Description:

We are excited to offer you this gorgeous 1938 Ford Deluxe for sale at our Saint Louis Gateway Classic Cars Showroom. It has lots of modern features and upgrades and is ready for you to cruise and enjoy today. BACKGROUND: The 1938 recession hurt sales, as did Fords continuing of the 1937 cars, including most body panels. 1938 Deluxe models were differentiated with a heart-shaped grille. The engine used that year would have been a V8 with either 60 or 85 horsepower. A new dash was used, with recessed controls for safety. This restored 1938 Ford Deluxe is being powered by a 400M (also called a 351M), which is a short-skirt overhead valve pushrod V8 engine. As you can see in the video, this coupe has no deficiencies in starting, accelerating, or anything. It is a very smooth ride. Additional features include Air Conditioning, Spare Tire, Hub Caps, Power Brakes, Power Locks, a Jack, Power Seats, Power Windows, Tilt Wheel, Keyless Entry, Seat Belts, Anti-theft System, and Wide White Wall Tires. The exterior is sporting a recently completed high gloss Hot Poppy Red/Black Dupont paint job. The chrome shines like new and there isnt noticeable scratches or dents anywhere on the body. The interior also looks very clean with its ivory leather seats and a dash painted to match the exterior. Everything about this 1938 Ford Deluxe is meant to turn eyes and attract attention. We hope it attracted your attention enough to give us a call to ask for more details or arrange shipping. To view this 1938 Ford Deluxe in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our St. Louis showroom. Description:

Very few cars have survived this long and remained in this great of condition without being totally restored! This beautiful 1965 GTO Convertible in cameo ivory paint truly is untouched and still retains the original equipment that it rolled off the showroom floor with when it was brand new. The numbers matching 389 cubic inch V8 has been rebuilt with less than 2,500 miles on it since rebuild and fires up with ease thank to the meticulous maintenance through the years. If the condition of this car isn’t enough to attest to the great care taken then the binder full of receipts will take you on a trip through history also. Sitting behind the wheel of this muscle car is definitely a privilege. Gripping the shifter for the 4 speed Muncie transmission that was a rear option for these cars really transports you back in time and makes you feel like you are speeding even while sitting still. Exhaust gases are expelled through a set of dual stainless steel Flowmasters. Giving the car it’s stance are the chrome Crager wheels wrapped in radial tires. But if those are not your style the original wheels and hub caps are included. Chrome dash accents along with hardware compliment the black interior. Keeping you cool while you enjoy the ride is the dealer installed air conditioning. If you are more into cruising with the top down then you will truly appreciate the recently replaced black power convertible top! Full PHS documentation package is included with the sale of this GTO as well as a protecto plate and original manuals. Description:

For sale in our St. Louis showroom is an iconic 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop. This particular Tri-Five Bel Air features the popular turquoise over white paint scheme and turquoise over white interior. The paint was resprayed about 10 years ago, and shines very nice. The interior also shows well, as it is free from any rips, tears, or major signs of wear. The Tri-Fives included the model years 1955, 1956, and 1957. It is considered one of the best and iconic production run by any manufacturer in America. You could purchase them as a 150, 210, or Bel Air. The 150 was a “base” model, with no frills or extras. The 210 was a mid-level car with more available options than the 150, but not as decked out as the Bel Air. The Bel Air was obviously the top of the line, and buyers paid a premium for the Bel Air name on the side of the rear fin. Powering this Bel Air is a 265 CID OHV V8 engine with a 2-speed powerglide automatic transmission, both of which are believed to be original to the car. The odometer reads 24,626, which is believed to be the actual mileage on the car. Options for this 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air include: AM Radio, Cloth and Vinyl Interior, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Hub Caps, and Wide White Wall Radial Tires. This is a great example of an American classic that is ready for a new owner to spend the weekends at shows and cruises or on the open road during long summer, sunny days. To view this 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our St. Louis showroom. Description:

This 1957 Pontiac Star Chief is for sale in our Louisville showroom. The Star Chief was in production between the years of 1954 and 1966 and was the predecessor to the Pontiac Bonneville. This Pontiac came in the showroom with 67,500 miles showring on the odometer. The 350CID v8 idles smooth and sings beautifully. An automatic Turbo400 transmission with a column shift sends the power to the ground. The white vinyl interior is in amazing shape, the black dash contrasts beautifully against the clean white seats. Description:

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this nasty Pro Street-style 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 tribute. Between the super-slick PPG 2006 Corvette Z06 LeMans Blue paint with its gloss black stripes, and the massive big block engine, this frame off restored car is sure to make your heart beat fast! Under the hood of this beast is a stout 468 CID V8 engine (built by Dinos Racing Engines), based on a .030 over-bored 427, which is equipped with a Callies crank and forged Mahle 10.5:1 pistons. A set of ceramic coated Hooker headers funnel the spent fossils into a massive 3-inch stainless steel dual Magnaflow exhaust with huge polished stainless megaphones on its side exits. Fire it up, and it crackles and pops like a race car; but under normal driving, the sound is just right. Nail the gas, though, and you will think you are in a Nascar racer - which, in part, you are: the roll cage is a Nascar cage. The big 468s power is sent to the rear end via a built reverse manual valve body 700R4 automatic transmission, controlled by a Hurst ratchet shifter. A stout Ford 9 rear houses a set of 3.73:1 gears, which makes this a wicked Camaro suitable for both street and strip. The 3rd-member is equipped with a 4-link setup, complete with adjustable coil-overs, providing for near infinite adjustability to get the power down most effectively. Up front, adjustable coil-overs keep the Global West tubular upper and lower control arms properly damped, enhancing the handling. If one looks closely, theyll notice that nearly everything underneath has been powder coated in a mottled gray finish, as have been the inner fenders in the engine bay, the core support for the radiator, and the tops of the valve covers...they all match and look great! When it comes time to slow down, the driver will appreciate the four-piston SSBC Force10 brake calipers and drilled and slotted rotors up front; along with the four-piston Wilwood calipers and rotors out back. Theres even an adjustable brake proportioning valve, enabling the pilot to dial in the brake bias to their preference. Weld Racing aluminum wheels are at all 4 corners, shod by 165/80R-15 skinnies up front, and massive 315/60R-15 Mickey Thompson ET Drag Radials out back, which also fit nicely in the tubbed rear, and give it a real Pro stance. Moving inward, the custom gray and black two-tone interior is done in a durable burlap cloth and features custom Z28 embroidered emblems in both the head rests and the rear parcel area. RCI 5-point racing harnesses keep driver and passenger securely tucked into their places, and a complete set of AutoMeter ProComp gauges, housed in a carbon fiber-look dash, help keep the driver informed of critical engine stats. Theres even a carbon fiber NOS bottle - which is there for show and is ready to be plumbed in should its new owner need a little extra top-end punch. Additional features and options on the Pro Street-style 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 tribute for sale include Aluminum Alloy Wheels, Cloth Interior, Power Steering, Radial Tires, and Seat Belts. Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1968 Plymouth GTX. This 1968 Plymouth GTX for sale in our Nashville showroom is a sight to behold. Painted in orange with two prominent black stripes and a black interior make this a sinister looking ride. If youre looking for an old school muscle car with real muscle under the hood, this is your car. Under the hood of this iconic 1968 Plymouth GTX as stated by the owner is the legendary 440! Backing up this 440 is a 3-speed automatic transmission. The interior is equipped with just enough gauges to tell you what you need to know for safe operation. A couple of high back bucket seats for comfort, style and performance. The nice thing about these old school muscle cars, is the simplicity. They were built to do two things, drive fast and look cool , this GTX is a prime example of both. With little more to do than turn the key put it in gear and slam the throttle. The main agenda on the list is to have fun and burn through your tires. Like I said these cars were built for performance with little to get in the way. Options include: AM/FM radio, Vinyl seats, Radial tires, Aluminum Alloy Wheels For more information call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or email us at nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com

Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 2002 Dodge Viper GTS ACR. The Viper was Dodge’s way of telling the world “ we still know how to build a Race car, with blinkers” The thinking was, lets shoehorn an eight liter V10 engine that pumps out 460 Horsepower and 500pound feet of torque in to a 3450 pound body that was born in a wind tunnel. Then let’s give it every bit of handling we can muster. Making this a car that you could drive to work, then stop at the track and kick some butt before picking up the bread and milk on the way home. But please don’t think you are going to get a weeks’ worth of groceries in this ride, it is meant to haul, well, something other than groceries. Now this 2002 Viper for sale is even more radical as its current owner had the insane idea of adding a Paxton supercharger to the already volatile mix making this one wild ride. The sticker across the top of the windshield proclaims “750 horsepower “having driven it, I don’t doubt it. The original 2002 Viper GTS had a 0 to 60 mph time of 4.5 seconds and a 0 to 100 time of 4.7, now imagine that supercharged! Hold on tight and slam the gas pedal, hold it down long enough and you just might prove Einstein theory of relativity. This Viper GTS ACR for sale is not just a stock car with a Paxton supercharger attached to it, oh no. This 2002 Viper for sale has a lot of extra goodies, the current owner tells us it has, Penskie ® adjustable coil over shocks, a short throw shifter, custom rims and the factory wing has been improved with a carbon fiber lip and this came off the 1997 FIA world champion car. 2002 was the end of the first generation of Vipers so Dodge did something special with the last 360 cars and made them GTS’s and just a few had the ACR performance package making this car 1 of only 360 ever made, #143 to be exact. To sum up, Born in a wind tunnel, handles like it is nailed to the road, very rare, lots of extra performance parts, and oh yeah don’t forget the Paxton supercharger. This car pulls hard through all the gears and is so sticky through the turns that I believe you could park this car on the ceiling of the garage.( slight exaggeration.) Options for this 2002 Viper GTS ACR for sale include: Air conditioning, AM/FM C/D player, Power, steering, brakes and windows, Tilt wheel, Leather interior, Racing wheel, G- suit not included. Description:

This gorgeous 1934 Ford Tudor is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 32 – 34 Fords are the most popular cars in the street rod world today. Whether it is a 3 window coupe or a Tudor like you see here people have always used these years as platforms to build some of the most radical street rods to date. This was kept in mind during the ground up build of this one of a kind street rod. The custom built one off tube chassis was built for not only ride quality but performance. The coil over’s in the rear are a great example of just how high-end this build is. The fresh 355 crate motor sits nicely tucked away and can even been shown with the removable side panels pulled off. With billet valve covers, air cleaner, AC, and alternator you will probably find those panels off quite a bit. Keeping that beauty at a cool operating temp is done courtesy of the griffin radiator, one of the best in the industry. Backed up by a stout TH350 transmission shifts are crisp and on point. Open the door and the smell of rich leather will almost knock you over. Upfront the bucket seats are even more comfortable than they look and with the ability to be slid the entire forward you can actually get into the back of this Tudor. Covered in the same leather the rear is very spacious and can even be laid down flat. The tilt billet steering wheel not only looks great but more importantly gives you the adjustability to get comfortable. Roll the power windows up crank the AC and your next road trip will be one the best ever. With way more money spent on the build that what we are asking this beauty will not last long. Options on this 1934 Ford Tudor include, AC, AM/FM/CD, Cruise, Seat Belts, Tilt Wheel, Leather Interior, and Steel Wheels with Hubcaps wrapped in Radial Tires. This one of a kind 1934 Ford Tudor can be seen, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com.
