The Camaro has indefinitely left its footprint in automotive history and this anniversary year Camaro is something that will always hold its place in the market. 1992 was the last production year for the third generation Camaro that ran a decade long with minimal design changes but 1992 is the 25th Anniversary for the iconic Camaro. This Camaro Z/28 sports the very desirable 5.0L V8 with Tuned Port Injection that was shared from its Corvette brother. The Camaro is wrapped in Bright Red with a matching Red Leather interior. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is proud to offer this truly breathtaking of a build, 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Resto-Mod! More than 4,000 hours of labor over 6 years (completed in Spring 2017) have been put into this truly unique touring vehicle. This vehicle was featured in the July 2018 issue of Corvette Magazine, took 1st place in its class award at 2018 Detroit Autorama, finished top 25 out of over 2,000 vehicles at 2017 Frankenmuth AutoFest, and took two 1st place awards at 2017 Corvettes America Show, along with other awards from local car events. Starting with the body of this Corvette, it consists of all fiberglass and has numerous custom finishes. The front fascia is molded into the fenders to eliminate bodyline, the front license plate area was reworked to follow the bodylines, and the side marker lamps were custom molded into the body. The rear fascia was also custom molded to reveal quad exhaust tips, and the rear side marker lamps were molded into the body as well. The headlights were custom created from a C6 Corvette headlight. The custom work flows through the interior of this gorgeous Corvette. The interior was stripped from a C6 Corvette and custom fitted into this C3 Corvette. The Corbeau racing seats finished in black leather with red accent stitching fit very well in the black and red color scheme that runs throughout the interior. Other nice touches that have been added to this custom interior include Autometer gauges, custom leather door panels, leather wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel, and power windows and locks. The chassis that is equipped to this car is a Collier Technologies Stainless Steel C3 frame with an electro-polished finish. The wheels on this Corvette are Chrome C7 Z06 replica wheels, wrapped in sticky Hankook Ventus tires. Other suspension and chassis modifications include 4-wheel independent coil-over and control arm suspension, Dana 44 rear-end, hydro boost braking system with 6-piston Baer performance brakes with drilled and slotted rotors, rack-and-pinion steering, and stainless-steel fuel tank. The heart of this amazing build is a GM LS2 6.0L crate engine with EFI Edelbrock E-Force intercooled supercharger. Supplying a booming noise from that powerplant are Kooks stainless coated long-tube headers, custom Magnaflow dual exhaust with electric muffler bypass valves for straight piped exhaust. Backing that amazing engine is Tremec 6-speed manual transmission. This 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Resto-Mod can be seen in our Detroit Showroom, or for more detailed information including over 100 HD photos and an HD video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com or call to speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff @ 313-982-3100. Equipped with its ori ginal 350 small block engine coupled to a Muncie M20 4-speed transmission, newer N11option exhaust, updated radiator and stainless stell brakes this C3 is built for speed. You’ll turn heads with the beautiful white exterior and chrome bumpers (1972 was the last year for chrome bumpers at both front and rear, the vacuum actuated pop-up windshield wiper door, as well as the removable rear window common to all 1968-72 coupes). The C3 is the third generation of the Chevrolet Corvette, and marks the second time the Corvette would carry the Stingray name, though only for the 1969 - 1976 model years. This time it was a single word as opposed to Sting Ray as used for the 1963 - 1967 C2 generation. The name would then be retired until 2014 when it was re-introduced with the release of the C7. Hurry to the Milwaukee showroom to see this 1972 Corvette Stingray before it’s gone! Description:

This SSR is only 1 of 2,288 made with the 400 horsepower 6.0 LS2 engine and, for added fun; it is also equipped with a 6-Speed manual! This stunning 2005 SSR has been maintained throughout its entire life by only two owners and drives like the way it did when it came off the showroom floor. The SSR was introduced to the public back in 2003 and was based off the late 40’s Chevrolet pickups with a few hot rod touches making this a completely new concept that grasped the attention of classic car enthusiast and gave hope that there would be more to come not just from Chevrolet, but all other companies. Unfortunately the idea didn’t last long and the SSR was discontinued after a short three years. This truck has been mostly untouched since new and only subtle touches added. The striking ghost flames on the front really add a hot rodders touch. The interior is spacious and comfortable even with the very cool retractable hard top up and features a premium Bose sound system that is powerful enough to provide excellent sound quality even with the top down. The LS2 and 6-speed manual is the topping on the cake with ample amounts of power and giving you the feel that you are driving a sports car rather than a pickup. If you are looking for something that is a head turning unique vehicle and don’t want to sacrifice reliability this is a great car for you. This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. Description:

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston has a fantastic opportunity for you to own this beautiful ONE OWNER Porsche. The car was owned by a B-17 flying fortress pilot who purchased the car brand new and owned it until his passing. His son found it in his barn and sold it to the current owner, who only titled it in his name to be able to sell it with us. The miles are fully documented and everything that has ever been done has been noted. It is a survivor car and not 100% perfect but it would be very difficult to find a more original and well optioned car from this era that hasnt had a full restoration. The air conditioning system was a dealer installed option. This is a 1976 year model of the 914! 1976 marked the last year for this awesome little sports car. The Porsche 914 or VW-Porsche 914 was a mid-engined, targa-topped two-seater roadster designed sports car manufactured and marketed collaboratively by Volkswagen and Porsche from 1969 to 1976. Amazingly, this one has maintained the same owner since it was purchased brand new all those years ago! A testament to the greatness of this car. It has gone almost 40 years without ever being damaged or repainted and it still has the original engine and transmission. Power goes to the rear wheels via the mid mounted 2.0l engine, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission which gives the near 2100lb vehicle plenty of power to excited. The low curb weight and mid-engine layout is the perfect layout for a nimble and playful sports car. This Porsche features air conditioning to help keep the cabin cool on those hot summer days. You will be able to play your favorite radio station on the AM/FM radio with cassette player. The targa top is something that is becoming more rare with newer cars but this car comes with a fully functioning example of this. Safety is paramount in any vehicle and you will be pleased to find seat belts inside. Whether you purchased and owned a 914 back when you could find them brand new in the dealerships or if you are a first time 914 owner, you will love this one. The white paint job and vinyl interior go beautifully together and it will certainly turn heads. This could be perfect for weekend car shows or just a good drive in the country. Porsche is a staple when it comes to real driver’s cars and this is no exception. It is a machine that you can truly feel connected to when you’re behind the wheel. This excellent example of a classic German automobile won’t last long. We have financing and shipping options available to make the purchasing process easier even if you are not in the Houston area. Don’t miss this one. Call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220 for more information on this vehicle. If you are viewing this on a 3rd party website then you will be able to find more pictures and an HD video by visiting www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Our showroom is open to the public and you can visit us 9-5 Mon-Sat at 71 Esplanade Blvd Suite 100, Houston, TX 77060.

Description:

We are excited to offer for sale at our Gateway Classic Cars Showroom in Saint Louis this fully restored 1936 Ford Humpback. This two door sedan is powered by its original 221 Flathead V8 and shifts through a 3-speed manual transmission. Eight years ago the car underwent a full body off restoration to bring the car back to as it was in 1936. Originality was the key and the execution was spot on. All new brakes lines, exhaust system, bumpers and trim. It is still equipped with the original clock that winds up and keeps time. The interior is back to original and the car is also fitted with new wide white wall tires. There are only 207 miles on the car since the restoration and it still looks amazing. Its a true pleasure to see and drive a car that has been restored back to original specs. Its an easier task in most cases to turn an old car into a hot rod. With this car, you get an idea on what it was like to drive one of these when they were new. Its easy to appreciate the time and detail that goes into restoring this Humpback. Turn the key, pull the choke out a bit, adjust the throttle as you engage the starter and listen to that famous Flat head V8 come to life. Painted gloss black with gray cloth interior riding on wide white wall tires is as classic as it comes. For more information on this 1936 Ford Humpback, call 618-271-3000 or stop by our St. Louis showroom for a closer look. To view HD photos and video, visit www.gatewayclassiccars.com

Description:

Now for sale at Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is this beautiful 2008 Chevrolet Corvette. There is nothing that screams American more than a Corvette. Some may say it’s not a “Classic” yet, but I think “Iconic” serves it enough justice. This Vette is powered by a very strong and aggressive LS3 with only a little over 44,000 miles on it. The 6-speed automatic transmission is a breeze going through the gears and can do it casually or quickly depending on your mood. Another nice feature is the paddle shifters, so you can have a little fun when leaving a stop light along with the mustang that pulled up next to you. When you are behind the wheel of something that can go this quick, it’s great to know you have 4 sets of drilled disk brakes to provide plenty of stopping power. The brakes are part of the Z51 heavy duty suspension package on the car to ensure a safe and smooth ride. The tires also have plenty of tread life left in them, making this car ready for the road. The paint is the original Corvette silver and is in great condition. I can’t forget to mention the dual mode exhaust give the car both a conservative and aggressive sound. It is said that this dual feature provides a little extra power to this beauty as well. With a great looking exterior the interior keeps it looking just as good. The sleek black leather interior is in great shape with no major rips or tears. Everything from the carpet to the headliner on this car is in like new condition. This car is worth taking a closer look at, and who knows maybe you’ll decide to take it home with you. Some additional features include power locks, power windows, power steering, A/C, AM/FM Radio, power seats, and cruise control.
