Description:

This 1977 Ford Mustang Cobra II is for sale in our Louisville showroom. This is far from your ordinary Mustang II. The Cobra II debuted in 76 which included a black grill, hood scoops, front and rear spoilers, rear quarter window louvers, racing stripes and the iconic Cobra logo. This year in particular has the hood scoops turned the opposite way to reveal a sinister look sure to strike fear when seen in a rear view mirror. In order to bring the Mustang II to its performance roots, Ford elected to throw a V8 back in the humble Mustang. This Cobra II’s 302 CID v8 engine has been fully rebuilt from top to bottom. Some engine goodies include an Edelbrock cam and lifters, Edelbrock Performer dual plane aluminum intake, and a Holley 600 carburetor. A rebuilt c4 automatic transmission puts the power to the ground of this 77,000 mile machine. The exterior of this Cobra II is far from ordinary as it has been painted in Lime Gold Metallic Paint and shimmers beautifully in the light. Smoothed and recessed bumpers give the car a smaller and more attractive appearance. The exterior of this car takes the basic shape of a Mustang II and makes it worth giving a second look. An otherwise easily overlooked car has been given a new sexy look and it definitely turns heads of the 1st gen mustang purists. The Black vinyl interior is one of the coziest performance minded interiors Ford has ever dreamed up. To view this 1977 Ford Mustang Cobra II in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is this beautiful 1975 Triumph TR6 that is in great condition. TR6s are one of the most sought after British sport cars on the market today. They are still affordable today and the TR6 series is a great investment. With a steady climbing value, the right time has come to make one your own before they get too expensive. The one that we have for sale in our South Florida showroom is the one you want. This Triumph is in great condition, beautiful inside and out. The car was recently repainted and looks fantastic in its orange color. It isnt a secret that classic cars like to rust. There is no reason to be worried with this one. The body is in fantastic condition. We checked the whole sheet metal and there are no signs that this TR6 was ever involved in any collision. Our magnet sticks everywhere like glue and the body lines up like in 75. Lets continue and jump in the drivers seat. You will be amazed how clean the inside is. There are no cracks, rips or any other damage. Everything looks great including the carpet and the wooden dashboard. Turn the key and the real fun begins. The inline 6 cylinder sounds like it is just broken in and has enough power to let your cheeks flap in the wind. Of course, the old British sports car is shifted by a 4 speed manual transmission. It is just fun to drive this TR6. Just one peak in the clean engine compartment will tell the story of this car. This roadster has always been in good hands and well taken care of. There is only one problem with this car, it needs a new owner that will continue to take good care of her. She is ready to go and it is a must see. Please give us a call to find out more about this beautiful 1975 Triumph TR6. Let it ride!!! To see 100+ HD pictures and a video of this 1975 Triumph TR6, please visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

For sale in our Chicago showroom is this incredibly powerful 1985 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am GTA Tribute. How powerful you ask? How’s 840 horsepower? With a 411 cubic inch small block Chevrolet V8 sending all those ponies through a 2-speed automatic Powerglide spinning the custom aluminum driveshaft into the Ford 9” fabricated rear end. The aluminum center section houses a set of 4.56 rear gears to get the 29.5/10.5-15 racing slicks spinning and rocket this GTA down the quarter-mile in the 9’s at 146mph! The build was done starting in 2001. While 840 horsepower is very impressive, getting all that power to the ground is ultimately what matters. The 10.5 in slicks help plenty, but the mini-tub 4-link suspension really keep everything level. Plenty of work was worked into all spots of the chassis including frame ties, front suspension limiting straps, coilovers, and the 4-link suspension. Wilwood brakes on all 4 corners bring this white lightning to a halt quickly and safely. The engine and transmission have both been refreshed with no passes since. The vehicle has a title, but it is not currently street-legal and has 59,000 Miles. The paint was redone in 2011. With over 800 horsepower ready to slingshot you through the traps in the blink of an eye, this is one exhilarating machine. Options include: T-tops, Tilt Steering Wheel, Seat Belts, Kill Switch, Racing Wheels, Alloy Wheels, Posi-Traction Rear Axle, and Racing Slicks. For more information on this incredible 1985 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am GTA, contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488 or Chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

For sale in our Saint Louis Showroom is an all steel 1918 Oakland Roaster. This Oakland is finished in a beautiful Blue Metallic exterior paint that is matched wonderfully with blue vinyl upholstery and blue carpet in the cab. Powering this unique Oakland is a 400 CID Pontiac V8 engine with a 4 BBL Edelbrock carburetor, an aluminum intake, polished aluminum valve covers, chrome Summit air cleaner, and chrome alternator. An aluminum radiator with an electric fan keeps this Pontiac V8 cool on hot summer nights while out cruising stop light to stop light. A TH 400 automatic transmission with a skull shift handle transfers the power to the 10-bolt Posi-Traction rear end. McCabe headers flow to Borla resonators that give you excellent performance and nice exhaust note, unlike most annoyingly loud T-Bucket builds. The polished aluminum/alloy 15 inch American Racing Torque Thrust wheels provide a great look and stance to the build. The odometer reads 1,304, but the actual mileage of the build is unknown. Options for this 1918 Oakland Roadster include AM/FM Radio with CD Player, Tilt Wheel, Vinyl Interior, Radial Tires, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. If you are looking for a T-Bucket or roadster type build, but want something truly unique, this Oakland Roadster will fit the bill. There are very few Oaklands available, and even fewer finished builds that are ready to roll to a local show or cruise. The wheelbase is longer, and the interior space is larger than a typical T-Bucket as well, creating an easier hot rod to get in and enjoy. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is thrilled to offer this 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 for sale. The Z28 was re-introduced, as a model and not an RPO, to the buying public in the spring of 1977 as a 1977½ in response to increasing sales of Pontiacs Trans Am, which sold over 46,000 units in 1976 and accounted for half of all Firebird sales that year. The revived Z28 was powered by a 350 cu in (5.7 L) V8 with four-barrel carburetor producing 185 hp (138 kW; 188 PS) (175 hp (130 kW; 177 PS) with California emissions equipment), with most cars sold equipped with air conditioning and an automatic transmission. In 1979 the Z28s now came with a front spoiler and fender flares much like its Pontiac Trans Am twin had, and now came with Z28 decals that ran from the beginning of the front flares to the bottoms of the doors. Electric rear window defroster became optional this year, replacing the old blower type. Sales for 1979 were the highest ever for any generation Camaro before or since, numbering 282,571 units. Powering this beast is believed to the be the original 350 CID V8, paired with the original Automatic transmission. Keeping it classic in the black exterior paint with gold decals, paired with black leather interior. This sleek, iconic looking vehicle is sure to turn heads pulling up at any car show or cruise in. Options on this 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 are: Air Conditioning (not functioning), AM/FM Radio, Spare Tire, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Jack, Anti-Lock Brakes, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Radial Tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars Houston showroom is excited to present another super low mileage 2002 Chevrolet Camaro 35th Anniversary Edition Z28/SS. 2002 marked the 35th anniversary for Chevrolets flagship Pony car, the Camaro, which was first introduced in 1967 to compete with the runaway success that the Ford Mustang has had since it was introduced in mid-1964. To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the Camaro, Chevrolet released a special edition Z28/SS, which featured options like a catchy stripe package on the hood and trunk to compliment the bright Rally Red exterior. The car also features 35th Anniversary badges on the exterior and dash to let others know that this isnt just any ordinary Camaro. The theme continues further, with the 35th Anniversary logo stitched into the front headrests, as well as a custom-embroidered padded leather parcel shelf cover, and SLP floormats, which give this Chevy a look that will stand out at shows. This 2002 Chevrolet Camaro Z28/SS 35th Anniversary Coupe is powered by its original 5.7L LS1 V8, backed by a Tremec 6-Speed manual transmission. And, with only 10,562 actual miles it, you have plenty of fun driving ahead of you - this is no worn out/raced out Camaro! With the 5.7L LSI V8 producing 325 horsepower, theres plenty of power to get you moving down the road in a hurry. The car is almost a one owner car: the current owners sister was the original purchaser; so its at least a one family car. Factory options for this SS include the $3,625.00 SS Performance/Appearance Package (Forced Induction Hood, 17inch Aluminum Wheels, SS Specific Rear Spoiler, High Performance Ride & Handling Suspension), $1,700 Preferred Equipment Group Package (Electronic Speed Control, Remote Hatch, Fog Lamps, Power Windows and Mirrors, Leather Steering Wheel, Remote Keyless Entry, GM PassKey II anti-theft system, Bodyside Moldings, and 6-Way Power Drivers Seat), $995 Removable Roof Panels with Locks Package, $450 Acceleration Slip Regulation Option, 6-speed Manual Transmission, Leather interior with Rear Bucket Seating, GM Oil Life Monitoring System, AM/FM/CD Monsoon 500 Watt Stereo with 12 disc CD Changer, Comfor-Tilt Steering Wheel, and Solar Ray Tinted Glass. Description:

This 1933 Ford pickup is original Henry Ford steel cab that is straight with no signs of heavy filler used. The running boards and fenders are fiberglass but hard to tell unless you have a mag net. With them so smooth they appear as to be steel. The engine like most street rods is the powerful small block 350 with a 4-barrel carb sitting on top feeding the right amount of fuel on demand. Backed up by a th350 3 speed automatic transmission. Which turns the ford 9 rear end packed with a set of 3.73 gears allowing for the best of both worlds. Down low grunt and top end speed. Inside h bench seat has been covered in black vinyl with red inserts helping to bring the outside in. The ooogah horn is a great touch as well keeping with the 30s theme. The oak barrel is an ode to where the truck was built in Kentucky and with the trucks updated KIFS upfront it really handles those back roads nicely. The classic coca cola cooler is where the battery is housed which really is an innovative trick piece. The shiny wheels are a nice addition and give the truck a modern look. With some fat 295s on the back and 195s on the front. It gives the truck a very intimidating look well helping with the stance. The power brakes help to bring it down to a stop easily with minimal pressure on the pedal. Options on this 1933 Ford Pick up include Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior, Seat Belts, Aluminum Alloy Wheels wrapped with Radial Tires.
