Description:

This well optioned Ranchero is perfect for the weekend warrior looking to get behind the wheel of a classic! Its 1970, the Soviet Venera 7 is 1st spacecraft to land on another planet (Venus), and this beautiful Emerald White Ranchero rolls into showrooms for sale. Now with only 5000 miles on her since the rebuild. The healthy 302 V8 is backed by a C4 automatic transmission. Other goodies include A/C, power steering, power brakes, disc brakes up front, new interior, and tonneau cover. The Ford Ranchero is a coupe utility that was produced by Ford between 1957 and 1979. Unlike a pickup truck, the Ranchero was adapted from a two-door station wagon platform that integrated the cab and cargo bed into the body. A total of 508,355 units were produced during the models production run. It was adapted from full-sized, compact, and intermediate automobiles sold by Ford for the North American market. While Chevrolets El Camino used the same body from 1968 to 1972, 1970 had a complete restyle for the Ranchero, which had started with a boxy body style. Both the Torino and Ranchero featured a shallow-pointed grille and front end with smooth, somewhat more curvaceous lines influenced by coke bottle styling. A fourth trim option was made available in 1970. The Ranchero Squire was an upmarket trim package which featured a woodgrain applique similar to that found on the Country Squire station wagon. Like in previous years, all Torino trim and engine options could be ordered, including all-new Ram-Air 429 Cobra Jet or Super Cobra Jet engines with the new shaker hood scoop, so named because it was directly mounted to the carburetor and shook with the engine at idle. Also available was a stylish grille that featured hide-away headlamps, as well as an optional hood with an oversized scoop which was standard on Torino GTs. To view the car in greater detail, including an HD video and 100+ HD pictures please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com or our Denver showroom. Description:

Up for sale in the Houston showroom is the original micro car, the 1957 Hudson Nash Metropolitan. The Nash Metropolitan is an automobile that was sold from 1953 to 1961. It conforms to two classes of vehicle: economy car and subcompact car. In today’s terminology the Metropolitan would be called a subcompact; but this category had not yet come into use when the car was made. At that time, it was variously categorized as a small automobile, or as an economy car. The Metropolitan was also sold as a Hudson when Nash and Hudson merged in 1954 to form the American Motors Corporation (AMC); and later, as a standalone marque during the Rambler years, which it was known as when sold in the United Kingdom and other markets. Approximately 95,000 Metropolitans were sold in the United States and Canada, making it one of the top-selling cars to be imported into those countries at the time, and its sales in 1959 helped to spur the introduction of the Big Threes (General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler) new compact models. Powered by a 55hp 1500cc engine and backed by a 3-speed manual transmission you could say, shes pretty spry. Options include: Vinyl seats, seat belts, numbers matching, cassette and AM/FM Radio. For more information on this 1957 Hudson Metro for sale, to see all the HD pictures and videos of it, copy the URL below, and see it at this direct link: www.gatewayclassiccars.com/show/HOU/1416 . Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1970 Chevrolet C-10 Pickup. This 1970 Chevrolet long-bed was built for working hard and being the truck known to never stop, I think the energizer bunny gets jealous when a Chevrolet C-10 is brought up as it keeps going and going and well, you get the picture. Powering this Chevrolet C-10 is a 350 Cubic Inch V8, renowned for its ability to handle all abuse tossed its way. The 350 Engine is a NAPA replacement that was installed at the 55703 mark, so the new engine only has 4200 miles on it. A new Edelbrock Carburetor carburetor and intake sit atop of the 350, insuring this 350 has plenty of grunt. A new set of headers and dual exhaust get the spent gases of the 350. Backing this 350 Cubic inch V8 is a 3-speed column shift manual transmission. Additional new items include a new steering box, new alternator, new brakes, new clutch, new fuel tank, and a new windshield. Rest assured, anything you want to haul this classic truck will get the job done. General Motors built this truck right and the owner has given this truck the love needed. The exterior of this 1970 Chevrolet C10 is a clean blue which gives it that nice classical and original look. As you sit inside you can relax on the long bench seat, this seat stretches from side to side with a sturdy set of seat belts to keep you safe. The seat has a nice Navajo blanket cover which fits this truck nicely. Under the cover, the seat is down in a red & white striped vinyl. We left the covering on as the owners says it’s a real pain to removed. The previous owner of this C10 put new rocker panels, and cab corners making this a nice solid truck, which is why the current purchased it. This 1970 Chevrolet C-10 is a go getter, and if you watch the market this body style is doing nothing but going up, do not miss a chance to own a piece of American muscle and an appreciating asset. Options for this 1970 Chevrolet C10 include; AM Radio with Cassette Player, power seat belts, and steel wheels with hub caps wrapped in radial tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer this good looking 15th Anniversary 1984 Pontiac Trans Am located in our Philadelphia showroom. The exterior of this F-body is still and very good shape. The factory color matched wheels are still in good condition. The grey cloth interior is in very good shape as well. Turn the key, and the 190hp 5.0 springs to life immediately, offering a healthy exhaust note with equal amounts of purr and grrr. Grab that fat leather-wrapped wheel, and off we go. The first thing you note is the aggressive throttle tip-in--you get going in something of a lurch, although the sudden motion certainly does add to the sensation of speed, especially around town, and initially it feels like a lot more than the 190hp its been rated at. Whats surprising, nearly 30 years after the third-generation F-body launched, is that it doesnt feel particularly like an old car; the sorts of allowances you need to make when driving a more elderly machine simply dont exist. Here, you drop in and drive as you would any other car, and it becomes more enjoyable on its own simply because it puts you at ease--the style isnt contemporary, but it does feel enough like a new machine that it surprises. If you are looking for some 80’s nostalgia, hurry on in or call us before this one is gone. Options for this 15th Anniversary 1984 Pontiac Trans AM include; Air Conditioning, AM/FM radio with CD player, T-Tops, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Locks, Power Windows, Tilt Steering Wheel, Seat Belts, Cloth Interior and Aluminum Alloy Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. Description:

This 1984 Trans Am is available in our Philadelphia showroom. The Trans Am is one of the most iconic American Muscle Cars. This one with only 34000 actual miles is equipped with a 305 CI V8 and an automatic transmission. Midyear, the L69 high output 305 was introduced. This carbureted 190 hp V8 was virtually identical to the L69 engine in the Camaro Z28, but used a different air cleaner assembly (instead of the Camaros dual-snorkel air cleaner, the Trans Am received yet another functional cold air intake, designed to utilize the bulged hood). This Trans Am is equipped with that engine option. Other options include power windows and locks. An FM stereo and t tops. The exterior is finished in factory Red with a Trans Am decal on the hood and black lower two tone as well. Another new for 1984 option was the High-Tech 15-inch, 20-slot, concave aluminum wheels, painted Gold or Silver, with Black plastic center caps containing a Gold or Silver Firebird logo. The interior features bucket seats finished in gray cloth, floor shifter and a center console. This body style introduced in 1982 was the third generation of the famous bird. It was an immediate success and of course it was the inspiration for the Knight RiderTrans Am. This Trans Am is equipped with power windows and locks and a tilt wheel. It also has cruise control and power steering. Now featured in our Denver showroom is this beautiful Mustang SVO that is one of just under 2,000 SVO Mustangs made in 1985! Surprisingly this turbo 4-cylinder made only 5 horsepower less than the 5.0L V8 counterpart of the same year officially rated at 205 horsepower which was a whopping 30 horsepower more than the previous year. Equipped with a 5-speed manual allowing you to better control the RPM’s and reduce any turbo lag for peppy launches. Slide into the leather seats and you will realize quickly that this car was built around performance; from the side bolsters keeping you hunkered down in your seat, to the classic style gauge layout, and down to the switch allowing you to transition between premium and unleaded fuel! Fire it up, let off the clutch, and as you start the cruise you will be blown away by how sporty this Mustang handles and accelerates. The fox body Mustangs have gained a huge following in the automotive world and the SVO Mustangs have so far been overlooked, but these Mustangs will be coming into their new-found glory soon enough! Description:

The Volkswagen Beetle has grown a huge following from many different groups of automotive enthusiasts from hot rodders to hippies these cars have been adored for generations! This 1973 Super Beetle has been well maintained over the years and a recent restoration to bring it back to its former glory. In 2014 the car was stripped down, sand blasted, and put back together piece by piece using new screws and gaskets. The fenders were all replaced with new ones and the whole body was treated with an anti-rust coating and then painted over with a gorgeous two-tone orange and black color combination. Inside the Super Beetle all the panels were lined with Dynomat to reduce road noise and limit vibrations. The floors were then covered in new carpets, reupholstered 1973 rear seat reinstalled, and new Corveau sport seats installed up front. The rare black headliner was installed and all of the sunroof components were refurbished. Overall the interior looks great and is very comfortable even on a longer drive! Another subtle change to this Beetle includes the more sought after 1960’s front and rear bumpers that really set the look of this car off right. There were some big differences between the Beetle and the Super Beetle especially in 1973. These included a superior front suspension with spring instead of the torsion bars, the body was extended 2” over the regular Beetle, and the windshield was curved for less wind resistance. These upgrades made a dramatic difference in the ride quality and performance of the beetle and are a ton of fun to drive! The 1600cc air-cooled engine is plenty of powerful and paired with the 4-speed manual transmission adding to the sporty feel. This Super Beetle is a great car for someone looking for a weekend cruiser or something to take down to the local car show. This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1973 Volkswagen Super Beetle in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a 1988 Chevrolet Corvette 35th Anniversary Edition. In 1988, GM released a limited production Corvette to celebrate 35 years of Corvettes. Of over 22,000 Corvettes sold in 1988, only 2,050 received this special package. All cars were white, with matching white wheels, and special white leather interiors. This crisp color scheme was the pinnacle of style and class in the 1980s. As most styles do, white interiors have yet again become popular in the new car market. This means, nearly 30 years later, this triple white Vette is in style as much as ever. It certainly is refreshing and makes for a great summertime car. This particular example is the one to have, a 2 owner car with only 50,169 miles on the clock. This car has a clean history with no accident damage and has always been garaged. The original list was over $35,000 for this fully loaded beauty which can now be had for a fraction of that. C4 Corvettes have become the next modern classic. They still have plenty of performance and equipment, but also the classic look. You can see this 1988 Chevrolet Corvette 35th Anniversary Edition in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or stl@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquiries.

Now available in our Dallas Showroom is this 1950 Deluxe-Styleline. Although there was over 80,000 + of these made, the years have passed, and the numbers of these left has dwindled. They made two different types of deluxe back in 1950, the Fleetline and the Styleline. Fleetline were more of a fastback style, while Styleline’s were more of a bubbletop appearance. This Deluxe is powered by a traditional 216.5 CID, 6-Cyclinder engine which produces approximately 92 HP to the tires. The interior is fresh and really pops with the red and white coloring throughout. It has a 50/50 bench style seat up front, so you can pull your significant other close as you’re cruising down the road.
