Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to offer this stunning 1962 Ford Thunderbird M-Code at our Orlando showroom. This beautiful bird from a long-ago era known as the Jet Age definitely makes a statement, whether its sitting still or in motion. This beauty is an un-restored original classic with no body work, only re-painted in its original Sahara Rose. The entire drivetrain was refreshed to get everything done right. This is a rare M Code 390 Tri-power car that is one of 30 and while it was conservatively reported to have 340 bhp with 10.5.1 compression it was rated as having 400 bhp making it the highest performance rated T-Bird built. Underneath the car, where really nobody looks (but critical) to the functionality, comfort, and safety of driving this Ford classic wherever you may want to go, all major systems, including, front suspension, rear suspension, U-joints, braking system, and exhaust system are as they should be. The interior has new seat covers, new seat foam, new carpet. The car has power windows, an AM radio, tilt steering column, power brakes, real wire wheels. Built in May of 1962 and originally purchased in Denver, it spent most of its life in San Diego and now resides in Florida. Dont miss this rare opportunity to purchase one of the rarest Thunderbirds ever to leave a Ford assembly plant. You wont have to spend three years to get another car to this level of near perfection. Buy this impressive bird now and enjoy it immediately. Description:

For sale in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom is a 1967 AC Cobra Replica. The Shelby Cobra was first made in 1961 when Carroll Shelby wrote to AC Cars, a British automotive company, and asked if they could build him a car with a V8 instead of their V6. Ford supplied the engine, at Carroll Shelbys request, so they could compete with Chevrolets Corvette. This vehicles build was completed in 2007- its titled as such. It was a well-executed build as all the wiring is unified and not a scrambled mess, which youll find occasionally in these builds. Grab onto the woodgrain wheel and hold on, as this vehicle has plenty of power to get you where youre going. Motoring this bad-piece of machine is a 351- connected to a 5-speed manual transmission. This engine/trans combo makes for a truly enjoyable driving experience at any speed. Behind the excellent powertrain is a Ford independent rear suspension, which puts down the power very smoothly. This Cobra also comes with heater capability, so you can keep a passenger or yourself nice and toasty as you zip around town. A new owner is going have a lot of fun in this vehicle very soon! Will that be you? To view this 1967 AC Cobra replica in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Dallas-Fort Worth Showroom at 817-310-9400 or email at dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:

This 1967 Buick GS 400 convertible is special car as it carries the new generation V8 motor and sported the out of sight red Star Wars air cleaner! The entire GS package was coming together and forming its own identity instead of being an adjunct to the Skylark- Special series. Production of 1967 GS 400 convertibles was low to start with. Only about 2,140 cars in all forms. There were 9 three speed manual cars made and 422 four speed manual cars. Which leads us to our example finished in bright red. The white soft top looks incredible against the bold red paint, but with just one touch of a button, the power roof folds down to reveal an even more impressive interior. The rich black inside against the shining red paint has the kind of bold and sophisticated presentation you want from a Buick GS. All the best original trim is still in place, from the chrome GS 400 badges on the door panels, to the Buick crest sitting below the dash. Under the hood this car proudly shows off the 400 cubic-inch powerplant. It had an advertised 340 horsepower, but remember, those were days of underrating for the insurance people. After all, this big block V8 with the four-barrel carburetor has an unmistakably powerful rumble from the dual exhaust. And being equipped with the one wire ignition means this is one of the more reliable cars you can get your hands on from this era. You can view this 1967 Buick GS in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS. This Camaro SS has about 10,000 miles since the rebuild. It sports a 383 Muncie 4 speed to propel this restored street brawler in the front of the pack. The 3:54 rear gears are suited for driving between stop lights or down the highway. Vintage Mustang did the rebuild on this hugger orange bad boy. There is a stack of receipts with all the build details which will total over the asking price and thats before the value of a car was added to the mix. You can be the one to gain the rewards of sweat, time, and funds. The 1969 Camaro carried over the previous years drivetrain and major mechanical components, but all-new sheet metal, except the hood and trunk lid, gave the car a substantially sportier look. The grille was redesigned with a heavy V cant and deeply inset headlights. New door skins, rear quarter panels, and rear valance panel also gave the car a much lower, wider, more aggressive look. This styling would serve for the 1969 model year only. Collectors often debate the merits of smooth, rounded lines of 1967 and 1968 model versus the heavily creased and sportier looks of the 1969. The 1969 model year was exceptionally long, extending into November 1969, due to manufacturing problem that delayed the introduction of the second generation model planned for 1970. It is a popular myth late-69 Camaros were sold as 1970 models (due to GM publicity pictures of the 69 Camaro labeled as a 1970), but they were all assigned 1969 VIN codes. Options include: Power Steering, Power Brakes, Custom Wheels, Vinyl interior, radial tires, seat belts. Description:

For sale in our Chicago showroom is this stunning 1963 Chevrolet Impala. The rumble that leads spectators to turn their heads is the heartbeat produced by a very healthy GM crate motor, boasting an impressive 330+ horsepower from its 350 cubic-inch displacement V8. This engine was installed new, and now shows just over 7,600 strong-running miles. Up top, a Holley 4-barrel double pump carburetor towers over an aluminum Edelbrock intake manifold, and this combination stands tall behind the March aluminum pulleys. The tried-and-true powerplant feeds a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission that converts the power delivering it to the factory rear end that contains a 3.36:1 gear ratio. If the power plant doesn’t deliver the “wow” factor enough, look at this beauty and the exterior will surely do the trick. Painted in a stunning GM Turquoise Metallic, this car maintains a modern look on such a timeless classic. The vinyl interior was redone to match the exterior turquoise paint job, and really does finish off the look wondefully. Front and rear, there are new Chevy emblems on the hood and trunk lid giving the smooth, finished look that so many cars lack. This classic American icon is a proper salute to the classic, updated cars from what is considered one of the greatest eras of automotive history. For more information on this 1963 Chevrolet Impala, contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488 or Chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com.
