Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale proudly welcomes this Classic Piece of History, a Gorgeous 1968 VOLVO P1800S! This 68 Volvo P1800S has been recently painted (March 2019) with a beautiful PPG Guards Red, matching its historical look, while being complemented with a black interior and buckets seats. A fun car that starts right up, runs, drives and rides really nice. Believe me it does get the looks on the road and at the shows. If youre looking for a cool and unique collector, this car is for you!! The Volvo P1800S is a 2+2, front-engine, rear-drive sports car manufactured and marketed by Volvo Cars between 1961 and 1973. Originally a coupe (1961-1972), it was altered into a shooting-brake for the duration of its production (1972-1973). Styling was by Pelle Petterson under the tutelage of Pietro Frua when Fruas studio was a subsidiary of the prestigious Italian Carrozzeria Ghia, and mechanicals derived from Volvos dependable Amazon/122 series. Marketed as a stylish touring car rather than a sports car, the P1800 became widely known when driven by future James Bond actor Roger Moore in the hit television series The Saint which aired from 1962-1969. In 1998, an P1800S owned by Irv Gordon (1940-2018) was certified as the highest mileage private vehicle driven by the original owner in non-commercial service — having exceeded three million miles (over 4.8 million km) as of 2013. In 1966 the four-cylinder engine the factory updated to 115 bhp (86 kW). Top speed was 175 km/h (109 mph). The Volvo P1800S received prominence in the early 60s when a white 1962 Volvo P1800S with number plate ST1 was driven by the character Simon Templar (Roger Moore) in the hit TV series The Saint (1962-69). When asked to name his favorite movie car many years later, Moore said it was the Volvo P1800S, commenting: I have a great affection for the Volvo P1800S, as, of course, I owned one, as well as used one in the series. Its a beautiful car and I still drive a Volvo to this day. Additional options on this 1968 Volvo P1800S include; New Pioneer in-dash AM/FM CD player and rear speakers, New Weber Carb, New exhaust header & exhaust system, new front and rear gas shocks, scissor jack, lug wrench, spare tire, along with two spare steel wheels, Aluminum/Alloy wheels and vinyl interior. Dont miss your opportunity to own a piece of history in our Scottsdale Showroom. You can view this 1968 Volvo P1800S in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com Scottsdale. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is presenting this 2014 Cadillac CTS 4 for sale. This Cadillac is powered by the original 3.6L V6 backed by a 6-speed automatic transmission with only 22,675 miles on her. Obviously, the naturally aspirated 3.6 doesnt pack the power of the CTS-Vs supercharged V-8, but the 321-horse V-6 does its best to charge through and really shows its value! The paddle shifters behind the steering wheel allow for great comfort and handling. This CTS is preferably for sporty and daily driving, the transmission will find the highest possible gear to maximize fuel economy. The best part about the CTS is that it just seems quieter while driving down the road. The road sounds and wind noise are all muted due to the double-paned side glass, turning the outside volume down. Simply Jump in, Push the Start button and sit back, soaking in the silence while relaxing in the subtle seats. All you hear is the quite running V-6. This CTS is still wearing its factory Black paint and the Black Leather interior shines from the inside. Options Include AWD, Leather Seats, Alloy Wheels, AC, AM/FM Radio, CD Player, Power Brakes, Steering and Seats, Anti-lock brakes, Traction Control, Airbags and Seatbelts. Description:

Now available in our DFW-Showroom is this splendid 1950 MG TD. MGs TC roadster sold well initially and proved American demand for an English sports car, but the cars right-hand-drive configuration and 1930s specifications meant it was ripe for a redesign by 1950. In response, Syd Enever and Alec Hounslow took two weeks in 1949 to strip a four-seat Y-Type Tourer and shorten the chassis five inches. Just like that, the MG TD roadster was born. The TD also carried a few modifications aimed at the U.S. market. Specifically, left-hand drive was offered, along with rack-and-pinion steering, smaller, 15-inch steel disc wheels (no wire wheels were offered), and larger bumpers. In turn, the car was wider and 200 pounds heavier than the TC. Keeping with its predecessor, the TDs weather protection was minimal. This MG TD was fully restored in 2009 by K&C Seippel, (marked by the brass plaque on the firewall). After that, the fuel tank was cleaned and sealed around 2012. It also received a new coil and master cylinder in 2012. This vehicle has won multiple awards at different car-shows over the years and even have the plaques in the glove-box to prove it. This unique ride certainly stands out in a crowd and is a great conversation starter, dont let this opportunity pass you by. To view this vehicle in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and videos, visit our website at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

This beautiful red 1964 Dodge 440 hardtop sedan is in our Louisville KY showroom. The 64 Dodge line up was all new with a revolutionary construct ion technique that would take over the industry. Unibody construction which is commonly used on todays cars was first used in 1962. Instead having a body on frame design the body of the car would be used a structural piece allowing makers to save weight and time. Thy would then use a subframe to put the engine and suspension components on. Although Chrysler took credit for this advancement een though Desoto had been using this same technique for years. This 440 car has been verified by the vin to be an original real deal 440 although when restored some of the trim pieces that came on a 440 are missing. The red painted wheels are a great touch and really add to what these cars were originally built for which is going fast. The 44 under the hood is a great running engine with a small cam in it giving it that great sound at idle. Give it some gas and the big block comes to life. Backing up all that power is a 727 torn flite that is controlled by a floor mounted Hurst shifter. With slicks on the back this 440 Mopar will hook and go. The interior in the car is very well done with full black carpet and a new bench seat upfront this thing is extremely comfortable. Options on this vehicle dodge 440 include, cloth interior, Bias ply tires, Racing slicks, Power Steering, Power Brakes. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to have such a head turner listed for sale. Picture this 1964 Cadillac Deville Convertible in front of your business as advertising or being its new owner and taking it to car shows to win many best of show awards. This car has been in the same owners garage for the last 15 plus years and has had a lot invested into keeping it looking and driving nicely. Repainted in a PPG Pink Peral with a new white automatic convertible top this Cadillacs exterior curb appeal is top notch. The newer white wall tires and Cadillac hub cabs simply add to the 60s style. Chrome bumpers, molding on the sides and hood, and around the glass is all in great shape. The headlights and taillights are complete and not missing or broken. When you hop into this appealing two door convertible the first thing you notice is the white vinyl interior is wrapped in pink piping. There is also a hidden cassette player in the glovebox. The dash is two toned white and black with a column shifter for the automatic transmission. The interior and exterior of this car is what really make it different from others in the market. When you find the hidden latch and pop open the hood of this truly beautiful car, you are blown away by the Cadillac engine still powering it. The 64 Deville engine was bumped to 429 cu in (7 l), with 340 hp available. Performance gains from the new engine showed best in the lower range, at 20 to 50 mph traffic driving speeds. A new technical feature was the Turbo-Hydramatic 4 speed transmission, also used in the Eldorado and the Sixty Special. A DeVille script above the lower belt molding was continued as an identifier. This was the first year for the DeVille convertible. DeVille sales reached 110,379 units, accounting for nearly two thirds of all Cadillacs sold. Many upgrades have been done under the hood and body of this Deville. The brakes, shocks, springs, and front end have all been replaced to ensure a safe and comfortable drive. Engine has had its fair share of new parts as well including the carburetor, electric fuel pump, plugs and wires, points, heads and a even a valve job has been done. Originally from California, this car is ready to be shipped off to its new home. If you want a nice driver car or even something to become your new trailer queen, this is the 64 Cadillac you have been searching for.
