Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a very sharp 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 4-hard top. In 57, the Chevy lineup ranged from 150s to Bel Airs; with the hard top being the most attractive body style after the convertible. The hard tops had no B post which gave a seamless look, especially with all the windows rolled down. This example certainly catches the eye with its red paint and two toned interior. The trim is all there, and in great to fair condition. The bumpers are beautifully chromed and can double as a mirror in a pinch. This one rides on period correct hub caps and white wall tires. Under the hood, this car sports a 283 CID V8 with a 4-barrel carb. This set up provides plenty of power and is a tried and true powerplant. Known for being easy on gas, yet light on its feet the V8 sends power through a 3-speed, column shifted manual. Driving this car is a joy partly due to the nostalgia of the three-speed transmission, big steering wheel and all the chrome. The black and red upholstery is in good shape and the car is eager to move down the road. In a word, this 4-door hardtop Bel Air is a cool, older restoration that has just enough patina to reflect its age yet that perfect 50s style and bling to reliably turn heads and soak up attention. To view this 1957 Chevy Bel Air hard top sedan in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is pleased to present this very nice 1941 Cadillac 62 Series Deluxe Coupe, This Caddy is in excellent overall condition and has some rare options and features. This is the only Coupe I have seen with a full red leather interior-which appears original, along with the original black paint complimented with nice chrome that helps highlight the exterior. Under the hood this 1941 Cadillac is equipped with a 346 CID V8 Monobloc with a 3-spd selective synchromesh manual transmission with the shifter mounted on the column. The car has performed well over the years and has been regularly maintained, as it runs and drives exceptional, the car doesnt need much to be enjoyed immediately. Styling was heavily emphasized for 41, and when new these opulent Cadillacs emerged looking quite distinctive. The prow-nose motif of the Thirties was gone and replaced by a blunter and more imposing frontal design that was highlighted by a dramatic horizontal egg crate grille - a theme that has been continued to this day. The coffin-nose-style hood (evidence of the industry-wide effect of Cord styling)and the headlights integrated into the broader fenders separated it from all Cadillacs that had gone before. Meanwhile a three-piece front bumper guard (one horizontal) provided a cove to protect the license plate while sporting the optional rare fog lights on either side. At the rear the fenders show squarer, the left taillight hides the gas-filler cap, and twin vertical bars divide the rear window into three segments. Three horizontal chrome speed stripes on the front and rear fenders of this model help promote the theory of movement while standing still. Roughly 1700 of these cars were produced and few survived making this car a certain standout at any gathering of important cars. For more information or to schedule an appointment to view this vehicle in person, please call the Scottsdale showroom at 623-900-4884 or email us directly at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com See more at: http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/SCT/485/1941-Cadillac-62-Deluxe-Coupe

Description:

This car has been owned by the same family for roughly 8 years. When it was purchased, it was believed to have had a motor freshen, with a cam and some valve work. Owner is unsure if complete rebuild was done. Odometer shows 58000 miles.

The car starts, runs and drives superbly in the great British sports car manner. The 1600 engine, equipped with a side draft Weber, moves her along quite nicely, even on the highway at 70 MPH.
Front discs slow her down and a new, tighter ratio steering box helps flick the wheels through corners.

Current market trends show the MGA Mk II as climbing and becoming rather popular with values in the mid forties for concours winning examples. This car would be considered a 2-3 or very good and as such is priced at $32000, which is negotiable.

Please contact me with any questions, comments, offers or to schedule a time to see her.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1931 Auburn Model 8-98-A. This beautiful car is an eye-catcher and would look great in your collection. Auburn is a big name in the car collector world. The design is breathtaking and the history of this car even more so. A real Gatsby era car designed by Allen H Leamy, Body # C26 936 VIN 15627M. The well-known Mae West car has extensive documentation back to 1931. The 31 Auburn was restored by its current owner to an original type look, with a few resto-mod changes. His goal was to have her appearing as she would have back in the day but be mechanically functional for modern times. Mae Wests 1931 Auburn 8-98-A was a factory custom ordered vehicle (fitting for someone with such celebrity and financial resources). The original body is still nailed to the wooden framework underneath, and the car still utilizes the original chassis. The restored interior features a painted wood grained dash just like the original and houses the original instruments which have been converted to 12 volts. To duplicate the original upholstery he utilized chestnut leather, using the original seat patterns, along with a leather headliner and alligator hide door panels like were custom chosen by Mae West. Updates that have been done to the car for drivability and safety include a custom-built front suspension using Jaguar upper and lower control arms on the factory chassis, power steering, and power front disc brakes with drums in the rear. Under the hood now resides a 1970 Cadillac 500 cubic inch motor that has a Painless 12-volt electrical system, mated to a Turbo 400 automatic transmission, with a 10-bolt GM rear end housing 3.56:1 gears rounding out the running gear. The factory Auburn radiator was retained, and three electric cooling fans added for all the parade duty she serves. The exterior was kept stock looking as well and has been restored to the original special ordered colors of yellow with light green highlights and teal pinstriping on the raised body panels like Mae West chose herself at the time of production. For safety, a set of Kelsey Hayes wire wheels with chrome spokes and wide whitewall Coker tires are now utilized but retain that resto-mod look. The steamer trunk on the back of the car is the original one Mae West used, and is still fitted with her luggage! Make this piece of history yours today. This 1931 Auburn Model 8-98-A for sale in our Orlando Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

For sale in our Ft Lauderdale showroom is a second-generation Plymouth Barracuda Convertible from 1967. This second-generation Barracuda still shared many components with the Valiant but was stylishly redesigned with model-specific sheet metal and beside the convertible, came available as well in a hardtop and coupe, while joining the original fastback offering. The new Barracuda was chiefly the work of John E. Herlitz and John Samsen, with Coke-bottle side contours and heavily revised front and rear ends. In 1967, while the 225 cu in (3.7L) slant-6 was still the base engine, the V8 options ranged from the two and four barrel versions of the 273 cu in (4.5 L) to a seldom-ordered 383 cu in (6.3 L) “B Big-Block rated at 280 bhp (210 kw), the latter available only with the Formula S Package. That said, this 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible is powered by a 273 V-8 engine and automatic transmission. This is an all original matching numbers Plymouth Barracuda Convertible. This car looks great and runs beautifully. There is nothing like a convertible on a warm summer night, especially in a classic 1967 Barracuda. Indeed, this is a creative example of late 1960s Chrysler design with great lines and will please any Mopar purist. Description:

This beautiful and black 757 HP 2006 Mustang is available in our Louisville KY showroom. The Mustang was a car that took America by storm when it was released. Something that was a class all to itself. The girls loved there cute and smaller size. While the guys loved them for the same reason, They started a whole new segment called the pony car, Her we are 50+years later and the Mustang is still holding strong and for the same reasons it did back then. Its still a relatively light car and chicks well they love it Classic looks. This monster has been built with one thing in mind. Speed. The original 4.6 engine was replaced about 30k miles with a 4.6 bored .20 over increasing displacement to a total of 281 C.I.filled with fully forged internals held together with ARP bolts. With a cam that gives the engine plenty of low end a upper end power. The Procharger is what really ups the ante on this black beast. Tuned for 19 LBS of boost and to run on e85. The upgraded termed 6 speed with line lock and Mcleod RXT dual disc clutch allow this animal to blast passes down the .25 mile in mid-10s. Very respectable for a daily driver. Of course going this fast you will need some much bigger brake power. The gt500 Brembo 4 piston brakes not only look good but they bring this thing down to a stop with the quickness. The rear-end has been filled with a set of 31 Spline more axles giving this thing one of the toughest overall drivelines. The interior is as black as the outside and looks phenomenal. This is truly a car that needs to be seen in person to fully appreciate how clean this pony really is. Options on this 2006 built Mustang GT include, AC, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, Power Locks Power windows ,AM/FM/CD. Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1926 Ford T-Bucket Roadster. This one has received some very special attention for our very special troops that put their lives on the line for our freedom. The Blazing Black metallic paint looks great. Making it better, the custom air brushed patriotic tribute to our troops. And theres more than just the air brushing. The engine bay has red, white and blue LED lights, the license plate surround also has LED lights and within the original license plate area (new license plate bracket beneath the rear) also has a cut out of a soldier taking a knee for a fallen soldier. The airbrushing on the sides is of a fallen soldier with Red, White and Blue American Flag angel wings. One more detail is the gauges cluster. It also features the Red, White and Blue American flag wings that fit quite well with the gauges. The mechanicals of the T Bucket include a built 355 with a Tunnel Ram intake topped with dual Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetors. Power is sent through a TH 350 automatic transmission and back to a Ford 9 inch rear with 3.50:1 rear gears. Plenty enough go for this lightweight! Occasionally, youll need to slow down and Wilwood disc brakes with braided lines on all four corners make that easy. Up front is a set of inboard chrome shock absorbers and adjustable coil overs in the back. The body is a custom 1/4 fiberglass body from Olsie Street Rods in Pryor, OK. This one has more leg room than the typical T Bucket and an operable passenger door making entry and exit much easier. This is a 7 year build and has covered an estimated 5,000 miles. For more information on this 1926 Ford T Bucket, call our St. Louis showroom at 618-271-3000. To view 100+ HD photos and video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Las Vegas is proud to present this killer 1940 Ford 2-Door sedan for sale in our Las Vegas Showroom. Powered by the legendary 350 C.I.D. small block Chevrolet V8 engine mated to a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. This awesome driving machine has only covered 8,339 miles since the build was completed. The eye-catching red paint job will draw attention as you cruise the boulevard in style. The cloth seats are in excellent condition and round out the well-appointed cabin nicely. This one is easy to maneuver around tight parking lots and heavy traffic, thanks to its modern power brakes and power steering. A high flat-topped hood dominated the front look of the 1940 model, as the grille spread out to reach the fenders to differentiate the Deluxe line and the headlights were pushed wider still. The standard Ford inherited the grille of the 1939 model with blackout on each side of a heavy chrome center; heavier headlight surrounds serve as another major differentiator from the 1939. 1940 was the last year of the 1937 design. Sealed-beam headlights were one of the few major advances for 1940, while a hydraulic top was new on the convertible. The 1937-1940 generation of Fords is one of the most popular automobiles for hot rodding. Early stock car racing drivers also used Fords of this generation among other cars. This Ford also formed the basis for a style of dirt track racing car. Dont miss your chance to get behind the wheel of this one. This 1940 Ford 2-Door Sedan is for sale in our Las Vegas Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at https://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/LVS/16/1940-Ford-Sedan.
