Description:

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this way cool 1969 Land Rover Santana imported from Colombia. Between the minimalistic nature of these early Land Rovers and the cool styling, this SUV is sure to turn heads. Under the hood of this utility vehicle of yesteryear is a 2.25-liter inline four cylinder engine that runs very smoothly for its age. Sending the power to the rear end is a four speed manual transmission equipped with an extremely low tree puller first gear that allows for easy rock crawling or activities where instant torque is needed. Overall the powertrain of this beast feels solid and is what you would expect from a 50 year old utility vehicle (not powerful, but solid and well built). Moving outward, the body of this off roading legend is finished in the original light green paint. Supporting each corner of this ride are black painted wheels wrapped in large mud tires that provide good contrast from the light body color of the vehicle. Overall the exterior of this car is in decent condition with a few scratches and dings, but nothing abnormal for the type of vehicle. Upon entering the cabin, the driver will be met with an extremely minimalistic dash and interior. This gives the vehicle a very rough and tough feel which is exactly why these old Land Rovers are sought after. The minimalistic nature of these vehicles also means that they are the polar opposite of modern Land Rovers, extremely reliable. Providing the driver with some comfort are redone seat covers that are in good condition. Overall this Land Rover is in decent condition and would make an excellent weekend toy. For more information on this 1969 Land Rover Santana, come by and see us or call the showroom at (832) 243-6220, or email the showroom at houston@gatewayclassiccars.com

Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is delighted to present this 1982 Chevrolet C-10 for sale right now in our Arizona showroom. This is a documented Arizona truck that the owner purchased back in 2004 and had totally redone to its current condition today, which is arguably better than when it was originally sold! The truck was sand-blasted and professionally repainted in its dark silver color with black on the hood scoop. It has all new chrome and LED lights have been installed along with new mirrors and windows. The powertrain on this truck has been vastly improved; this Chevy has a 350 CID Crate Motor tied to a 5-speed Tremek manual transmission that has recently been fitted with a new clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing. Inside the regular cab, it is clear that no expense has been spared: new panels were installed, the seats have been re-wrapped, a new radio and speakers were fitted and all windows have been tinted. The center console with cupholders and storage space makes this truck feel a lot newer than it is and the fully functioning AC will keep you cool while you cruise around town in this hot ride. This is the best example of an early 80’s C-10 I have ever set my eyes on and it is an absolute joy to drive. The mounted tach on the hood keeps you firmly in ‘race mode’ whether you’re hauling wood for your neighbor or hitting the country roads for a Sunday blast. Options on this classic pickup include: Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Leather Interior, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels and Red-Striped Radial Tires. The bed is lined with a black tonneau cover that looks right at home with this excellent build. You will have a lot of fun in this truck and it is built to last: there are only 10,000 miles on the new motor and that leaves plenty of life for its new owner to enjoy. Please call our helpful and knowledgeable sales team for more information about this 1982 Chevrolet C-10 for sale at (623) 900-4884 or shoot us an email directly at scottsdale@gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is thrilled to offer one of the rarest automobiles in existence. a 1953 Ferrari 340MM Vignale Spyder. This particular car is a faithful tribute to the original, 4 originals were originally created, each on their own million-dollar cars. this is believed to be the only tribute in existence to the original cars. The 340 MM was built for the 1953 Mille Miglia which Giannino Marzotto duly won in a Barchetta version with coachwork by Vignale. Marzotto set a new record speed for the race at an average of over 142 km/h. However, the car was quite a handful to drive, thanks in part to its incredible power which very few drivers ever managed to fully exploit. However, Gigi Villoresi was one of the greats who did, roaring to victory in the Giro di Sicilia in the same year. Formula 1 champion Alberto Ascari also contributed to the development of the 340 MM. This car is a tribute specifically to the Chassis: 0280AM. The third 340 MM constructed and the first one bodied by Vignale. It was one of the factory cars and driven to Mille Miglia success in 1953 by Giannino Marzotto. It also took victory in the Giro di Sicilia in the hands of Luigi Villoresi. It remained in Italy after its retirement and has been in the ownership of the same family since 1964. This 15-year build recently was completed to the highest quality. Our 340MM is based on a 1977 Ferrari Chassis, tubular in construction, stripped and painted for a like-new appearance. The drivetrain is also 1977 Ferrari, a four-cam, Aluminum 4.8L V12 Colombo engine with 81 mm bore and a 78 mm stroke. Six side-draft duel barrel 38DCOE Weber Carburetors producing 340bhp at 6,500rpm and a screaming ITB intake sound over 7000 RPM. Long tube headers provide great exhaust flow and a distinct Ferrari V12 melody out the quad-tip exhaust. a 5 Speed manual sits comfortably behind the V12, providing the precise driving experience any racing driver would want. The suspension is Fully independent aluminum double-wishbone construction, featuring Strange Coilovers, four-piston disc brakes front and rear. 17 Multispoke wire wheels on BFG radial tires hold her through the corners. The Body was constructed from scratch, using hand-shaped aluminum skin over a wooden buck, this painstaking process is an art form in itself. a superstructure was created to attach the body to the existing chassis. The Exterior has many complex curves, vents, louvers, and features that only a master craftsman would be able to recreate. Painted in the Classic Ferrari Rosso Corsa, her deep red finish gleams in the sun and looks ready to drive across a concourse. The bottom half is painted silver just like the original 0280AM chassis! The interior is sparse, but remember, this a racecar from the 1950s! Gorgeous Tan Leather seats for both the driver and codriver, red racing style lap belts, tan leather adorns the transmission tunnel, shifter boot, and door panels! a classy black shift knob, steel-faced pedals, grey painted aluminum interior panels, wood grain Ferrari 3 spoke chrome steering wheel, recreated 340MM gauges, and switches, all make for an authentic experience. This near one of a kind automobile will be the only one on the road anywhere in the world, she is ready to be taken on a Sunday drive or vintage rally. dont wait to add her to your collection! Description:

1969 Porsche 911S

For the model year 1969 Porsche decided to increase the wheelbase of the 911 by moving the rear wheels back by just over two inches to help remedy the nervous handling at and near the car's limit. The result was the best handling 911 to date. 1969 also marks the only year the long wheel base was paired with the 2.0L "S" engine. For '69 the "S" makes 170 bhp with the addition of Mechanical Fuel Injection; an increase of 10 bhp over the carburetor '68 "S" motor of the same displacement.

The car we have here is originally a French market model and in fact still wears it's yellow headlights which were mandatory for French registration right up until 1993. Largely original paint and completely original interior are just some of the highlights here. The car turns heads everywhere it goes with brilliant Blood Orange paint. But it is behind the wheel where this car will seduce you. The motor of this '69 S is without a doubt the strongest and smoothest of this era that we have had here at Gaudin. One drive is all that it will take for you to realize this one is not one to let pass you by. Description:

This cool 2000 Porsche Carrera is for sale at our Louisville KY showroom. Porsche has always been known for its awesome and one off rear wheel rear engine configuration. The 2000 Porsche Carrera line up was available in a number of configurations. Probably one of the most sought after has to be the convertible. The soft top how ever was not too appealing to look at when up. Porsche solved that problem like many manufacturers in the past by adding a removable hardtop as an option. This black beauty has just that with the removal being extremely simple. One latch and a quarter twist of 2 Allen head screws and the top can lifted right off. The portable sand makes it easy to roll out of the way for convenient storage. The black paint on the car is in great condition for a car that is 18 years old showing very minimal signs of wear. Under the trunk is that amazing 3.4 liter horizontally opposed 6-cylinder engine that produces an amazing 300HP. With the dash showing no service lights and great oil pressure we have a great impression of this car. Hop into the driver’s seat and the impression goes from great to unbelievable. The 6-speed manual transmission feels tight going through the gears like a European car should. With the engine producing a ton of torque the car pulls hard as it was intended to do. While shifting through those gears you are wrapped in a great feeling leather bucket seat that has all the side bolster you will need to keep you firmly in place. Description:

The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1967 Pontiac Catalina 2+2. For 1967, Catalinas and other full-sized Pontiacs received a heavy facelifting of the 65 bodyshell with more rounded wasp-waisted body contours and fuller fastback rooflines, along with concealed windshield wipers - an industry first. Replacing the 389 and 421 V8s of previous years were new 400 and 428 cubic-inch V8s with bigger valves and a valve angle change built off the same Pontiac V8 design in use since 1955. The valve angle change was so bigger valves and larger ports could be used. The standard Catalina engine was a two-barrel unit rated at 265 horsepower with three-speed manual transmission or 290 horsepower with Turbo Hydramatic. The 265 horsepower engine was available as a no-cost option with the Turbo Hydramatic and differed from the standard 290 horsepower unit by using regular gas as opposed to premium fuel. Optional engines included a four-barrel 400 rated at 325 horsepower, a four-barrel 428 rated at 360 horsepower or the four-barrel 428 HO rated at 376 horsepower. Front disc brakes and a stereo eight-track tape player were new additions to the option list. The 2+2 was offered for the last time in 1967 in both hardtop coupe and convertible. The 360-horsepower 428 was standard and the 428 HO was optional. This model was dropped due to low sales since its 1964 introduction as performance car buyers overwhelmingly preferred smaller and lighter intermediates such as Pontiacs own GTO and the new Firebird ponycar, which was introduced for 1967. A 1967 Pontiac Catalina convertible was featured in the Red Hot Chili Peppers music video for Scar Tissue. Safety came to the fore in 1967, and the Catalina featured all the new US Government-mandated safety equipment including an energy-absorbing steering column, safety steering wheel, dual-circuit hydraulic brake system, and soft interior parts. Options include: am/fm Radio, radial tires, heat, hub caps, power steering, vinyl interior, seat belts. To view the car in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For more information please call the Atlanta showroom at 678-894-4833.

Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a sweet little 1961 Nash Metropolitan Convertible . With the cease of Nash sales in early 1962, this 61 Nash Metropolitan for sale is one rare economy car. This Nash Metropolitan for sale, is one of the very first economy cars and was only offered for sale in the U.S. and Canada from 1954-1962. Early in Nash history they shared a partnership with Hudson as well as Rambler, in the later years. Powering this little Metro is a 1.5 liter inline 4-cylinder engine. At only 1,785 lbs, the inline is more than enough to put some pep in this Nashs step. Backed by a manual 3-speed transmission, this Nash was recorded to consistently knock down 30-40 MPGs. With the 3-on-the-tree shifter, this car isnt only economical to drive, but is a blast too! The exterior is a vintage paint scheme of yellow and white. The light color scheme is full of nostalgia and takes you back in time to the 60s. With tiny steel wheels with hub caps and whitewall radial tires, this car is both cute and classy. Looking at the inside, youll be impressed with the room available. This Nash sports a Black and white cloth bench style front bench, which in itself suits the car well. This Nash convertible would make a great piece for anyone interested in vintage British collector cars or just wants an attention-grabbing piece of history. With a full-sized car feel, in a compact package, this car was green and economical before it was cool! This cute 1961 Nash for sale was sold with one thought in mind, to sell an economical and well-built car. The Metropolitan took the minimalist approach, which can be seen, only optioned with AM radio and vinyl/cloth interior. Look at the mono-speedometer/ gauge cluster, steel wheels with hub caps and wide whitewall tires! Small, lightweight, and easy to drive, its no wonder that the sales of this car were second in imports, to only Volkswagen. Not only is it easy to drive, but its a blast to drive. Look at this car and picture yourself going to the grocery store on Thursday, the cruise-in car show on Friday, and hitting the beach on Saturday! That dream is just one phone call away! A $237.37 document fee will be added to the sales price. All purchases may be subject to any applicable tax, title, & licensing fees. for more information please call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or e-mail us at Nashville@GatewayClassicCars.com

Description:

Now for sale in Gateway Classic Cars Houston is this awesome 1936 Ford Special Deluxe. Finished in Green with a Gray interior, this vintage classic really looks the part. It is powered by a 1942 85hp 221 CID Ford V8 mated to a 2-speed transmission with reverse. The vehicle shows 2725 miles on the odometer, but it is unknown if this is actual or not. Chevrolet regained the sales lead at the end of 1936, but the Ford still sold extremely well. A new club cabriolet model was introduced with a fully framed windshield and weatherproof top, and the convertible sedan gained the popular integrated trunk back design. The look was updated with an inverted pentagonal grille with all-vertical bars beneath a prominent hood and three horizontal chrome side strips (on Deluxe models). A concealed horn, long a prominent part of the Fords design, also brought the car into modern times. The new trucks continued with the old grille. Other major changes for 1936 were the use of pressed steel artillery solid wheels instead of wire wheels. This car has been modernized and features conveniences like air conditioning, heating, AM/FM radio, spare tire, jack, functioning brake lights, working horn and a kill switch to preserve battery for times when the car may be sitting. The current owner has had it for about 3 years and has take very good care of it. It’s a road ready classic that would make a great starter classic or an awesome addition to anyone’s car collection.
