Description:

Introducing to our Dallas show room here at Gateway Classic Cars, Is a magnificent 2004 Ford Thunderbird. In 1955, the Thunderbird was revealed as a personal luxury car and changed over time until production ceased at the end of 1997. In 2002, Ford brought the Thunderbird back as a two-seat model that was available until the end of 2005, during its success Ford produced over 4.4 million Thunderbirds. Ford created a flurry of excitement when the revived Thunderbird appeared as a 2002 model. Though it is fully modern underneath, the redesigned model was a throwback to the original two-passenger T-Bird of 1955 - 1957. The wheels have been restyled and a universal garage-door opener is now standard for the 2004 model year. The front fenders hold new V-8 badges, and newly styled seats have leather seating surfaces. Adapted from the Lincoln LS platform, the rear-wheel-drive Thunderbird has a 3.9-liter V-8 engine — which received a boost from 252 to 280 horsepower for 2003 — and a five-speed-automatic transmission. The convertible comes in Deluxe and Premium trim levels. A removable plastic hardtop is optional, and the cars hood, fenders and rear deck are also made of plastic. Even though Ford shuns the retro label, designers gazed backward to a dramatic era of the companys heritage to revive the Thunderbird. Like its long-ago predecessor, the 2004 Thunderbird seats two occupants and is equipped with rear-wheel drive, but it incorporates all the benefits of modern technology. With this beautiful vintage green thunderbird, it only has 19,413 miles and has been owned by just ONE family! Also, you will have power windows, mirrors and even 6-way adjustable seats in this beauty. The two-tone leather/suede interior is truly a sight to see. To view this 2004 Ford Thunderbird in greater detail, including 100+ HD photos and HD video, please visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this rare and desirable 1966 Shelby GT350 Fastback Mustang. Documentation and known history are two important attributes for collector cars. This 1966 Shelby GT350, SFM6S2185, possesses plenty of both. As noted in the Shelby American Automobile Clubs Shelby Registry 1965-67, the GT350 was shipped from the Shelby American assembly facility in Los Angeles to Ford Motor Company in June 1966, then delivered to Courtesy Motors in Littleton, Colorado. In the 1970s, the Shelby was owned by a southern California detective who sometimes used this beauty as an undercover vehicle. Since 1979, it has been in the hands of collectors to ensure it was cared for through the years. During the 1980s, it participated in west coast shows, including SAAC-6 and the Palo Alto Concours DElegance. From 1987 to 2013, the GT350 was owned by a private collector; a 1988 restoration resulted in numerous Best of Show awards, perfect scores from both SAAC and the Mustang Club of America, and features in several magazines. Super Ford magazine named it the best Shelby of the year for 1989. The Guardsman Blue GT350 retains much of its original equipment, including the factory-installed 4-speed transmission and matching-numbers 289 Hi-Po V-8 that was modified to Shelby specs for 306 horsepower. Like all 1966 GT350s, the car was delivered to Shelby American as a K-code Mustang fastback, then upgraded with a Cobra aluminum intake with Holley carburetor, Tri-Y headers, Koni shock absorbers, rear traction bars, 15-inch wheels, dash-mounted tachometer, competition seat-belts and wood steering wheel. Externally, the Shelby models differed from regular Mustangs with a fiberglass hood with scoop, Plexiglas rear quarter windows and side scoops. Only 2,378 were built in total. Orlando Mustang was tapped to complete a restoration on the car in 2014, which resulted in its winning Best in Class awards at the 2104 Keels and Wheels Concours DElegance and the 2015 Valero Show. It was featured in the July 2015 Mustang Times and displayed at the Bush Library from August to October 2016. Under the hood is the tried and true 350 small block followed by a 3-speed automatic transmission. The BENCHMARK process is not an easy one. Fewer than 5% or Corvettes attain this high honor and in order to do so the car must be an unrestored survivor. What you see on this car is 100% original and the owner has the paperwork to validate the awards. The exterior is a rarely seen Charcoal Metallic with silver seats on the inside. Take the T-tops off for sunny day drives and hit the road. The only thing this car needs is a new owner. The AC does work and blows cold and the window sticker and spec sheet are still available. This 1981 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1960 Lincoln Premiere for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom. Lincoln has had a long-standing reputation of producing luxurious American Cars and pretty much setting the standard on what it means to be a top-notch vehicle and this 1960 Premiere shows as a shining example of how that was executed back in the day. Although the Premiere came out in 1956 as a mid-level sedan under the Continental, by the time the 1958-1960 body style came out the model was as big in comparison as the Cadillac Sixty-Special of equivalent years. The later and last year of the Premiere was 1960 before the name would be used as a high trim package descriptor and this car featuring power seats, power locks, power windows, and power steering shows that this car was ahead of its time with technology and features despite its original intention as a mid-level car in the lineup. The Lincoln propels its large body along with a 430 cubic inch V8 which is attached to a 3-speed automatic transmission providing plenty of torque to this massive land yacht. This 1960 Lincoln Premiere is available at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to present this 1979 Chevrolet Corvette! This fantastic example is a 2-owner vehicle! The white paint accentuates the curvy look of the C3 and we always love that red interior. Breaking up the exterior a bit are the glass T-Tops that are in fantastic shape and seem to seal well. By todays standard the L48 wouldnt be considered a high compression motor but in an era of GM performance choking on emissions standards it certainly wasnt a bad ride! The engine sounds healthy and the 3 speed automatic shifts nicely. Stepping inside the high end red interior you are welcome by some nice amenities including: AC, tilt/telescopic wheel, power steering, power brakes, power windows, cruise control, and removal T-Tops for those open-air kind of days! Look no further for a nice example of a C3 that has been loved and had a story to go with the car! 1979 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our St. Louis Showroom and can be seen in great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars is fired up to present this 1986 Dodge Shelby Charger for sale in the Milwaukee Showroom. Carrol Shelby has done plenty of collaboration work with other brand name cars over the years, most of which has been associated with Ford famous for bringing an American car name brand into the conversation of being winners at the Lemans. What is a little less known is the work he did with Dodge all the way up to the creation of the Viper with a few models put out in the 80s in between which included Shelby variants of the Daytona, Dakota, and the Charger bringing lackluster underpowered models more style and more life to a boring lineup. Starting in 1983 Carroll Shelby had decided to take an amount of the Dodge Chargers and modify them with upgraded suspension, a turbocharged 2.2-liter 4 cylinder engine and a combo of ground effects and paint job to bring a dark era for a well named vehicle into the light. This blue beauty features silver stripes and black window louvers on the rear glass to cap off an aggressive look to this beauty. The 2.2-liter four banger makes in excess of 110 horsepower to help this small sized car along with ease while providing a sporty and direct ride between the suspension and quick steering ratio. The turboed little beauty is bolted up to a 5-speed manual transmission that helps back up the sporty looks of this car by offering the most accurate ideal of what it means to be behind the wheel of this sports car. The Shelby Charger is equipped with AM/FM radio with cassette, TTop roof, power brakes, power steering, and cruise control to make a fun ride an easy one to be in for a road trip. This 1986 Dodge Shelby Charger is at our Milwaukee Showroom at Gateway Classic Cars and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com which includes 100+ HD photos and HD video. To see the car in person, it can be seen at our Milwaukee Showroom located at 9949 58th Place Suite 400, Kenosha WI 53144. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando proud to present this 1987 Volkswagen GTI. This GTI has 89,830 actual miles on it. It is powered by a 1.8l SOHC Turbo with a 5-speed manual transmission. The VW Rabbit GTI introduced the world to the hot hatch, and Callaway Cars were quick to make turbo kits and also the venerable Callaway GTI. Callaway GTIs wore BBS body kits, road and steering wheels along with the Stage 2 Turbo… theyre pricey and almost all gone now. Not to be outdone, APS / Neuspeed custom-built a brand new GTI with a European flair: Hella body kit, MOMO road, and steering wheels then they threw in Neuspeed sway bar / lowering springs / Koni adjustable struts and, of course, a Stage 2 Callaway Turbo. Copy and paste this link for a magazine article featuring this very car! http://www.neuspeed.com/media/attachments/VW&Porsche%20October%201987v3.pdf Now with just 87k miles, the car has undergone few, but tasteful, upgrades: 280mm (11) big brake kit (from Corrado G60) and G-grind forced induction cam. The turbocharger has been rebuilt and the car builds boost immediately off idle and attains 8psi by 3,000rpm. New timing and accessory belts, new Callaway Microfueler injector, ice-cold A/C, brakes bled with every oil change. The Koni adjustable struts have been replaced and the car has always been well kept and maintained. The car is all original, but with an overall repaint in 1996; the underbody is very solid and rust-free throughout. The original MOMO road and steering wheels show age but are solid and functional. This is a fun, one-of-a-kind, eye-catcher that was once the king of the stoplight, dragstrip, auto crossing and is ready to take you back to the glory days of the sleeper hot hatch. Options on this 1987 Volkswagen GTI is Air Conditioning, Power Locks, Power Windows, Power Mirrors, Seat Belts, Cloth Interior, Radial Tires and Aluminum Wheels.
