Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to offer this classy 1968 Chrysler Newport Convertible. The Newport was a name used by Chrysler for both a hardtop body designation and also for its lowest priced model between 1961 and 1981. Chrysler first used the Newport name on a 1940 show car, of which five vehicles were produced. The Newport continued the tradition of a large, comfortable luxurious coupe and sedan, while offering a modestly priced product in comparison to the Chrysler New Yorker and Chrysler Imperial. This elegant 1968 Chrysler Newport Convertible is in a beautiful light yellow paint, with an off-white interior. The mid-year offering on the 1968 Newport was the “Sportsgrain Option, similar to the simulated woodgrain exterior bodyside trim, on the Town and Country station wagons of this period. Indeed, this alluring 1968 Newport Convertible in our showroom, is only 1 of 175 “Sportsgrain Option Newport Convertibles ever produced in 1968. That said, under the hood of this charming convertible, is the potent 383 cu in (6.3 Lit) V8 with 290 hp, combined with a 3-speed automatic transmission. Other options include: Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Convertible Top, Air Conditioning, Am/Fm Radio, Seat Belts, Chrome Wheels and White-Wall Radial Tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang convertible. The Mustang has been a phenomenon since its introduction in 1964. Considered Fords longest running production car as the nameplate is still used today. With over one million units sold in the first two years the Mustang is truly an American success story. Leading competitors were quick to get into the pony car craze including the Chevrolet Camaro, Pontiac Firebird and AMC Javelin. The earliest Mustangs are denoted as 1964 1/2 models by enthusiasts but were given 1965 vehicle identification tags. This Ford Mustang convertible is painted in bright red with a matching red vinyl bucket seat interior. A white convertible top, brilliant chrome bumpers and wire wheel covers add to the cars sporty good looks. This U code model has a 170 cubic inch straight six under the hood attached to a three-speed manual transmission. Comfort features include a manual convertible top, sport steering wheel, seatbelts and an AM radio. Lee Iacocca probably never envisioned that the Ford Mustang would become one of the most iconic vehicles ever produced in the history of the automobile. Just think, this 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang convertible was one of the first models built in a legacy of Mustangs that are still being manufactured almost six decades later.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1961 MG MGA! This vehicle is in great running order and condition. The engine has reportedly been replaced with a later, and larger MGB engine in 2020. The vehicle has been in the family since 1984 and reportedly was purchased from California prior to that. After thousands of dollars in restoration and years of love, the vehicle is offered for sale due to health reasons. Shot in a stunning shade of lipstick Red with a wonderful shade of saddle tan interior this vehicle screams class, sophistication, taste, and style. While this will never be the fastest vehicle on the road or track, it has stiff competition in the drivers experience category. There are few things more fun than driving a slow car fast. The undercarriage is in a believably survivor condition, showing some newer parts alongside some uncoated metals that are allowed to show surface rust. Proof of roadworthiness is evident in the form of water spots and dirty on the underside. Overall the paint quality is good with only minor chips noted, and the interior is in very good condition. The knobs and buttons all appear to function correctly and are not showing signs of fading or heavy use. With the MGA looks and MGB engine, and above driver quality aesthetics we feel this is an IDEAL drivers car or collection mascot! This 1961 MG MGA is offered by the St. Louis sales staff and can be seen in full detail on our website. Our listing all include 100+ HD photos and a detailed video! Description:

Ladies and Gentlemen, Gateway Classic Cars of Kansas City is very pleased to announce the arrival of the silver and black! No, not the Las Vegas Raiders, this silver and black is the iconic 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car Replica! The arrival of the 1978 Chevy Corvette would happen just a few months after the 500,000th model rolled off the St. Louis assembly line. As significant as that milestone had been as a benchmark of Corvettes success, the 1978 model would mark a second milestone - Corvettes Silver Anniversary. Just as the Corvette had been Americas only true production sports car in 1953 the 1978 Corvette continued to carry that mantle 25 years later, and with similar distinction. To further commemorate Corvettes 25th anniversary, Chevrolet had negotiated with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to allow a modified Corvette to serve as the pace car for the 1978 running of the Indianapolis 500. The interior of the Corvette Pace Car was directly influenced by Bill Mitchell and featured either full silver leather or leather/gray cloth upholstery and gray carpeting. Chevrolet introduced a new, thin-shell seat design that featured more lumbar support. Although these seats were originally slated for the 1979 model, the development program was accelerated so that these new seats could be introduced as part of the 1978 Pace Car package. Additionally, all the replicas included the new glass T-tops, alloy wheels, power windows, rear window defogger, air conditioning, sports mirrors, tilt/telescopic steering wheel, a heavy duty battery, an AM/FM stereo equipped with either an eight-track tape player or a CB radio, and power door locks. In addition to these features, each Indy Pace Car Corvette replica owner would receive a set of regalia decals that they could install at their discretion. The decal set included the famous “winged wheel Indy Speedway logos for the rear fenders, as well as large door emblems that read “Official Pace Car, 62nd Annual Indianapolis 500 Mile Race, May 28, 1978. Our 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car - regalia decal delete - is a terrific driver quality example of this popular C3 model. Heres an opportunity to enter the classic car market and have a wonderful forty-three-year-old collectable Corvette that you can take to car shows and drive and enjoy! Loaded like a Pace Car, this Vette has all of the options such as; air conditioning (not currently working), am/fm cassette stereo, t-tops, cruise control, power brakes, power steering, power locks, power windows, tilt wheel, leather interior, alloy wheels and much more! If youve been thinking about buying a classic car, the time is now! Besides, how many investments can you use and enjoy as a hobby while the value continues to increase! Please call your Classic Car Pals at Gateway Classic Cars in Kansas City! Description:

Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this rugged AM General-built 1991 HMMWV, aka Humvee. This vehicle was built to take a beating and withstand some of the toughest environments. Some would call this a Hummer, but a fun fact is that the Hummer line didnt start until 1992. These vehicles were known as Humvees prior to being available to the civilian market. This monster is powered by a 6.2L Diesel with less than 20,000 original miles on it. Its paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoothly through the gears. Naturally this beast is AWD and can get through almost anything you throw at it. It was said that this truck has literally been to Iraq and back accompanied by the U.S National Guard and remains in great shape. This Humvee is coated in a desert tan CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) paint, as you may never know what you may encounter overseas. Sitting on some 37 tires it has no issues going off-road when you choose to do so. Some other upgrades include a light bar, reverse lights, and run flats so you dont have to worry about those pesky nails in the tire. Peaking at the interior gives you a true rugged and raw feel for the military. The Humvee features 4 padded seats, and plenty of space in the rear if you need to load up for a long weekend hunting trip, or doomsday type event. Some modern comforts like Bluetooth stereo, and USB connector. For more information on this 1991 Humvee for sale, to see all the HD pictures and videos of it, copy the URL below, and see it at this direct link: www.gatewayclassiccars.com/show/HOU/1368 . Gateway Classic Cars is pleased to present this 1967 Buick Riviera available in our Houston showroom. The glimmering white exterior color is nicely complimented by its black vinyl top & is reminiscent of a bygone era. And of course, we could not possibly forget those famous hide-away headlights that the Riviera are known for. The tuxedo looking exterior & glimmering chrome virtually guarantees this Riviera is sure to turn heads wherever you go! Under the hood is the 430ci V8, topped with a 4-barrel carburetor. Buicks V-8 was upgraded to the 430 C.I.D.in 1967 and the horsepower rose to 360 bhp - the same as the dual 4-barrel Super Wildcat engine the year before, but now with a staggering 475 lb ft of torque. Beauty with some brawn for sure. The automatic “Super Turbine 400 3-speed transmission spins what is thought to be a 3.07 rear axle, and everything is looking very original in this engine bay and under carriage. A super sharp looking black interior (with 1 minor blemish noted in the photos), complete with a fold down center console, and just the right amount of chrome accents adding to the overall aesthetics of this timeless classic. It has also been converted to R134 and disc brakes up front and is riding on a set of newer Hankook rubber. If you are looking for a combination of classic American elegance and muscle, the 1967 Buick Riviera will definitely check those boxes. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1998 BMW M Roadster! BMW was founded all the way back in 1916 and made aircraft engines, some of which were involved in WW1. They wouldnt make their first car until 1928. Over the next many decades BMW would make an incredible name for themselves in their effort to make the ultimate driving machine. Fast forward up to the 90s BMW was looking to make a fun new roadster and the Z3 was born. After a few years of success in 1998 BMW unveiled the Z3M or simply the M Roadster and that is what we have here, a 1998, first year of the first generation. As you walk around this roadster youll notice the Estorial Blue paint is in good shape and the blue/black leather interior looks good but with signs of wear on the bolsters. Under the hood is where youll find the biggest difference over the standard Z3. The Z3M Roadster jumps up from a 2.8L to a 3.2L Inline 6-Cylinder engine good for 240hp and torque is almost at the same value! Power is ran through a 5-speed manual gearbox and shifts very smooth. This Beemer has both tops; a removable hard-shell and power soft-top that is so quite you can barely hear it operate. The current owner has had her for over 10 years, acquired from a private owner out of Kentucky. This BMW comes with a stack of receipts/maintenance records, both tops, original car cover, hard top satchel, convertible boot, original mats, and more. The Carfax is clean, no accidents. Title is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now. M Roadsters were not mass produced, so they are not often seen, especially ones that are well maintained and come with all that this one does. If you want a nice fun little roadster this one certainly deserves a strong look! Options on this BMW are: A/C, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows/Locks/Mirrors/Seats, Removeable Hardtop, Power Soft-top, Leather Interior, AM/FM/CD Radio, and Alloy Wheels. This 1998 BMW M Roadster is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this mean G.O.A.T, the 2005 Pontiac GTO! With its legendary history of kickstarting the muscle car explosion of the 60s, the GTO has always been a hallowed nameplate. The GTO model was revived from 2004 to 2006 model years as a captive import for Pontiac, a left-hand drive version of the Holden Monaro, itself a coupe variant of the Holden Commodore. The revival was prompted by former GM North America Chairman Bob Lutz, who had the idea of importing a Holden Commodore-based vehicle after reading a Car and Driver review of the Holden Commodore SS. The GTO was assembled by GMs Holden subsidiary in Australia. It was equipped with the 5.7 liter LS1 V8 engine for the 2004 model year, sourced from the Chevrolet Corvette, with a choice of a 6-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic. This 2005 model is equipped with the higher output 400 HP 6.0 liter LS2 V8 backed by the 4 speed automatic. Imagine how this GOAT can get up and go! The exterior looks quite handsome in its Cyclone Gray Metallic and sits on a tasteful set of Enkei wheels. If youre looking for a nice example of an up-and-coming classic, this is the one you want to own! Options include AC, AM/FM radio, spare tire, cruise control, power brakes, power steering, power locks, jack, power seats, power windows, ABS, tilt/telescopic wheel, keyless entry, power mirrors, seat belts, leather interior and alloy wheels wrapped in radial tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is happy to preset this desirable, real deal 1978 Chevrolet Corvette, 35th Anniversary Indy Pace Car. Good looking C3 Corvette here folks, and boy does it stand out. The black / silver finishes and graphics look very good, showing minimal wear. These have the front spoilers & tail fin, making them look really cool when compared to your average C3. And the 78-82s feature the new aerodynamic rear window style. And fortunately, the Pace Car designation is in the VIN, so no need to question authenticity. Under the hood, youll find the original (base) non-L82 (L VIN) 350 V8, which now benefits from a true full dual exhaust system. The correct VIN and suffix code (CUT) are present on the block. L82 emblems were added to the hood, and finned L82 style valve covers and an earlier style dual snorkel air cleaner replace the factory ones. GMs sturdy -speed THM 350 automatic transmission sends power to the rear. Power steering, power brakes, and cruise control are all there, and the radiator has been upgraded. She fires right up and runs strong- and it sounds a heck of a lot better than the shower-head sounding factory exhaust system. The silver leather & vinyl interior still looks very good, with only minimal wear on seating. It would not take much at all to make it look new, and important items like trim and dash area all in very good condition. A tilt / telescoping wheel make it more pleasant for tall or robust folks, and seating offers superb support just in case you elect to push it to the limits. The nice thing about these cars is you can buy pretty much anything they may need for service or restoration, from numerous resources. This one is very well priced and surely will not last long. This 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Silver Anniversary Indianapolis Pace Car is for sale through our Fort Lauderdale showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com for more information please call the showroom at 954-227-4202 or email us at ftlauderdale@gatewayclassiccars.com
