Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1955 Chevrolet Apache Pickup. Introduced in March of 1955, Chevrolets new Task Force series of trucks was quite a departure from their existing line of pickups. Smooth, rounded sheet-metal replaced the old pontoon-style fenders, and large, wrap-around windshield glass offered better visibility and gave a more contemporary look. And for the first time, an eight-cylinder motor was available under the hood. Titled as a 1956 Chevrolet Apache, this truck is definitely not your Grandpas old cruiser. Under the hood sits a beefy 383 CI Stroker V8, and it sounds like a monster. The motor is mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission that shifts and pushes the beast down the road nicely. The exterior Orange body with a cream painted top are in good driver quality condition. The interior is Gray and Black vinyl and looks to be new and in great condition. This truck runs, drives and sounds like a dream. Options on this 1956 Chevrolet Apache Pickup include: AM Radio, Vinyl Interior and Rally wheels with radial tires. This 1956 Chevrolet Apache Pickup is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812) 294-1555 or email us at louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston offers this 1966 Ford Mustang for sale. The 1966 Mustang was pretty much a rollover from the last series 65. Minor trim renditions and new grill were all that was done due to the huge success of the 65. This beauty has gone through a well-deserved restoration turning it into the pony we have today. The body appears to have the original panels something that is hard to find on these second year Stangs. The blue paint is clean with some flake thrown in to give it some pop in the sunlight. With the body taken care of it was time to decide the engine and as with the paint it was going to be a little different. The first series Windsor small block V8 221 which bored .030 over seemed to be a great choice. The power output is great for this slick cruising car getting it down the road just fine. Of course, being a cruising car, the suspension was redone as well improving the quality of the ride that much more. The manual three speed shifts nicely and helps to spread out the shifts with second gear having a ton of room. The true dual exhaust helps to give the car a great tone while not being too loud. Open the door and youll find what appears to be the original black vinyl interior. The upholstery remains in very good condition. The bucket seats are comfortable and seem to have plenty of life left in them. If you have been wanting to get your hands on a Mustang but looking for something that is a little different this 66 with its Windsor small block is one candidate. Options on this 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe include AM/FM Radio, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and a set Alloy Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is thrilled to present this 1932 Ford Roadster Sprint Car (Titled as a 1932 Ford SPCON) for sale on consignment with our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Well, if you were looking for something that is fun, funky and street legal that you can enjoy on your own then this might be it! Starting with a steel body thats been painted in Purple and Yellow painted script, this Roadster is exciting to look at let alone drive. The Yellow painted wire wheels and leaf spring suspension are humble but appropriate for this build. The heart rate of any gear head will really get going when you check out the powertrain on this Sprint Car; a 1940 model year 59 L Block motor is visible from both sides of the engine compartment. Featuring Offenhauser heads, a Herman and Collins race cam, stainless steel valves, adjustable lifters and two Stromberg 97 2bbl carburetors, this 1932 Ford is ready to rock and roll. Although there is no reverse gear, this Sprint Car has 3 forward gears that turn the rear wheels through a stock 32 rear end geared 3.78 for great off-the-line acceleration as well as performance at speed. Since theres a gas pedal on one side and a clutch on the other in the cockpit of this one-seat racer, braking is controlled by the pull lever to the left of the seat between the body and the exhaust. There are brakes on all four wheels of the vehicle. As aforementioned, theres just one Black vinyl seat in this vehicle and an instrument cluster with gauges for water temperature, oil pressure and a tachometer. Theres an electric fan switch and the seller recommends this be used once operating temperature exceeds 190 degrees Fahrenheit. This is a once-in-a-blue-moon opportunity to buy a car that will grab anyones attention. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to present this stylish 1962 Buick Skylark 2-door hardtop for sale on consignment with our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. The Skylark debuted in Buick’s line up in 1953 as a Limited Edition Roadmaster model but by the early 60’s it had taken on a different form representing a compact Buick in luxury trim. Painted in Black with a White hardtop, you’ll know this is a Buick as soon as you see those signature “portholes” on the front fenders – a styling feature that has carried over to modern day Buicks. Perhaps the most exciting part of this entire car is the presence of the period correct 215 CID V8 which was one of the most advanced V8s in production in the contemporary era with an all-aluminum block and heads, saving a ton of weight in the process and meaning you’ll get more horsepower per cubic inch than in an iron block V8. The seller is stating that the engine was rebuilt when the car rolled over 100,000 miles and other recent maintenance includes the carburetor, radiator hoses and a new battery installed. Endless fun factor can be found with the 4-speed Borg Warner manual transmission, another period correct offering with this vehicle. The interior of this 1962 Buick is a time capsule on its own featuring Red vinyl bucket seats that the seller believes are original, although the carpet has been replaced over the life of this car. Even the stock AM radio is still functioning which is something to brag about! For Buick muscle car fans who are seeing the price of fan favorites like the Riviera or Gran Sport skyrocketing, this 1962 Skylark 2-door hardtop is worth taking a look at. It’s refreshing to see a car like this so well preserved and clearly has been taken care of. For this unique ownership opportunity of an early 60’s Buick, give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call today at (623) 900-4884 and we will be your eyes and ears on this vehicle pertaining to any questions or verifications you might need. Description:

Gateway Classic cars in very excited to offer this 1950 Dodge Model B-2B Pickup Truck. This little Red Truck will surely grab your eye - as you are brought back to the old days on the farm - what a fine example! Due to the fact that there arent many of these around - we needed to do some research on just what we have here to pass on regarding this truck. Research found, the Dodge B-series trucks featured what was called a high-visibility pilot-house cab. When you stand at a distance, you can see why that title was applied. This fine example comes with the optional rear quarter windows. Dodge engineers had the engines shifted forward, and the front axle moved back on the frame for better weight distribution as well as a shorter wheelbase, moving from 116 in to 108 in. The cargo bed sides were made higher to increase capacity by 40%, but she surely has that short bed everyone desires, and this one is nice and detailed with stained wood, and painted side boards. The redesigned cab could seat three people, with 2.5 more height, 6 more width and 3 additional in length, and now was mounted on rubber mounts for an improved ride - what innovation for its time! This truck has a Max GVW of 4900 lbs, with a Flat Head 6-Cylinder 217.76 cid, rated at 97 gross hp @ 3,600-rpm. this is an “L type head, 3-1/4-bore x 4-3/8-stroke. This 1950 Dodge was repainted in a 2-stage Red on the cab, and with a Black bed - that just screams her vintage! This little Red truck would surely be a nice addition to the next family, or for a collection that may be missing a nice example to add to the collection. This is a good running, mechanically sound little Red Truck, that will add smiles to those who get to view her, whether in parades, or just driving around town! Options include; Seat Belts, Hub Caps, (4) New Good Year Wrangler ST radial tires P225/75R16. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to offer this sporty platinum silver 2005 Ford Thunderbird with a removable hardtop. After a five-year hiatus, Ford re-introduced its retro-futuristic 11th generation (2002-2005) Ford Thunderbird according to the 1st generation formula, as a two-seat coupe/convertible layout reminiscent of the first-generation. This 11th generation Thunderbird was built on the same platform as the Lincoln LS and Jaguar S-Type. It also shared an instrument panel, steering wheel, and other trim pieces with the Lincoln LS. The sole engine of the Thunderbird was a Jaguar-designed AJ-30 3.9 L DOHC V8, a short-stroke variant of the Jaguar AJ-26 4.0 L V8, making 252 horsepower and 267 lbs?ft of torque. The engine was mated to Fords 5R55N 5-speed automatic transmission. This particular 2005 Ford Thunderbird has been kept in excellent condition. It only has a little over 41K miles and looks like it drove off the showroom floor. The chromes wheels look great with the Silver paint. One of the most attractive features about the 11th generation Thunderbird is the round rear window in the hard-top giving it that classic look. The removable hardtop on this Thunderbird is in awesome condition. The interior condition matches the appearance of low usage that the exterior has. The leather seats do not show any excessive wear, the dash looks great, all the gauges and instruments function as new, and there are no noticeable scratches, tears or odors. Mechanically, this 2005 Ford Thunderbird has all the power and ambition it had as when it first rolled off the assembly line. It runs smooths, changes gears seamlessly, and turns on a dime.
