Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is proud to present this likeable modern classic 1996 Alfa Romeo Spider convertible for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Designed by legendary Italian coachbuilder Pininfarina around a pioneering front-wheel-drive layout, this Alfa was produced between 1995 and 2003 and features a low front end with a so-called “kamm tail that improves aerodynamics at higher speeds. Painted in a gorgeous Silver and featuring a Black leather interior, “Bellísimo! would be the only way to describe this character-filled little Alfa Romeo. Imported directly from Italy in 2012 to Southern California, this Alfa Romeo comes fully documented with maintenance and ownership paperwork since then. The 2.0l, 16-valve Inline 4 cylinder engine powering this Alfa used clever “Twin Spark dual-ignition technology to improve efficiency and achieve a higher output than its similar displacement counterparts. This motor was capable of a top speed of 134mph according to manufacturer specifications. Considering that this car only weighs around 2900lbs and comes with a 5-speed manual transmission, theres a pretty good chance youll have a ball behind the wheel! Whats more, this example features just over 33,000 actual miles (metrics are currently displayed in kilometers but a conversion kit is included with the sale) on the odometer- a lightly used sports car indeed. Despite the relative simplicity of what this 1996 Alfa Romeo offers in terms of a sporty, European driving experience it does have creature comforts we are used to in America too. Air conditioning, a Pioneer stereo system and power windows make this a convenient car for anyone. Drop the manual convertible top on this baby and hit the back roads wherever you live, enjoying the wind in your hair and pretending youre driving through the Italian countryside. Description:

Proudly for sale in out Kansas City Location is a stunning example of a classic, a beautiful 1965 Lincoln Continental. This is when automakers where trying anything and everything new, for example how about shoving a massive 430CID V8 under the hood of this beautiful beast? The current owner even added a Holley EFI system to it so now this big engine will bump start on a cold day and have a much snappier reaction time from your foot on the pedal to the tires chirping if you want. Heck, lets put doors that open both ways “suicide rear doors if you have ever wondered what the reasoning behind this was its dates back to when real men where gentlemen and would open the door for there other half. With the rear doors opening opposing to the front it allowed a person wearing a dress to sit back into the car and lowering the odds of the dress getting in the water or dirt. Lets call that todays fun fact???? Backing this power-plant is a smooth shifting 3-speed automatic transmission that can handle this massive power plant, this C6 transmission can grab a gear and push you back in the seat or gently glide on down the road like you are floating on a cloud. The Exterior of this 1965 Lincoln Continental is a soft white that is easy on the eyes and also keeps the car 10 degrees cooler in the summertime heat. Climbing into the cabin of this sexy machine is a plush red leather bench seating both front and back, this giving you all the room to pack the friends and family in and hit the local car show or cruise in. One thing that is great about this car is the owner wanted the future owner to have options on the car, he purchase a 3in lowering kit including springs, blocks, shocks and everything you would need to bring it down if you were so inclined. Additional options available on this 1965 Lincoln Continental include: Air Conditioning ‘ Need Charged, AM/FM Radio, Hub Caps, Power Brakes, Steering, Seats, Windows, Locks Seat belts, Plush Leather Interior, and Radial Tires wrapped around steel wheels adorned with hub caps to really set of the look. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is delighted to present this 1988 Jaguar XJ-S HE convertible for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. The XJS was born under the stewardship of legendary Jaguar Design Engineer Michael Sayer, who played a major role in the design of the E-Type. However, the 70s was a different ballgame for the British luxury manufacturer who, like all contemporary automakers, had to take emissions regulations and a changing market demographic into consideration. The luxury XJ-S was marketed as a “Grand-Tourer and its larger than life V-12 engine reflected what this car stood for. The convertible option was offered through dealers in the US before 1988, but this example is a true Jaguar factory two-seat full convertible. Painted in a gorgeous Dark Blue with a Tan leather interior and plenty of fancy accessories, this ‘Jag looks like an outfit youd put on for the country club and the V-12 has the displacement to go with that larger-than-life attitude. Pushing 270hp/290lb ft of torque from the factory (GREAT numbers for the 1980s), the XJ-S HE is an effortless driver wherever youre heading. Jaguar wanted to make life as easy as possible for the XJ-S owner so a 3-speed GM-sourced “Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission comes standard as does Jaguars “Long Travel Suspension and four-wheel disc brakes, giving the XJ-S the perfect balance of American comfort and European road handling. To put the icing on the cake of this well-preserved car, there are just 30,000 actual miles on the odometer making this 1988 Jaguar convertible a real time capsule and collector. Are you ready to own an elegant British luxury car? Give our helpful and attentive Sales team a call today and well put our eyes and ears on this beautiful 1988 Jaguar XJ-S He convertible for you to answer any additional questions. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is excited to bring to market a very nice 1973 Cadillac Eldorado Indy Pace Car Convertible! Only 566 were built-in 1973. They were all painted Cotillion White, with red interior, Power Convertible Top comes with a die-cast convertible, Authenticity manual, Service records, and Framed poster. 1973 was the 5th year that Cadillac was chosen as a pace car throughout the years. And this was the second time ever that a front-wheel-drive car was leading the pack of race cars down the start lap, the first front-wheel-drive pace car was a Cord sometime in the 30s. And this was up to 1973 the most powerful pace car ever! The sheer weight of the Eldorado convertible forced the Cadillac engineers to take some measures to allow the car to reach the high speeds needed. The 8.2 liter 500 CID engine was tweaked. A new crank was installed as was specially forged pistons and a dual exhaust system, even the bumpers were replaced with polished aluminum instead of steel. And there was actually a second spare car supplied by the factory, just in case that something happened to the first. Both pace cars also had hood pins to secure the hood/bonnet as well as the flag pole mounts in the rear. Interestingly enough both cars survived the ordeal and one was actually converted back to a normal Eldorado convertible before being sold to the public. The other of the two actual pace cars were used for numerous testing purposes at the GM/Cadillac plant, for instance for testing rims and tires for the new generation of Chevrolet Corvette that was introduced in 1984. That car is said to have been scrapped and buried somewhere at a test facility.. Besides the two actual pace cars and the 53 track convertibles, there were a number of coupe devilles, two sedan devilles and even a Fleetwood used during the race week. To view the car in greater detail, including an HD video and 100+ HD pictures please visit http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/DFW/1253/ in our Dallas showroom. This 2-owner Camaro SS was sold new in Arizona and has stayed there ever since (Carfax available on request). As you may have noticed already, this isnt a totally stock Camaro. Hennessy Performance parts have been added to this car that include a cold air intake, camshaft, and custom grille. Sirius XM Radio, steering wheel shifter paddles, air conditioning, power mirrors and cruise control are some of the creature comforts that help set this 2010 Camaro apart. Description:

For sale in our Chicago showroom is a fantastic example of a near stock 1980 Z28 Camaro in excellent condition inside and out. Equipped with the 350 5.7L V8 engine matched to a 4 speed Manual transmission, makes for a rare and hard to find model Z28 Camaro. This is a low mileage car with only 64K on the speedo. A few neat things about the 1980 Camaro. The Z28 hood included a rear-pointing raised scoop (air induction) with a solenoid operated flap which opens at full throttle, allowing the engine to breath better resulting in better engine performance. Also a federally mandated 85 mph speedometer also debuted this year, pretty funny considering the vehicles actual performance ability. It was equipped with a unique upper and lower front grill and smaller revised graphics on its doors. The side scoops were also changed from a louvered design to a flatter one with a single opening. The 350 cu in (5.7 L) V8 was only available on the Z28 this year. This aggressive but vintage interior is still in great condition. Have a seat behind the wheel turn on the cold A/C, and strap yourself into the Rally inspired high back split bucket seating. The 4 speed manual transmission makes this an extremely fun car to drive, and allows for some serious interaction between car and driver. It will definitely make you appreciate the stick shift as you run through the gears and hear the great sound of the exhaust and the smell of burning rubber! Description:

Gateway Classic Cars ins proud to present this beautiful 1957 Mercury Commuter for sale in our Detroit Showroom. 1957 was the first year for the Mercury Commuter and it was available until 1968 when all three station wagon models were discontinued. This 1957 Mercury Commuter is one exceptional ride. Powered by an updated 351CID V8 Windsor crate motor that was brand new and has less than 1000 miles, this Commuter is more like a rocket ship. The V8 sounds so healthy running through the dual Flowmaster exhaust setup. The strong 351CID V8 is backed by a smooth shifting 3-speed automatic C6 transmission and stock rear differential. The car is painted in a very appealing light blue and white and sports the more desirable 1958 front clip. These colors just speak to this car and fit so appropriately for the era the car originally resided in. Typically, 1950s technology is not the greatest when it comes to overall performance; however, with this Commuter, there has been a multitude of upgrades. One in specific is the front wheel disc brake conversion which will undoubtably get this big rig to a halt in a hurry. The interior of the car is well kept and comes in a great black and white combination. This car is meant for you to enjoy it with many others and can fit in upwards of 6 people! It is a car that everyone can enjoy. Other options on the 1957 Mercury Commuter for sale include: AM radio, power brakes, autometer gauges, vinyl interior, hub caps, and newly installed white wall radial tires. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is offering this Custom 1951 Ford coupe for sale in our Atlanta showroom. This car is a compilation of the 51 Ford body attached to a 1994 Ford Taurus SHO platform. You read that right - we have an older body style on a late model driveline. The consignor states he does not know the origin of who did the build on this unique ride - he just liked the combination of old and new. The process involved chopping the top, and stretching the body on the 1/4 panels 4 to make her fit the Taurus undercarriage. She is painted in metallic orange with an orange/tan vinyl interior. This is what GCC would consider a driver quality paint job - as she shows well from a short distance. The hood was optioned with the louver look - that just fits the era of the body so well! The drive train shows 75,000-miles, and to which the consignor believes to be original. This 51 Ford is powered by the front-wheel-drive - 24-valve DOHC V-6 engine mated to the 4-speed automatic transmission. The interior is custom with re-covered bucket seats, bench rear seats, custom door panels, and console. This 1951 Ford Coupe is optioned with; power steering, power brakes, a/c, tilt wheel, cruise control, power windows, AM/FM stereo, American Racing aluminum wheels, Kumho ECSTA LX P205/60R16 radial tires. Located in our Atlanta Showroom, this Custom 1951 Ford Coupe can be seen including HD pictures and videos at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is excited to present this 1977 Ford F100 for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom. Ford has had a legacy of building tough trucks that are known to stand up to any task, but this one takes the cake in terms of being able to handle ridiculous amounts of horsepower. From the moment you see this trucks hot-rodded appearance that includes a hot red paint job, shaved door handles, and a shaved and welded tailgate setting off a clean and aggressive look. The other thing one might notice is the air scoop with two exposed 4-barrel Holley Carburetors popping above the hood line making it painfully obvious that this truck means business. The rest of the engine is a 460 Big Block Ford that has been modified with aluminum heads, a tunnel ram intake manifold, headers, and a nitrous injection system courtesy of Zex Nitrous. This combination makes for a healthy excess of 600 horsepower which needs to have been held down by a C6 3-speed automatic transmission and transferred back to a Ford 9 rear axle featuring a 3:25 gear ratio. You put all this together, and you get on scary truck that has a mean exhaust tone to match from the exhaust being dumped before the rear axle. The F100 features power brakes, power steering, and an AM/FM radio making this truck capable of easy driving on the road. This 1977 Ford F100 is available at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144.
