Description:

Now for sale in our Gateway Classic Cars of Houston showroom is this beautiful 1966 Impala 2-door. The exterior is finished in a beautiful red and the interior is done in custom red/pearl which matches amazingly. Under the hood you will find a rebuilt 327 CID V8 engine. The power is delivered to the wheels via a smooth shifting automatic transmission. The distributor, coil, cap and rotor have recently been changed. 1966 represented the second model year for the fourth generation Impala. Redesigned in 1965, the Impala set an all-time industry annual sales record of more than 1 million units in the United States. All new full-size Chevrolets eschewed the X frame for a full-width perimeter frame, a new body that featured curved, frameless side glass (for pillarless models), sharper angled windshield with newly reshaped vent windows, and redesigned full-coil suspension. The Impala would be the #2-selling convertible in the US in 1966, with 38,000 sold; it was beaten only by the Mustang. It was the final generation of Impala before they started being robbed of power from the new emissions control systems brought in in the early 70’s. Anyone looking at the pictures and video of this beautiful machine can clearly see why it’s a great buy. The design is timeless. Don’t wait until it’s gone to inquire. Don’t miss your chance to get behind the wheel of this one. Contact Gateway Classic Cars in Houston for more information. Financing and shipping options are available. Office hours are Monday through Saturday 9-5pm central time. The telephone number for our showroom is (832) 243-6220 or if you prefer, you can email us at houston@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Description:

For sale in our Atlanta showroom is a beautiful 1964 Pontiac GTO. This was the first year GTO became available as an option on the Pontiac Tempest Lemans, the GTO featured distinctive appearance items in place of standard LeMans features. Finished in a lovely code P Aquamarine, this is the car everyone thinks of when they think of 64 Muscle!! Clean, uncluttered styling and a big 389cid V-8 W/ Tri-Power makes this car one to have fun with behind the wheel. Good panels and gaps run throughout this car and the cool hood inserts give it the muscle car look. Correct GTO 6.5 liter badges on the flanks help camouflage its origins and three letters on the deck lid let everyone know what just humiliated them in the stop light grand prix. The chrome and trim are good with just the right amount of patina. Even with the older restoration, she looks good for the age. The wood trimed steering wheel adds great flavor as well as the AM/FM radio. Again, topped with tri-power on this 389cid it makes plenty of horsepower while dressed in chrome for success. This GOAT has an automatic powerglide transmission and a front end which has been recently rebuilt. The Cragar wheels are period correct and wear fat 225/70/14 BF Goodrich T/A radials. For any adoring Pontiac or muscle car fan, this is a great way to reach GTO levels of performance and iconic stature with less investment. This car delivers. Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible, this 1968 Convertible Camaro for sale looks striking with its red paint, black vinyl interior and white drop top. This is the car that comes to mind every time I think of the late 60’s and early ‘70’s. This is the poster car for that summer that we all remember. Everybody has that summer, the one where freedom is tasted as well as adult beverages. This is the perfect car to relive those long summer nights of so many years ago. Tucked under the hood of this time machine is a Chevy small block or mighty mouse as we use to call them, 327 Cubic inches of raw Chevrolet power topped with an Eldebrock ® 4 barrel Carburetor. Only 3,000 miles since it was last rebuilt the 327 is backed by a Muncie® 4 speed manual transmission that was rebuilt the same time as the power plant. This little pony car is even more fun to drive than you remember. How long has it been since you experienced driving? I don’t mean in a car that has some computer to make sure you don’t drift outside your lane or one that applies the brakes for you as this is not driving, it is just steering the car, and heck we did that when we were 7 years old on dad’s lap. Remember driving? Wind in your hair and a car with a soul controlled by you and your right foot? Well hurry and get one before they are outlawed and we all “ride” in self driving, soulless things that are not even called cars anymore. Options for this 1968 Camaro convertible for sale include: A/C (currently not working) AM/FM CD player, Manual convertible top, Power brakes and Steering, Hub caps, Seat belts, Vinyl interior and Radial tires. Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this 1955 Ford Crown Victoria for sale in our Orlando Florida showroom. This 55 Vicky has been brought back to life a little over 31K miles ago. The red paint is classic Americana with the white accent color making the red look that much redder. All the chrome on the car really makes it stand out in the crowd and give it the luster that only these cars can produce. Those white wall tires classic Ford wheel covers give the car that great original look. Under the hood is the 302 V8 engine which starts right up without any fuss. The C4 automatic transmission shifts out nicely and allows for a smooth shifting classic car ride. To make that ride even better this one has new electric power steering and has power brakes. Inside is like a time capsule with the interior looking like what you would see in 1955. The 1955 Crown Victoria or Vicky was direct competition to Chevy’s now Iconic Bel Air model. The Crown Victoria would have a very distinct chrome B pillar that ran from one side of the car to the other making it stand out in a crowded marketplace. The red and white bring the exterior inside and remind you why these cars are still sought after 60 years later. If you have been wanting a great American classic that is just a little different this Vicky is the perfect fit. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to have this 1984 Chevrolet El Camino SS Choo Choo! These Choo Choo El Caminos are highly desirable and hard to come by. They were sent from Chevrolet to Choo Choo customs for the appearance package install. The original El Camino SS was produced by Choo Choo Customs for GM from mid-1983 until the El Camino series was discontinued at the end of 1987. In addition to the aerodynamic nose treatment that was the primary styling feature of all El Camino SSs, all vehicles received graphics on the fascia, doors and tailgate, and a small chrome train logo above the glove compartment door. Vehicles manufactured in 1987 also have a Choo Choo Customs logo with train on the front fascia and tailgate. A limited number of El Camino SS had aerodynamic-ground effect style side exhausts with rectangular chrome exits, including this one. Early El Camino SS until mid-1985 used aluminum body side molding with a machine-turned center and two vinyl inserts running full length of the molding. Later El Camino SS used a more rounded style body side molding. Some vehicles used factory side molding and fender well trim. Many El Camino SS were equipped with aluminum wheels. Early vehicles had center caps with styling holes. Later vehicles featured solid center caps. Aluminum cargo rails were also installed on numerous vehicles. There was a total of 4,950 Choo Choo El Caminos built from 1983 to 1987! This information comes from the National El Camino Owners Association. This beauty is claimed to be a survivor with only 1000 miles since the rebuild on crate 350 CID V8 engine. It has then ben linked up to a smooth shifting 3-speed Turbo-Hydramatic automatic. Options include: aluminum alloy wheels, radial tires, AM/ FM/Cassette, cloth interior, power brakes, power steering, power locks, power windows, power steering, seat belts and tilt steering. Description:

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1967 Dodge Power Wagon need I say more? I guess I do. OK, open up Webster’s dictionary flip to the T’s, beside the word truck, that what a power wagon looks like. Riding on 20” rims and massive 11.00.20 tires (about 4 feet tall) this is a TRUCK. When it comes to power plants what would you put under the hood of this 67 Power Wagon for sale? Hemi? Sure, if you can find one, cheap enough. Or Big Block Chevy, yea, four hundred fifty four cubic inches of torque and power. This 454 CID RAT motor is packed with all the right goodies like a high lift roller cam, high rise intake and Holley® double pumping four barrel carburetor. This combination is said to produce over 400 horsepower,,,,you think! I think this combo is packing enough power to pull a house off it’s foundation, ok maybe it’s a small house. Backing this raunchy Rat is a turbo 400 that was rebuilt the same time as the engine, just about four years ago. The body was worked primed and painted the same time and the chassis was covered in black making this Power Wagon for sale looking fresh and new, but you know all this you just looked through all the photos. Just getting in to the driver’s seat of this truck your biceps will grow 3 inches, mainly of course because of the lack of power steering, but who needs power steering with all the power under the hood. This is a man’s truck so if you like plowing through mud or climbing over rock wall or just driving over the slower traffic in front of you (the last one not recommended) this is the truck for you. Options for this Power Wagon for sale include: Seat belts, and vinyl interior, Massive tires and Horsepower, what else do you need?!? Description:

Our Detroit showroom is proud to offer this one-of-a-kind 1972 Plymouth Duster 340. This Duster was restored in the early 90’s using ALL NEW OLD STOCK PARTS. To include, the hood, both fenders, both doors, both bumpers, deck lid, tail panel, both quarter panels, complete exhaust system, radiator, all brake components and many more parts were all replaced using very hard to find NOS parts. The Duster is dressed in FE5 Rallye Red with a black vinyl top and black vinyl interior that feels just right. The engine block, transmission and all body numbers match. The original engine block was professionally rebuilt and balanced and has 1968 340 “x” heads with stainless steel valves. The cam is a Direct Connection “purple shaft” cam and it also comes equipped with Direct Connection race distributor with mechanical tach drive. Resting on top you’ll notice the Edelbrock “Six Pack” intake with Holley Carburetors that dress the engine bay quite nicely. Power is spun thru a 8 ¾ Sure Grip differential with a 3:23.1 gear. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to present this one owner 1995 Dodge Viper RT-10. The first prototype was tested in January 1989. It debuted in 1991 with two pre-production models as the pace car for the Indianapolis 500. The Viper went on sale in January 1992 as the RT/10 Roadster. The centerpiece of the car was its engine. The Lamborghini Company, then owned by Chrysler Corporation, designed the V10 for the Viper by recasting the block and heads in an aluminum alloy, and was based on the Chrysler LA V8 engine. The engine weighs 711 lbs. and produces 400 bhp at 4600 rpm and 465 lb•ft at 3600 rpm, and thanks to the long-gearing allowed by the engine the car has decent fuel economy. The body is a tubular steel frame with resin transfer molding (RTM) fiberglass panels. The Viper lacks modern driver aids such as traction control and anti-lock brakes on purpose to give you the feel in the seat of your pants. It completes a quarter mile in 12.6 seconds and has a maximum speed of over 150 mph. Its large tires allow the car to average close to one lateral g in corners, placing it among the elite cars of its day. The car is made for driving and features inflatable lumbar support and adjustable seats. Along with the absence of exterior door handles, the vehicle lacks side windows and a roof, although cloth windows and top and included. The battery is in the sealed compartment over the rear wheels to increase rear-end weight and traction. Options include: AM/FM CD player, power brakes, power steering, seat belts, anti-theft system, grey leather seats, alloy wheels. With only a little over 23K actual miles this Red beauty this is the one you want to own. This 1995 Dodge Viper RT/10 is for sale in our Dallas Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. This 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Fairlane was Ford’s full size offering in 1957 and was the first time Ford outsold Chevrolet since 1935. This Fairlane may look relatively stock as you walk by it but once the ignition hits and the beast come to life you can tell appearances are deceiving. We will get to that soon enough. The white paint on the car is slick and understated just as planned. The trim is minimal with the custom rear chrome bumper really giving the car a very smooth hotrod look. The round brake lights, something that people will see often, look custom but are exactly what should be on there. Pop the reverse style hood and one of the coolest engines I have in a Fairlane sits for all the world to see. The custom built 428 bug block has been loaded up with all kinds of go-fast goodies. From the huge Street demon carb to the adjustable rockers this engine was made to make some serious reliable power. Matched up to a c6 transmission that has been hooked up to a Ford 9’ this Fairlane means business. The cockpit is 57 Fairlane with some modern touches. The steering wheel attached to the tilt column is a nice touch and really adds a modern touch. If you have been wanting a Hotrod that’s just a little different but undeniably cool this 57 Fairlane with the 428 under the hood is for you. Options on this 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 include; AC, AM/FM/CD, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Tilt Wheel, and Alloy Wheels and Radial Tires. Description:

This car has been owned by the same family for roughly 8 years. When it was purchased, it was believed to have had a motor freshen, with a cam and some valve work. Owner is unsure if complete rebuild was done. Odometer shows 58000 miles.

The car starts, runs and drives superbly in the great British sports car manner. The 1600 engine, equipped with a side draft Weber, moves her along quite nicely, even on the highway at 70 MPH.
Front discs slow her down and a new, tighter ratio steering box helps flick the wheels through corners.

Current market trends show the MGA Mk II as climbing and becoming rather popular with values in the mid forties for concours winning examples. This car would be considered a 2-3 or very good and as such is priced at $32000, which is negotiable.

Please contact me with any questions, comments, offers or to schedule a time to see her.
