Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1968 Chevrolet C10 short bed pick up. This incredible truck has been painted a deep gloss red and surely stands out in a crowd. When you open the hood of this 68 C10 for sale make sure you have your sunglasses on, if not the chrome will blind you. The small block Chevy under the hood of this C10 has been dressed up with Edlebrock (R) components like valve covers, intake and Carburetor. I am not sure what bump stick has been used to lift the valves, but she sure sounds sweet and mean all at the same time. Backing this potent power plant is was I am sure is a Turbo 400 Hydromatic 3 speed automatic transmission. This make for a basic bullet proof drivetrain, although I do not recommend you test this theory. Holding up the rear end and doing the duty of splitting the power between the rear tires is what I believe to be a sturdy 12 bolt. This truck has more that just brute torque, in fact the first thing you notice is just how darn sweet it looks. The 1968 C10 has a beautiful body line that every car crazed person that has 30 weight coursing through their veins can spot a mile away and this one is sharp and crisp. As I mentioned before red outside and red paint inside that contrasts nicely against the black vinyl. Not overly done, simple, sturdy, reliable, you know, truck like! The one flashily point on the exterior being the Chrome American racing(R) rims and they just bring the entire package together with a big shiny bow. Options for this 21968 Chevrolet C 10 for sale include: Power brakes, Power steering, Seat belts, Vinyl Interior, Radial tires and Alloy rims. This C10 for sale in our Nashville showroom can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com for more information please call the showroom at 615-213-1800 or email us at nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com if you would like to see this car in person we welcome you to stop in our Nashville showroom at 320 Tech park Dr. Suite 600 La Vergne Tn 37086

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is happy to be hosting this gloss black 1951 Mercury Sedan at the Milwaukee Showroom. Mercury has always been one of those sister companies to Ford alongside Lincoln, being another alternative brand that would offer different pricing options as well as different optional equipment while never cheapening out the outstanding quality that Ford had been recognized for. Under the large hood of this black beauty lies a Ford based flathead V8. The flathead has often been looked at as the pinnacle of hot-roddable engines from its aftermarket parts, widespread use in various different vehicles, down to its unmistakable exhaust note. To say that this thing is packing a legend under the hood is an understatement. Backing this reputable power plant is an automatic 2-speed “Hydromatic transmission, which found to be quite the option back then as most vehicles were found with a 3-speed column shifted manual transmission. Opening the door to this car, youll see that the cloth interior is inviting from its comfortable setup to its excellent cosmetic shape. The Mercury also has the period correct hub caps on it as well as white wall tires, helping solidify this cars old but beautiful look. This 1951 Mercury Sedan is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144. Description:

Our Kansas City Showroom is proud to offer this beautiful example of what an iconic second generation Mustang should be. The 1970s welcomed many things we are glad to forget such as bell-bottom pants and disco but one thing to remember is the second generation Mustang. This very well restored 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Tribute has a serious 429CID Cobra Jet under the hood paired to a smooth shifting C-6 Automatic Transmission. Originally, this Mustang started out its life as a 1971 Mustang Fastback M-Code. At first glance, you notice the gorgeous sweeping body lines that are exaggerated underneath the gorgeous Red paint. The paint is laid down professionally and the original Mach 1 style trim lets the rest of the road know that you are not just another Mustang. All the chrome looks show worthy and this Mustang is a toy that demands attention every time it is enjoyed. The 1970s saw a gas crisis that limited production of high powered, big horsepower cars and ultimately ended the horsepower wars between the American muscle car companies that thrived off what the public wanted. The second generation Mustang was short lived and definitely holds a place in automotive history. The desirable color combination resting on chrome rally wheels make this 71 Mustang a timeless classic that will always look appealing. With nicely upholstered high back bucket seats, power steering, power brakes and AM/FM Cassette, this Mustang makes driving a blast every time you get behind the wheel. Description:

This is an almost all original 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT… there’s no question, this car really goes… We say almost, because it’s got a Steeda Catback exhaust installed. Everything else on this multiple award-winning beauty is stock including battery, tires & brakes. It’s been babied its entire life, with only Amsoil fluids and stored in a heated garage. You’ll also be happy to have the framed certificate of authenticity that comes with the car. This super low-mileage Cobra packs a a supercharged, 32-valve DOHC, 4.6-liter V8 engine rated at 390 hp (291 kW) and 390 lb·ft (530 N·m) of torque. Besides all the power, you’ll enjoy all of the creature comforts of a later model car: tilt steering wheel, air conditioning, power seats, windows, locks and mirrors, cruise control, AM/FM radio and CD player. Code-named Terminator by the SVT development crew led by John Coletti, numerous improvements were made to the powertrain and driveline to handle the power increase from the previous models set-up. A cast-iron block was used, with stronger internals including forged Zolner pistons and Manley H-beam connecting rods that were modified with a wrist pin oiling hole by the SVT engineers. These upgrades were critical in order to support the 8 psi (0.55 bar) of boost delivered from the stock Eaton M-112 roots-type supercharger. Other improvements included the use of a lightweight aluminum flywheel connected to a Tremec T-56 six-speed transmission, 3.55:1 rear axle ratio, and stronger 31-spline halfshafts with revised upper and lower control arms. The 2003 Cobra boasted visual and functional improvements designed by Camilo Pardo, the chief designer of the 2005–2006 Ford GT supercar. These exterior differences included a new front fascia with an integrated spoiler and front brake air ducts, a new rear fascia with a black insert which visually integrated the exhaust pipes, a composite hood with dual functional air scoops, newly designed side scoops, and foldable sideview mirrors painted in the matching body color. The side skirts were designed specifically for the Terminator Cobra body kit, featuring a smooth body line from the door to the bottom of the car. This beautiful 2003 Cobra SVT is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com; call (262) 891-4253 or email us at milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com for additional information.

However, just after the 1942 models were introduced, Japans attack on Pearl Harbor forced the shutdown of Dodges passenger car assembly lines in favor of war production in February 1942. 1941 saw the introduction of Fluid Drive for Dodge cars, which eliminated stalling or bucking if the clutch were released too quickly. This feature put a fluid coupling in between the engine and the clutch, although the driver still had to shift gears manually. Description:

For sale at our Gateway Classic Cars in our Houston showroom is this gorgeous 1967 Chevelle Malibu. The Chevelle was intended to compete with the Fairlane, and was supposed to reflect a car similar in size to the Classic Tri-Five of the decade prior. They would go down as being some of the most memorable cars of our time. The Malibu continued its reign as the leading seller of the Chevelle, and would continue to do so throughout the Chevelle’s life, because it boasted the highest number of model options with the 4-door sport sedan, 2-door sport coupe, convertible, 4-door sedan, and 2-seat station wagon. One could get anything from a base model 300 coupe with a 230 CI inline 6 with a 3 on the tree, to a 4 door wagon with a 327 and a 4-speed manual, to a fire-breathing 375 HP 396 CID V8 in the SS model. If you wanted it, chances are it could be found in a Chevelle. With its classic Coke bottle styling, the 66 and 67 models were instant hits, and continue to stand the test of time. This 67, however, comes complete with a drivetrain on steroids, while deliberately maintaining a sleeper look. Under the hood, youll discover that theres a fuel injected 468 CID Chevrolet V8 that fires up with the powerful attention-grabbing snarl that is the unmistakable bellow of a big-cammed Rat Motor. This big block is equipped with a properly-dialed-in MSD Atomic Fuel Injection system, and a March serpentine pully system. A big Griffin aluminum radiator keeps this big mill properly cooled. Backing up the big rat is a GM 700R4 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission that twists a set of 3.73:1 gears in its 12-bolt Posi rear end. Its coated headers will look good for a very long time as they suck the exhaust gases out into 3 dual exhaust system. The body is in very good condition, and its bathed in a nice shade of Gold Mist Metallic (color code 51U). The factory drums in the front were replaced with discs, as well as having a power booster added. The rallye wheels continue the sleeper motif of this classic. Open the doors, and the Medium Gold front buckets and rear bench seat, with their cloth inserts are definitely a throwback to 1967. If you have been wanting a classic car that has stood the test of time but don’t want take the rest of time to pay for it, then this Rat-powered Chevelle should be exactly what you need. Options on this 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu include Power Brakes, Power Steering, Vinyl and Cloth Interior, Seat Belts, and Radial Tires wrapped around Rallye Wheels. Description:

For sale in our Nashville, Tennessee is the attention grabbing 2011 Ford Mustang GT. Since its inception the Mustang has been known as a sporty coupe for the young and young at heart. Single handedly the Mustang GT created the pony car craze of the 60s. It’s not an overstatement to say that the mustang introduced an entire nation to a car culture that focused on performance. For the current Mustang, ford spent time and effort to capture the original spirit of the brand and updated it with modern styling, technology, and materials… the result is “A Faster Horse.” This fast pony is sporting a grabber blue paint job and black racing wheels, you’ll be rolling in style with this 2011 Mustang GT. However, this pony isn’t all show and no go… no, this car is bad to the bone and wild, true to it’s name! Under the hood of this Mustang GT is the now infamous 5.0 Liter Coyote motor and the builder couldn’t leave well enough alone! This 5.0 Coyote has been beefed up with a Ford Racing Boss 302 forged bottom end, Wiseco Pistons, K1 Technologies H beam rods and Clevite bearings, Cometic gaskets, and ARP Bolts throughout the engine. Why was all this attention lavished on the rotating assembly and lower end? Well, what came next is a Procharger F1R, capable of pushing 38 psi of boost! This combination is capable of producing over1,100 hp as stated by the owner. To keep the rotating assembly well lubricated, billet gears in the oil pump work to keep the oil flowing. All of this in a street legal car with options like AC, AM/FM radio, CD player, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Seats, traction control, airbags, and a leather interior. For more information please feel free to call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or visit us on the web at nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/NSH/857/2011-Ford-Mustang-GT
