Description:

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this Steel City Grey 1972 Chevrolet Corvette. This chrome-bumpered beast is equipped with a 270HP 454 CID LS5 V8 backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission. One of only 3913 units that were ordered in 1972 with the 454, this one is a solid example of a well-kept survivor. Twist the key, and the big 454 fires to life, spitting the spent hydrocarbons out dual exhaust with a nasty snarl. Once it settles into its rumbling idle and its pilot takes control of things, the view over the top of that Big Block hood becomes so intoxicating that one may not be able stop driving it until it is time to fill the tank. And, on really nice days, take the T-Tops off and enjoy the open air as you cruise around to constant thumbs-ups from other drivers. This 1972 Corvette for sale has a black interior, with carpeting and panels being in good shape, along with its black leather seats. Options include: Air Conditioning (doesnt blow cold), AM/FM radio with cassette, leather seats, power brakes, power windows, power steering, seat belts, raised white letter radial tires, Tilt Wheel, and T-Tops. Description:

For sale in our Dallas Fort Worth showroom is the famous, concours restored, Ford Mustang Boss 429! In 1970 Ford produced just 499 of these to compete with Chryslers 426 Hemi in the NASCAR circuit. These engines were severely underrated at 375 horsepower. Some sources say actual horsepower was far and beyond 500, in fact this car was actually put on a dyno during restoration and is rated at 590! In order to fit this engine in the Mustang, Ford contracted out the work to Kar Kraft in Brighton, MI to complete the heavy modifications. This Boss 9 has been restored to the condition it would have come out of the factory in 70 by the famous Kevin Manley. The cars original colors have been retained: Grabber Blue on the outside, and a beautiful White vinyl interior. Where Mach 1s and Shelbys are typically adorned with striping, the Boss 429 has a much more subtle exterior scheme. Mono-tone paint and simple Boss 429 lettering on the fender make the car a bit of a sleeper. Take a peek at the undercarriage and it is clear no expense was spared when refurbishing the vehicle. The underside is smoothly painted and shows zero evidence of road time. Every nut, bolt, and panel has been professionally refinished, rebuilt, or replaced back to the original specifications. Every paint marking and decal that Kar Kraft put on the Boss 9 during the original build was put back in place. Hop inside and the interior looks and feels like brand new. The wood grain dashboard and large analogue clock certainly scream 1970, but the 4 speed shifter and full instrumentation scream race car. The Boss 9 was the top of the line Mustang so of course it came well equipped. A Boss 429 is on any Mustang collectors list. This is a stunning concours example of the breed, and would be a wonderful addition to any collection. To view the 1970 Boss 429 in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Dallas Fort Worth Showroom at 817-310-9400 or email at dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:

Up for sale in our Atlanta facility is a very rare piece of automotive innovation. Gateway Classic cars of Atlanta is proud to offer this F-85 Oldsmobile Cutlass Jetfire. The Jetfire shared the distinction with Chevrolets Corvair Monza Spyder, as the first production turbo enhanced power plant on the market in the United States. The defining improvement was the 215 HP engine could produce twice as much torque as a naturally aspirated engine twice its size. Turbos were not a new invention, commonly used in aircraft production and these turbos were adaptations from that development. With that being said this F-85 for sale is a stunning frame up restoration. Having appeared in multiple automobile inspired periodicals, Motor Trend September 1962, Cars and parts June 2006, Muscle Car review 2008 and the same car pictured in Wikipedias historical page of the Oldsmobile Cutlass. Having been lovingly cared for by its current owner for the past ten years this Cutlass for sale is reported to one of twelve remaining in this color and options. Dressed in a stunning shade of red accented by a white top, the F-85 turbo-rocket came with only one option package. Bucket seats, console, two chrome fins on the hood and two full length separated the Jetfire from its other F-85 brothers. With a documented top speed of 110 MPH be sure and race down to Gateway Classic cars of Atlanta. Options on this turbo charged Cutlass F-85 include; Unique trim molding package, center console, bucket seats restored in new old stock coverings, and a clock that works. Description:

This 1967 Chevrolet Malibu is for sale in our Louisville showroom. The Malibu/Chevelle has always been one of Chevrolets crown jewels of the muscle car era. Nothing has ever quite matched the styling and driving feel of the late 60s Chevelles. While they changed shape and evolved throughout the years they maintained a menacing presence on the streets and won Americas heart. Chevelle and Malibu fans will argue what the best year is for styling, however it doesnt seem to matter what year the car is as long as it is clean and has the right paint. Luckily, this Malibu is in amazing shape and is wearing the famous Marina Blue paint job! She came into the showroom showing 90,400 miles on the odometer and looks good enough to have rolled right off of the showroom floor! It is powered by its 327 CID v8 making 350 HP and mated to a Muncy 4 speed manual transmission. This car truly gives the raw driving experience that 60s era muscle cars were all about. Big power v8 in the front, rear wheels drive with a 4 speed to row through from light to light or down backroads. The black vinyl interior is a comfortable yet sporty place to be, the bucket seats are in pristine shape! They hold you firmly and keep you planted for spirit drives around town but have enough plush to keep you comfortable at all times. Dont miss out on your chance to have your own experience in this raw Malibu! To view this 1967 Chevrolet Malibu in greater detail, including an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

ONE FAMILY OWNED!!! Two door hardtop is proudly featured in our Denver showroom. In 1956 sales material there was an optional rain-sensing automatic top, which was first seen on the 1951 LaSabre concept car. However, it is believed that it was never installed on a car. In January of 1956, iconic Rock n Roll performer Elvis Presley released his first pop single Heartbreak Hotel. What a great year for music and the automotive industry. That same year this beautiful two-toned Bel-Air rolled off the assembly line. And now only has 87,252 original miles. What a great car to cruise down the road on a Sunday or visit your favorite drive in. The 1956 Bel Air received a face-lift with a more conventional full-width grille, pleasing those customers who didnt favor the Ferrari-inspired 55 front end. Distinctive two-tone bodyside treatments and graceful front and rear wheel openings completed the speedline restyling. Single housings incorporated the taillight, stoplight, and backup light, and the left one held the gas filler - an idea popularized on Cadillacs. Among the seven Bel Air models was a new Sport Sedan, a pillarless four-door hardtop that looked handsome with all the windows rolled down and allowed easy entry into the back seat. Production exceeded 103,000, compared to 128,000 two-door hardtops. Shapely two-door Nomad wagons topped the price chart at $2,608, but now carried the same interior and rear-wheel sheet metal as other Bel Airs, lacking the originals unique trim. Only 7,886 were built. The least costly Bel Air, at $2,025, was the two-door sedan. And how now become one of the most desirable models. To view the car in greater detail, including an HD video and 100+ HD pictures please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com or our Denver showroom. Call 303-872-4722 for more information.

Description:

Up for grabs in our showroom in Houston, TX is this sleek & sexy 2006 Aston Martin Vantage. Many automakers have tried to design sports cars to take on the seminal Porsche 911. Success has been elusive. The latest automaker to give it a shot is Aston Martin. In the midst of a revival, the brand hopes its all-new 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage will be the 911-slaying silver bullet. The new Vantage is possibly the only car in the world that can make the gorgeous DB9 look less than perfect. As a sculpture, the V8 Vantage is one of the most stunning sports cars of all time; the body is tautly stretched over the 102.4-inch wheelbase with minimal overhangs and the fenders cover the 19-inch wheels with devastating sensuousness. The windshield is fitted into its one-piece aluminum frame at such an extreme angle that the cars profile is practically ballistic. The Astons firepower comes courtesy of a 4.3-liter V8 engine. Although a handful of components are shared with V8s used by Jaguar (the two share parent company Ford), Aston says its engine is very much its own. It develops 380 horsepower at 7,300 rpm and 302 pound-feet of torque at 5,000 rpm. By introducing a dry-sump oil system, Astons engineers have been able to mount the engine low in the chassis. It also sits behind the front axle, so this is very much a front-mid engine car. The weight distribution is a respectable 49-to-51 percent front to rear. The 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage is an exotic sports car with a hatchback design. It comes standard with 18-inch wheels wearing 235/45ZR18 tires in front and 275/40ZR18s in back. Inside, the Vantage comes with leather upholstery, automatic climate control, power seats and a six-disc CD changer. Many optional features are also available. These include 19-inch wheels, HID headlights, a navigation system, upgraded leather upholstery, a premium audio system, heated seats and a variety of different wood or metallic trim interior highlights. Though other sports cars costing considerably less money can match or better the Vantages straight-line performance, none, with the exception of the Porsche 911, can provide such an enjoyable and exotic driving experience overall. On a curvy road, the Vantage moves confidently. It slides progressively and returns to its intended path with little drama. The 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage is what it looks like: a seriously fast sports car that delivers on the promise made by its wide tires, gorgeous sound and svelte proportions. This low mileage (43k miles!!) car is in like new condition and it ready to hit the road. James Bond made these car’s famous and now you can be just like him! This silver bullet 911 eater is ready for a new home. The car is loaded with every option available and is in excellent condition. Car has a clean Carfax upon request. Also have service records by the current owner. To see many more HD pics & an HD video of the car please follow the below link to the cars page on our website. http://gatewayclassiccars.com/houston/2006/aston-martin/vantage-S1016.html For more information on this 2006 Aston-Martin Vantage call the Houston Showroom at 832-243-6220 or email houston@gatewayclassiccars.com

Description:

For sale in our Chicago showroom is this monstrous 2015 Ford Mustang GT convertible. Having become a recent trend, these “modern muscle” late-model powerhouses are the next wave of hot rods. This ’15 Mustang is a great example of what this movement is all about. The owner took a brand new Mustang GT off the showroom floor, an already impressive car, and drove it for a few thousand miles before the bug bit him hard to start getting just a little bit quicker than the guy in the other lane. Pretty soon a full build was laid out with a Paxton 2200SLsupercharger being the centerpiece to this incredible machine. Helping the engine breath better is a JLT cold air intake and a full 3” exhaust. You’ve heard the phrase “spinnin’ ain’t winnin’” and that is the truth. The seller of this vehicle wanted to make this car a winner, so a Circle D torque converter was put in to flash the engine right into the power band. BMR lowering springs and Viking drag shocks help the ‘Stang efficiently transfer weight to the rear of the car and hook down to very respectable times. So far the car has easily traversed the “1320” in 10.29 seconds! Once a car starts hitting those times, things tend to break. Not to worry! Precautions were taken to make the drive train as resilient as possible, including DSS axles, a DSS 1-piece driveshaft, and a BMR drive shaft safety loop. This helps make sure all 720+ rear wheel horsepower gets put to good use! With only 4,500 miles on this extremely high-performance and very clean Mustang, it is ready for the long haul! Options include: Power Convertible Top, Cruise Control, GPS, Heated Seats, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Locks, Power Windows, Anti-Lock Brakes, Tilt/Telescopic Steering Wheel, Keyless Entry, Ride Control, Power Mirrors, Drivers Airbag, Passengers Airbag, Rear Airbag, Anti-Theft System, Leather Interior, Alloy Wheels, and Posi-traction Rear Axle. For more information on this beautiful 2015 Ford Mustang GT, contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488 or Chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com.
