Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1970 Ford Torino GT Convertible. This Torino GT is Red with a Black interior and shows just little over 77K miles. It is equipped with a small block Ford V8 engine and automatic transmission. For 1970, the Torino became a primary model with Ford. A completely new body was introduced that was influenced by Coke bottle styling. Just as tailfins were influenced by jet aircraft of the 1950s, stylists such as Ford stylist Bill Shenk who designed the 1970 Ford Torino were inspired by supersonic aircraft with narrow waists and bulging forward and rear fuselages needed to reach supersonic speeds. The 1970 Torino had more prominent long hood short deck styling, and was longer, lower and wider than the 1969 models. All models had a lower and less formal roofline compared to previous years. The windshield rake was increased, and the Sports Roof models had an even flatter fastback roofline. The Torino had a pointed front end and overall styling appeared much more aerodynamic than years previous. The new styling was a showroom hit and did well at the racetrack also. This 1970 Ford Torino GT Convertible is for sale in our Orlando Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (407)771-2000 or email us at Orlando@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

For sale in our Kansas City showroom is this beastly 1966 Dodge Coronet. Once powered by a 383 CID V8, in 2011 this Coronet so a massive overhaul pringing performance to a completely new level. A block from 68 was sourced and a very stout 440 based engine was stuffed between the fenders with a rebuilt 727 Torq-flite 3-speed automatic transmission. The cylinders were bored out .030 to make actual displacement closer to 446 cubic inches. The top end was fitted with Mopa cylinder heads with stainless valves, and were milled .020 to bump compression and squeeze every ounce of power out of the bottom end. A Holley single-plane manifold was fitted above the heads and topped with an Edelbrock 750CFM carb to efficiently feed the monster under the hood. The transmission had been fully gone through at this time to be able to handle the abuse, including updating the valve body, upgrading the input shaft, and fitting all new gaskets to provide leak-free enjoyment of this classic Mopar. Full specs on the driveline are available to interested parties, and nothing was overlooked. The deep rumble of this Coronet will grab your attention from blocks away, and the beautiful Merlot paint will captivate your attention once up close. This is truly a do-it-all car, as both a show-quality body and all-out performance. Options include: AM/FM Radio, Spare Tire & Jack, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Posi Traction, & Alloy Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. The front body lines of the grille, headlights, and facia is bound to look like a retro 1940s look blended with modern touches. As if the body style wasnt enough to steal peoples attention; the hot red color of the car is blended with a custom ghost flame job which features metallic colors of red, pink and magenta. This car is bound to be a great conversation piece wherever you go with it. The SSR is powered by a 5.3-liter LS V8 engine which sings a muscular tune through a dual exhaust system and is easily operated through an automatic transmission. The Chevy is also packed with features like telescopic steering wheel, CD player with AM/FM radio, power seats, power windows, traction control, heated leather seating, and a removal hard top for when the weather is beautiful out and you want the cruise youre taking match the forecast. Description:

For sale in our Nashville Tennessee showroom is a sinister 2003 Porsche 911 Targa. This Porsche for sale has had the car and love given to it that any good exotic should have, even down to the IMS bearing already being replaced at the dealer. This is a great sigh of care and time spent on this car being able to hit the road and go at any time. Powering this mighty machine is a powerful 320 horsepower 3.6 flat 6-clinder. From the moment you let out the 5-speed manual transmission clutch the fun begins! Be it the track or country road this car is built for entertainment and pleasure. There is a reason that you dont see these all over the place, its because they are kept garaged and usually in a heated garage, I would bring up not seeing one being driven in the snow but that answers itself! The exterior of this 2003 Porsche 911 Targa is a deep gloss black that looks a mile deep and as if its about to drip off the car, this is adorned with a matching interior. The plush black leather is not only comfortable but grabs ahold of you making want to strap in and take this machine for a ride, not for the car but for you! You deserve it. The stance on this Porsche 911 Targa is exactly as you would want it, wide in the back and the narrowed look in the front giving it a bull-dog look that seems like its going to bark out and jump out of the garage at any time. Now is your time to own this well-maintained machine. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is fired up to present this 1991 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom. While Corvettes have always been regarded as the flagship performance car in Chevys lineup, the ZR1 came as an above and beyond edition being one of the best alongside the Grand Sport in terms of collectability and production numbers. Chevrolet decided to step it up when they made the ZR1 by featuring a Mercury Marine built 5.7-liter LT5 V8 under the hood which featured a 4 overhead camshaft courtesy of joint design between Chevrolet and Lotus and produced 375 horsepower through the ZF 6-speed manual gearbox. This powertrain was found to be worthy of competing in and winning a 24 hour endurance race and winning averaging 175 miles per hour while doing so. The suspension was a complete redesign over the C4 body style setup done by Lotus making for a tight handling experience which included the chassis being 4 inches wider in the rear to accommodate the colossal 315mm wide tires. This suspension redesign along with the upgraded powertrain makes for a Corvette that truly feels ready for the track. The bright red beauty is loaded with features like air conditioning, traction control, cruise control, power leather seats, power steering, power brakes, hard targa top with optional glass top, on the fly power tune control, and ride control showing that this Vette is truly a step above the rest. A true ZR1 doesnt pop up too often so seize the opportunity to own one! Description:

We are excited to have for sale in our Gateway Classic Car Saint Louis Showroom is a very rare 1949 MG YT 2DR Tourer Convertible. BACKGROUND: Only 904 YTs were built for export to the United States from 1947 to 1950. The MG YT cars used rack and pinion steering, which was a rarely seen option for a car in America at the time. This particular MG YT fires right up and purrs just like a kitten. It runs and drives very well and is ready for a new owner to drive and enjoy it as often as desired. It is utilizing the same engine as the TC, a 1250cc 4 cylinder, but with higher compression and two 1 BBL carburetors producing 54.4 horsepower and 64 lb-ft of torque. The independent front suspension setup features unequal length A-arms and coil springs to provide valuable feedback to the driver. Also standard were drum brakes and 16-inch wheels on all four corners. The chassis on the YT utilized a steel ladder frame, it was often and incorrectly said to be made of wood. What was made of wood, most of which was oak, was the framework on which the bodywork was hung. The MG YT Touring Convertible has 2 doors and seats 4 passengers. The interior features leather upholstery and wood grain accents, which was much more refined than the earlier MG T-Series sports cars. This YT body is finished in light beige with metallic brown fenders and a dark brown cloth convertible top. The exterior color combination beautifully matches the beige leather interior with dark brown piping throughout. The odometer reads 1,946, but the actual mileage is unknown. Options for this 1949 MG YT 2DR Tourer Convertible include Leather Upholstery, Manual Convertible Top, Wide White Wall Bias Ply Tires, and Hub Caps.
