Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our Saint Louis showroom is a 1970 Chevrolet Nova. This Nova is way meaner than one may think. Power for this bad machine comes from 450 cubic inch small block using an aftermarket Rocket block. This special block allows for a bit more displacement without sacrificing the blocks integrity. The go fast goodies inside include a full solid roller valve train, Manley connecting rods, 10.5:1 JE Pistons, Quick Fuel carburetor and AFR aluminum high flow cylinder heads to name a few. Power is estimated in the 600 horsepower range. Firing up this amazing power plant will impress any gear head. Many would think that an engine with such power and menacing sound would be a difficult one to drive. Believe it or not, this one is very well mannered. The rear end is a Ford 9 inch and is equipped with 3.00:1 gear set for easy highway use. Since the drivetrain build, the car has covered a modest 1,000 miles and is ready for more use and enjoyment. Slowing down such a machine means that drums wont do the job anymore. In place is a new pair of Wilwood front disc brakes while drums remain out back, but still doing their job. Weld Racing wheels look right at home on this Nova as does the Green on Green paint scheme. Adding a little flair to the exterior in addition to the wheels is a set mild stripes that barley show themselves. You may even call them ghost stripes. Inside is stock Nova with exception of the aftermarket gauges. The original bench seat is quite comfy and looks really good. Someone could very easily swap them out for a pair of buckets if they so desired. For more information on this 1970 Chevrolet Nova, call 618-271-3000 or swing by our St. Louis showroom. Description:

This 1999 Plymouth Prowler is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Prowler was produced from 1997 to 2002 and was based on the 1993 Concept car of the same namesake. Built off a design that the now legendary Chip Foose did while at the Art Center College of Design. The classic lines were an immediate show stopper but the open, Indy style front wheels are what really pulled people in. This example has only 11500 original miles verified by the clean CARFAX. The original owner had possession of the car until the end of 2011 and has since changed hands 3 more times with about 1000 miles put on it since then. With the cars being mainly for the collector it is not uncommon to see multiple owners. The purple paint is in excellent condition and was the original color of the first run of prowlers making it a terrific addition to any collection. The black leather interior is original to the car and is as comfortable as it looks. With the top up the car may look like it has absolutely no headroom but is quite spacious. However, this car should never be driven with the top up as it was intended to be a sunny day car. Pop the release and the soft top gets tucked away nicely out of the way giving the car a true roadster looks. With this car still retaining its factory bumpers, wheels, and paint it is sure to make any collector extremely happy. If you have been looking to get your hands on an unmolested example with low miles and a clean vehicle history report this purple beauty has all those quality’s and many more. Options on this 2001 Plymouth Prowler include; AC, AM/FM/CD, Power Windows, Power Locks, Manual Top, Leather Interior, and Aluminum Wheels wrapped with Radial Tires. To view this 1999 Plymouth Prowler in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a wonderfully restored 1952 Chevrolet 3100 5 Window Pickup. This old Chevy Pickup began its life as a farm truck. Back in those days, you had to identify your truck with a company logo for hauling purposes, so this 1952 3100 was emblazed with a family farm logo until it was restored. The two-year frame off restoration was completed in 1997 and the truck has traveled less than 100 miles since then. Used mostly for parades and short trips around a small Missouri town, this truck has seen a life of luxury in the last 20 years. It is believed to be a 2-owner truck and believed to have the original drivetrain still in place. The 216 CD inline six-cylinder engine and 3-speed manual transmission were completely checked over, were still in very good working order and were not rebuilt at the time of the restoration simply because they didn’t need to be. They sure don’t make’em like they used to. The red, single stage, exterior paint looks great and shows that the restoration was a quality one. The interior still looks new, with little to no signs of wear. The odometer reads 95,073, the actual mileage is unknown, and there are about 100 miles on the frame off restoration. Options for this 1952 Chevrolet 3100 include Vinyl Interior, Hub Caps, and Bias Ply Tires. Getting behind the wheel of this old farm truck and shifting gears via the 3-on-the-tree, takes you back to 1952, and a simpler time. This 52’ 5 Window could be used in many different forms, a local show truck, an advertisement piece for a small business, or just a nice cruiser on a lazy Sunday afternoon. To view this 1952 Chevrolet 3100 in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our St. Louis showroom. Description:

600+HP in this procharged LS6 Corvette and a 6-speed manual is an absolute animal! This Corvette is turn-key ready and is more than ready to go. Equipped with the original LS6 engine and an upgraded RPM Level V transmission, this car has a plethora of upgrades that were all completed professionally and correctly; no shortcuts were taken whatsoever. It comes equipped with Procharger P-1SC frame upgrade, BBK 80mm Throttle Body, RPM Stage rear differential with 4.10 gears, McLeod RST twin disc clutch, Borla longtube headers, custom H-pipe with cutouts, SLP Loudmouth cutbacks, QA1 aftermarket shocks, WCC lowering bolts, and Hotchkis sway bars. Tuned correctly, this Corvette has more than enough HP to blow the doors off of almost anything on the road. With a conservative tuning of only 6-7 psi, it sent 589 hp to the rear wheels. Crank it up to 8-9 psi and it pumps out a whopping 642 hp to the rear wheels! This vehicle also comes with dynamometer documentation to verify how fast this ‘Vette actually is. It gets up and goes. With a vehicle this mean and menacing, only one color combo would be fitting to such a beast: black on black. Like a bat out of hell, this Corvette flies through the night unseen, but it cannot go unheard. By the time onlookers hear its approach, it’s already well down the road, possibly never to be seen again, although it will remain in their memories forever. Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia invites you to travel back in time to the days when Kitt and Michael Knight were the stars of Knight Rider. This 1982 Pontiac Trans Am is a Kitt Tribute. They were not highly sought-after cars in the collector car market until recently. Now they have almost a cult like following with the 70-73 models being the most desirable. This stunning Camaro has been painted Cortez Silver which shows off the lines of the Camaro nicely. The black racing stripes going over the hood and trunk lid add to the stock look and compliment the silver nicely. The interior of the car is all original black cloth interior buckets upfront being classic 70’s Camaro. Under the hood is a very healthy 350 cubic inch small block giving the car plenty of power and only has 1500 miles since rebuilt. It is mated to the legendary Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. Consisting of your typical go-fast parts such as the huge 4-barrel Weber Carburetor and Edelbrock intake which makes it classic muscle at its best. The 10-bolt rear end handles the power getting pout down to the pavement with out any worries. The front wheel disc brakes get this second-generation Camaro slowed down in a hurry. Description:

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a an awesome 1965 Chevrolet Nova II Station Wagon. This car exemplifies the two hottest trends in hot rods right now. The once awkward station wagon has seen a renaissance of sorts lately, as people have being to appreciate the unique styling flair that wagons add to the already gorgeous cars of days past. In a similar line of thought, rust used to be the greatest nuisance of car enthusiasts everywhere, and when it is bad enough it is still public enemy #1. But when the sun has beat down on a classic American steel body just long enough to give it some character, you have one of the most desired looks in car culture right now: the patina finish. Combine the two items into one vehicle, and you have a guaranteed 1-2 knockout punch for your next car show. The patina on this Nova II is fantastic, with the beltline being shaded perfectly by a dark belt of oxidation. The white roof has begun to show through with the copper body color as well, giving this little wagon some big character. That personality continues with the 18” front 20” rear Billet Specialties wheels that are tucked up under the car thanks to the 4 corner coil over suspension. There are more treats underneath including a Heidt’s front suspension and 4 link Ford 9” out back, plus 4 wheel powered disc brakes. Pop the hood to find a beautiful little 327 CID V8 that emits a concerto of stare-inducing noises from the dual exhaust. Inside, you’ll find a classic interior that looks as fresh as can be, with all new Painless wiring throughout. Other new items include the distributor, quick fuel 650 carburetor, and a TH350 3 speed automatic that is fresh off a rebuild. This is definitely a car you can use for a nice long cruise, find a car show to dominate, then make a run to the hardware store all in the same day. Don’t miss this little wagon, as it is a must have for any serious collection. To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures and videos, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1970 FERRARI 365 GT 2+2 for sale. Motorcar Classics is proud to present this beautiful 1970 Ferrari 365 GT 2+2, one of just over 800 examples that were built from 1967 to 1971. Introduced at the 1967 Paris Auto Show, the new Ferrari 365 GT 2+2, a fresh Pininfarina design, took styling cues from the Superfast as well as the 330 GTC. It is powered by the new and larger 4.4-litre, 320hp version of the veteran Colombo V-12. Dubbed the Queen Mother of Ferraris by Road & Track, the 365 2+2 rode on a modified version of the 330 GT 2+2 chassis, with a wider track to allow for more interior room. Independent rear suspension, a first for a Ferrari 2+2, was introduced on this model. This suspension was developed in conjunction with Koni and it featured a self-leveling system designed to assist in maintaining ride height when rear passengers were carried.Driving the Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 is heightened by the sound of the cars Weber carburetors, and a 5-speed gearbox. There is capable handling and braking by virtue of 4-wheel vented disc brakes, and a driver compartment that includes power steering, electric windows, air conditioning, and an abundance of wood and leather on the dash. With traditional Ferrari performance and luxury to match many of Europes great grand touring cars, the 365 GT 2+2 offers a rewarding ownership experience that is the equal of Ferraris with fewer seats and substantially higher cost of acquisition. Our car is featured in traditional Rosso Corsa Red with black leather interior. The car shows 72k miles and it is very good condition overall. Books, tools and a substantial history file are included.

Description:

Classy and powerful, this steel bodied Roadster does not mess around! The same year this car was rolling out of the factory, the St. Valentine’s Day massacre happened in Chicago where seven gangsters were gunned down in a garage by several other men dressed as police officers and Al Capone became public enemy #1. The Ford Roadster has since became one of the most iconic hot rods of all time, so much so they started creating fiberglass bodies to replicate these stunning rides. This 1929 Ford Roadster though is one of the last remaining steel cars and is in great shape. Sitting under where the hood would be is a ZZ3 350 cubic inch crate engine that kicks out 345 Horsepower and a rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission. The rear end contains 3.73 gears that will move this small hot rod in a hurry and would have put most of the bootleggers of the day out of a job. Like the gangsters of the day though, this Roadster is not just a brute. The wire wheels wrapped in radial tires provide a smooth ride and elegant looks paired with the green paint on the body. Slide into the interior and get comfortable. Once you fire up the V8 and start to drive you will be astonished at how composed this car is on the streets, but as soon as you roll onto the throttle the attitude starts to show! The rumble seat makes this coupe a four seater and is quite the experience for your passengers. This car is great in town and on the curvy back roads. No matter what your driving type, there is no doubt you will have a blast cruising in this hot rod! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1929 Ford Roadster in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1926 Ford T-Bucket Roadster. This one has received some very special attention for our very special troops that put their lives on the line for our freedom. The Blazing Black metallic paint looks great. Making it better, the custom air brushed patriotic tribute to our troops. And theres more than just the air brushing. The engine bay has red, white and blue LED lights, the license plate surround also has LED lights and within the original license plate area (new license plate bracket beneath the rear) also has a cut out of a soldier taking a knee for a fallen soldier. The airbrushing on the sides is of a fallen soldier with Red, White and Blue American Flag angel wings. One more detail is the gauges cluster. It also features the Red, White and Blue American flag wings that fit quite well with the gauges. The mechanicals of the T Bucket include a built 355 with a Tunnel Ram intake topped with dual Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetors. Power is sent through a TH 350 automatic transmission and back to a Ford 9 inch rear with 3.50:1 rear gears. Plenty enough go for this lightweight! Occasionally, youll need to slow down and Wilwood disc brakes with braided lines on all four corners make that easy. Up front is a set of inboard chrome shock absorbers and adjustable coil overs in the back. The body is a custom 1/4 fiberglass body from Olsie Street Rods in Pryor, OK. This one has more leg room than the typical T Bucket and an operable passenger door making entry and exit much easier. This is a 7 year build and has covered an estimated 5,000 miles.
