If you take a look at the 1935 Ford Tudor and you can tell 1935 was a big The 1935 Ford was a thorough refresh on the popular V8-powered Ford. The four-cylinder Model A engine was no longer offered, leaving just the 221 CID (3.6 L) V8 to power every Ford car and truck. Description:

Now for sale in the Houston Showroom is this 2002 Pontiac Trans Am/ Firehawk. The Trans Am Firehawk has always been associated with performance. In 1998 GM upgraded the good but outdated LT1 and started putting the now revolutionary LS1 in the F bodys. Ending production in 2002 these last year Firebirds have been garnering huge attention as of late and seem to be some of the best appreciating cars in the market. The mileage is actual with a very low mileage of 2,693 as well as a it being owned by one family. This car has been well maintained by its owner since day 1. The dark blue metallic paint is slick and shows extremely nice like it did sitting on the showroom floor. Naturally with the Firehawk package you get some SLP performance upgrades like a cold air intake and exhaust but the thing that makes these cars must be the huge dual intake rising off the composite hood. Under that sharp hood is that all stock 5.7L LS1 which was extremely fast back then and still respectable today. Mated to the manual transmission this fire breather is still capable of getting 20+MPGs with highway cruising. When people see you in the rear view they are sure to let you by and give you a thumb up as you drive by. The convertible top is in great shape and ready to be let down and feel the wind through your hair. Of course, with this being a Firehawk it is loaded with every option available that year making for a rather nice interior. The condition of the interior is in amazing condition and looks like brand new proving just how babied this car was. If you are looking for a new age classic as a toy or even an investment for later down the road, this is a no brainer. Options on this car include, AC, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt Wheel, AM/FM/CD Player, Leather Interior, Power Driver Seat, Power Locks, Power Windows, Key-less Entry, and Aluminum Wheels with Radial Tires. Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a stunning 1993 Spartan II. This car has been called the ultimate in a luxury/sports car! The Spartan comes from the fertile mind of Ron Sparks who had been working for companies that hand built cars in southern California for years. Mr. Sparks became unhappy with the quality of construction of these cars and knowing he could make a better car, struck out on his own and opened Spartan Motorcars in San Marcos Ca. Approximately 350 Spartan and Spartan II were made over the years and many of the Hollywood elite and professional athletes have owned one. Mr. Sparks started this build with quality as a base by using a 1986 Nissan 300ZX frame, interior and drive train. Under the hood is the same 3 Liter V6 that powered the 300ZX. Backing this smooth power plant is a four speed automatic transmission that multiplies the revolutions. This impressive Spartan for sale is a whopping 204 inches long that’s 17 feet! But thanks to the fiberglass body it weighs in at only 3675 pounds. This Long lean Spartan slides down the road with ease, smoothing out all the bumps. The quite cabin has the two plus two option so there is room for four to enjoy all the leather and burl wood. This Spartan II for sale has also been equipped with the optional T top for extra sportiness and good looks. You will not go unnoticed no matter where you drive this beauty, it is at home in Hollywood or your local car show. Options for this 1993 Spartan II include: Power windows, power seats, power locks, power steering and power brakes. Cruise control, AM/FM stereo with cassette player. Air conditioning, leather interior with burl wood accents. T- tops, wire wheels and radial tires to name a few. A $212.15 document fee will be added to the sales price. All purchases may be subject to any applicable tax, title, & licensing fees. For more information call our Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or email us at Nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com

Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our Houston showroom is this 1995 Dodge Viper RT/10. The first prototype was tested in January 1989. It debuted in 1991 with two pre-production models as the pace car for the Indianapolis 500. The Snake went on sale in January 1992 as the RT/10 Roadster. The centerpiece of the car was its engine. The Lamborghini Company, then owned by Chrysler Corporation, designed the V10 for the Viper by recasting the block and heads in an aluminum alloy, and was based on the Chrysler LA V8 engine. The engine of this black and yellow beast weighs roughly 711 lbs. and produces about 400 bhp at 4600 rpm and 465 lb·ft at 3600 rpm, and thanks to the long-gearing allowed by the engine the car has some fuel economy. The body is a tubular steel frame with resin transfer molding (RTM) fiberglass panels. The Viper lacks modern driver aids such as traction control and anti-lock brakes on purpose to give you the feel in the seat of your pants. It completes a quarter mile in 12.6 seconds and has a maximum speed of over 150 mph. Its large tires allow the car to average close to one lateral g in corners, placing it among the elite cars of its day. The car is made for driving and features inflatable lumbar support and adjustable seats. Along with the absence of exterior door handles, however it does come with the side windows and attachable roof. The battery is in the sealed compartment over the rear wheels to increase rear-end weight and traction. Options include AM/FM cassette radio, power brakes, power steering, tilt wheel, seat belts, anti-theft system, leather seats, allow wheels. Description:

For sale in our Detroit showroom is a classic 1957 Ford Thunderbird Convertible. The Ford Thunderbird began life in February 1953 in direct response to Chevrolets new sports car, the Corvette, which was publicly unveiled in prototype form just a month before. Under rapid development, the Thunderbird went from idea to prototype in about a year, being unveiled to the public at the Detroit Auto Show on February 20, 1954. Like the Corvette, the Thunderbird had a two-seat coupe/convertible layout. Production of the Thunderbird began later on in 1954 on September 9 with the car beginning sales as a 1955 model on October 22, 1954. Though sharing some design characteristics with other Fords of the time, such as single, circular headlamps and tail lamps and modest tailfins, the Thunderbird was sleeker and more athletic in shape, and had features like a faux hood scoop and a 140 mph speedometer hinting a higher performance nature that other Fords didnt possess. The exterior was professionally painted in a gloss Colonial White while the interior is custom stitched in green and light green vinyl. The two complement each other very nicely. Under the hood youll find the original 312 CID V8 engine backed by a 3-spd automatic transmission. The valve covers are the original Thunderbird ribbed covers that scream 50s style. Its probably the first thing youll notice when you open the hood. Under the chrome air cleaner sits the Holley 4BBL carburetor that someone looking to enjoy driving this Thunderbird will surly love. The infamous porthole hard top is in amazing condition and painted to match the interior of the T-Bird. This Thunderbird also includes a custom Prestige replacement soft-top. With the hardtop secured into place the road noise diminishes significantly. Other options include:Air Conditioning, AM/FM radio, manual convertible top, hub caps, power brakes, power steering, telescopic wheel, vinyl interior, and wide white wall radial tires. This is a classic Thunderbird with a timeless look which bodes well for an investment piece and a fun driver alike. Description:

For sale is an 1947 Chevrolet Stylemaster Sport Coupe located in our Kansas City showroom! In 1947 Chevrolet produced around 33,000 Stylemaster Sport Coupes making this rarer than a comparable Ford model for this year. This 1947 Chevrolet Stylemaster is powered by a rebuilt 327 CID. With options like Air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, cruise control and a beautiful gray and black interior you will be not only riding in comfort but style. Some other history about The Chevrolet Stylemaster is that it was also produced by General Motors-Holdens in Australia. As Holden had carried over the body tooling from its 1942 models, the Australian sedan differed from its US counterpart in having a different body with rear-hinged back doors and a larger trunk. The grilles fitted to the Australian models were the same as those used on the US models. Australian production included a coupe utility, which was, like the sedan, produced in 1946, 1947 and 1948 models. Not only does this classic Chevrolet have that awesome hot rod stance, the rumble of the V8 under the hood and the spotless Chrysler vintage red regency paint job will sure to make your neighbors envious! Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer a super original 1972 Chevrolet Corvette Big Block with a 4 Speed manual transmission. This beauty is the last of the chrome bumper craze and one of the most iconic Corvette designs ever. The interior on the Vette is a flashback to the early 70’s where nothing was taken for granted and everything was a luxury. This Vette was ordered as a well equipped sports car with a big block and 4 speed transmission with the addition of Air Conditioning which makes this one a breeze to drive literally. Rip off the t-tops and enjoy the open air or drive this one as a fair weather cruiser, either way this Corvette is an iconic machine. This potent 454cid will definitely make you feel like a rocket man when stabbing the gas pedal and taking flight with this powerful Vette. If you are looking for more than a cruiser, this is the one for you. The same owner has pampered this Vette since 1973 and now it’s you’re turn to put this one in your stable. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer, what may be the most bad ass bike on the market: a 2007 Boss Hoss with a 780 HP big block. Boss Hoss has been manufacturing some of the most intense 2 and 3 wheel machines known to man. Back in 1990 the put a Chevy V8 in a motorcycle and theyve been churning them out ever since. The bikes have gotten more and more powerful and the technology improved. This particular example is far from the run of the mill small block Boss Hoss. This one has been custom built to house an all aluminum 502 big block which has been bored and stroked to a 555 CID V8. This monster churns out 780 horsepower all delivered to a single rear tire. It is however, a pretty serious rear tire, a 330mm wide tire. Both front and rear wheels are custom and really dress up the bike. In addition, the entire frame has been chromed and all the bodywork custom painted black and green. The front end has been given a custom rake to get the proportions just right. With all that engine, first gear will get you to 140 mph. Second gear and a brave rider may be able to determine the top speed. For being such an enormous and powerful machine, the bike is actually pretty easy to operate. With an automatic transmission, which includes reverse, the rider is able to maneuver it with confidence. The bike fired right up, and with only 1,500 miles on the engine, this bad boy is ready to chew up the highway. You can see this incredible 2007 Boss Hoss big block in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or stl@gatewayclassiccars.com with any questions.

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is presenting for sale this Fully Restored 1936 Ford “Humpback” Coupe. Ford moved on from the 1920’s with most of the Model T designs intact, but with the extra benefit of cheap, reliable V8 power and a much more appealing exterior styling. Ford gave new styling to their models in 1935 and then a few improvements were added in 1936. Most obvious was the car’s new longer, more pointed hoods and matching sharply Vee’d grille. This 1936 Humpback is a very original 3rd owner car that has only 39,864 original miles, it was purchased from its original owner in 1978 and has been stored in a garage ever since. In 2014 this Humpback underwent a complete frame off restoration restoring the car to original condition. Every body part on the car is original including the running boards as the only rust evident before the restoration was at the tail pipe area of the car. New parts installed include glass, tires, shocks, battery, authentic Ford upholstery kit, ignition system, and a new 9 volt battery, and remaining in the car are its original tire jack, lug wrench and crank. This 1936 Humpback is like a time capsule looking just as the car would have back in 1936. It actually, looks better. The quality of materials and craftsmanship used on the finish just were not available in 1936.To view this 1936 Ford “Humpback” Coupe in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this sharp 1957 Ford Thunderbird. The Thunderbird was revised for 1957 with a reshaped front bumper, a larger grille and tailfins, and larger tail lamps. The instrument panel was heavily re-styled with round gauges in a single pod, and the rear of the car was lengthened, allowing the spare tire to be positioned back in the trunk. The 312 cu in V8 became the Thunderbirds standard engine, and now produced 245 horsepower over the 289 in the ‘55 and ‘56. Other, even more powerful versions of the 312 cu in V8 were available including one with two four-barrel Holley carburetors and another with a Paxton supercharger delivering 300 horsepower. Though Ford was pleased to see sales of the Thunderbird rise to a record-breaking 21,380 units for 1957, company executives felt the car could do even better, leading to a substantial redesign of the car for 1958. The first generation (55-57) thunderbird remains one of the most sought-after Birds ever built. This Dusk Rose Baby Bird is in great driver quality condition with tons of life left in its original drivetrain. The odometer reads just over 69k miles and is even documented on the title as actual miles. Powered by the Ford 312 engine and mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, this car drives smooth. When hopping inside the car you instantly notice the white vinyl interior that matches the white wall tires and manual white soft top. The current owner has owned this car for over 30 years and is ready to allow someone else to enjoy it. Options on this T-bird include; AM/FM radio, Cassette, Convertible top, spare tire, jack, seat belts, vinyl interior, radial tire white wall tires, and even hub caps on painted to match rims. This car is perfect for a collection of any size. Description:

The Second-generation Pontiac Firebird Trams Am features some of the most beloved and iconic models produced including the rare 1970 ½ Ram Air III, the black & gold 1977 Smokey & the Bandit Special Edition and the 1979 10th Anniversary Edition. During the last two years of its run, Pontiac offered a special engine and appearance package known as the “Turbo Trans Am”. Due to the increasing emissions restrictions, Pontiac dropped all its large displacement engines, including the venerable 400cid V8 following the 1979 model year. Along with a conventional 305 cid small-block V8, Pontiac offered the first forced induction production engine, a turbo charged 301 V8 in 1980-81. The 4.9L Turbo was unique in that it had a stronger block with thicker cylinder walls and a lower compression ratio given the increased pressure created by the turbo system. Also included were newly developed internals including forged pistons, high pressure oil pump, a roller fillet crankshaft with 2 counterbalances, fully baffled oil pan and turbo specific exhaust manifolds. The 301 Turbo was officially factory rated at 210hp and 345 lb.ft of torque and mated to a TH350 automatic transmission and 3.08 posi rear end. In 1980, Johnny Rutherford won his 3rd Indianapolis 500, a race that featured the 1980 Turbo Trans Am as the Official Pace Car. This beautiful limited-edition model shows its original White/Oyster exterior and interior finishes and is documented as actual miles on the title with under 12k original miles! This Trans Am also comes with the manufactures break down of options from the factory. The numbers matching vehicle includes T Tops, AM/FM Stereo Cassette, Power Locks, Power Windows, Power Steering, Power Brakes and ice-cold AC. Do not let this super clean Pace car pass you by! This piece of history is located at our Milwaukee showroom. You can view it in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

For sale in our Chicago showroom is this one of a kind 1971 Altered Dragster. Powered by a 440 cubic inch big block V8 set up in front of the driver and paired with a TH400 automatic transmission, this baby hauls! This Dragster is well known in the Chicago area, as hit has been raced at several active and not defunct drag strips in the surrounding areas. While the bones of this dragster have remained the same over the years, some changes were made for long-term reliability, safety of the driver, and to stay competitive with other vintage racers. Most recently, the 440 V8 was completely gone through prepared for a full season with about 10 test passes on it to work out any last-minute bugs. The 440 started life as a 427, and was bored a very healthy .100” to pump up displacement. Helping take advantage of those extra cupes is a set of easy breathing Dart Pro 1 heads, a roller cam, and a massive 1050 Dominator carburetor. While a big engine is very important for making successful passes, any real racer knows the rest of the drivetrain is arguably even more important. This dragster has had the full treatment, including a 9” converter from Coan, a brand new TH400 transmission with a trans-brake, and a full Mark Williams 9” rear axle assembly sporting 4.10 gears. With consistent runs in the low 9 second range at over 150mph in the ¼ mile, the seller is confident that a high 8 second pass is attainable in good or better conditions. This classic dragster is ready to run as it sits, of put your own custom touches on this beast and make it your own! This vehicle does NOT have a title, and cannot be driven on any road legally. It is sold with a bill of sale only. For more information, contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488 or Chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 2008 Maserati Gran Turismo. This high-performance Italian luxury coupe is available right now. Designed by Pininfarina, the same people who give Ferraris their amazing curves, the lines on this car look irresistible. And because the factory Black paint has been so well maintained, youre going to love how it helps to highlight every one of these Italian curves. This one has been treated with respect since day one. No one does interior elegance like the Italians. The supple leather looks amazing. Up front you get a bucket seat that is power adjustable, so you can dial in everything from performance bolstering to all-day comfort. Because this is a modern exotic car, you get all the best in amenities. It includes power windows, power locks, heated seats, cruise control, anti-lock brakes, front air bags, side airbags, keyless entry, and theres automatic climate control for the front as well as the rear occupants. Plus, the theres an Alpine head unit that runs all the best features, like the backup camera, Bluetooth, satellite navigation, and AM/FM/CD. But even with all these amenities, your favorite part will be grabbing the sports steering wheel, and watching the gauges dance as you shift with the wheel-mounted paddle shifters. Even in the age of plastic shrouds around the motors, Maserati knows how to make an engine bay look sexy. After all, it is a pure performance presentation with the trident logo on the intake as the focal point. The 4.2-liter V8 was developed in conjunction with Ferrari, and so it gets your heart racing from the moment it fires up. This car will really get up and go. The exhaust note is intoxicating with a powerful rumble that lets you know there is plenty of power under the hood, and they all want to play. When you get out on the road, the rush of acceleration and sound of the exhaust remind you this is a high-octane frenzy that can only come from a true exotic. It features the ZF six-speed automatic transmission, which is regarded by many as the best all-around gearbox for this grand touring machine. It has the right ratios to play on the back roads, and it also knows how to settle into overdrive highway comfort. The same goes for the electronically adapting fully-independent suspension. Plus, with responsive power steering, four-wheel disc brakes, and road gripping tires, this is the true sports car that you want to drive.
