Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1. This 1970 Mach 1 for sale in covered in iconic Grabber orange with black rally stripe and looks like it just drove out of the showroom for the first time. With the speed of sound being around 761 miles per hour and this speed being designated Mach1, Ford produced Mustangs with this title to let you know just how fast it was. Sitting between the front shock towers is the small block Ford that a lot of big blocks chased back then. The 351 Windsor and sitting on top of this power plant is an Edlebrock® performer 351-w intake with one of Vic’s own Carburetors. This of course provides plenty of power to blister the poor rear tires on this incredible pony car. Bolted to the back of this Engine is a 4-speed manual transmission giving the driver more control of just how long the rear tires last and of course how much smoke he put in the face of the Challenger behind him. The rear axle housing is Fords finest, a 9 inch that houses a 3.50 gear set. Maybe this should be a Mach2? With all this go, there must be enough whoa to go around so, power disc on every corner provide all you will need. Open the driver’s door and slide in to the control seat, let your left foot get used to the throw on the clutch, while your right finds the limit of the loud pedal. While getting used to the controls, take a look around at the like new high-backed bucket seats, center console, dash, carpet and head liner and try to remember that it is 2018 and not 1971. While sitting behind the wheel just try to not run through the gears and imagine the wild ride you could give this car, heck you would make Ken Block want to watch your you tube video. Heck I’ll watch it, I am a sucker for a fastback Mustang and this one is as good as it gets! Options for this 1970 Mustang Mach 1 for sale include: Air conditioning, AM/FM radio, Power steering and Brakes, Seat belts Posi Traction and Radial tires. Description:

Currently in the Denver Colorado showroom we have the unique pleasure of offering you this numbers matching 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28! When you combine the fact that this car has only 45,005 documented miles on the odometer plus the complete nut and bolt restoration that was completed in 2007 it is sure to earn the respect and admiration of anyone car collector or not. This stunning Camaro was built in the Norwood, Ohio plant during the first week of June and comes wearing the classic Cortez Silver paint. The Camaro was introduced in 1967 to attack the Ford Mustang success. The first-generation lasted until this 1969 model year when it again paced the Indianapolis 500. For 1969, the Camaro had all-new sheet metal except the hood and trunk lid giving the car a substantially sportier look. The grille was redesigned with the heavy “V” cant and deeply inset headlights. New door skins, rear quarter panels, and rear valance panel also gave the car a much lower, wider and more aggressive look. The wheel wells were flattened with sculpted feature lines flowing off towards the rear of the car and rear-slanting simulated air slots ahead of the rear wheel. The front had a full width chrome bumper integrated with the body color grille surround and round parking lights positioned on either side of the license plate. At the rear were wider tail light bezels with triple segment lenses. The Z28 performance package was and still is perhaps the most special and iconic of all available on Camaros! It included a solid-lifter 302 V8, 4-Speed Muncie M-21 Manual transmission, power disc brakes, and two wide bold stripes down the hood and decklid. This styling is considered by many Camaro enthusiasts as the ultimate muscle car look and arguably the most desirable. When you lift the functional air breathing hood with reverse cowl scoop it reveals the 302 cubic inch V8 that punches out an “advertised” 290 horses to grip the asphalt. The original numbers matched engine sits in an impressive engine bay that is clean, and well preserved with original factory stickers that truly reflect the factory representation. Power is delivered by the code M21 4-Speed wide ratio transmission with Hurst shifter to the posi-traction rear axle housing a 3.73 ratio. Performance is delivered to the raised white lettered Goodyears mounted on Rallye wheels which adds to the stylish competition look. Inside this cool coupe is black bucket seat interior as noted on the cowl tag, you’ll find one of the most stylish cockpits of the muscle car era that has been painstakingly restored. Full documentation package including Jerry MacNeis certification to be included with the sale of the car including an appraisal and certificate of authenticity. You can view this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. The body of this 36’ Ford is all steel except the rear fenders, which are fiberglass. The Autumn Copper is a Nissan color, it was applied in 2013, and it looks amazing, so rich and deep. The beautiful white leather interior also looks fantastic and is accented by the white steering wheel and column, and white-faced AutoMeter gauges. To keep the dash and interior looking clean and age-appropriate, the AM/FM head unit was mounted behind the driver’s seat. There is a remote that controls the radio, so you do not have to stop the car to change anything radio related, i.e. volume or radio station. Powering this awesome Ford is a 402 CID V8 engine with aluminum valve covers, a polished aluminum Edelbrock intake, and an Edelbrock carburetor. Headers flow from the engine to the Flowmaster mufflers combining for an excellent sound. An aluminum radiator with an electric fan helps keep this big block V8 cool on hot days, while the A/C keeps the passengers cool inside the cab. A TH-350 automatic transmission transfers the power to the 12-bolt rear end. For optimal steering and handling a Heidts Super Ride front end has been installed as well as power brakes, including disc up front. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is excited to offer this 1955 Ford Thunderbird. This baby bird is a total frame off restoration with everything being replaced or rebuilt. This stylish yellow and white T-bird is ready to be shown or enjoyed as a Sunday cruiser. This piece of Ford history was restored in about 10 years ago in Miami Florida and has been garage kept since. One of the most beautiful pieces of Americana, they were considered to be direct competition to the Chevrolet Corvette. Helping spawn a new generation of automobiles in the United States, and aimed to take on the European market, the Ford Thunderbird was powered by a 292 CID V8, which gave the already smaller, lighter car the power it needed to make for both an excellent road racer as well as the perfect car for older couples to sit back and enjoy a movie at the drive-in. The current owner is a collector and has meticulously maintained this baby bird to be kept in amazing condition. The odometer is reading 1,679 which is the miles since the restoration. This car features the period correct and rebuilt 292 wide block V8 engine paired to a redone 3 speed automatic transmission. The yellow and white theme on this car is one of the stylish thunderbird appearances we have had the honor of listing with Gateway Classic Cars. There is a black soft top as well as the painted white hard top. The white wall tires and chrome wire wheels off set the yellow paint perfectly. This T-bird has sharp two tone black and white vinyl interior with an adjustable steering wheel. The overall condition of the paint and interior is superb. This Ford has many features which make the drive much more enjoyable. Options include; power steering, power windows and seat, vinyl interior, automatic transmission, wire wheels, convertible soft top and removeable hardtop, radial white wall tires, A/C but needs a recharge, AM/FM radio, and even a spare tire. If you are a Ford collector or a fan of the mid 50’s Thunderbird body style then do not let this one pass you by. This 1955 Ford Thunderbird is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer this amazing 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. With only 2,246 miles since its complete body-off restoration by Uzzis Autohaus in 2017, this 1969 Camaro Z28 is a real winner. This two-owner first-gen Camaro was treated to a blasted-to-bare-metal re-color, from its original Fathom Green (paint code 57) to its current Sebring Silver (a 63 Corvette color), and its original Dark Green interior (trim code 723) has been replaced with an all-new black interior with the ever-cool Houndstooth fabric inserts. One would be extremely hard-pressed to find a nicer silver-over-black Z28 today. Its drivetrain starts with a 1968 Z28 302 CID block (#3914678), with heads from a 64/65 Corvette (#3782461), a Comp Cams CL-12-677-4 bumpstick with appropriate valvetrain, and its topped by a new Quick Fuel SS 650 carb with Elect/Mechanical secondary sitting on the GM aluminum intake manifold. Spent fossils exit through ceramic-coated Hooker headers into MagnaFlow 12255 mufflers, and make a very nasty exit sound thats definitely meaner-sounding than you remember! Aft of the mill is a Muncie M20 wide-ratio 4-speed (#3925661), which came over from a 1970 SS Camaro. The drivetrain spins a set of 3.73 gears in the GM 12 Bolt rear end (#3894860), originally from a 67 Camaro. Additional goodies include Accel ceramic wires; MSD Street Fire Cap and Rotor kit; new fuel tank; new radiator, fan shroud, hoses and clamps; new rear brakes with new shoes; new GM distributor; new front and rear shocks; new front control arm bushings and coil springs; new rear leaf springs and bushings; new transmission linkage; and front spoiler. With its virtually all-new interior (including those Houndstooth pattern covered seats and new seat belts), the cabin experience is far nicer than when it was new, even! It doesn’t matter where you go, this Z28 is beautiful and will turn heads everywhere. You will go back in time cruising in this classic, that drives WAY better than it did when it first rolled off the Norwood assembly line. Slip into the drivers seat, buckle up, fire up the high-winding 302, crank up your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth-equipped head unit, grab first gear, and let er rip! Youll be in Z28 heaven for the entire ride. Options on this stellar 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 include AM/FM Radio with Bluetooth, Power Brakes, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, Rally Wheels, Seat Belts, and Spare Tire. For more information on this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28, please call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220; or email us at Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

The Gateway Classic Cars Showroom of Saint Louis is thrilled to offer this second-generation candy cane colored 1965 Chevrolet Corvette, which enjoyed a frame-off restoration back in 2000, which included a new interior upholstery and a new exterior paint job. BACKGROUND: The Four-wheel disc brakes were introduced in 1965, as was a big block engine option: the 396 cu in (6.49 L) V8. Side exhaust pipes were also optionally available in 1965 and continued to be offered through 1967. The introduction of the 425 bhp (317 kW) 396 cu in (6.49 L) big block in 1965 spelled the beginning of the end for the Rochester fuel injection system. (source: Wikipedia) This 1965 Corvette was built initially on December 4, 1964, restored thirty-six years later, and today the exterior still shines exceptionally well, and the interior does not look like anyone ever sat in them for extended periods of time. With its interior and exterior color combination, this second-generation Corvette is a head-turner, and one of the reasons you would strongly consider buying it. The quality of its condition is good enough to win car shows, but not so pristine that you would hesitate to drive it more frequently. There is no investment needed here. This classic beauty is plug & go and to drive from day one! Well help you with shipping, but you may want to go ahead and drive this one home and down Old Route 66. Underneath the hood is a well-maintained, strong accelerating and smooth idling 327 that is backed by a four-speed manual transmission that wont disappoint. In short, you have every reason to inquire further about this 1965 Chevrolet Corvette by viewing it in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video of the car running and driving at our website - http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com. The color chosen was Rally Red Lacquer Paint, and it received a lacquer clear coat as well which gives this Corvette an extremely shiny and aggressive look. With a red exterior the clear favorite for the interior is always black. Inside is the great color Combination of a black vinyl interior. It has bucket seats and the instrument panel has been completely restored and finished to look as good as it did when it rolled of the assembly line in 1965! Hop into this bad boy fire it up with the turn of the key and listen to the side pipes exhale the beautiful music this Corvette makes. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this sharp 1987 Cadillac Coupe Deville. The 6th generation Cadillac Deville has been meticulously taken care of its whole life!! This time machine is one of a kind and is fully loaded for its time. This car still has the original V8 engine with just under 115k miles. 1987 saw a new front-end design including revised cornering lamps in front and one-piece composite headlamps flanked a trapezoid-shaped grille with a bold egg-crate texture. Elongated fender caps were in back - upping the overall length by an inch and a half, but much more dramatic in appearance with new wrap-around tail lamps. This new 3-sided tail lamp style was inspired by a design used on the 1977 Deville. Unlike the new one-piece headlamps, the changes to the rear-end in 1987 had little to do with engineering, but rather, feedback from Cadillacs customer base who felt the 1985-86 car looked too short. Although the 1987 revamp was still quite like the 1986 model (so much in fact that it still used the previous years deck lid), the design was more in-tune with the look that traditional Cadillac buyers were used to. Although this car had the original engine and interior, the paint was redone to this classic gold looking color. The body is overall in great shape and looks stunning with the newer paint. The Cadillac’s original V8 engine starts right up and idles smooth. The car has just under 115k miles on it with many service records on the Auto Check history report. The 1987 came standard with the 4-speed automatic transmission that is still original in this car and shifting seamlessly. The interior of this car is leather with power seats, windows, and mirrors. Overall great shape inside and out. This car is perfect for any drive way and has plenty of life left in it. Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1985 Pontiac Fiero. Pontiac introduced this new car to their line up in 1984. At the time it was cutting edge. Looking to fill a void in the market for 2-seater, mid-engine sports cars. The Fiero quickly formed a small but very loyal following of drivers looking for a quality, fun car that did not destroy the bank account. This 1985 Fiero for sale has been well cared for and currently shows 73,430 Actual miles on the odometer. Looking close to showroom new, this silver Pontiac Fiero for sale is sporting silver cloth interior that looks amazing. The holes in the headrest allows the music to freely flow from the head rest speakers keeping your toe tapping while your hands are busy carving up corners. I imagine that the headrest speakers are needed as the perky 2.8-liter V6 is nestled right behind the seat backs. Handling the gearing is a 3-speed Automatic transmission to keep the revolutions in the proper range. Some measure their car in inches, some with horsepower, others with miles per gallon. This car should be measured in smiles per gallon as it is hard to drive this car with out a big grin on your face. Options for this 1985 Pontiac Fiero Include: AM/FM Cassette, Sunroof, Cruise control, Power brakes, Power locks, Power windows, Anti-Lock brakes, Tilt wheel, Cloth interior, Alloy wheels. With only 400 miles on a recent rebuild, this is an excellent example of an Austin Healey 3000! This 1965 big Healey has spent most of its life out in California being well maintained and driven in fair weather only. In 2008, this 1965 Austin Healey MKIII went into a reputable restoration shop in California where the car would spend the next year being meticulously looked over and corrected to bring it back to its former glory. The interior was gone through and brought back to the way that jaw dropping blue interior looked the day it left the factory. A checklist was made to go over the drive train and all components on the car that needed and were then fixed one by one making the finish product as beautiful is it is today. The car was then purchased and transported here to Denver where it was enjoyed and shown off on occasion. In June of 2017, the owner decided to bring it back into the shop for to have the engine completely rebuilt. During the process each step was notated on what work was accomplished and changed; after just over 130 hours and almost $14,000 later, the engine was reinstalled and runs like a sewing machine! Driving this Austin Healey 3000 is a truly unique experience that never seems to get old. As you go for a drive down a curvy back road and start pushing it you can’t help but feel the nostalgia overtake you and are reminded of the racing pedigree this car holds. These cars have been growing in popularity over the years and this Austin Healey 3000 MKIII will surely not disappoint! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this true 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS/Z28. In 66 the SCCA started a new series of racing aimed at the new emerging market of the Pony cars. Ford had their Mustangs hopped up by Carroll Shelby and pretty much dominated the series. It would be a different story in 67 with the release of Chevys Camaro. In order to play by the Trans Am rules Chevy had designed a completely new motor, the 302. A high revving small block that had plenty of horsepower it would turn out to be one of the most iconic engines to ever come out of GM. Due to these high RPMs the motors were prone to blowing up. Unlike today rev limiters were not around so a missed shift could spell disaster. This Z/28 has had an amazing life. Owned by only 3 people the car is very original. As with many of these the block, crank, and pistons were all replaced under warranty. The original owner sold the car shortly thereafter to the second owner who in 1979 took the car a part to begin a restoration. Life happened and the car sat until 2014 when the current owner purchased the car He went through the car completely from freshening up the heads while giving it a valve job right down to fixing all and any rust issues. Painted back to its original green with white racing stripes it is factory correct. During the process all bright work was polished out back to its original luster. New OEM emblems were placed on the car getting back to factory. All of the glass is original but all of the rubber seals were no good so a whole set was ordered and installed making this Camaro seal up nicely. The motor was pulled and taken apart with the heads shipped off to Dixon racing. They placed new valve springs, seals, and one intake valve making them good as new. The block was cleaned and checked for wear while the crank was polished. New bearings, cam and rods were all installed with a new set of rings making this a complete rebuild. The double roller timing chain and oil pump were both replaced just for good measure. The clutch wasnt quite up to par so a whole new assembly was installed. The original Muncie Close Ratio 4 speed was all checked out while the 12 bolt posi rear end completes this drive train. The interior is all original to this car and shows excellent with no major signs of wear it is hard to believe its almost 50 years old. Courtesy of the RS option are the iconic hideaway headlights that actually work. The whole system was replaced and is now in excellent working condition. With the pony wars back in full force the original Trans am racers are going for huge money. Though this one has a factory replaced block everything else is correct on the car and with this one being Z/28 RS car the value is sure to do nothing but increase. Options for this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 RS include; AM, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, and Rally Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This one of a kind 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 RS is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this beautiful 1968 Dodge Charger. The Charger is well known for its role in “The Dukes of Hazzard”. The only thing this car has ever been 2nd place to was Daisy Duke herself, but that is understandable. This car is full of power and runs on a stout 426 CID V8 Hemi which only has roughly 5,000 miles on it since the rebuild. This engine enjoys the company of a 727 TorqueFlite transmission. This car is in great condition and ready for a new owner to rip up the roads. The red paint on this car is adequate for a daily runner or even your local car meets. The black vinyl top is in great condition and doesn’t even seem to have much age to it. You’ll notice the nice addition to the Punisher logo on the rear in place of the Hemi decal. This is simply to let those other cars out on the road know this monster means business. The car sits on a very clean set of Rushforth wheels with plenty of stopping power with the disc brakes locking onto all four wheels. The tires have plenty of tread life left in them and ready to leave some of that rubber on the road. The interior on the car is in good condition, you’ll also notice the gauge cluster is nicely customized with carbon fiber backing. The door panels and headliner are in great shape and still maintain tight stitching throughout the seams. Some additional features on this beautiful classic include, custom wheels, power brakes, power steering, leather interior, and performance tires. Description:

One of the most iconic Mopar muscle cars of all time is the 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner in Vitamin C Orange. This car was originally built at the Lynch Road assembly plant in Detroit with a scheduled production date of April 26, 1969. Making it a 1969 ½ and one of 422 that were built with the 440-6bbl as well as an A833 4-Speed manual transmission. Do not let the cartoon bird on the car’s body panels fool you, this car means business and is not to be taken lightly. If cars could tell tales we are more than certain that any car that dared line up next to this one was sure to see a set of tail lights through its windshield in no time! The factory steel long quarter panels are ripple-free and still showcase that neat slash of relief along the upper edge. Panel gaps are good, and the monstrous hood scoop sits in the middle of a satin black hood designed to emulate the mighty A-12 cars that terrorized drag strips in late 1969. The interior is quite stock and while it emulates a no-frills attitude, the bench seat has a very handsome look. Theres a 4-speed shifter sticking out of the floor so theres no weight-adding console to slow you down and its topped with a proper pistol-grip handle! The factory gauges include an in-dash tachometer and work just as great as they work and serve almost as a glimpse into a time machine. What truly sets this Road Runner apart from other cars of its time is the numbers matching 440 cubic inch V8 punching out 390 horsepower. Topping off that power plant is the much sought after six pack. Inhaling through that giant scoop, the bright Hemi Orange torque factory looks ready for show and still retains the factory look.
