Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is proud to offer this extremely beautiful 1956 Oldsmobile Holiday 2 door hardtop. Oldsmobile is a big name when it comes to classic cars. This car is proof of just that. This is also why so many car enthusiasts want one in their garage. The Olds is over 60 years old and still runs and drives like it did in the 50’s. Let’s start with the walk around. Is there a better color combination than white and turquoise for a car like this? Just to see the car from the front is amazing. The big chrome grill is a piece of art. The lines of the body move flawless from the front over the rear bumper. This is a hardtop coupe so the lines do not get distracted by a b pillar. The white wall tires wrap around the rims and give this car this special something. Open the door and you will be amazed. The interior is in very clean condition. The little details are what made these cars out of the 50’s so special. Turn the key and you will never forget your first ride in this piece of art. People will go crazy when they see you driving down to your favorite 1950’s style diner. Park it right in front and remember the feeling of how great it was back then. The Holiday is powered by its Rocket V8 and shifted by an automatic transmission. One really comfortable feature is that the Holiday 88 is equipped with power steering. The car is ready to roll! Put some grease in your hair, jump in the old dusty leather jacket and relive those memories you will never forget or write new ones in this piece of art. Let it ride!!! Description:

The year is 1955, The popular Western show Gunsmoke debuts on television., while this gorgeous black T-Bird Convertible rolls into showrooms for sale. This two-owner convertible now only has 77,854 actual miles. And was recently rebuilt in 2012. The Ford Thunderbird began life in February 1953 in direct response to Chevrolets new sports car, the Corvette, which was publicly unveiled in prototype form just a month before. Under rapid development, the Thunderbird went from idea to prototype in about a year, being unveiled to the public at the Detroit Auto Show on February 20, 1954. It was a two-seat design available with a detachable fiber glass hard top and a folding fabric top. Production of the Thunderbird began later in 1954 on September 9 with the car beginning sales as a 1955 model on October 22, 1954. Though sharing some design characteristics with other Fords of the time, such as single, circular headlamps and tail lamps and modest tailfins, the Thunderbird was sleeker and more athletic in shape, and had features like a hood scoop and a 150-mph speedometer hinting a higher performance nature that other Fords didnt possess. Mechanically though, the Thunderbird could trace its roots to other mainstream Fords. Though inspired by, and positioned directly against, the Corvette, Ford billed the Thunderbird as a personal car, putting a greater emphasis on the cars comfort and convenience features rather than its inherent sportiness. The Thunderbird sold exceptionally well in its first year. In fact, the Thunderbird outsold the Corvette by more than 23-to-one for 1955 with 16,155 Thunderbirds sold against 700 Corvettes. With the Thunderbird considered a success, few changes were made to the car for 1956. To view the car in greater detail, including an HD video and 100+ HD pictures please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com or our Denver showroom. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is proud to offer this sharp 1969 Mercury Cougar convertible. What more could you want in a 60’s muscle car than a V8 engine, convertible top, and it being painted a beautiful red color. The introduction of the Cougar finally gave Mercury its own pony car. Slotted between the Ford Mustang and the Ford Thunderbird, the Cougar was the performance icon and eventually the icon for the Mercury name for several decades. The Cougar was available in two models (base and XR-7). This Cougar badged as the upgraded XR-7. Powered by a Ford 302 V8 engine and paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission, this car can really move. The odometer reads about 56k miles, but the drivetrain was completely rebuilt 300 miles ago. Many service updates have been completed and documented with over $6,000 in receipts to keep this car driving correctly still to this day. The shocks, starter, value covers, radio, steering wheel, battery and etc were all replaced with new parts during the rebuilt. The exterior paint is in great shape and painted in a gorgeous red paint with a black hood scoop and spoiler. The white vinyl interior is very clean and shows minimal signs of wear. The power convertible top works smoothly and operates as it should. The style of this car is like any other ‘69 muscle car with its hideaway headlights, unique taillights, and spoiler in the rear. You will not be able to drive this car without heads turning as you drive by. Options include; Sony Radio with CD, Power convertible top, power steering, raised white letters on radial tires, seat belts and vinyl interior. The current owner has got to cherish this beautiful beast for many years and is now giving someone else the chance to do the same. Do not let this ’69 American Muscle car pass you by! Description:

This 1947 Plymouth Street rod is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. In 1947 America was still glowing over its victory in world war 2. The Factory’s were almost back to full production and people had money. The 47 Plymouths symbolized all of this with there sleek fat fender designs and incredible dash with the elegant gauges. This 47 has kept all the features but with modern touches that give it a very custom look. Outside the Copper paint looks great and not something you would find on stock 47. The custom wheels help to compliment the modern touches. Under the hood is not something you would have seen in 1947. The 440 CID big block is all Mopar and something not found in most street rods. With that big block upfront power steering was added to make turning this beast a lot easier. The 727 torq flite transmission is exactly what that big block needs. Drop it down into drive and let transmission due all the work. The shift from 1st to 2nd is nice and smooth with the final going to 3rd nice and smooth exactly like you would expect. Step inside and the interior is comfortable with the bench seat upfront being the perfect mix of old school flavor with a modern twist. The original gauges are still intact giving the dash that classic 40’s look. Options on this 1947 Plymouth Street rod include; AC, AM/FM/Cassette, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Cloth Interior and Radial Tires with Raised White Letters on a set of Rally Wheels. To view this 1947 Plymouth Streetrod including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information call the showroom at (812) 294 1555 or email louisville@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:

For sale in our Atlanta showroom is a powerful 1965 Toyota FJ-40. This FJ40 for sale is a little beast and the epitome of an off-road ready machine! Powering this 65 Toyota FJ-40 for sale is a pleasantly peppy 350 cubic inch small block V8 engine. The dual exhaust dumps out from the front of the rear tires and lets everyone know that this isnt just any FJ Cruiser for sale. The small block engine is backed by a 4-speed automatic transmission. The exterior looks mainly stock, with a couple of extra goodies. The exterior is a rustic and natural shade of beige. Matched with the white top, this FJ-40 for sale look like its ready for some off-road adventures! The all-terrain tires welcome all pavement, rocks, rain, and dirt, while the lights on the light bar up front just begs to be set-up and used when those off-road adventures roll into the night! The interior is simplistic, like most all Toyota FJ-40s, with buckets up front and a bench out back. The buckets are vinyl and add a level of comfort that the factory seats did not. The bench in back is vinyl, wide enough to house a couple passengers, gear, or groceries! The roll cage also adds a form of safety and encourages you to run this 65 Toyota for sale to its fullest potential, both with and without the removable hardtop. Options on this 1965 Toyota FJ-40, include: A/C (Blows cool), AM/FM radio, CD player, power brakes, power steering, tilt wheel, seat belts, cloth interior, vinyl interior, and All-Terrain tires. This FJ-40 for sale is cool as a cucumber and looks like it too! For more information please call the Atlanta showroom at 678-894-4833 or e-mail us at Atlanta@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1963 Ford Fairlane 500. This car can transport you back to the end of the Jet-Age design era for automobile history, and it will do it in style. The 63 Fairlane was a closer to a shrunken down Galaxie than anything else. The front end was a spitting image of the Galaxie while the rear retained the small tailfins giving it a unique look. This example is extremely nice and with the modifications it has can be driven daily in comfort. The body is straight, with no signs of filler a magnet will stick no matter where you put it. The paint was laid on with a precision touch giving the car a show quality finish. Under the hood is a 351W that has been built using some high-end components. Starting with a comp roller cam and a set of Hi Po heads, this 351 sings at higher RPM’s. The Weiand intake and Holley 650-barrel feed the setup a perfect mixture of gas and air giving this 351 a good amount of power. Hooked up to a Tremec 5 speed you now have that extra gear for when your running down the interstate. The rear end is a sturdy 8.8 with 31 spline axles making it durable enough for this setup. The Cal-Trac setup eliminates any worries of wheel hop with the chromoly frame ties there just in case. The Fatman Mustang II style front end keeps the car nice and straight during those straight-line cruises while making those back-country roads a blast to carve up. The 4-wheel disc setup allows for much better pedal feel not to mention cutting the distance in probably half. The interior of the car is comfortable and with the addition of AC and heat this truly is a car you can use all year round. If you have been thinking about getting a great classic that is not quite your mainstream car but still unbelievably cool this 63 Fairlane is the car for you. Options on this 1963 Ford Fairlane 500 include, AC, AM Radio, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and a set of Custom Wheels Wrapped with Radial tires. This 1963 Ford Fairlane 500 for sale is in our Indianapolis Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is excited to present this customized Mustang GT Saleen Tribute car. This Mustang GT was born a relatively tame muscle car. That didn’t stop the owner from turning this GT into a beast. This Mustang was taken to JDM Engineering for its performance makeover. First was the installation of the Saleen supercharger. This coupled with a host of other Saleen goodies contributed to the original 281ci engine to put out big numbers on the Dyno. Since the engine was beefed up by JDM Engineering, just 4,500 miles have been put on it. Only 47,789 actual miles have been put on this muscle car since day 1. Other upgrades to the Mustang engine include an XCal Tuner with JDM tune, JDM air kit, 9mm Lightning MAF, MAF Harness, upgraded injectors, upgraded upper pulley, a Gates belt, C&L Racer tube, Vacuum line upgrade kit, Auto Light spark plugs, Saleen fuel system, 2005/2006 Cut Motor Mounts, Black Mustang Valve Covers, upgraded oil filter, and engine paint. Brakes were also upgraded with Erad Speed Saleen Brake 2 piece rotors in front and rear with a complete Saleen front brake kit. These rotors are 14 inches up front. The engine breathes out through a Borla Exhaust System. The clutch and flywheel were upgraded as well. There is a Spec 2 clutch kit and aluminum racing flywheel and new pilot bearing. A significant number of cosmetic upgrades were applied to this GT. A Saleen Conversion was completed including right/left GT fenders and a Saleen fiberglass hood with radiator hold down and hood pins. The interior seat skins were redone with black leather outers and red leather inserts. There is a Kenwood head unit installed making for an excellent sound system with the Shaker subwoofers. This GT has upgraded chrome wheels that look great with the body work. Last but certainly not least, the automatic convertible top works great and adds to the unique look of this Mustang. The list of upgrades to this mustang is a long one, but no expense has been spared on this beauty. This Saleen Tribute has the following features: air conditioning, AM/FM radio, CD player, cruise control, driver side lumbar support, power brakes, power steering, power locks, drive side power seat, traction control, tilt wheel, keyless entry, power mirrors, anti-theft system, a leather interior, racing wheels, and posi-traction. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this Incredible 1987 Buick Regal Grand National. This Grand National has only 34,574 actual miles, per owner and presents an amazing original appearance. The 1987 Grand National was the last year for this extraordinary version of the Buick Regal and featured the best performance of all Grand Nationals, besides the very limited and costly GNX. Published road test from the era consistently showed the Grand National out performing Mustangs, Camaros, Corvettes and even a few European sports cars from the day. Even driven today, the shove in your back once that boost kicks in is still tremendous. The main component responsible for the Grand National’s stunning performance was its turbocharged V6. This engine featured 3.8 liters of displacement force fed by a single turbo charger generating 355lb-ft of torque at a low 2000 rpm per published reports at the time. This Grand national has also had the following upgrades added: 3” Air Mass System, 3” Down Pipe, 2.5” Stainless Up Pipe, Stainless Exhaust, 72mm Throttle Body Plenum, Power Plate, Turbo Tweak Chip, 42lb-009 Injectors, Boost Controller, Coil Pack and spark plugs. The exterior of this car is still just as buick intended with its glossy black paint and blackout trim creating a very menacing look. The overall quality of this Buick’s exterior definitely supports its incredible low mileage of 34,574. Inside, the “Lear” seats are covered in grey and black cloth upholstery showing very little wear, separated by a sporty center console. The dash, door panels, carpet and headliner also appear in excellent condition. The AC unit was recently replaced and blows ice cold. This Grand National has also had its window and door seals recently replaced which will ensure its gorgeous interior stays that way. Recent published reports definitely show the value of these Grand Nationals really starting to climb, so call GATEWAY CLASSIC CARS today and park this AWESOME 1987 Grand National in your garage. Description:

Be someone’s knight in shining pickup truck with this all original 1970 GMC C-1500 Custom Pickup available now in our Milwaukee Showroom. Consider yourself lucky to have found this time warp of a Pickup. The kind of find you envy on all the car rebuilding and customizing T.V. shows. Where do they get these ‘barn find’ original kind of vehicles? How do they know what vehicle will command the attention and numbers? Well the true enthusiast knows they start with the right vehicle. This 1970 GMC C-1500 Custom is that vehicle. Sunkist Orange and lightly patenaed just the right amount in just the right places. Where most truck owners tend to alter or modify changing long beds to short beds and replacing a 6 cylinders to big blocks it has become a challenge for the numbers matching, factory perfect restorer to find the pedigree to work with. Since the availability of these classic trucks has turned increasingly difficult to acquire, especially in the rarer GMC over the common Chevy. Not for you, you found it right here. Never customized, modified or redone and numbers matching. It’s just like you’d expect if you went back to the mid ‘70’s. Sitting on the new beautiful embossed black vinyl bench seat you can almost hear “FreeBird” playing from the radio as you sit waiting for your load of mulch filling the 8’ wood bed, both of which are rare options to find. The interior has been freshened up with new black vinyl headliner, new black carpet and new embossed black door panels to match the new bench seating. All complimented by the body color Sunkist Orange dash and doors. Drive it every day if you like, with the original 350 CID L48 engine synonymous with performance, horse power and reliability you’re sure to enjoy the throaty and intoxicating nostalgia feel this truck commands. 4x2, ½ ton with a 6 x 5.5” bolt pattern and a TH350 transmission to turn those original white walls and very cool original GMC hubcaps. All the right touches are there to make it period correct with an A pillar mounted spot light, diamond plated rear bumper, the over cautious side marker lights that seem to multiply. The Sunkist Orange is paired with a Polar White cab and lower rocker panel. Even the tailgate has a faux wood panel. The stance is athletic and proper with bushy eyebrows of chrome over the duel headlamps. Maintenance has been kept up which includes new front wheel cylinders, master cylinder and front brake hoses. Carburetor was cleaned with the additions of new gaskets and internal parts. Cruise cool with new air conditioning that was upgraded with a present day compressor, new hoses and expansion valve. All fluids and filters have been replaced too. More of a living room find than a barn find, but a find none the less. With early 70’s pickup trucks current scarcity this 1970 GMC C-1500 Custom Pickup isn’t for the penurious but rather the educated contrarian. But watch your review mirror, one of those TV shows and their camera crew may try to stop you and pry this one from your garage. To view this awesome 1970 GMC C-1500 Custom Pickup in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Milwaukee showroom.
