report, with a 390 under the hood also known as an s-code. Taken done and built form the ground up the car is now packing a bored and stroked 390 with a total displacement of 445 cubic inches now giving this car a whole new level of power. This rebuilt FE big block has just over 500 miles on it since the installation. The stroked-out FE big block has dressed up with a March Pulley system. The pulley is more than just for good looks, a single serpentine belt reduces parasitic drag. Keeping the engine cool is a new aluminum radiator equipped with dual electric fans. A set of FPA coated headers gets the gases of the engine and sends them to a pair of stainless steel Magnaflow mufflers. The built c6 transmission handles all that power nicely shifting through all 3 gears without hesitation. The Ford 9-inch rear end has a 3.25 gear set making the car a pleasure to drive on the back roads and good enough to cruise down the highway. Posi-traction allows for both rear wheels to lay down rubber at will. The Grab-a-trac suspension has been gone through and upgraded with 620 lb coil (front), 5 leaf rear springs, 1 1/8 inch thick front sway bar and KYB gas adjust shocks…….. the car handles as if it was racing down the road in 1967. The upgraded Wilwood front disc brakes bring this Pony to screeching halt just in case you right foot becomes a little too heavy. The paint on the car is slick and been taken back its original red with the base coat clear coat giving it an even deeper look. The ram air hood lets everyone know that this isn’t your average pony especially with the rumbling from that stroked out big block under the hood. A look inside shows that the original style parchment interior, from TMI with sport foam, gives the car that factory look. This 1967 Ford Mustang GTA Fastback is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is awesome Pro Street 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. Between the cool multi-hued paint scheme with its hand-done flames and striping, the massive big block engine, and custom Chris Alston chassis, this very custom build is ready to rock! This bad boy was painted by Zimmerman Custom Paint and Body in St. Leon, IN, and the paint scheme of silver over blue with custom flame work looks great over its sapphire-colored accents (which include the 2X3 Alston Chassis and third member being painted to match the sapphire accents on the rear valance). Under the hood of this beast is a stout 468 CID V8 engine, based on a .030 over-bored 427, which is topped by a polished aluminum dual-quad intake with a pair of polished Edelbrock 4BBL carbs. Aluminum GM Performance heads complete the top end. Headers with massive primaries funnel the spent fossils into its 3-inch side-exit dual exhaust. The big 468s power is sent to the rear end via a Bowtie reverse manual valve body 700R4 automatic transmission with lockup converter, which spins a Strange Engineering drive shaft. The 200R4 is controlled by a SCS Cheetah ratchet shifter. The big 468 is mounted to the Alston chassis with torque plates, so this nasty ride is set up to handle all of that torque without difficulty. The huge aluminum radiator has a twin Flex-a-Lite electric fan setup to help keep temps in check while youre out roasting the rear tires (or just cruising to the next car show). A stout Moser Engineering nodular rear end case fits into the custom-fabbed third member, and houses a set of 4.11:1 gears, making this Camaro suitable for both street and strip. The 3rd-member is equipped with Alston Chassis Works ladder bars, complete with QA1 adjustable coil-overs, which provides for excellent adjustability for getting this puppy to hook up most effectively. Up front, QA1 adjustable coil-overs keep the Alston tubular upper and lower control arms properly damped, enhancing the handling. If one looks closely, theyll notice that the entire Alston Chassis has been painted in that same sparkling sapphire blue as the rear tail light bezel. When it comes time to slow down, the driver will appreciate the polished four-piston Wilwood calipers and slotted rotors up front; along with the four-piston Wilwood calipers and rotors out back. Custom Boyd Coddington Junkyard Dog aluminum wheels are at all 4 corners (18 X 6 front, 20 X 16 rear), shod by 26X8.00/R18 M/T Sportsman radials up front, and gigantic 33X22.00/R20 M/T Sportsman radials out back; which are neatly tucked in the tubbed rear, and give it a real race-ready stance. Moving inward, youll marvel at the custom gray synthetic leather interior, which was done entirely by the folks at Cutters Custom Stitchin in Dilsboro, IN. In addition to the hidden billet aluminum door releases, they also tucked the head unit for the stereo into a nifty overhead console and continued the console motif with a matching custom center console that runs the length of the passenger compartment like the overheads design. The roll cage inside is unobtrusive and allows for the use of the Simpson racing harnesses, which youll feel are more than appropriate for a car with the kind of performance this one has; plus, youll find a chrome fire extinguisher next to each seat. A complete set of AutoMeter ProComp gauges are evident and help keep the driver informed of critical engine stats. Additional features and options on the Pro Street 1969 Chevrolet Camaro include Aluminum Alloy Wheels, AM/FM/CD Radio, Power Windows, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, and Synthetic Leather Interior. Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer up this mean 1950 Buick Riviera convertible. Between the custom slammed look, and the massive powerplant, this beast is sure to be the center of attention at your local car show! Under and through the hood of this beauty is a big and healthy 496 CID V8 topped with a Weiand Mega Blower. This powertrain combination provides this heavy car with the power and performance of a modern muscle car. Sending the power to the 9 Ford rear end is a GM TH400 automatic transmission that shifts firmly through the gears with no problems handling the nearly 800 horsepower this engine generates. The meat that sends the power to the ground are Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires in 29x185x15LT. When it comes time to slow this big classic to a stop, the driver will appreciate the disc brakes up front. Moving inward, the interior of this slick ride is very plush and comfortable. The driver will immediately notice the multi-color leather seats, dash, and headliner that are all in very good condition. Description:

Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer a one-of-a-kind and super rare 1946 Dodge Power Wagon! The famous Dodge Power-Wagon was a civilian adaptation of a four-wheel drive, 3/4-ton military vehicle which Dodge built in great numbers during World War II. The civilian version, which was first offered in 1946, was rated as a one-ton but was capable of carrying a 3000 pound payload in off-highway service. Dodge engineered the Power-Wagon to be a self-propelled powerplant, and it was capable of a wide range of industrial and agricultural applications. A transmission power-take-off was available (present here) for driving various items of auxiliary equipment. Our example features a PTO driven winch that looks like it could pull a mountain! There is no better color combination than the Military Green and Black which really give an appeal you can only find on a Power Wagon. With only 2,000 miles on this fresh restoration, this 230cid I-6 can perform to its full potential no matter how you plan on using it. These Power Wagon’s are not something you usually see on the road but if you dare, this one is road ready and can be driven in a parade or to a local show. It may take you a little longer than expected, but this Power Wagon will get you their safely and plow thru anything in its way. The only way to get an idea of how big this truck is would be to come gaze at it in person at our Detroit showroom located at 15000 Commerce Dr N in Dearborn Michigan.
