Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer a rarely seen 1972 Ford Mustang Convertible. The later first-gen Mustangs are for the lovers of road-owning style. After all, they made these a bit longer than the first few years, and that gave them a far more substantial appearance. It also doesnt hurt that this one is painted in a sinister Grey. It also has a well-coordinated black that gives it some Mach 1 sporty style. This includes the deep front air dam, full-length hockey stick stripe, rocker stripe, and full-width rear spoiler. Plus, we all love the look of the blackout hood with ram air style NACA scoops. It is presented with a clean look that also wont make you afraid to hit the road and enjoy this car on a sunny Sunday. And so this is the substantial Mustang that makes it easy to have a memorable presence on the streets. The black convertible top goes with the rest of the exteriors black accenting for a stylish appearance. With the touch of a button, it folds back to reveal an all-black interior. So you get a coordinated look with the roof up or down. Not only was this car born with this desirable color combo, but the interior shows off the kind of classic style this had on day one. Youve got great modern details, like digital gauges, wooden inserts in the doors, comfort weave inserts in the seats, and a classic tri-spoke steering wheel. And it remains a great cruiser today thanks to high-back bucket seats, a center console in-between. Under the hood is Fords desirable 302 cubic-inch V8. It has the clean look you want. Its a tidy set up so that people can see cool details, like the correct Ford Blue block, with nice goodies like HEI Ignition, Edelbrock Exhaust, and Carb, as well as headers and Accel wires. This V8 fires up readily and makes a nice sound out of the newer dual exhaust. Its a true easy cruiser with features like a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, and front discs. This is the classic Mustang convertible that has V8 power and a well-done color combo. And as these final years for the first-gen pony car approach the half-century mark, you just know the admiration for a drop-top like this will only grow. Call now! Dont miss your opportunity to own a piece of Mustang History with our Dallas Showroom. It can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and a HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. This one is finished in gloss black and sits on 5 spoke factory polished wheels wrapped in low profile radial tires. Corsa dual exhaust exits in the center of the rear through 4 exhaust outlets and provides a nice throaty sound to otherwise stock LS1. A tan cloth top can be closed when the weather is less than ideal, but this one is best enjoyed with the top down. Inside youll find tan leather upholstery covering two sporty bucket seats. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to present this beautiful 2002 Ford Thunderbird! Ford restored a famous name to its lineup in 2002 with Thunderbird, a 2-seat convertible with retro styling cues. It was the first Thunderbird in five years--and the first T-bird convertible since 1966--sold surprisingly well out of the chute, claiming a solid 31,368 paying customers. For comparison, the same-year Chevrolet Corvette racked up 35,767 sales. Designed for relaxed cruising, the T-Bird was not offered with a sport suspension or an upgrade engine option. The standard powerplant was a 3.9-liter V8, which was a short-stroke version of the AJ-26 4.0-liter V8 available in the Jaguar. The T-Birds 3.9 was rated at 252 horsepower. Our pristine beauty all wrapped in Whisper White, appears like new, inside and out, with only 2060 miles on the odometer! With an extensive list of options, this t-bird is loaded to the roof with creature comforts! And speaking of loaded to the roof, you can even remove the port-holed-top for a no-top, convertible featuring a booted soft top. Standard features include antilock 4-wheel disc brakes, side airbags, 17-inch alloy wheels, and CD player! These iconic nods to the history books make it a modern classic! Nothing on the road looks like these, and they are styled after some of the most legendary Fords! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to list this sleek 2000 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Convertible. The name Pontiac has always brought to mind the Firebird and all associated models just by mention. Sometime in the 70s after the creation of the Trans Am, the WS6 model had come out as the premium model of the T/A as a version that offered the steroids-like performance over the others. The 1993 came around and so did the F-Body versions of the Camaro and Firebird models retaining a lot of the same sub models that had been made throughout the years but now offering furthered technology and advancements in the drivetrain. This 2000 model WS6 packs a 5.7-liter LS1 V8 under the hood that inhales air through a ram air hood as part of the WS6 package. The now popular LS1 feeds its reputable horsepower through its original 4 speed automatic transmission and only 43k miles. The performance of this sports car is complemented by an aggressive look on the outside consisting of a glossy black paint job matched by a tan leather interior and 5-star black aluminum wheels. The owner has also taken this black beauty a step further with a K&N Cold air intake and a custom Borla exhaust system. The WS6 is equipped with air conditioning, AM/FM radio with CD player, 12 disc changer, and cassette, power steering, power brakes, power locks with keyless entry, power seats, power windows, anti-theft, traction control, airbags, tilt wheel, power convertible top and cruise control to show that this sports machine has a refined side. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1937 Plymouth PT50 Pickup Truck! Leading into the mid-30s, the great depression was finally behind America but WWII would not be far away. Plymouth decided to enter the truck market for the first time and the PT50 was born. Plymouth is not well known for making trucks as they only manufactured them from 1935 to 1942. The PT50s are very desirable trucks but rarely seen, especially since only near 11,000 PT50s were sold in 1937. Now nearly 80 years later these trucks are still loved, many had hard work lives, several have been converted to street rods. Finding one that is more original is an extremely rare deal, and that is what we have here. Walking around this truck just brings a smile to you face. The blue exterior paint and black vinyl interior are both in good order. Also includes various manuals and what looks like dealer catalogs, auto parts catalog and finally another set of hub caps. The title is clean and clear and is titled as a 1937 Plymouth 87TK. Description:

Now for sale in our Gateway Classic Cars of Houston showroom is this extremely cool 1925 Ford Model T. Between the extensive powertrain work and original sheet metal, this car is a clean example of a Model T. Under the hood of this American icon is a 2.9-liter inline four cylinder engine that was good for roughly 20 horsepower when new. The engine was rebuilt roughly 75 miles ago and upgraded with a 12V distributor and battery to improve reliability and drivability. Although the car has been upgraded, the original coil box remains in the car. Sending what little power this car has to the rear wheels is a two speed manual transmission with a very unique shifting sequence. The transmission was also rebuilt with the engine. Moving inward, the interior of this car is barren with no modern amenities or luxuries. When this car was produced, it was meant to be a cheap means of transportation for the masses with little to no focus on comfort or styling. Although there are really no features to speak of, the condition of the interior on this T is very good. The exterior of this T is finsished in black to stay true to the only original color option. The paint is in good condition and highlights the cars curves and style. Laying beneath the paint is the original sheet metal from when the car was new almost 100 years ago. Overall the condition of this T is very nice and this would make an excellent weekend toy or parade car! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is excited to present this 1946 Ford Super Deluxe for Sale! an Excerpt from the Foreword section of the original owners manual… “The fact that you are the owner of a new Ford car is, in itself, an indication that you have a keen appreciation of a well-designed, carefully manufactured automobile. It has been designed to perform faithfully for many thousands of miles, and Ford Motor Company has the utmost confidence that this car will fulfill your expectations. I think this wraps it up nicely! Exterior We see a nice application of many gallons of maroon paint, well-worked bulbous steel panels, and plenty of well-preserved trim spears, bumpers, badging, and brite-work. In 1946 fenders still protruded from the main body, and a running board became a flared rocker, but the curved steel styling remained, and it would be a few more years until the fenders would melt into the bodies. Maroon steel wheels sport chrome trim rings, and dog dish hub caps, and are wrapped in wide whites all around. Interior Very nice vertical stitched and tactile broadcloth in a mixture of light and dark gray covers the door panels, with just a hint of carpet on the bottom. Nice shiny knobs and handles are in this tactile field of broadcloth. Turning our attention to the seats we note the same broadcloth making up the seats, which are bolstered in shiny gray vinyl to add some edging to the front split-bench and rear bench seats. The upholstery is just beautiful in this car. Matching gray metal with almost as much chrome put over it, the dash front is like the car was originally built in the art deco style. 2 large round gauges in the form of a clock and speedometer flank a center located radio and chromed speaker cover. On the drivers side are 4 rectangular gauges with a black dot pattern on a white field, then some gold accenting has been added. They just dont make use of a color like this anymore. An original bakelite steering wheel fronts the dash and the center badge in it is to die for, all in gold and Ford badged glory. Nice gray carpet and tight headliner about above and below. Drivetrain A 239ci flathead V8 showing beautiful patina has a 2-barrel Holley 94 Model 59 carburetor which is protected by an oil bath air cleaner. A 3-speed manual transmission is on the back, as a 3.78 gear ratio brings up the rear. Undercarriage some road dirt and some nice patina cover a solid foundation with no structural damage seen. Transverse leaf springs make up the suspension all around as do drum brakes. Blue glass pack mufflers give this car a melodious exhaust sound. Drive-Ability This car starts right up and runs very smoothly. It shifts easily and turns on a dime, as well as a great cruiser. 60 MPH is certainly attainable, and a comfortable interior leads to a pleasurable experience with the drive. This Ford is for sale by our Dallas Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

For sale in our Dallas-Ft. Worth showroom is this 1931 Studebaker Model 54. Also known as the Studebaker Six, or Studebaker Standard Six, the Model 54 was the entry level Studebaker. They were named the Standard Six as Studebaker believed that their vehicles were the standard that other manufactures should be held to when making their vehicles. It has been said that Studebakers offered the quality of a Cadillac, but for the price of a Ford. Studebaker had a reputation for building quality and reliable vehicles. With this example still on the road more than 85 years after it was made, we think that reputation is more than deserved. This Model 54 is equipped with what is believed to be the original 205 CID straight 6 cylinder engine. This motor produced an impressive, for the time, 70 hp. While also available as a 4 door sedan, roadster, 4 door open touring, and 2 passenger coupe, this model is the 4 passenger coupe. Since this vehicle has been garaged since it was purchased new in 1931, restoration needs were kept to a minimum. The vehicle was repainted in 1966 and reupholstered in 1967. The most major work that was completed was a repaired head in 1998, with receipts for the work done. Other than that, this pampered vehicle has just been lovingly cared for. If you are a fan of Pre-War American cars, but want to stand out from the Fords and Chevys, then your Chariot has arrived. To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is excited to present a 1999 BMW M3! This well-maintained example comes to us with under 100K Miles. it only gets better in the details. So read on if you think this coupe will be here long enough to finish the description. This is the ultimate M3 for many of us. The E36 generation was a design that began adding more aggression peeking out from beneath an everyday commuter body. So it is a mix of the stealthy 3-Series design but with a body kit, and bumpers that gave it a much more muscular stance. Of course, the factory-correct Silver draws in plenty of attention all on its own. At this cars core, it remains a BMW. That means the perfect balance of luxury and driver-focused engineering. This M3 comes loaded with features like power windows, power locks, keyless entry, and a full AM/FM/cassette premium audio system with CD changer. Youll love opening up the power sunroof any time of the year thanks to automatic climate control keeping the cabin at the right temperature. All this modern luxury also means modern safety features such as dual front airbags, side airbags, and anti-lock brakes. But even with all these luxuries, youll be reminded this is a true drivers car the moment you grab the three-spoke sports steering wheel and let your hand fall perfectly onto the stick shift. The Black Vader leather seats are extremely comfortable because BMW spends a lot of time in the engineering department to make sure that you can adjust them to strike the perfect balance of keeping you planted during hard cornering, while also being comfortable enough to always take the long way home. 1999 was in the time after BMW upgraded the E36 M3 to the S52 3.2-liter motor, so this is the car to get of the bunch. You now felt the full force of the 240 horsepower motor as it sings a powerful tune well past 7,000 RPM. But this motor is also known for settling down and being an easy everyday driver. Its all up to you how you want this M3 to behave thanks to the control of the five-speed manual transmission. BMW is one of the best companies at engineering a chassis, and so the fully independent suspension of the M3 has been a mainstay at the top of the enthusiast magazines wish lists. Add this to four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, good tires on those iconic 17-inch alloy wheels, and now you know why an M3 will always get respect on the road. This is one of those vehicles that hit all the right marks. It reminds you of the Teutonic tightness in a quality-built BMW every time you shut the door with authority. And once you get out on the road, the M3 comes alive with one of the best all-around driving experiences available. So you know this is going to be a future high-dollar classic, and thats also why you have to hurry to grab this one. Call today!!! This 1999 BMW M3 is offered by our Dallas Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (817)-310-9400 or email us at Dallas@GatewayClassicCars.com.
