Description:

For sale in our Detroit branch of Gateway Classic Cars is this sweet 1941 Chevrolet Coupe! In 1941, the Master and Special Deluxe had updated styling from the year before with things such as a new grill, new suspension, new curves, and the headlight mounted in the fenders.[3] The Special had better fabric than the Master, along with arm rests in the doors. This Chevy Coupe is painted in a very clean Navy Blue that really shows the wavy body lines of this big Coupe. The cloth interior shows very well and pairs with the similar paint to keep the blue color scheme going. Powering this classic is a 350 CID Chevy motor. This motor has been bored .40 over and has been equipped with a more aggressive cam to pull a little more horsepower out of it. Paired to that stout motor is a Turbo350 Automatic transmission. Other options on this Chevy Coupe include AM/FM radio, cassette, spare tire, power brakes, tilt wheel, keyless entry, seat belts, radial tires, and more! For more information on this beauty, call to speak with one of our knowledgeable and friendly sales staff at 313-982-3100 or email us at Detroit@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

For sale at our Ft. Lauderdale showroom is this gorgeous, completely restored 1983 Toyota FJ40. Toyota started production of the Land Cruiser FJ40 in 1960 and began importing them to the US in 1963. The last US-bound FJ-40 rolled off the line in 1983, but they made a brief comeback as a modern SUV in the US called the FJ Cruiser from 2006 to 2014. From 1963 to 1983 the FJ40 saw little change aesthetically, the only real changes were improvements in technology mechanically. The classic FJs are as comfortable on a trail as they are on the highway because they were designed to do anything you could ever ask it to do and do it well. This FJ40 has a beefy 2F inline 6-cylinder engine and has only 107 miles on it mated to a 4x4 4 speed Manual Transmission. The body, paint and vinyl grey interior are all immaculate and look brand spanking new! Adding to the fresh look of the paint are the newer alloy wheels with All Terrain Tires. Inside youll find folding bench seats behind the passenger and driver seats. These folding seats made carrying additional passengers easy, but also allowed for maximum cargo space, as opposed to the folding rear seat in the Jeep CJ series.. If you are looking for an FJ40 that is ready to immediately enjoy on or off-road and that is priced to sell, youve found it. This FJ would make a great weekend warrior or a daily driver and will put most new 4x4s to shame off the pavement. Vintage 4x4s are in high demand, and most have rusted away to nothing. This 1983 Toyota Land Cruiser has been well preserved and is ready for many more years of duty. To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information on this beautiful 1983 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser, email us at Fortlauderdale@gatewayclassiccars.com or call 954-227-4202.

Description:

Now for sale at Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is this outstanding 1962 MG MGA Roadster. The MGA is a British sports car produced by MG in Abingdon England from 1955-1962. It was introduced to replace the MG TF 1500 Midget and represented a complete styling break from MGs earlier sports cars. The car was officially launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show and a total of 101,081 were made over the whole production span. In May 1959 the standard cars received an updated engine and now at 1588 cc it produced 79.5 bhp (59 kW; 81 PS). At the front, disc brakes were fitted, but drums remained in the rear. This is a 1600 car with a 4-speed transmission. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears are all synchronized but 1st is not. The current owner has owned this numbers-matching car for about 27 years of its life, and during that time, he had Bill Jones Vintage Cars of La Grange, TX complete a frame-off restoration on it. The Navy blue paint shows well, and with its Dove Gray leather interior, this MGA is a real looker. It has been maintained well over the years, and to keep it running strong, it received a full engine and transmission rebuild about 10,000 miles ago. This little gem also has been given some modern upgrades, with a 12V electrical system, and the addition of a supercharger to give it plenty of extra pep. Thanks to the supercharger, it also has a serpentine belt system. The owner has also included the original twin carb setup, in case its next owner wants to restore it to the original induction setup; as well as the original mallet for loosening the spin-off wire wheel centers. The car has many options including an AM/FM/CD Radio, manual convertible top, full carpeting, heater, leather interior, radial tires, seat belts, side curtains, telescopic wheel, tonneau cover, and wire wheels. This car is sure to be a treat to the next owner so dont miss your opportunity to make that person YOU! Her manual Warner T-10 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly and firmly. This muscle car brings back the 1960s era by her awesome looks, then once fired up she demands respect with her deep growl. The COBRA 289 engine and compartment are super clean. She has certainly been treated with love from day one. The entire powerplant is complemented by a MSD Ignition system. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars excited to present this 1970 Pontiac Trans Am for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom. Nothing says performance louder off the bat like the Trans Am when it comes to Pontiac. The Trans Am which is easier to say that its a Firebird on steroids, has always been among a few American cars that helped raise the bar back in the day to inspire how fast cars are made today. This Pontiac features a 6.6-liter/400 cubic inch V8 under the hood which supplies tire punishing power through a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission giving you the full feel of what it means to be behind the wheel of a classic performance car. The top of this legendary engine peers through to make a shaker hood on this car which is coated in a matching blue to the stripe going down the center of the car. The blue contrasts gorgeously against the pure white overall exterior of the Trans Am which has been repainted after completely being stripped down and done up properly. This gives the car a classic but very fresh look that will be sure to draw in complements left and right. The Trans Am also features AM/FM radio with cassette, power brakes, and power steering which makes this performance icon just a little easier to drive. This 1970 Pontiac Trans Am is available at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is presenting a 1968 Pontiac Firebird for sale. Classic and muscular, this sleeper has more done to it than can be put into just one write-up! With under 5,000 miles on the build, this Firebird is fresh and ready to hit the streets! This 68 Firebird for sale is powered by a Poncho based powerplant, 461 cubic inch stroker V8 big block engine. Based off a 400 CID Pontiac big block, this bad boy has just the right amount of top end power and low end grunt! The engine was built and blueprinted via the world renown Butler Performance and spared at no expense, including: ROSS reverse dome pistons and pins, Eagle 4.250 stroker crank and H-beam rods, TSR race rings, Pontiac hi-flow oil pump, Edelbrock Performer intake, ported and polished heads, XR276HR hydraulic roller performance camshaft, 1.52 roller rockers, Holley Street Avenger carburetor, and Mallory ignition. The power can be heard through a vintage and throaty dual exhaust system with long tube headers. The cam has just the right amount of rum pity rump to let you know that this 1968 Pontiac for sale means business! The power is thrown to the ground via a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission, rebuilt with a Centerforce clutch. This Firebird can take anything you have to throw at it, this stick shift Firebird for sale is a blast to drive! The power is transferred to the ground via a 3.55 geared rear end, which most would argue is the perfect gear for a mix of seat-of-your-pants launching action and highway friendly cruising. If the drivetrain doesnt catch your attention, the exterior surely will. In an ever cool shade of white, this Pontiac has an ageless finish. Complimented by beautiful chrome, gorgeous accents, and a classy black vinyl top, this car screams vintage 60s muscle! The finishing touch is the wicked stance and factory-style rally wheels wrapped in raised white letter BFG Goodrich performance radial tires. Whats most impressive on this 1968 Pontiac Firebird for sale, is that the underside is just as clean as the top. Built to be a driver and a show goer; this pretty Pontiac has it all! The interior is fresh, yet vintage, with black and white custom vinyl interior. The sport buckets look great and are comfortable and supportive. They surround a Hurst shifter thats just begging to be grabbed! Check out the custom floor mats. Options on this 68 Pontiac Firebird for sale, include: AM/FM radio, cassette, power brakes, power steering, seat belts, and rally wheels wrapped in raised white letter radial tires. This Firebird truly is one you dont want to miss. For more information please call the Philadelphia showroom. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is happy to list this beautiful 1956 Ford Thunderbird! The Ford Thunderbird began life in February 1953 in direct response to Chevrolets new sports car, the Corvette. Production of the Thunderbird began later on in 1954 on September 9 with the car beginning sales as a 1955 model on October 22, 1954 and sold exceptionally well in its first year; outselling the Corvette by more than 23-to-one for 1955 with 16,155 Thunderbirds sold against 700 Corvettes. With the Thunderbird considered a success, a few changes were made to the car for 1956. The most notable change was moving the spare tire to a continental-style rear bumper in order to make more storage room in the trunk and a new 12-volt electrical system. If youre ready to take a cruise around town and do so in some style, simply hop in, turn the key, shift it into gear, and this spunky numbers matching 312 V8 will have you rolling. The 312 V8, which produces approximately 225 HP is linked to a Ford O Matic 3 speed transmission. This original drivetrain has just over 44k actual original miles. The interior was kept simplistic and very period correct for a 56 T-Bird. The Carmel Tan vinyl interior gives it a nice contrast, looks sharp, and is in good shape overall. Other options on this 1956 Thunderbird include: AM/FM Radio, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Vinyl interior, White Walls, & Seat belts. With its classic look, colors, lines, white-wall tires, and low body, this Thunderbird is a great find and will make its next owner very proud to have and to hold onto. In 1935 General Motors began dramatically changing its Pontiac styling defining the line for more than twenty years. Called “The Streak, Pontiac styling took dramatic changes including up and over bands of chrome and a waterfall grille that stretched backward along the center of hood to the base of the hood. Also, in 1937 the Pontiac sedans wheel- base was stretched by 5 inches to 117 inches making it one of the roomiest cars available. Changes that obviously excited the general public, as the 1937 Pontiac sedan saw sales production numbers increase to 179,244 units sold. Our 1937 Pontiac 2 door Sedan has kept all its integrity of the era while being restored with all the modern amenities. Under the hood is a Pontiac 400 CID V-8 attached to an automatic transmission. The entire drivetrain is from a 1967 Pontiac GTO. It is combination of power and speed that will make any road trip memorable. Modern options are many which include, power steering, power brakes, vintage air, power windows, tilt wheel, and an AM/FM/CD player. The exterior of this Pontiac is painted in an attractive orange paint accented by stainless steel running boards. Paired with American Racing mag wheels giving this 1937 what could be called a “subtle resto mod look. The interior is smartly appointed in a tan velour. This 1937 Pontiac 2 door sedan has been smartly restored by keeping its original integrity while taking the restoration to a more modern appeal. This 1937 Pontiac 2 door Sedan is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. Description:

Our Houston showroom is proud to present this beautiful 1929 Ford Roadster. Back in 1929 you could have driven to the movie theater and watched the premier of famous films like Cocoanuts, Pandora’s Box and The Broadway Melody. 88 years ago when this car was produced the likes of Louis Armstrong was first releasing Weather Bird (Rag) and The Great Depression began after the huge Wall Street Crash of 1929. Luckily, along with a big economic downturn, good things still came out of that year! Ford produced this delightful automobile. It is powered by a stout 383 CID V8 stroker which sends this classic down the road like a rocket! It is finished in a stunning black cherry paint job and a two tone cream/tan interior to compliment it perfectly. The chrome work throughout this 29’ is in amazing shape and won’t disappoint. Who needs a mirror when the chrome is this good? Outside you will find a tasteful set of wire wheels and radial tires to help keep all that power on the ground. Modern features like a CD player, AM/FM radio, manual convertible top, tilt wheel and vinyl interior have all been added for your comfort and convenience. One of the nicest things about this car is the fact that it’s never been damaged and it has original panels! Don’t miss your chance to own this great piece of American automotive history that combines the classic look and feel with modern day conveniences. Description:

This 1967 Chevrolet Malibu is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 67 Malibu is considered to be on of the best-looking cars of all times. It classic coke bottle styling is something that got everyone talking. While there were others who did it, some even before GM, they did it the best. Those sleek lines and multiple trim levels would out the fastback in the record books. This beautiful example is one of the cleanest ones I have seen. With a what is believed to be 53654 original miles on the car it was a great car to begin with. Not quite satisfied the decision was made to get the body laser straight and place the classic sleeper paint job look. The Nantucket Blue is classic to the Malibu, but the white painted top is something not often seen. With the paint job having a clear coat laid in top the shine on the car is guaranteed to draw a crowd. Underneath is clean as well, with no crazy patch jobs the pans look amazing. With front and rear sway bars added these 67 rides and drives like dream. Under the hood is a small block 350 which was bored .030 over making the total displacement of 355 CI’s. The double hump heads have been gone through and with all new valves, guides, and seats this small block is ready for the street. The L79 option came in either 325 or 350 horse power rating with this one having the 350 CAM. The additional work on the heads along with the added displacement this small block is estimated at 400HP. The Muncie M21 4 speed shifts out great with the clutch feeling just right. The rear end is a 10 bolt with a 3.08 gear set allowing for some decent highway driving. If you have been wanting to get your hands on a great 67 with plenty of power and that great sleeper look this 67 Malibu is the one for you. This 1967 Chevrolet Malibu options include, AM/FM/CD, Seat Belts, Power Steering, Cloth Interior, Hub Caps, and Radial Tires. To view this 1967 Chevrolet Malibu, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information call the showroom at (812) 294 1555 or email louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com.
