Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this mean looking 1970½ Chevrolet Camaro ProStreet. This is an all metal, true RS split bumper and even comes with the original owner’s manual and lead plate to the car. Powering this bad beast is a 540 Merlin block with tall deck dart heads, Holley carb and 2 stage ignition. This beast will put out around 650 HP just on pump gas and with line lock and a transmission brake this thing will easily warm up the tires! The transmission is a 3 speed turbo 400 with a 3800 stall converter and can handle torque for days. The rear end is fully tubbed, housing a 9 inch Ford posi with 4.56 gears and rides under a four link suspension. Once this thing is moving down the strip the 4 wheel disc brakes will pull it to a stop with authority. Step inside the interior and you’ll find a full roll cage and custom front bucket seats with 5 point racing harness belts. If, for whatever reason, the car isn’t making too much noise you’ve even got a modern stereo to keep you entertained. This is one serious drag car and just barely street legal! Options include AM/FM/CD stereo, power brakes, cloth interior and alloy wheels with drag radials out back. If you want to impress your buddies at the track and cruise in, then look no further. Description:

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this super cool 1968 Dodge SuperBee. Between the classy paint job and the healthy engine, this car is sure to turn heads while cruising down the highway. Under the hood of this beauty is a 383 CID V8 that was good for roughly 335 horsepower when new thanks to a four-barrel carburetor along with some other internal components. This powerplant allowed the car to reach 60 MPH from a stand still in just over six seconds. sending the V8 power to the rear end is a three-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoothly through the gears. The block is finished in Mopar blue that really ties together the look of the engine bay nicely. Moving outward, the car is finished in metallic gold paint that has some very minor chips and scratches, but otherwise is in good condition. The rear of the car features the original style SuperBee graphic which is in good condition also. Supporting each corner of the car are black steel wheels with polished accents. Wrapped around those wheels are classically styled BF Goodrich redline radial tires with good tread life left in them. Upon entering the vehicle, the driver will notice the very clean all black interior. The Bench seats are finished in black vinyl that is in good condition. Sitting below the seat is clean black carpet. The driver will appreciate the power steering and power brakes that allow for comfortable maneuvering of this rather large muscle car. Continuing with driver amenities, tucked in the dash is a radio if the sound of the big V8 becomes undesirable. Overall, this car is a very good driver quality and would be well suited for weekend cruises or a local car show. To see all the HD pictures and video, please go to http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/HOU/1102/1968-dodge-super-bee. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer a gorgeous fire engine red 1956 Ford Thunderbird. Theres some truth in the fact that some things are just done right the first time around. In the case of the Ford Thunderbird, it doesnt get much better than the first generation. Between 1955 and 1957 the Thunderbird was a small 2 seat roadster which was comparable to the Chevrolet Corvette. The car has been repainted about 2.5 years ago in the fire engine red you see and it contrasts very well against the white top & two-tone black & red vinyl interior. The cars exterior shows very well with the red glossy paint that gleams in the lights and really looks great out in the sunshine. The bumpers, trim, glass, continental kit on the rear, fender skirts, & the hard top are all in great condition. No dents, dings, or rust to be found on the car. This pretty 56’ Tbird is equipped with the larger more sought after larger 312 CID V8. The small block V8 runs very well & sounds healthy through the powerband, it is paired to a 2-speed power glide automatic transmission that shifts well. The engine is believed to have been rebuilt at some point in its life as it runs very smoothly. The engine compartment is nicely finished and could easily be displayed at a car cruise. Looking at the interior you’ll see the multicolor combination of the black & red seats with the silver & black dash & door panels. They are in excellent condition and it looks great. Don’t see this color combo on too many Thunderbirds. With new dash controls, new seat belts, new Vintage AC system that blows cold, you will be ready to hit the road in no time! It sits on steel wheels with chrome hubcaps and sports white wall tires. This one also has plenty of options: power steering, power brakes, power seats, power windows, continental kit, removable hard top, and even air conditioning. This one has a on the rear to house the spare tire. This restored classic is the perfect for summertime cruises and weekend getaways. You can see this 1956 Ford Thunderbird in greater detail in our Houston showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 832-243-6220 or houston@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquiries.

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this beautiful 1963 Chevrolet K10 4X4 in our showroom. This great truck is the one to own. It is one of less than 500 produced. It features 327 Cubic Inch V8 engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. It has a rebuilt transfer case and new front and rear driveshaft. The Teal Blue paint job looks fantastic. The interior of this truck is in excellent condition as well. The first All GM factory 4x4s were introduced in 1960 when both Chevy and GMC went to a totally new chassis. This was the introduction of GMs completely redesigned truck line featuring independent front suspension on the two-wheel drive trucks and a 4-wheel drive specific chassis on the 4-wheel drive trucks. The 1960 model year introduced a new body style of light pick-up truck that featured many firsts. Most important of these were a drop-center ladder frame, allowing the cab to sit lower, and independent front suspension, giving an almost car-like ride in a truck. Also new for 1960 was a new designation system for trucks made by GM. Gone were the 3100, 3200, and 3600 designations for short 1/2, long 1/2 and 3/4-ton models. Instead, a new scheme assigned a 10, 20, or 30 for 1/2, 3/4, and 1-ton models. Since 1957, trucks were available from the factory as four-wheel drive, and the new class scheme would make this known. AC (conventional) in front of the series number indicates two-wheel rear drive while a K denotes four-wheel drive. This Chevy K10 is in great condition and you will be proud to take it anywhere. Cruising around town with one hand on the wheel and the other resting on the window sill will remind you of the good ol’ days! It features a full frame off restoration completed in 2015, original K10 frame off, a period correct 327 V8 with 4 speed manual transmission, it is at the factory ride height and new correct size tires, Knotty Alder wood bed was sealed in 2017, All new glass and weather stripping, new seat covers and carpet, AM FM USB radio. This is the one you want to own. NEW PINSTRIPES recently added. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this cool 1964 Dodge Polara. The Dodge Polara was an automobile introduced in the United States for the 1960 model year as Dodges top-of-the-line full-size car; after the introduction of the Dodge Custom 880 in 1962, the Polara nameplate designated a step below the full sized best trimmed Dodge model; the Polara that year had been downsized to what was in effect intermediate, or mid-size status. In its various forms, the Polara name was used by Dodge until 1973, when its position in Dodges line-up was replaced by the Dodge Monaco. The name Polara is a reference to the Polaris star, in a marketing attempt to appeal to the excitement surrounding the Space Race during the early 1960s. The Polara was a competitor to the Ford Galaxie 500 and the Chevrolet Impala. The 1964 models received a revised front end and new tail lamps to distinguish them from the 1963 cars. Rear end treatment took its inspiration from the Chevrolet Impala, the Polara models now featuring six small, square-shaped taillights (three on each side) surrounded by an attractive bright trim panel. Lesser mid-size Dodges featured only four taillights (two on each side) and lacked the bright trim panel. A sensational new C pillar for the hardtop coupes, combined with the more attractive front and rear end styling, made the 64s look totally new (and longer/ lower/wider as well), resulting in a significant increase of sales over 1963. The Polara 500 continued as Dodges sporty mid-size model, competing with the full-size Ford Galaxie 500/XL and Chevrolets Impala Super Sport, featuring an engine-turned anodized aluminum trim strip along the cars flanks, bucket seats and deluxe vinyl upholstery. This 1964 Dodge Polara is equipped with a 440ci Max wedge motor sporting two huge carbs and uses a 727 torqueflight transmission and a suregrip rear end to put the power to the pavement. This 1964 Polara has been upgraded with: ANA intake manifold, steel crankshaft, balanced rods, 440 source roller rockers, heads ported and chambered, low compression pistons, high volume oil pump, high volume oil pan, oil windscreen, oil pan baffle, high output Powermaster alternator, large drive shaft, vinyl interior, and disc front brakes. Whether you are cruising around town or out drag racing your buddies in their Camaro’s and Stangs, this Polara is sure to hold its own on the road. Options on this beautiful 1964 Dodge Polara include: Power steering, seat belts, vinyl interior, and radial tires. This awesome 1964 Dodge Polara is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812)294-1555 or email us at Louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com.
