Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is presenting a 1940 Ford Master Deluxe! Look through our inventory and youll see plenty of 1940 Fords, but oddly, not nearly as many Chevrolets. The big two have been duking it out since the mid-20s, and if your tastes run to the pre-war era, you owe it to yourself to take a good look at this gorgeous 1940 Chevrolet Master Sedan Streetrod. Neatly built with a 350 V8 motor and a lot of comfort and convenience items. The red paint was expertly applied at the time of this 40s extensive restoration several years ago, and on the curvaceous body, it looks great, bringing out the details and giving it a nice glow out in the sunlight. The body is OEM steel that hasnt been chopped or modified in any way. And why would you? The Master is already one of the most handsome cars of the era, with tidy proportions, cool faired-in headlights, and a timeless profile. Bodywork is solid, with a lot of extra care used on the final finish, and even though there are some signs of use today, this is a very presentable driver that still turns lots of heads. That means tons of pre-work was done right when it was finished several years back, and there was an expert behind the paint gun to lay it down so beautifully. Again, it shows its age a bit, but with the employ of a skilled detailer to complete a cut-and-polish detail, lots of life could be restored to look good for years to come. A few custom liberties were taken, specifically the low-profile side mirrors, deleted bumpers fore and aft, and blue-dot taillights. Is mostly de-trimmed as well, although the brightwork on the hood, in the center of the V, d windshield, and on the iconic horizontal grille was left alone and we love the contrast that little bit of bling provides. You couldnt ask for a better place to spend some time than the comfortable two-tone interior. Designed with red and light beige fabric, the presentation and level of comfort inside the cabin is first-rate, and even though the patterns may seem a bit dated, its all still very presentable. Upfront the bench seat features red-and-white upholstery, the backseat area was upholstered to match, and theres plenty of room for your larger friends. Theres also Vintage A/C, an AM/FM/Cassette head unit, and a modern two-spoke steering wheel-mounted atop a late-model column that gives the driver even more room behind the wheel. The original dash was painted two-tone to match and uses VDO gauges for a cool effect against the finish, and things like the A/C vents and controls are nicely integrated underneath. The massive trunk has been finished with matching carpets and side panels and houses a couple of big speakers for the stereo system. If youre going cross-country, this is definitely the car to take. Cruising is easy thanks to the 350 V8 motor under the hood thats running great. Making plenty of horsepowers, it moves the slick Chevy with authority that the original inline-six could never manage. With a 4-barrel carburetor and performance intake, long-tube headers, an updated ignition, and an updated wiring harness, its a reliable powerplant thats also a party on the road. There are enough chrome and detail on the engine to make opening the hood an event, and thanks to a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission, it handles the power from the small block without issue and cruises effortlessly. Outback theres a 10-bolt rear end with highway-friendly gears, and the front suspension is an independent Mustang II style setup with rack and pinion steering. There are also updated shocks and springs, and thanks to power front disc brakes, driving this steel 40 is an absolute dream. Long-tube headers feed into a dual exhaust that features Flowmaster mufflers, and the low rumble is absolutely fantastic at almost every rev point. Classic Cragar SS wheels wear 235/60/14 front and 255/60/15 rear radials that really fill the big wheel wells and finish the look. To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this 1940 Chevrolet Master Deluxe please visit GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to present this clean 1980 Chevrolet Corvette. Packing a strong-running L-48 350 cubic inch V8 engine under the hood, this Corvette has had quite a bit of restoration work done to get it ready for anything. The odometer shows just a hair under 30,000 and is believed to be original. Among the list of recently work includes a carb rebuild, spark plugs and wires replaced, aftermarket radio installation, a number of emblems and badges replaced, and a complete recent repaint of the car. The Corvette has a bit of an interested history to it, as well. In the early 90s, it was sold to a young female at the time, who parked in shortly after purchasing it. Unfortunately, time took its toll on the car and it fell into disrepair. Around 2019, the previous owner was browsing classifieds and found the Corvette for sale! He purchased the vehicle back and started the restoration into its current state. The tell-tale sign that it was his car was the set of custom white lace-style wheels. This clean Corvette has been all set up to hit the open road. Options include: Air-Conditioning, AM/FM Radio, T-Tops, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Windows, Tilt/Telescopic Steering Wheel, Seat Belts, Leather Interior, and Alloy Wheels. For more information about this beautiful 1980 Chevrolet Corvette, please contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488 or Chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Milwaukee presents this 1966 Ford Mustang hardtop. Few cars spark the excitement and longevity as Fords original Mustang. Starting mid-year for the 1964 model year and having its triumphant debut at the 1964 New York Worlds Fair in Queens NY, the Mustang was the car that was in the right place at the right time. Never before has a car been geared towards the youth market and really having a deep focus on the young professional women that had joining the work force in large numbers after World War II. With its stylish good looks, the long hood, short deck design was available in 3 body styles (Hardtop, fastback, and convertible) many engine and transmission options and an instant buzz, the Mustang was an immediate success. Ford built its 1 millionth Mustang within 2 years of its original debut and over the past 56 years more than 10 million Mustangs have been built and sold all over the world! The Mustang was not only a sales success for Ford, but it quickly captured the psyche of American pop culture. The Mustang could be seen in movies like Goldfinger and Bullitt and there were even songs written about the Mustang, Wilson Picketts “Mustang Sally and Otis Reddings “Tramp both pay homage to the automobile. Ford really found themselves with a smash hit on their hangs with the Mustang and ultimately sparked an entirely new subgenre of car: The Pony Car. By the 1968 almost every American auto manufacturer was offering a competitor to the Mustang, cars like the Javelin, Firebird, Challenger, Camaro and Cougar were all developed to compete with the phenom that is the Ford Mustang. The popularity of the Mustang is so overwhelming that a documentary of the car was made in 2015 called “A Faster Horse the explains the history of the Mustang and the development process of the 6th generation Mustangs. Our featured Mustang is a wonderful time capsule. Wearing a red paint job with a white vinyl top and black vinyl seats. The car is powered by a durable 200 cubic inch Inline-Six engine paired to a 3-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. The vehicle has a few interesting features like a center console & air conditioning. The car also is equipped with power steering, an AM radio, seat belts, white wall tires and Mustang wheel covers. Take the wheel of a piece of automotive history and an American icon in this sizzling 66 Mustang! Available from Gateway Classic Cars of Milwaukee!

Description:

Finding a great deal on a low mileage 2000 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is always a welcomed proposition. But when this sports car icon is a one-owner car with care, distinct color combo, and has a 4-speed auto to take advantage of the superb LS1 V8, well then, you know you are looking at something quite special. The factory original shade of Pewter Metallic still looks well today thanks to years of care. It is a distinct color that takes silver and gives it a hint of golden glow. And while it looks radiating in the sunlight, it was one of the rarest colors in 2000. This is a one-owner car that has averaged only around 1,800 miles annually. That tells you this one was only used for special journeys and carefully tucked away in the garage afterwards. And the paint and body tell this story with their stellar presentation. So that slippery-smooth look you love of the C5 Corvette really shows as the sunlight loves to dance across this sunshine-friendly convertible. The black canvas top has been kept in proper care, and it has a nice harmonizing tone with the paint. And if you like the way this one looks with the top up, then you will love to take it down to reveal the full black interior. Just like the exterior, you can tell serious care has been taken inside. So, you get a premium leather-lined presentation built for two. You and your passenger get supportive bucket seats, and they are power adjustable in just about every direction. Corvettes come loaded from the factory, and this one has plenty of great modern features. It includes dual airbags, power windows, power locks, keyless entry/alarm, and an AM/FM/CD stereo system by Bose. Plus, the dual-zone automatic A/C climate control is great for staying individually comfortable with the top down. The leather-wrapped steering wheel is mounted on a tilt column to give you a full view to the crisp gauge package. The fuel injected LS1 V8 has now built its own legend for being very versatile. It knows how to fit into everyday life with ease, but it is also always ready to unleash the kind of power to leave them all behind, you have the control of just being one downshift away from unleashing the beast any moment the feeling strikes. This numbers-matching drop-top comes with power steering, four-wheel power disc brakes, ABS, cruise control, and a fully independent double-wishbone suspension. That is a long list of features that come together to make sure you have a versatile modern classic that offers proper sports car fun, and at the same time, it can also have a practical side. Comes with owners manual, there is a lot of appeal in this C5. It offers a great color, low mileage, awesome care, and all-around driver features. So, you know this one needs to be in your garage!!! This 2000 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale by our Atlanta Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to present this 1977 Excalibur Phaeton Series III marketed on consignment with our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Around 3,500 Excaliburs were built in Milwaukee, WI that used engines and transmissions from GM and were styled after the Mercedes-Benz SSK, a 1920’s Roadster designed by Ferdinand Porsche. When you set your eyes on the Neo-Classical body, it’s hard to know where to look. This Beige Excalibur has two spare tire holders, side exiting exhaust headers, a canvas roof, rear luggage holder and a front end that is very Mercedes-reminiscent with horns, chrome grille and a hood ornament. These cars are designed to turn heads like a Rolls Royce but could be bought for the same as a down payment on the former! It’s safe to say the 454 CID V8 “big block” engine is a surprising thing to see under the hood of this Excalibur Phaeton considering the square footage but it fits in there! Estimated output is around 215hp/350lb ft of torque for the 1977 model according to statistics sourced online. Parts are easy to find for Chevy motors and most mechanics will know how to work on them when you’re in a pinch. Similarly, the 3-speed TurboHydramatic automatic transmission provides reliable gear shifting. Inside this Excalibur, you’ll find some modern conveniences that you’ll be grateful for such as a full set of gauges, air conditioning, an AM/FM stereo, steering wheel from a Corvette and a floor shifter. Tan vinyl seating is generous with room for five people if needed and the detachable hardtop is well constructed. If you’re looking for a vehicle that will make you feel like you’re a movie star in Hollywood, California but won’t come with the expensive repair bills then this Excalibur is worth looking at! Give our helpful and knowledgeable Sales staff a call by dialing (623) 900-4884 for more information on this 1977 Excalibur Phaeton Series III for sale. Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is excited to offer this 1950 MG TD Roaster for sale. Stored in a dry heated garage since 1991 this MG is in excellent condition. The older British racing green Paint job is aged but shows very well as it shines nicely. The chrome is very nice. There is some pitting on the headlights, but they still look great. Believed to be a two owner vehicle it runs beautifully and shifts through the gears smoothly as it should. The current owner has spared no expense improving the drivability of this little roadster. Taking care of all the little things that happen over the years and can be neglected. The convertible top is in excellent period condition with a clear back window. Side curtains are also included. They are not new, they are functional. The wooden dash is in excellent condition as is the aftermarket wood steering wheel. The wonderful thing about old cars is that they take you someplace else other than where you are going. They can take you back to a time and place that are no more. This MG does that as well as any little old British roadster. Take a ride down a winding country road and you will be moved to the countryside just outside of London. You might even catch yourself with a little British accent. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is a beautiful 1970 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. The Cadillac de Ville was originally a trim level and later a separate model produced by Cadillac. The first car to bear the name was the 1949 Coupe de Ville, a prestige trim level of the Series 62 luxury coupe. The last model to be formally known as a De Ville was the 2005 Cadillac DeVille, a full-size sedan, the largest car in the Cadillac model range at the time. As it had been since De Ville became a separate series, De Ville denoted Cadillacs mainstream model, falling between the Calais, which had replaced the Series 62 and Eldorado. In 1970 a facelift included a grille with 13 vertical blades set against a delicately cross-hatched rectangular opening. The bright metal headlamp surrounds were bordered with body color to give it a more refined look. Powered by the monster 472 cubic inch Cadillac V8 engine. This massive V8 pumps out plenty of horsepower and with even more torque, this land yacht gets up to speed with ease. Backed by a 3-speed TH400 automatic transmission this is the definition of a cruiser! With its lowered stance and 20-inch wheels wrapped in low profile whitewall tires, this Cadillac really stands apart! Options on this gorgeous Caddy Coupe DeVille include power steering, power brakes, leather seats, seat belts, am/fm radio, tilt wheel, power locks, power seats, power windows, numbers are matching and features 20-inch wheels with thin line whitewall radial tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is offering this Custom 1951 Ford coupe for sale by our Atlanta showroom. This car is a compilation of the 51 Ford body attached to a 1994 Ford Taurus SHO platform. You read that right - we have an older body style on a late model driveline. The consignor states he does not know the origin of who did the build on this unique ride - he just liked the combination of old and new. The process involved chopping the top, and stretching the body on the 1/4 panels 4 to make her fit the Taurus undercarriage. She is painted in metallic orange with an orange/tan vinyl interior. This is what GCC would consider a driver quality paint job - as she shows well from a short distance. The hood was optioned with the louver look - that just fits the era of the body so well! The drive train shows 75,000-miles, and to which the consignor believes to be original. This 51 Ford is powered by the front-wheel-drive - 24-valve DOHC V-6 engine mated to the 4-speed automatic transmission. The interior is custom with re-covered bucket seats, bench rear seats, custom door panels, and console. This 1951 Ford Coupe is optioned with; power steering, power brakes, a/c, tilt wheel, cruise control, power windows, AM/FM stereo, American Racing aluminum wheels, Kumho ECSTA LX P205/60R16 radial tires. Description:

We are proud to offer this 2001 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 in our Saint Louis showroom! It is a well-cared for example with some tasteful touches. BACKGROUND: The Corvette model is one that needs very little introduction in car circles. Corvettes are known for speed and performance throughout the industry. Chevrolet has stayed true to this throughout the years and they always have that next level option for even more go! The Z06 package first debuted from Chevrolet in the famous 1963 C2 Corvette. It began as a performance package geared towards clients who may want to take their new car to the track. The Z06 moniker was not seen again until 2001. Finally, the Z06 emblem resurfaces on this 2001 Chevrolet Corvette for the first time in 38 years on this C5 Corvette. As always it delivers even more performance above and beyond the baseline Corvette. We get the LS6 engine for the Z06 model pushing the power output to 385HP! Exhaling from the LS6 we have Dynatech SUPERMAXX headers leading into a beautifully tuned Borla quad exhaust guaranteeing smiles and excitement. On the inside of the 2001 Corvette we have a Hurst shifter, and cameras on the front and rear of the car feed to the rearview mirror. We have LED lighting under the dash, in the engine bay, underneath the car, and Corvette puddle lights to finish off the light show. To protect from rock chips there is a clear bra film fixed to the front of the car. In front of the rear wheels are air vents to force cool air onto the rear calipers. We also have the C6 Z06 wheels for a more modern feel. Look no further, this car is waiting to provide its next owner with many years of smiles and enjoyment.
